Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a signal conversion adapter terminal block of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.

In the case of FIG. 1, an external cable 9 is connected to the first terminal 8a and the second terminal 8b in the first column, and a DC signal having a current of 4 mA to 20 mA is input. A DC signal having a current of 4 mA to 20 mA is output from the first terminal 8c and the second terminal 8d in the second row.

The main body 2 has a two-step shape, and the connection piece 3 is horizontally arranged in the first stage, and a conductive plate (not shown) is horizontally arranged in the second stage, and a connection member (not shown) is connected therebetween. ing. The conductive plate is provided with a female screw (not shown) to which the connection terminal screw 11 is screwed.
The connection piece 3 is provided with a hole 3a through which the connection terminal screw 11 of the second terminal 8d and the second terminal 8d of the second row of the distribution board terminal block 7 penetrates at the tip.
The signal converter 4 includes a resistor 12 having a resistance value of 250Ω connected between the two connection pieces 3.

Next, a method for using the signal conversion adapter terminal block 1 will be described.
The connection terminal screws 11 of the terminals 8c and 8d of the distribution board terminal block 7 are removed, the through holes 3a of the connection piece 3 are aligned with the screw holes of the terminals 8c and 8d of the distribution board terminal block 7, and the connection terminal screws 11 Are inserted into the through-holes 3a and screw holes, and are tightened to fix the connection pieces 3 to the terminals 8c and 8d of the terminal board 7 for switchboard. Further, the wiring 5 is connected to the terminal 6 of the signal conversion adapter terminal block 1.

A DC signal having a current of 4 mA to 20 mA is input between the first terminal 8 a and the second terminal 8 b in the first row of the distribution board terminal block 7 to which the external cable 9 is connected. A DC signal having a current of 4 mA to 20 mA is output from between the first terminal 8c and the second terminal 8d in the second row. Since the connection piece 3 is connected to the first terminal 8c and the second terminal 8d in the second row of the switchboard terminal block 7, a DC signal having a current of 4 mA to 20 mA flows through the resistor 12. A DC signal having a voltage of 1 V to 5 V is generated between the terminals 6. A DC signal having a voltage of 1 V to 5 V is output from the wiring 5.

In the signal conversion adapter terminal block 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, since the connection piece 3 to which the terminal 6 and the signal converter 4 are directly attached is directly connected to the terminal 8 of the switchboard terminal block 7, It is possible to eliminate the need for the relay terminal block and the wiring connecting the relay terminal block and the distribution board terminal block.
Further, the terminal 8 of the distribution board terminal block 7 and the terminal 6 of the signal conversion adapter terminal block 1 are provided with a step in the height direction, and the connection direction of the wiring 5 can be wired in the direction of the external cable 9. Can be unified, space-saving and easy installation can be realized, and wiring work can be reduced.
