Description

The present invention relates to a protective member for wiring / piping material, which is disposed at a corner of a building wall.

Conventionally, there has been a protective member that accommodates a wiring material at a corner of a wall of a building (see, for example, Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 5, the protective member is composed of a base body 11 and a cover body 12. Here, the bottom wall of the base body 11 is composed of two orthogonal bottom plates 11a and 11a so as to abut against two orthogonal wall surfaces of the building wall. And in each of these bottom plates 11a and 11a, in order to fix the base body 11 to a protruding corner part, the through-holes 11b and 11b which a screw penetrates were opened.

8)JP 2000-310390 A (paragraph numbers 0007 to 0009, FIGS. 6 and 8)

By the way, in the conventional protective member, in order to ensure the fixing with the screw, the through hole 11b is provided at a position considerably away from the bent corner portion 11c where the bottom plates 11a and 11a intersect. . This is because when the through hole 11b is arranged in the vicinity of the bent corner portion 11c, the screw is fixed to the other wall surface when the screw is screwed into the one wall surface through the through hole 11b. This is because the strength may be insufficient, the screw may jump out from the other wall surface, or the wall material may collapse. And since the through-hole 11b was provided in the position considerably distant from the bending angle part 11c in this way, the whole base body 11 had to enlarge.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional drawbacks. The object of the present invention is to securely fix the base body to the protruding corner and to reduce the size of the base body. An object of the present invention is to provide a wiring / piping material protection member that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, the wiring / piping material protection member according to the present invention has the following configuration. That is,
The wiring / piping material protecting member according to the first aspect of the present invention accommodates wiring / piping material disposed along a wall of a building having a protruding corner portion formed by two wall surfaces orthogonal to each other. This is a protective member disposed at the protruding corner for protection. The protective member includes a base body fixed to the protruding corner and a cover body assembled to the base body so as to accommodate the wiring / piping material between the base body. And the said base body has an engaged part in the side wall, and the said cover body has an engaging part engaged with the said to-be-engaged part in the side wall, The assembled state of the base body and the cover body is maintained by the engagement with the engaging portion. Therefore, the base body has a bent bottom wall, and the bottom wall includes bottom plates orthogonal to each other so as to face the two wall surfaces. The bottom plate is positioned in a direction perpendicular to each other from the front end of the side wall of the cover body, and the bottom plate has a length orthogonal to each other so that the bottom wall is in contact with the two wall surfaces. In this state, if a screw for fixing the base body to the projecting corner is passed through the bottom plate and screwed into one of the wall surfaces, no matter which position on the bottom plate the screw is penetrated, As the distance between the first wall and the other wall becomes short, the fixing strength becomes insufficient, or the screw jumps out from the other wall or the wall material of the wall is broken. An attachment hole serving as a through portion through which a fixing member for fixing the base body to the protruding corner portion is inserted in the bent corner portion of the bottom wall corresponding to the top portion of the protruding corner portion. It is provided so as to penetrate in an inclined direction of about 45 degrees with respect to the wall surface.

As described above, the mounting hole as the penetrating portion in the bottom wall of the base body has a bent angle portion corresponding to the top of the protruding corner portion constituted by the two wall surfaces orthogonal to each other, approximately 45 degrees to the two wall surfaces. It is provided so as to penetrate in the inclination direction. Therefore, in a state where the bottom wall of the base body is in contact with the protruding corner portion, the fixing member is inserted into the mounting hole and screwed or driven into the wall from the top of the protruding corner portion to thereby remove the base body. It is fixed to the protruding corner. Thus, the base body is fixed to the protruding corner portion. At this time, the fixing member is screwed or driven inward from the top of the protruding corner portion through the mounting hole, so that the tip of the fixing member is fixed. The side is disposed on the inner side of the wall away from the two wall surfaces constituting the protruding corner. Therefore, the wall can be prevented from collapsing, and the base body is securely fixed to the protruding corner. Moreover, since the mounting hole is provided in the bent corner portion of the bottom wall of the base body, the base body can be reduced in size.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wiring member / piping material protecting member according to the first aspect, wherein the head of the fixing member contacts the periphery of the mounting hole in the bottom wall. The head contact surface is provided at a bent corner portion of the bottom wall so as to form a plane that is orthogonal to the through direction of the mounting hole.
Moreover, the protection member for wiring / piping material according to the invention described in claim 3 is the protection member according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the engaged portion is located at a central position on the side wall of the base body. The engaging portion is provided on the side wall of the cover body at the corner portion located in the center thereof.

According to the wiring / piping material protecting member according to the present invention, the distal end side of the fixing member that is screwed or driven into the wall from the top of the protruding corner through the mounting hole constitutes the protruding corner. Since it arrange | positions inside the wall away from the wall surface, it can prevent that a wall collapse | crumbles and a base body is fixed to a protruding corner part reliably. Moreover, since the mounting hole is provided in the bent corner portion of the bottom wall of the base body, the base body can be reduced in size.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 to 4 show an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a building wall. 1 a is a protruding corner of the wall 1. Reference numeral 2 denotes a protective member for wiring / piping material (not shown) made of a duct or a molding.

The protective member 2 is disposed at the protruding corner portion 1a so as to accommodate and protect the wiring / pipe material disposed along the wall 1 having the protruding corner portion 1a. The protective member 2 has a bent portion 2a bent corresponding to the protruding corner portion 1a. Here, the protective member 2 includes a base body 3 fixed to the protruding corner portion 1a, and a cover body 4 assembled to the base body 3 so as to accommodate the wiring / pipe material between the base body 3 and the base body 3. Prepare. In order to maintain the assembled state of the base body 3 and the cover body 4, the base body 3 has an engaged portion 3b on its side wall 3a, and the cover body 4 has a base on its side wall 4a. It has an engaging portion 4 b that engages with the engaged portion 3 b of the body 3.

Specifically, the wiring / piping material is disposed along the wall 1 so as to cross the protruding corner portion 1a. And the protection member 2 has the bending part 2a bent corresponding to the protrusion corner part 1a of the wall 1 as mentioned above, and other protection members 6 are provided at each bent end. A connecting portion 2b for connecting (for example, a straight protective member) is provided. Here, the said base body 3 which comprises the protection member 2 has the bottom wall 3c and the said side walls 3a and 3a which stand up from the bottom wall 3c. The bottom wall 3c is bent so as to come into contact with the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b constituting the protruding corner portion 1a of the wall 1. Specifically, the bottom wall 3c is formed by bottom plates 3d and 3d facing the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b of the wall 1, respectively. A screw for fixing the base body 3 to the protruding corner portion 1a is provided at a bent corner portion 3e of the bottom wall 3c (that is, a corner portion where the bottom plates 3d and 3d intersect) corresponding to the top portion 1c of the protruding corner portion 1a. A mounting hole 3f is provided as a penetrating portion through which the fixing member 7 such as the like is inserted (see FIG. 2). Each bottom plate 3d also has a through hole 3g, and the base body 3 is fixed to the protruding corner 1a by a fixing member (not shown) such as a screw that passes through the through hole 3g. (See FIGS. 3 and 4).

In the illustrated embodiment, the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b constituting the protruding corner portion 1a of the wall 1 are orthogonal to each other, and the bottom plates 3d and 3d are mutually facing so as to face the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b, respectively. Orthogonal. Therefore, the mounting hole 3f is formed so as to penetrate in the inclination direction of about 45 degrees with respect to the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b of the protruding corner portion 1a. And the head contact surface 3h with which the head 7a of the said fixing member 7 contact | abuts at the periphery of the attachment hole 3f in the bottom wall 3c forms the plane orthogonal to the penetration direction T of the attachment hole 3f. And provided at the bent corner 3e of the bottom wall 3c (see FIG. 2). Further, the engaged portion 3b is formed at the upper end portion of the side wall 3a so as to protrude in a claw shape toward the inside. And this engaged part 3b is provided in each side wall 3a in the corner | angular part located in the center.

The cover body 4 includes a top wall 4d and the side walls 4a and 4a that are lowered from the top wall 4d. Each side wall 4a is provided with an extending piece 4e that extends downward so as to face the engaged portion 3b of the base body 3 at the corner located at the center thereof. Therefore, the engaging portion 4b is formed at the lower end portion of the extending piece 4e constituting a part of the side wall 4a so as to protrude outwardly in a claw shape. One or both of the engaging portion 4b and the above-described engaged portion 3b can be elastically displaced, and one or both of the engaging portion 4b and the engaged portion 3b can be displaced. By elastically displacing, the engagement between the engaging portion 4b and the engaged portion 3b is released, and the cover body 4 can be removed from the base body 3.

Next, the effect of the protection member 2 having the above configuration will be described. According to this protection member 2, the mounting hole 3 f in the bottom wall 3 c of the base body 3 is provided in the bent corner portion 3 e corresponding to the top portion 1 c of the protruding corner portion 1 a of the wall 1. Therefore, in a state where the bottom wall 3c of the base body 3 is in contact with the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b constituting the projecting corner portion 1a, the fixing member 7 is inserted through the mounting hole 3f and from the top portion 1c of the projecting corner portion 1a. The base body 3 is fixed to the protruding corner portion 1a by being screwed or driven inward of the wall 1. Thus, the base body 3 is fixed to the protruding corner portion 1a. At this time, the fixing member 7 is screwed or driven into the wall 1 from the top portion 1c of the protruding corner portion 1a through the attachment hole 3f. Therefore, the distal end side of the fixing member 7 is disposed inside the wall 1 away from the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b constituting the protruding corner portion 1a. Therefore, the wall 1 can be prevented from collapsing, and the base body 3 is securely fixed to the protruding corner portion 1a. Moreover, since the mounting hole 3f is provided in the bent corner 3e of the bottom wall 3c in the base body 3, the base body 3 can be reduced in size. The base body 3 is fixed to the protruding corner portion 1a of the wall 1 as described above. After that, the wiring / piping material is disposed on the base body 3, and then the cover body 4 is The base body 3 is assembled so as to cover the wiring / piping material.

By the way, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various other modifications are possible. For example, the protective member 2 does not contain and protect the wiring / pipe material crossing the protruding corner portion 1a, but protects the wiring / pipe material along the longitudinal direction of the protruding corner portion 1a. May be.

Moreover, although it is a reference example, the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b which constitute the protruding corner portion 1a of the wall 1 may intersect at an obtuse angle or an acute angle other than a right angle even if they are not orthogonal to each other. The bottom plates 3d and 3d on the bottom wall 3c of the base body 3 intersect at an obtuse angle or an acute angle so as to match the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b. And although it is a reference example, even when the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b are not orthogonal to each other, the mounting hole 3f has an angle between the two wall surfaces 1b and 1b (that is, an angle between the bottom plates 3d and 3d, in other words, For example, the bottom wall 3c is desirably formed so as to penetrate in a direction that bisects the angle at which the bottom wall 3c bends.

In addition to the screws, the fixing member 7 may be a nail or a member having a special structure such as a member whose diameter is increased in the wall 1.
