Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom door that can be opened and closed at the entrance of a bathroom.

Conventionally, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a pair of side plates are provided at intervals in a door frame frame, the inside is hollow, a sound absorbing material is provided inside, and a vent hole is provided in the door frame frame. There is a soundproof door panel with an opening.
Moreover, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, there is a double-walled sound insulating door configured such that air entering from below the door rises and is exhausted from a gap with the upper door frame.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-135789 JP 2005-105579 A

In the structures disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, since air flows in the vertical direction in the door frame frame or the sound insulation door, vertical convection is formed in the bathroom. Since the ventilation fan is provided on the ceiling surface, the vertical convection is sucked into the ventilation fan, so that air cannot be circulated well, and the ventilation efficiency of the bathroom is deteriorated.
In addition, there is a problem that water can easily enter from the vent hole opened on the upper surface side, and there is also a problem that the vent hole is exposed and looks bad.
In addition, in the above conventional structure, a partition plate and a sound absorbing material are provided inside in order to improve soundproofing, and when the face material is made of transparent glass, the internal partition plate and sound absorbing material can be seen. Therefore, there has been a problem that the designability is deteriorated.

In order to achieve at least a part of this object, an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom door that has a sound reduction effect, improves ventilation efficiency into the bathroom, and has a good appearance. The following measures were taken.
The present invention provides a bathroom door in which the outer peripheries of a bathroom side member and a dressing room side member arranged at intervals are surrounded by left and right vertical spats and upper and lower horizontal spats, and one of the left and right vertical spats A bathroom side opening that communicates with the bathroom side is formed on the side spatula, and a dressing room side opening that communicates with the dressing room side is formed on the other side spatula. The gist is that the air flows.

In the bathroom door of the present invention, air flows between the bathroom side material of the door and the dressing room side material from the dressing room side opening, the air flows from the bathroom side opening into the bathroom, and the left and right directions inside the door The air flow is formed in the bathroom, and the convection by the air flow in the left and right direction can be formed in the bathroom without being affected by the ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the sound in the bathroom is generated while ventilating the bathroom efficiently. It is possible to prevent leakage outside the bathroom.
In addition, a sound reduction effect is obtained by the double structure of the bathroom side material and the dressing room side material, and no partition plate or sound absorbing material is arranged between the bathroom side material and the dressing room side material. A side material can be formed with transparent materials, such as glass, and it can be set as the door excellent in the design property with a feeling of opening.

Moreover, the bathroom door of this invention WHEREIN: The said bathroom side opening can also be set as the structure provided with the water return protrusion which prevents the penetration | invasion of the water from the bathroom side.
In this way, even if water enters the gap between the door frame and the bathroom door from the bathroom side, the water return protrusion can satisfactorily prevent water from entering the bathroom door.

In the bathroom door of the present invention, the bathroom side material and the dressing room side material can be formed of different materials having different resonance frequencies.
In this way, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent a phenomenon in which sound of a specific frequency is transmitted due to resonance action by the eigenmode.

Further, in the bathroom door of the present invention, it may be designed so that the thickness dimension of the bathroom side material, the thickness dimension of the dressing room side material, and the spacing dimension between the both side materials do not have an integer multiple relationship with each other. it can.
In this way, resonance is likely to occur in an integer multiple relationship, but by designing it so that it does not become an integer multiple relationship, it is possible to handle with the thickness of the face material without putting a resonance countermeasure partition between the face materials. It is possible to satisfactorily prevent the phenomenon that the sound of a specific frequency is transmitted by the resonance action due to the natural mode, and the thickness of the face material makes it easy to manufacture the door. In addition, even when a transparent material is used for the face material, a door with a good appearance with an open feeling can be obtained without impairing the design.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described using examples.
1 is a front view of a bathroom door as viewed from the dressing room side, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. . FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a bathroom door, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are enlarged perspective views of main parts.

In the figure, a bathroom door 1 has a bathroom side material 2 on the bathroom side and a dressing room side material 3 on the dressing room side arranged in parallel in the vertical direction with a gap between them, and between the bathroom side material 2 and the dressing room side material 3. An intermediate layer 4 is formed on the substrate.
Bathroom side vertical fences 5 and 6 are erected on the left and right ends of the bathroom side material 2, and bathroom side horizontal fences 7 and 8 are provided on the upper and lower ends of the bathroom side material 2. , 8 surround the outer periphery of the bathroom face material 2.

A hinge member 9 having a shaft 9a protruding upward is provided at the upper end of the bathroom-side vertical gutter 5, and a hinge provided with a shaft hole 10a extending upward is provided at the lower end side of the bathroom-side vertical gutter 5. A member 10 is provided.
Moreover, the protrusion 6a which protruded toward the dressing room side is formed in the outer end of the bathroom side downarm 6 of the other side.

Also, dressing room side vertical rods 11 and 12 are erected on the left and right ends of the dressing room side material 3, and dressing room side horizontal rods 13 and 14 are provided on the upper and lower ends of the dressing room side material 3. The outer periphery of the dressing room side member 3 is surrounded by 11, 12, 13, and 14.
In addition, a dressing room side opening 15 is formed between the dressing room side wall 12 of the dressing room side material 3 and the protruding piece 6a of the bathroom side wall 6 in the longitudinal direction toward the dressing room. The dressing room side opening 15 communicates with the intermediate layer 4 formed between the face materials 2 and 3.
In addition, a concave groove 11a is formed in the vertical direction inside the other dressing room side vertical gutter 11, and water extending in a protruding shape from the bathroom side vertical gutter 5 side is formed in the concave groove 11a. The return protrusion 17 is arranged in the vertical direction, and a detour that communicates with the intermediate layer 4 is formed by the water return protrusion 17 and the concave groove 11a. On the outside of the water return protrusion 17, A bathroom-side opening 16 is formed between the dressing room-side longitudinal baskets 11, and the bathroom-side opening 16 is opened in the vertical direction so as to communicate the inside of the bathroom and the intermediate layer 4.

As a whole, the intermediate layer 4 between the bathroom side material 2 and the dressing room side material 3 is surrounded by vertical and horizontal ridges 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 on the bathroom side and the dressing room side. The outer layer and the intermediate layer 4 are communicated with each other only by the dressing room side opening 15 and the bathroom side opening 16.

Such a bathroom door 1 is attached to a door frame and installed at the entrance of a bathroom, as shown in FIGS.
The door frame is formed in a rectangular frame shape with vertical door frames 18 and 19 erected on the left and right sides, and horizontal door frames 20 and 21 provided on the upper and lower sides in the horizontal direction.
A receiving piece 18a is formed on the side of the dressing room of the vertical door frame 18 and extends to the outside of the dressing room side vertical basket 11 of the bathroom door 1. A rubber door receiver 22a is provided on the receiving piece 18a. In the state where the bathroom door 1 is closed, the vertical door frame 18 and the dressing room side vertical gutter 11 are in watertight contact with each other via the door receiver 22a.

Similarly, the vertical door frame 19 on the other side is also provided with a receiving piece 19a extending to the dressing room side of the protruding piece 6a of the bathroom-side vertical gutter. The receiving piece 19a has a rubber door receiving 22b. Are provided so that the water tightness between the vertical door frame 19 and the bathroom door 1 is secured by the door receiver 22b. Similarly, the upper and lower horizontal door frames 20 and 21 are also provided with receiving pieces, respectively. 20a and 21a are formed to protrude, and the receiving pieces 20a and 21a are also provided with rubber door receivers 22c and 22d, respectively, to ensure watertightness in a closed state on the upper and lower ends of the bathroom door 1. It is comprised so that.

Thus, when the bathroom door 1 is closed, it is brought into contact with the door frame in a watertight manner, and the dressing room and the bathroom communicate only with the intermediate layer 4 of the bathroom door 1.
A shaft 9 a protruding from the upper end of the bathroom-side vertical gutter 5 of the bathroom door 1 is inserted into a shaft hole 20 b formed in the horizontal door frame 20 and protruded from the horizontal door frame 21. The shaft 23 is inserted into the shaft hole 10a at the lower end of the bathroom-side vertical gutter 5, so that the bathroom door 1 can be opened and closed with respect to the door frame.

As shown in FIG. 8, the upper hinge member 9 and the lower hinge member 10 protrude upward and downward to form shafts 24a and 24b, respectively. The shafts 24a and 24b are connected to the dressing room. If it is made into the structure inserted in the hole provided in the upper and lower sides of the side downarm 11, the dressing room side material 3 can be opened independently to the dressing room side, the dressing room side material 3 is opened, and an intermediate layer is opened. The inside of 4 can be cleaned satisfactorily.

In a state where the bathroom door 1 is closed with respect to the door frame, as shown in FIG. 7, a gap S1 is formed between the vertical door frame 18 and the vertical rods 5 and 11 on the bathroom side and the dressing room side. The gap S1 is opened on the bathroom side. On the other hand, a gap S <b> 2 is also formed between the vertical door frame 19 and the bathroom side vertical fence 6.
In such a configuration, in the state where the bathroom door 1 is closed, the air on the dressing room side flows from the dressing room side opening 15 into the intermediate layer 4, passes through the bathroom side opening 16, passes through the gap S <b> 1, and the air Flows into the bathroom, and this air flow becomes a horizontal flow, so a horizontal convection is formed in the bathroom, and the convection is not sucked into the ventilation fan installed on the ceiling in the bathroom. Good ventilation is ensured and ventilation efficiency is good.

In addition, in the state where the bathroom door 1 is closed, the bathroom side opening 16 is hidden inside the vertical door frame 18, so the bathroom side opening 16 becomes invisible and the appearance is good.
Moreover, since the upper surface side of the bathroom door 1 is blocked by the side walls 7 and 13 on the bathroom side and the dressing room side, water or the like does not enter the intermediate layer 4 from above.
Further, a water return protrusion 17 projects into the concave groove 11a, and the water return protrusion 17 can favorably prevent water from entering the intermediate layer 4 from the bathroom side. That is, even if water enters the gap S1 from the bathroom side, water does not enter the middle layer 4 of the door.
Since the water return protrusion 17 and the concave groove 11a form a detour when air flows, sound diffraction increases, and sound can be attenuated satisfactorily at this portion.

In order to enhance the sound reduction effect, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the bathroom side material 2 and the dressing room side material 3 are both made of glass, and the glass thickness a of the bathroom side material 2 is set to 6 mm. The thickness dimension b of the glass constituting one dressing room side member 3 can be set to 5 mm, and the interval dimension c of the intermediate layer 4 can be set to 11 mm.
The dimensions of a, b, and c are designed so as not to have an integral multiple relationship with each other. By designing so that they do not have an integral multiple relationship, the sound of a specific frequency is generated by the resonance action by the natural mode. Can be prevented from penetrating.

That is, by setting the thickness dimension a of the bathroom side material, the thickness dimension b of the dressing room side material 3 and the interval dimension c of the intermediate layer 4 so as not to be an integer multiple of 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, etc. It is possible to obtain a good sound reduction effect, both of the face materials 2 and 3 can use transparent glass, and it is not necessary to provide a partition plate or a sound absorbing material in the intermediate layer 4. The design property can be improved by making the door 1 transparent with a feeling of opening.

In addition, in order to heighten the sound reduction effect, the bathroom side member 2 and the dressing room side member 3 can be made of different materials, and can be set to have a structure that hardly resonates. For example, the face material on one side can be made of glass, and the face material on the other side can be made of a material such as polycarbonate.
