各開き止め杆の先端部には側面部にピン挿通孔を設け、各脚体の下部側には開き止め杆のピン挿通孔に頭ごと挿通する係止頭付きピンを突設すると共に、開き止め杆の先端側には、ロック金具を、開き止め杆に対して平行に重なり合う閉じ姿勢と下端側が開き止め杆から起き上がる開き姿勢とに開閉するように上端側を枢着し、このロック金具にはロック金具を開き姿勢から閉じていく時に前記ピンに対し上方より係嵌してロックするための係嵌溝を設けてなり、
