Description

The present invention relates to an automobile seat, and more particularly to an automobile seat that reliably prevents a passenger from moving forward when the automobile suddenly decelerates.

Conventionally, when an automobile decelerates suddenly, a seat belt is provided as a means for preventing an occupant from moving forward due to inertia. Further, in order to ensure the function of the seat belt, there is also known one in which the seat belt is connected to an emergency lock type winding device that winds up and locks the required amount of the seat belt in an emergency. However, with such a seat belt alone, there is a problem that the occupant's waist may not work effectively against a phenomenon (called a submarine phenomenon) that moves forward while sinking into the seat cushion.

Therefore, a receiving member such as a pipe is arranged across the width of the seat cushion so as to be positioned at the front part of the occupant's waist while sitting normally on the seat cushion. There has been proposed one that receives and suppresses forward movement (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 4, the seat cushion 31 disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a cushion material 33 mounted on a seat cushion frame 32, and is received at a rear position at an appropriate distance from the front end of the seat cushion frame 32. A collapsible part is formed by spanning the member 34 in the width direction, and extends as a receiving member 34 obliquely upward and rearward from the front end of the lower support part 35 and falls downward when a pressing force is applied from above. 36, when the occupant sits down, the foldable portion 36 lies down and does not deteriorate the sitting comfort, and when the occupant's waist moves forward during sudden deceleration, the foldable portion 36 stretches to prevent forward movement. It is comprised so that it may do.
JP 2002-46513 A

However, in the configuration as shown in FIG. 4, it is necessary to arrange the receiving member 34 at a high position in order to surely prevent the occupant from moving forward. However, there is a problem that the sitting comfort is bad and the cost is high because the structure includes the retractable portion 36. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the chest 41 tilts forward around the lumbar rotation center 42 while the lumbar 43 is received by the receiving member, as shown in FIG. As a result, a strong reaction force is received as indicated by the white arrow 45. As a result, a rotational moment acts on the pelvis 44 around the lumbar rotation center 42 as indicated by an arrow 46 as shown in FIG. In the characteristic diagram showing the change in the chest G after the collision shown in FIG. 7, a spike that protrudes rapidly in a pulse shape after a predetermined time has elapsed in the characteristic diagram showing the change in the chest G after the collision shown in FIG. There is a problem that the wave 48 is generated. In the case of an actual occupant instead of a dummy, it is a matter of course that there is a problem that the harmfulness is similarly increased.

Therefore, when the receiving member 34 is arranged low, the passenger's sitting comfort is ensured, but since the receiving force of the waist 43 is small, as shown in FIG. The lumbar part 43 falls from the normal sitting position indicated by the phantom line while moving forward as indicated by the solid line, so that the knee 49 stands and a rotational moment acts on the pelvis 44 around the lumbar rotation center 42 as indicated by the arrow 50. Similarly, an interference 47 occurs between the upper front end of the pelvis 44 and the lower front end of the chest 41, and the above problem cannot be solved.

In view of the above-described conventional problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an automobile seat that can reduce the harm to an occupant when the automobile decelerates rapidly while ensuring the comfort of the occupant.

The automobile seat of the present invention includes a seat cushion formed by mounting a cushion material on a seat cushion frame, and a receiving portion extending in the width direction is disposed below the front end of the seat cushion at an appropriate distance rear position, In a vehicle seat having a seat belt connected to an emergency lock type winding device, the panel portion being disposed in front of the seat cushion frame receiving portion, at least a portion of the panel portion in front of the receiving portion In addition, there is provided a foldable portion that falls downward when a pressing force of a certain level or more is applied from above, and this foldable portion is disposed below the occupant waist when the seat belt is locked.

According to this configuration, the occupant's lower back that is about to move forward when the vehicle suddenly decelerates is appropriately received by the receiving portion, and in front of the occupant's chest by the seat belt connected to the emergency lock type winding device. When the tilt is suppressed and the seat belt is locked after that, the waist part that has passed over the receiving part is elastically received by the foldable part provided in the panel part in front of the receiving part, and the seat belt By dropping downward with the fixed portion as a fulcrum, impact energy is effectively absorbed in the retractable portion, and the damaging effect on the occupant during sudden deceleration can be effectively reduced. In addition, the receiving part only needs to be overtaken after the occupant's waist is properly received at the time of sudden deceleration, and it is not necessary to completely catch the occupant. Therefore, the receiving part may be disposed at a relatively lower position in front of the lumbar. Sitting comfort can be ensured, and since the seat belt restrains the occupant's chest from leaning forward, the harm to the spike waves can be reduced. The receiving portion may simply be fixedly installed on the seat cushion frame, but a receiving member configured to rotate upward with an inertial force during sudden deceleration may be employed.

According to the automobile seat of the present invention, the occupant's lower back is appropriately received by the receiving portion, and the forward tilt of the occupant's chest is suppressed by the seat belt. The impact energy is effectively absorbed by the tiltable part by falling downward using the seat belt mounting part as a fulcrum while being elastically received by the tiltable part provided in the panel part in front of the stop part. In addition, it is possible to effectively reduce the harm to the occupant during sudden deceleration, and to secure the occupant's sitting comfort because the receiving portion only needs to be disposed at a relatively lower position.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of an automobile seat according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an automobile seat, which includes a seat cushion 2 and a seat back 3. The seat cushion 2 is configured such that a cushion pad 5 made of foamed urethane or the like is attached to an upper portion of a seat cushion frame 4 made of a steel plate, and the outer surface of the cushion pad 5 is covered with an exterior material (not shown). In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a seat belt 6 that restrains the forward tilt and forward movement of the chest 21 of the occupant 20 is disposed in the vehicle seat 1, and one end 6 a of the seat belt 6 is locked to the fixture 7. The other end is connected to an emergency lock type winding device (not shown).

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the seat cushion frame 4 is formed with side frame portions 8 protruding upward on both side portions, and obliquely upward and upward at an appropriate distance from the front end. An inclined receiving inclined surface 9 is formed between the side frame portions 8 and 8, and a panel portion 10 serving as a support surface for the cushion pad 5 is formed between the receiving inclined surface 9 and the front end. . A reinforcing member 11 is disposed adjacent to the lower surface of the front portion of the receiving inclined surface 9. Both ends of the reinforcing member 11 are fixed to the side frame portion 8 or the seat rail 12 (only a part thereof is shown in FIG. 3B) inserted into the side frame portion 8. An opening 13 is formed between the side frame portions 8 and 8 between the rear portion of the receiving inclined surface 9 and the rear end portion of the seat cushion frame 4, and a spring wire is formed into a wave shape in the opening 13 S An elastic support member (not shown) called a spring is stretched to elastically support the lower surface of the cushion pad 5.

A slit 14 is formed in the panel portion 10 so as to surround an appropriate region of the front portion of the receiving inclined surface 9 in a substantially U shape. The slits 14 are formed on one side and both sides along the width direction of the region, and are thereby connected to the panel portion 10 on the other side along the width direction of the region. A foldable portion 15 is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, the retractable portion 15 is disposed so as to be positioned below the waist portion 22 of the occupant 20 when the seat belt 6 is locked during sudden deceleration. Note that, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3B, the slit 14 may be formed so as to be connected to the panel portion 10 on the front side far from the receiving inclined surface 9, but the phantom line in FIG. As shown by, the retractable portion 15 may be formed so as to be connected to the panel portion 10 on the rear side close to the receiving inclined surface 9.

According to the above configuration, when the vehicle suddenly decelerates, the occupant 20 seated on the seat cushion 2 of the vehicle seat 1 moves forward with inertial force, and the chest 21 tends to lean forward greatly. The chest 21 is effectively restrained by the seat belt 6 connected to the emergency lock type winding device, so that its forward movement and forward tilt are suppressed. In addition, when the forward tilt of the chest part 21 of the occupant 20 is suppressed, a submarine phenomenon occurs in which the lumbar part 22 of the occupant 20 moves forward while sinking into the seat cushion 2, but it tries to move forward. Since the occupant's lower back 22 is appropriately received by the receiving inclined surface 9, the rapid forward movement of the lower back 22 due to the submarine phenomenon is also effectively suppressed.

Thereafter, when the seat belt 6 is locked, as shown in FIG. 2, the forward movement and forward tilt of the chest 21 are almost completely restrained by the seat belt 6, and in this state, the waist 22 of the occupant 20 is Overcoming the receiving inclined surface 9, the forward movement is stopped on the foldable portion 15 provided on the panel portion 10, and as a result, the waist portion 22 is elastically moved by the foldable portion 15 as indicated by the white arrow 16. While being received, the seat belt 6 falls downward with the shaft support portion of the fixture 7 of the seat belt 6 as a fulcrum. At that time, since the impact energy is effectively absorbed by the elastic deformation of the retractable portion 15, it is possible to effectively reduce the harm to the occupant 20 during sudden deceleration.

Moreover, as a receiving part which receives the waist | hip | lumbar part 22 of the passenger | crew 20 at the time of rapid deceleration, after the waist | hip | lumbar part 22 gets over suitably like the receiving inclined surface 9 of this embodiment, the waist | hip | lumbar part 22 may get over, and the waist | hip | lumbar part 22 may be used. Since it does not have to be completely received, it may be disposed at a relatively lower position in front of the waist portion 22 of the occupant 20 on which the receiving inclined surface 9 (receiving portion) is seated. For this reason, the sitting comfort of the occupant 20 can be ensured. Moreover, since the forward tilt of the chest 21 of the occupant 20 is suppressed by the seat belt 6, it is possible to reduce the harmfulness corresponding to the generation of spike waves as seen in the conventional example. Moreover, when it is set as the structure which formed the opening in the part corresponding to the folding part 15 of the panel part 10, since the cushion pad 5 is not supported by the part, sitting comfort deteriorates, but in this embodiment, it is normal. In some cases, the retractable portion 15 forms a support surface that is flush with the panel portion 10, so that a good sitting comfort is ensured.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the receiving inclined surface 9 is provided as the receiving portion and the reinforcing member 11 made of the pipe material is disposed in the vicinity of the lower surface of the receiving inclined surface 9 is shown. On the contrary, a configuration in which a receiving member made of a pipe material or the like is simply fixedly installed on the seat cushion frame 4 or the like without providing the receiving inclined surface 9 may be used. Moreover, you may employ | adopt the receiving member comprised so that it might rotate upwards with an inertia force at the time of rapid deceleration.

According to the present invention, the occupant's waist is appropriately received by the receiving part, and the seat belt restrains the occupant's chest from leaning forward, and then the waist part that has overcome the receiving part is the front panel part of the receiving part. Since the impact energy is absorbed effectively by the retractable part by falling downward using the seat belt mounting part as a fulcrum while being elastically received by the retractable part provided in the occupant during sudden deceleration It is possible to effectively reduce the damage to the vehicle, and the receiving portion only needs to be disposed at a relatively lower position, so that the seating comfort of the occupant can be ensured, which is useful for a safety mechanism for an automobile seat. .
