The objective of this invention is providing the electric power generating apparatus which can prevent that a power generator is damaged by abnormal wind energy while preventing the damage of a windmill.
(1)

A power generator according to a first invention is a power generator that converts wind energy into kinetic energy and generates power using kinetic energy, and a plurality of wind turbines that convert wind energy into kinetic energy, and a plurality of wind turbines A plurality of detection devices for detecting the number of rotations, a plurality of generators for generating power using kinetic energy from a plurality of windmills in parallel, and a plurality of power conversions for respectively converting the power generated by the plurality of generators Based on the output results of the plurality of failure determination control devices, and a plurality of failure determination control devices that stop or continue to control the operation of the power converter by determining abnormal operation of the plurality of power converters Including a continuation determination device that controls the operation of the wind turbine and a shut-off device that stops or continuously controls the operation of the wind turbine according to a command from the continuation determination device.
In the power generator according to the first invention, wind energy is converted into kinetic energy by the windmill, and kinetic energy is converted into electric power by the plurality of generators. Further, the rotational speed of the windmill is detected by the detection device. The electric power generated by the plurality of generators is converted by the plurality of power converters, respectively.
The plurality of failure determination control devices give an instruction to the power converter to cut off one or more power supplies based on the determination result. The power is interrupted by the power converter given the instruction. Moreover, since the instruction | command is given to the interruption | blocking apparatus by the continuation determination control apparatus based on the instruction | indication which the power converter gave from the some failure determination control apparatus, operation | movement of a windmill can be stopped or continually controlled.
In this case, since a plurality of generators are arranged, even if one generator breaks down, power can be generated by another generator. In addition, it is possible to determine whether or not the paths of the plurality of generators and the plurality of power converters are normal by individual failure determination control devices provided corresponding to the plurality of generators. It is possible to detect the presence or absence of.
In particular, after the operation of the power converter is determined by the failure determination control device, it is possible to stop or continue the control, so that the plurality of power converters are individually stopped or continuously controlled. For example, when the power converter is not normal, the output of the power converter can be stopped, and the paths of the other power converters are continuously controlled. As a result, the failed device can be stopped immediately, and the safety of the windmill can be secured immediately.
In a strong wind environment such as a typhoon, a command is given to the interruption device by the continuation determination device based on the control result of the failure determination control device. Since the operation of the windmill can be stopped or continuously controlled by this command, damage to the windmill itself can be prevented. That is, in a strong wind environment such as a typhoon, the kinetic energy from the windmill cannot be generated efficiently, and the rotational speed of the windmill itself increases abnormally, so that damage to the blades of the windmill can be prevented. .
(2)
(2)
The detection device may further include a wind speed sensor that measures the amount of wind energy.
In this case, since the energy amount of wind energy can be measured, it is possible to determine not only the rotation sensor of the windmill but also the start of power generation according to the magnitude of the wind energy, or to determine abnormal rotation of the windmill due to windstorms, etc. it can. As a result, the location of the failure can be stopped and the load can be reduced, so that an efficient and safe power generator can be realized.
(3)
(3)
The plurality of power converters are calculated by a power conversion control device that calculates the maximum amount of power that can be followed based on the rotation speed detected by the rotation sensor and the wind speed measured by the wind speed sensor, and the power conversion control device. A power converter that extracts predetermined power from the power generated from the generator based on the amount of power may be included.
In this case, the power converter can convert the power generated by the plurality of generators into the target power. In particular, since the power conversion control device can recognize the rotation speed of the windmill, the optimum power generation amount can be predicted, and the power amount can be output at the power generation amount.
(4)
(4)
The power converter includes a transformer that converts the voltage of the generated power into a predetermined voltage, a rectifier that rectifies the converted power, a step-down converter that steps down the rectified power, and an output that outputs the stepped down power May also be included.
In this case, the three-phase alternating current is converted to alternating current by the transformer, the alternating current is rectified to direct current by the rectifier, and DC / DC conversion is performed by the step-down converter, so that stable direct current power can be output from the output unit. The power converter may include a rectifier that rectifies the converted power, a step-down converter that steps down the rectified power, and an output unit that outputs the stepped down power.
(5)
(5)
The power conversion control device includes a maximum power follow-up control unit that controls electric energy based on the number of revolutions from the rotation sensor and the wind speed measured by the wind speed sensor, and a current based on a control command from the maximum power follow-up control unit. And a charging current control unit that performs the charging control.
In this case, by the function of the maximum power follow-up control unit, an optimal charging current command can be given to the power converter by the power converter through the charging current control unit. When an abnormality occurs in the power converter due to the function of the maximum power tracking control unit, the output voltage can be stopped by giving an instruction not to perform power conversion. Further, when the wind turbine is rotating based on information from the wind speed sensor and the rotation sensor when no power is output from the generator, the output of the power can be cut off as a failure of the generator.
(6)
(6)
The plurality of wind turbines may include a plurality of airfoil-type linear blade vertical axis wind turbine vertical types having a vertical rotation axis and stacked in a plurality of stages.
In this case, since the windmill has a plurality of airfoils, even when the wind energy has a small value, the wind energy can be efficiently converted into kinetic energy. In addition, since the straight blade vertical axis type wind turbine vertical type wind turbine is arranged in a plurality of stages, energy conversion efficiency can be further improved.
(7)
(7)
The shut-off device may apply a deceleration force to the shafts of the plurality of windmills to stop the rotation of the shafts of the plurality of windmills.
In this case, the wind turbine shaft rotation can be stopped by applying a damping force to the wind turbine shaft. For example, in the case of a storm, the wind turbine rotation is stopped to prevent the wind turbine from being damaged. In addition, the rotation of the windmill can be reduced even when the rotation of the windmill is greatly increased and the power generation efficiency deteriorates.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
The plurality of
Further, the
The electric power generated by the plurality of
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the internal structure of each
As shown in FIG. 3, the
First, the
On the other hand, the maximum power follow-up
Charging
Further, the maximum power follow-up
When the maximum power follow-up
Further, even when the
As described above, in the power generation device 500a according to the present embodiment, it is possible to generate optimal power according to wind energy in the

Further, the number of rotations is measured by each of the
In the
The
Moreover, the
In the present embodiment, the
As described above, in the
When it is determined that the rotation is not normal by the rotation
For example, since the rotation of the
