Claims (3)
- 液体中の物質に感応して膜電位を変化させる膜センサにおいて、
高分子材と、イオン液体と、可塑剤とを混合して所定厚さに形成したことを特徴とする膜センサ。 - 前記高分子材158mgに対して、前記イオン液体が約0.02〜0.08ミリモルの範囲で混合されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜センサ。
- 前記イオン液体が、
