Description
The present invention relates to a lens driving device that forms an image of a subject by driving a lens in the direction of an optical axis.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, camera-equipped mobile phones equipped with cameras and digital cameras have become widespread, and cameras mounted on such portable devices have a lens driving device that drives the lens to be displaced in the optical axis direction. . As such a lens driving device, a movable lens body provided with a lens, a support body that supports the movable lens body so as to be movable in the optical axis direction via a spring member, and the movable lens body is driven in the optical axis direction. The spring member includes an annular outer frame portion connected to the support, an annular inner frame portion connected to the moving lens body, an inner frame portion, and an outer frame. The leaf | plate spring provided with the three arm parts which connect a part is used (refer patent document 1).
Here, the inventor proposes to use a rectangular spring member as the spring member when the outer shape of the lens driving device is a rectangular parallelepiped. However, in this case, the spring member is disposed in a narrow region surrounded by the inner periphery of the support body formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and the outer periphery of the columnar moving lens body disposed in the support body. As a result, the degree of freedom in designing the shape of the arm portion and the like is low. As a result, the spring member cannot secure sufficient spring properties, and further, the moving lens body violently moves in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction or the tilt direction due to a strong impact such as a drop impact in the lens driving device. In this case, the spring member is likely to be plastically deformed or broken, and there is a problem that the lens drive device is liable to have a defect such as a stroke failure.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a lens driving device capable of preventing the occurrence of problems such as plastic deformation and breakage in a spring member when receiving a strong impact such as a drop impact. There is to do.
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a moving lens body provided with a lens, a support body that supports the moving lens body so as to be movable in an optical axis direction via a spring member, and the moving lens In the lens driving device including a magnetic driving mechanism for driving a body in the optical axis direction, the spring member includes a plurality of arm portions, and a first connected to the support body at an outer end portion of the arm portions. A connecting portion; and a second connecting portion connected to the annular portion of the moving lens body at the inner end of the arm portion, the arm portion extending with a radius of curvature equal to or greater than the radius of curvature of the annular portion. and have a first extension of the arc-shaped, and the arm portion and the connecting portion between the second connecting portion, the connecting portion between said arm portions adjacent the first connection portion, the adjacent angular directions The arm portion is located on the first extending portion; and A plurality of second extending portions arranged radially outside the first extending portion and having a circumferential dimension shorter than the first extending portion are bent in an arc shape in an in-plane direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction. A meandering portion connected in series via a plurality of bending portions, and among the plurality of bending portions, the outermost peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge are regarded as arcs when the outermost peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge are regarded as arcs. The peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge are in a non-concentric state, and the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral edge is larger than the radius of curvature of the inner peripheral edge, and the second connecting portion is radially inward in the vicinity of the root portion of the arm portion. A concave notch is formed .
In the present invention, the arm portion has the arc-shaped first elongated portion, and the radius of curvature thereof is equal to or larger than the radius of curvature of the second connecting portion. Thereby, compared with the case where the 1st extension part is formed in the shape of a straight line, since the 1st extension part can be formed longer, the rigidity of an arm part can be raised more. Therefore, the stress applied to the arm portion can be efficiently relaxed and dispersed. Moreover, since the 1st expansion | extension part is a simple shape called circular arc shape, there also exists an advantage that it is easy to process.
Moreover, in this invention, the connection part of the said arm part and the said 2nd connection part and the connection part of the said adjacent arm part and the said 1st connection part are located in the adjacent angular direction . Accordingly, the rigidity of the arm portion can be further increased by the length of the first extending portion. Further, according to the present invention, the arm portion is disposed on the radially outer side of the first extension portion and the first extension portion, and a plurality of second dimensions having a circumferential dimension shorter than the first extension portion. The extending portion includes a meandering portion connected in series via a plurality of bending portions that are bent in an arc shape in an in-plane direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction, and is located on the innermost peripheral side among the plurality of bending portions. In the bent portion, when the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge are regarded as arcs, the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge are in a non-concentric state, and the curvature radius of the outer peripheral edge is larger than the curvature radius of the inner peripheral edge. Therefore, in the arm part, the stress is relieved by the two portions of the first extension part and the meandering part, so that the stress applied to the arm part can be more efficiently dispersed. Further, the stress can be dispersed in a plurality of bent portions. Further, the rigidity of the outer peripheral edge of the bent portion where stress tends to concentrate can be increased. In the present invention, the second connecting part is formed with a notch recessed inward in the radial direction in the vicinity of the base part of the arm part. Therefore, since the movable part at the base of the arm part extending from the second connecting part spreads, the spring property is improved accordingly, and the stress concentration generated at the base of the arm part can be reduced.
In the present invention, in at least two adjacent arm portions of the plurality of arm portions, on the radially outer side of a connection portion between one of the arm portions and the second connecting portion, the other of the arm portions. A configuration in which a portion on the bent portion side of the first extending portion of the arm portion is positioned may be employed.
In the present invention, the moving lens body is cylindrical, and the outer peripheral shape of the support body is a polygon. Of the region sandwiched between the polygon and the outer peripheral portion of the moving lens body, the polygonal shape It is preferable that the meandering portion is arranged at a corner portion. If comprised in this way, since it is not necessary to newly provide the space for arrange | positioning a meander part, the whole lens drive device can be made smaller by that much.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the plurality of arm portions are formed rotationally symmetric about the optical axis of the moving lens body. If comprised in this way, the situation where stress concentrates on one of several arm parts can be avoided.
In this invention, it is preferable that the said arm part is equipped with the curved part protruded to the radial direction outer side in the connection part vicinity with the said 2nd connection part. By configuring in this way, in the arm part, in addition to the first extension part and the meandering part, the stress is also relaxed in the curved part, so that the stress applied to the arm part can be dispersed. Moreover, the stress concentration which generate | occur | produces in the base of the arm part extended from a 2nd connection part can be eased efficiently.
According to the lens driving device of the present invention, the arm portion has the arc-shaped first extending portion, and the curvature radius thereof is equal to or larger than the curvature radius of the second coupling portion. Thereby, compared with the case where the 1st extension part is formed in the shape of a straight line, since the 1st extension part can be formed longer, the rigidity of an arm part can be raised more. Therefore, the stress applied to the arm portion can be efficiently relaxed and dispersed. Therefore, it has excellent vibration resistance and impact resistance when the moving lens body is moved in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction or tilted in the oblique direction (tilt direction) relative to the optical axis. Further, in the spring member, due to impact or the like, excessive displacement of the moving lens body in the optical axis direction, displacement in the left-right direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the moving lens body, rotational displacement of the moving lens body in the circumferential direction Even when a displacement in the oblique direction (tilt direction) occurs with respect to the optical axis of the moving lens body, the arm portion is plastically deformed because it has sufficient rigidity to withstand the stress caused by the displacement. The situation can be avoided reliably. Moreover, since the 1st expansion | extension part is a simple shape called circular arc shape, there also exists an advantage that it is easy to process.

In this embodiment, the

FIGS. 2A and 2B are configuration diagrams showing a state where the case and the plate-like cover are taken from the subject side in the lens driving device to which the present invention is applied, and a state in which a spring member is mounted on the sleeve. It is a perspective view which shows a mode that it saw from the to-be-photographed object side. Hereinafter, detailed configurations of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a

3A and 3B are enlarged plan views showing the whole and part of the spring member used in the lens driving device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Hereinafter, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 (B), 2 (A), 2 (B) and 3 (A), the
In this embodiment, the outer frame portion that holds one end of the plurality of
In the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the first elongated portion 323 (323a to 323d) is formed in an arc shape with a radius of curvature equal to or greater than the radius of curvature of the second connecting
Moreover, in the 1st expansion | extension part 323 (323a-323d), the distance with the
Each of the plurality of second extending
The configuration of the
(Main effects of this form)
As described above, in this embodiment, the
Further, in this embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment,

In Reference Example 1, a
[ Reference Example 2 ]
FIG. 5 is a plan view of a spring member used in the lens driving device according to Reference Example 2 .
In Reference Example 2 , a
さらに、アーム部320a(320b、320c、320d)の湾曲部331a(331b、331c、331d)は、隣接するアーム部320b(320c、320d、320a)の湾曲部332b(332c、332d、332a)の近傍位置に配置されている。
The
[Other embodiments]
In the said embodiment, although the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the four
Further, in the above embodiment, the shape of the
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, in the second
