Description
The present invention is a bearing device applied to a rotating machine such as a steam turbine, a gas turbine, a compressor, a supercharger, etc., which prevents damage to the bearing pad, improves the life of the device, and reduces the maintenance cost related to the bearing. It relates to technology that can be kept low.
By the way, in the tailing pad bearing shown in the above-mentioned patent document 1, since the back surface of the bearing pad is a curved surface, the bearing pad can swing according to the displacement of the rotating shaft. However, since the bearing pad described above and the bearing housing located on the back surface of the bearing pad are supported by point contact with each other, stress concentrates on the point contact portion, and the bearing pad is easily damaged. There is a problem in that maintenance costs increase due to replacement of bearing pads due to damage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances. The bearing pad can be swung back and forth with respect to the bearing housing, the life of the apparatus can be improved, and the maintenance cost can be kept low. An object of the present invention is to provide a bearing device and a rotating machine that can be used.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means. That is, the present invention provides a bearing housing in which a rotating shaft passes through a central portion, and a plurality of bearing pads that are arranged around the axis of the rotating shaft in the bearing housing and rotatably support the rotating shaft. A pad main body as the bearing pad, and is detachably provided on the pad main body, and has a curved surface along the axial direction of the rotary shaft, and the bearing housing extends from the pad main body. and a hemisphere projecting toward the, also, as the bearing housing, and the housing body, removably mounted to the housing body, have a support member for the hemisphere abuts, said hemisphere, said support It is characterized by being formed of a material having a higher hardness than the material forming the member .
According to the bearing device configured as described above, the pad body of the bearing pad is provided with a hemisphere that has a curved surface along the axial direction of the rotating shaft and protrudes from the pad body toward the bearing housing. With the hemisphere, the entire bearing pad can be swung in a plane including the rotation axis. For this reason, even if misalignment of the rotating shaft has occurred with respect to the bearing housing, the bearing pad will swing and follow, and the rotating shaft will not come into contact with the pad body of the bearing pad. Can be supported. As a result, damage to the bearing pad and the rotating shaft can be prevented, and the oil film thickness between the bearing pad and the rotating shaft can be made uniform, and the rotating shaft can be stably rotated.
Here, since the bearing pad side hemisphere and the bearing housing side support member that are in contact with each other are detachably provided, they can be easily removed when the hemisphere and the support member are worn away. Can be replaced. That is, maintenance of the contact point between the bearing pad and the bearing housing can be performed only by exchanging the hemisphere and the support member without affecting the pad body of the bearing pad and the housing body of the bearing housing. The service life can be improved and the maintenance cost can be kept low. And since the hemisphere of a bearing pad was formed with the material whose hardness is higher than the support member of a bearing housing, durability of a hemisphere can be raised to a support member. For this reason, in the comparison between the support member and the hemisphere, the frequency of damage to the hemisphere with a complicated shape and high component cost can be suppressed, and it can be dealt with by replacing the support member, so that the maintenance cost can be further reduced.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the support member has a curvature radius larger than that of the hemisphere and has a curved surface along the axial direction so as to form a recess with which the hemisphere abuts.
According to the bearing device configured as described above, the support member with which the hemisphere comes into contact is formed with a concave portion having a curved surface along the axial direction of the rotation shaft with a radius of curvature larger than that of the hemisphere. For this reason, the bearing pad can be stably swung with respect to the bearing housing by the recess and the hemisphere abutted in the recess, and the contact surface pressure is suppressed by ensuring the contact area between the hemisphere and the support member. Thus, damage to the hemisphere and the support member can be prevented, and maintenance costs can be further reduced. Further, the contact rigidity can be improved by securing the contact area.
Further, in the present invention, the support member is a ring-shaped member formed in a groove shape along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft so that the concave portions are in contact with the hemispheres of the plurality of bearing pads. It is characterized by.
According to the bearing device configured as described above, the ring-shaped support member is formed with the recess in the groove shape along the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft so that the hemispheres of the plurality of pads come into contact with each other. When assembling, or when the concave portion is worn away due to wear, the entire support member can be easily replaced. Thereby, the height position of the pad along the radial direction of the rotating shaft can be collectively adjusted, and workability at the time of assembly and replacement can be improved.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the installation position of the hemisphere is set eccentrically from the approximate center in the axial direction of the pad main body.
According to the bearing device configured as described above, since the installation position of the hemisphere is set eccentrically from the approximate center of the pad body in the axial direction, on the opposite side of the pad body from the side where the hemisphere is eccentric, the rotating shaft and the pad The restoring moment due to the oil film formed between the main body and the body can be increased. For this reason, the followability of the bearing pad with respect to the rotating shaft can be improved, and the one-sided contact can be more reliably prevented while supporting the rotating shaft more stably.
In the present invention, the pad main body is characterized in that the cross-sectional area is adjusted in the axial direction so that the position of the center of gravity substantially coincides with the installation position of the hemisphere in the axial direction.
According to the bearing device configured as described above, the cross-sectional area of the pad main body is adjusted with respect to the axial direction so that the center of gravity of the pad main body substantially coincides with the installation position of the hemisphere described above in the axial direction. ing. For this reason, as described above, it is possible to improve the stability of the bearing pad in a normal state where the misalignment of the rotating shaft does not occur while improving the followability of the bearing pad.
In the present invention, the support member is supported by the housing body so as to be able to bend and deform along the axial direction when the hemisphere contacts.
According to the bearing device configured as described above, the contact area between the hemisphere and the support member can be ensured by the support member being bent and deformed along the axial direction when the hemisphere comes into contact with the contact surface pressure. It is possible to prevent the hemisphere and the support member from being damaged, and to lower the maintenance cost. Further, the contact rigidity can be improved by securing the contact area. In addition, since the contact area between the hemisphere and the support member can be secured by the bending deformation of the support member itself, there is no need to process the contact area with the hemisphere of the support member into a concave shape in order to secure the contact area. Cost can be reduced.
The rotating machine of the present invention is characterized in that the rotating shaft is supported by the bearing device described above.
In the above configuration, the rotating shaft of a rotating machine such as a gas turbine, a compressor, or a supercharger is supported by the bearing device, so that the bearing pad can be prevented from coming into contact with the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft can be stabilized. Can be rotated.
In the bearing device of the present invention, the bearing pad has a detachable hemisphere, and the bearing housing has a detachable support member, so that the bearing pad can swing back and forth with respect to the bearing housing, The lifetime of the apparatus can be improved and the maintenance cost can be kept low.
(First embodiment)
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a steam turbine 1 as an example of a rotating machine on which a bearing device according to this embodiment is mounted. The steam turbine 1 includes an

The rotor 5 is rotatably supported by a journal bearing device 100 (described later). The rotor 5 acts to transmit the power generated by the power generation unit 4 to a machine such as a compressor. A seal structure is provided between the rotor 5 and the
Next, with reference to FIG.2 and FIG.3, the
Each of the plurality of bearing
The bearing
The
In the
Here, the
Further, in the
Further, in the
In the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The
Further, the cross-sectional area of the pad
According to the
Further, according to the
Here, the amount of eccentricity of the installation position of the
5A is a cross-sectional view showing details of the
When the length in the axial direction M of the pad
(Third embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The
That is, in the
In such a
For this reason, damage to the
In this embodiment, the
Moreover, in the structure of 1st-3rd embodiment mentioned above, although the
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail with reference to drawings, the concrete structure is not restricted to this embodiment, The design change etc. of the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention are included.
