A guide groove 69 extending in the vertical direction is formed on the upper portion of the head, and a guide protrusion 70 provided on the head portion 3 is fitted in the guide groove 69 of the support arm 2 so as to be movable up and down.

According to a twelfth feature of the present invention, in addition to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh features, Support portions 2 and 2 are respectively provided on the left and right of the upper end of 1, and the body portion 1 and the head portion 3 are surrounded by the body portion 1, left and right support arms 2 and 2, and the head portion 3. And a thumb-hanging concave portion 15 that is curved in a concave shape so as to hang a thumb so as to face the upper end portion 1c of the main body portion 1 facing the lower edge of the window 5. It is in.

In the present invention, since the reinforcing member 60 is disposed inside the support portion 2, even if the main body portion 1 and the head portion 3 are connected by the thin support portion 2, the support portion 2 is reinforced and bent or bent. Can be surely prevented. Since the support portion 2 can be formed thin, an electric razor having a slim image can be obtained.

Since the head portion 3 is supported so as to be free to float with respect to the support portion 2, the head portion 3 can move along the unevenness of the skin, and shaving that does not damage the skin is possible.

Since the head portion 3 is received by the elastic body 31 in the support portion 2, the head portion 3 is supported in a freely floating manner with respect to the support portion 2.

Since the reinforcing member 60 is formed of a metal rigid body and is fixed in the support portion 2, deterioration over time can be reduced, and the support portion 2 can be reinforced over a long period of time.

Since the reinforcing member 60 has an L-shaped, U-shaped or B-shaped cross-sectional shape, the support portion 2 can be reliably reinforced while the material of the reinforcing member 60 can be saved.

Since the reinforcing member 60 is composed of a plate-shaped material 61 having a flat cross-sectional shape made of metal and a rod-shaped material 62 having a plastic L-shaped or U-shaped cross-sectional shape, it is possible to reduce complicated metal bending processes. As a result, the processing becomes easier and variations in manufacturing can be reduced.

The reinforcing member 60 is formed by stacking a plastic rod-shaped material 62 insert-molded on at least one surface of the metal plate-shaped material 61 as a core material, so that the plate-shaped material 61 and the rod-shaped material 62 are assembled to each other. The time and effort can be omitted, and processing can be facilitated by that much, and manufacturing variations can be reduced.

The reinforcing member 60 is fixed to the inner surface of one or both of the front supporting half 2a and the rear supporting half 2b, and either one or both of the front supporting half 2a and the rear supporting half 2b is the reinforcing member 60. Therefore, the support portion 2 can obtain an impact buffering effect by the reinforcing member 60. Further, the front support half 2a and the rear support half 2b can be firmly coupled, and the rear support half 2b is prevented from being detached from the front support half 2a.

Since the upper end portion of the support arm 2 is fitted to the middle of the restriction groove 30 in the vertical direction, the head portion 3 is prevented from being curled by the rotational moment applied to the head portion 3, and the head portion 3 is supported. It is possible to support the unit 2 so that it can float freely.

Since the elastic body 31 is guided by the inner surface 30a of the restriction groove 30 of the head portion 3 and the inner surface 2d of the upper end portion 2c of the support arm 2, the head portion 3 is moved with respect to the support portion 2. The guide structure can be made compact and the design can be improved while it can be supported in a freely floating manner.

Since the guide projection 70 of the head portion 3 is fitted in the guide groove 69 of the support arm 2 so as to freely move up and down, the head portion 3 is restrained from moving to the left and right to give the head portion 3 a sense of stability. Can improve the texture.

A window 5 surrounded by the main body 1, the left and right support arms 2 and 2 and the head 3 is formed, and a recess 15 for hanging the thumb is arranged, so that the design is improved and the thumb is the main body. It becomes hard to slip with respect to 1, and the operativity of an electric shaver improves.

The drawings show an example in which the present invention is applied to a rotary electric shaver. As shown in FIG. 2, the electric razor includes a vertically long main body 1 that also serves as a grip, a pair of left and right support arms 2 and 2 provided on the left and right of the upper end of the main body 1, and left and right support arms 2. 2 and a head portion 3 that is float-supported.

The left and right support arms 2, 2 protrude upward from the left and right ends of the upper end of the main body 1. Thus, a rectangular window 5 surrounded by the main body 1, the left and right support arms 2, 2 and the head 3 is formed between the main body 1 and the head 3. The window 5 penetrates in the front-rear direction of the electric razor. This window 5 improves the design of the electric shaver. As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right support arms 2, 2 are curved in the front-rear direction (the left-right direction in FIG. 4), so that the head portion 3 is in a forward sloping posture.

Inside the main body 1, two secondary batteries 6, 6 and a circuit board are accommodated. A decorative panel 7 is disposed on the front surface of the upper end 1c of the main body 1, and a push button type switch button 9 is provided above and below the decorative panel 7 and a first display that is lit when the switch button 9 is turned on. A lamp 10 and the like are arranged. The upper end 1c of the main body 1 is formed in a recess, and the upper end 7a of the decorative panel 7 faces the upper end 1c of the main body 1 (see FIG. 4). On the front surface of the main body 1, a second indicator lamp 11 that is lit during charging is disposed below the decorative panel 7.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the main body 1 is formed by combining a front main body half 1 a and a rear main body half 1 b that are divided into front and rear portions in a lid-like manner. The left and right support arms 2 and 2 are composed of front support halves 2a and 2a located on the front surface side and rear support halves 2b and 2b located on the rear surface side, and at the upper ends of the front main body halves 1a located on the front surface side, The left and right front support halves 2a and 2a are integrally formed, and the left and right rear support halves 2b and 2b are integrally formed at the upper end of the rear main body half 1b located on the rear surface side. The front main body half 1 a and the rear main body half 1 b are coupled with screws 13 via a frame-shaped packing 12.

The front surface of the upper end portion 7a of the decorative panel 7 facing the lower end of the window 5 has a hollow shape, and the front surface of the upper end portion 7a of the decorative panel 7 is used when the user grips the main body 1. A concave portion 15 for hanging the thumb that is curved in a concave shape is provided to hold the thumb of the person. By placing a thumb on the thumb-hanging recess 15 (see FIG. 7), the thumb becomes difficult to slide with respect to the main body 1 and the operability of the electric razor is improved. The thumb hanging recess 15 is made of silicon rubber or the like in order to make the thumb slip more securely. The recess 15 for the thumb hanging may be formed of, for example, plastic, and a non-slip coating may be applied to the surface of the recess 15 for the thumb hanging. May be.

A decorative cover 16 is locked to the back side of the rear main body half 1b of the main body 1, and an index finger hanging recess 17 (see FIG. 5) is provided on the upper end of the decorative cover 16 facing the lower end of the window 5. 3 and FIG. 7). By placing the index finger on the index finger hanging recess 17, it becomes difficult for the index finger to move, and the accidental dropping of the electric razor can be reduced.

1 and 4, the head unit 3 includes a head case 20, a movable inner blade 21, a fixed outer blade 22 and an outer blade holder 23 incorporated in the head case 20, an inner blade driving motor 25, and motor power. And a gear mechanism 26 that is transmitted to the movable inner blade 21. The gear mechanism 26 is covered with a gear cover 27.

In FIG. 4, the head case 20 of the head unit 3 is formed by joining a front head half 20a and a rear head half 20b, which are divided into front and rear parts, using a screw 29 (see FIG. 9). As shown in FIG. 5, a pair of left and right restricting grooves 30 extending in the up-down direction are formed on the left and right side surfaces of the head case 20, and the left and right support arms 2 reach the middle in the up-down direction of each restricting groove 30.・ The upper end of 2 is fitted. As a result, the head unit 3 can move up and down in a state where the lateral shake of the front and rear is restricted. As shown in FIG. 8, the upper ends of the left and right support arms 2 and 2 are notched on the upper surface side and the front window 5 side, respectively, and a float spring (elastic body) 31 so as to face this notch. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the upper surface of each regulating groove 30 is a spring receiving surface 32 with which the upper end of each float spring 31 abuts, and the lower end of each float spring 31 is supported by each front support. The plate-shaped spring seats 33 provided in the half 2a are in contact with the upper surface of the seat. Each spring receiving seat 33 is provided so as to face a notch in the upper end portion of each support arm 2. Each float spring 31 is extendable in the vertical direction within the upper end of each front support half 2a. That is, the head portion 3 is received by the left and right float springs 31 and 31 and is floatingly supported so that it can be moved up and down simultaneously with respect to the left and right support arms 2 and 2. In this state, each float spring 31 is guided to extend and contract in the vertical direction by the inner surface 30 a of the restriction groove 30 of the head portion 3 and the inner surface 2 d of the upper end portion 2 c of the support arm 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, hooks 35, 35 provided on the left and right sides of the lower portion of the head case 20 are engaged with each spring receiving seat 33. As a result, the head unit 3 can be prevented from coming off from the left and right support arms 2.

The movable inner blade 21 is composed of a rotary blade that rotates about the horizontal axis. That is, the movable inner blade 21 includes a plurality of spiral blades embedded in a horizontal columnar resin base 19 (see FIG. 4). The resin base 19 has a final gear 36 fixed to one shaft portion (the right side in FIG. 1), and rotates around the horizontal axis. The gear mechanism 26 is constituted by a gear train composed of a spur gear group, and the rotational power of the output shaft 37 of the motor 25 is transmitted to the final gear 36 in a decelerated state. The other shaft portion (left side in FIG. 1) of the resin base 19 is rotatably supported by an inner blade support base 40 shown in FIG. 9, and the movable inner blade 21 is located above the inner blade support base 40. Arranged to face. The fixed outer blade 22 is formed by a mesh blade, and is supported by the outer blade holder 23 while retaining its shape in an arch shape. The motor 25 has a flat front and rear circumferential surface, has an output shaft 37 on one side, and leads out a power feed lead from the other side.

In order to make the head portion washable, the motor 25 is accommodated in a housing 41 and sealed in a watertight manner as shown in FIGS. The housing 41 includes first and second cases 41a and 41b that are divided into left and right, and a clip 42 that engages both cases 41a and 41b in an inseparable manner. The first case 41 a is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that can accommodate the entire motor 25. The second case 41b is formed in a shallow dish shape that closes the opening of the first case 41a. The clip 42 is a U-shaped press-molded product made of a spring plate material, and sandwiches the opposed peripheral surfaces of the cases 41a and 41b at the same time, thereby fixing the cases 41a and 41b so as not to be separated. A packing 43 is disposed between the first case 41a and the second case 41b.

A pair of left and right inner blade brackets 45 and 46 that respectively support the left and right ends of the inner blade support base 40 are formed integrally with the first case 41 a of the housing 41 on the upper surfaces of the left and right side ends of the housing 41. These inner blade brackets 45 and 46 are mounted with an inner blade support base 40 in a bridge shape, and the left and right ends of the inner blade support base 40 are fastened to the upper surfaces of the inner blade brackets 45 and 46 with screws. As a result, the inner blade support base 40 is integrated with the housing 41.

A spur gear 49 of the gear mechanism 26 is supported on the side surface of one (right side in FIG. 9) of the inner blade bracket 45, and is covered with the gear cover 27 together with the spur gear 50 supported on the left and right side surfaces of the housing 26. On the upper surface of one inner blade bracket 45, a positioning convex portion 47 of the inner blade support base 40 is provided. On the upper surface of the other inner blade bracket 32 (on the left side in FIG. 9), a fitting protrusion 52 that fits and holds the inner blade bearing portion 51 of the inner blade support base 40 is provided. The motor 25 is assembled in the first case 41a with the output shaft 37 protruding from the side end wall, and as shown in FIG. 6, the gap between the output shaft 37 and the opening of the first case 41a is a packing 53. Sealed with.

As shown in FIG. 6, the housing 41 in which the motor 25 is accommodated is sandwiched between the front head half 20a and the rear head half 20b of the head case 20 in the front-rear direction, and the joint edges of both the halves 20a and 20b are mutually connected. The housing 41 is integrated with the head case 20 by engaging and fastening the left and right sides of the upper joint surface with a pair of screws 29 (FIG. 9). The power supply lead of the motor 25 is wired to the main body 1 via the support arm 2.

Thus, since the inner blade brackets 45 and 46 for fixing the inner blade support base 40 to the housing 41 are integrally formed with the housing 41, the housing 41 and the inner blade brackets 45 and 46 are separately manufactured and assembled. It is less susceptible to manufacturing errors than the case. Accordingly, the horizontal accuracy of the inner blade support base 40 with respect to the head case 20 integrated with the housing 41 and the outer blade holder 23 attached to the head case 20 is increased. That is, the positional accuracy of the fixed outer blade 22 of the outer blade holder 23 with respect to the movable inner blade 21 supported by the inner blade support base 40 is improved, and the movable inner blade 21 and the fixed outer blade are hardly affected by manufacturing errors. Adhesion with 22 can be improved, and an appropriate sharpness can be obtained.

In order to lock and hold the outer blade holder 23 attached to the head case 20, as shown in FIG. 1, lock release buttons 55 and 55 are arranged on the left and right side walls of the outer blade holder 23, respectively. 55 pushes in the lock claws 56 provided on the left and right side walls of the upper end portion of the head case 20 fitted in the outer blade holder 23. Each lock claw 56 is urged toward the lock release button 55 by a compression coil spring 57 disposed at the upper end of the head case 20.

When each lock release button 55 is pushed in against the urging force of the compression coil spring 57, the lock claw 56 is pushed into the upper end of the head case 20 by the lock release button 55, and the inner surface of the outer blade holder 23 is pressed. The engagement state between the provided lock recess 59 (see FIG. 5) and the lock claw 56 is released, and the outer blade holder 23 can be removed from the head case 20.

Reinforcing members 60 and 60 for reinforcing the support arms 2 are disposed in the internal spaces of the left and right support arms 2 and 2, respectively. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, each reinforcing member 60 includes a plate-like material (metal plate) 61 that is a metal rigid body having a flat cross-sectional shape such as a stainless steel plate curved in accordance with the front-rear curve of the support arm 2. A laminated structure in which the plastic rod-like material 62 overlaps. That is, the reinforcing member 60 is formed by laminating a plastic rod-shaped material 62 insert-molded on at least one surface of the plate-shaped material 61 as a core material.

As shown in FIG. 8, each plate-like member 61 and each rod-like member 62 extend along the vertical length direction of the support arm 2. Each plate-like member 61 is formed in a vertically long shape and is curved in the front-rear direction according to the shape of the support arm 2. Each rod-shaped member 62 has an L-shaped cross-sectional shape and is curved in the front-rear direction according to the shape of the support arm 2. Each reinforcing member 60 may have a U-shaped (see FIG. 12) or B-shaped (see FIG. 13) cross-sectional shape.

Each plate-like member 61 and each rod-like member 62 are each formed with a plurality of through-holes 63 arranged vertically in a penetrating manner. The through hole 63 of each plate-like material 61 and the through hole 63 of each bar-like material 62 are formed so as to overlap each other. The fixing projections 65 provided on the inner surface of the front support half 2a of the support arm 2 are fitted in these through holes 63, respectively.

Then, each plate-like member 61 and each rod-like member 62 are integrally fixed to the inner surface of the front support half 2a by processing the tip of each fixing protrusion 65 in a crushed state (FIGS. 5 and 7). State). A plurality of locking notches (locking portions) 66 are formed at the left and right ends of each plate-like member 61 and each bar-like member 62, and the locking notches 66 are provided behind the support arm 2. Locking hooks 67 provided on the inner surface of the support half 2b are locked and fixed (state shown in FIG. 7).

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, guide grooves 69 extending in the vertical direction are formed on the front surface of each front support half 2a and the rear surface of each rear support half 2b, and the head case 20 is formed in each guide groove 69. The guide protrusions 70 provided on the head 3 are respectively fitted so as to freely move up and down, so that the head portion 3 is allowed to move up and down and is restricted from moving left and right. Thereby, it is possible to give the head portion 3 a sense of stability and improve the texture, and to prevent the hook 35 of the head case 20 from coming off from the spring seat 33.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the upper end of each reinforcing member 60 is in contact with the lower surface of the spring receiving seat 33 of the front support half 2 a of each support arm 2, and the lower end of each reinforcing member 60 is Each of the front support halves 2a is in contact with the upper surface of the support rib 2e provided on the inner surface of the front support half 2a. That is, the spring receiving seat 33 is supported from below by the reinforcing member 60 that is fixed to the front support half 2a via the fixing protrusions 65 and supported by the support ribs 2e of the front support half 2a. . The support rib 2e may be provided on the inner surface of the rear support half 2b of the support arm 2.

As described above, the spring receiving seat 33 is supported by the support rib 2e of the front support half 2a through the reinforcing member 60 having the rigid plate-like material 61 as a core material, and the reinforcing member 60 itself is also supported in front. Since it is fixed to the half 2a, the spring seat 33 is supported extremely firmly. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the spring receiving seat 33 from being bent and the float spring 31 from being detached from the spring receiving seat 33. Since the reinforcing member 60 is securely fixed to the front support half 2a by the fixing protrusions 65, the reinforcing member 60 is reinforced even if the lower end of the reinforcing member 60 is not in contact with the support rib 2e of the front support half 2a. The spring seat 33 can be supported by the member 60 alone.

A fixing protrusion 65 may be provided on the inner surface of the rear support half 2b so that the reinforcing member 60 is fixed to the inner surface of the rear support half 2b. Further, a locking hook 67 may be provided on the inner surface of the front support half 2a so that the front support half 2a is locked to the reinforcing member 60 and fixed. That is, the reinforcing member 60 may be fixed in the support arm 2, and the lower surface of the spring seat 33 is supported by the upper end of the reinforcing member 60 fixed in the support arm 2. Each float spring 31 may be replaced with rubber.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, each reinforcing member 60 may be fixed to the inner surface of the front support half 2 a of the support arm 2 with a screw 71. Each reinforcing member 60 in this case is entirely formed of a metal such as stainless steel. Each reinforcing member 60 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 also has its upper end in contact with the spring receiving seat 33 of the front support half 2a, and the lower end of each reinforcing member 60 is on the support rib 2e of each front support half 2a. They are in contact with each other. As a result, the spring receiving seat 33 is supported, and the reinforcing member 60 itself is also fixed to the front support half 2a with the screws 71, so that the spring receiving seat 33 is supported extremely firmly. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the spring seat 33 from being bent. Also in this case, since the reinforcing member 60 is securely fixed to the front support half 2a with the screw 71, the reinforcing member 60 is reinforced even if the lower end of the reinforcing member 60 is not in contact with the support rib 2e of the front support half 2a. The spring seat 33 can be supported by the member 60 alone.

Each reinforcing member 60 shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 may also be fixed in the support arm 2, and fixed to the inner surface of the rear support half 2 b with screws 71, and the front support half 2 a is locked to the reinforcing member 60. And may be fixed. Also in this embodiment, the lower surface of the spring seat 33 is supported by the upper end of the reinforcing member 60 fixed in the support arm 2. Also in this embodiment, the support rib 2e may be provided on the inner surface of the rear support half 2b of the support arm 2, and each float spring 31 may be replaced with rubber.

The reinforcing member 60 only needs to be fixed to the inner surface of one or both of the front support half 2a and the rear support half 2b, and accordingly either the front support half 2a or the rear support half 2b. Either one or both of them may be locked and fixed to the locking portion 66 provided on the reinforcing member 60.

The entire reinforcing member 60 may be formed of a metal rigid body such as stainless steel. In this case as well, the reinforcing member 60 may have, for example, an L-shaped, U-shaped or B-shaped cross-sectional shape.
