Claims (6)
- 活性汚泥プロセスの余剰汚泥を酸素のない嫌気状態に維持した沈殿槽で沈降滞留させて、上澄み液を晶析槽に導き、カルシウムを添加してりん酸カルシウムとして回収する晶析によるりん回収装置の制御装置であって、前記活性汚泥プロセスに設置した水質計測器で計測されたデータから余剰汚泥中のりん酸含有量を演算するりん酸含有量演算手段と、該りん酸含有量演算手段により演算されたりん酸含有量、余剰汚泥濃度計で計測された余剰汚泥濃度を含む計測データから前記沈殿槽内のりん酸放出速度を演算し、該演算されたりん酸放出速度から余剰汚泥の前記沈殿槽への流入量設定値を演算するりん酸放出速度演算手段と、該りん酸放出速度演算手段により演算された流入量設定値に基づいて前記沈殿槽へ流入する余剰汚泥流量を制御する流入量制御手段を備えた晶析によるりん回収装置の制御装置。
- 前記晶析槽にカルシウムを注入するカルシウム注入機のカルシウム注入量を制御するカルシウム注入制御手段を具備し、前記りん酸含有量演算手段により演算されたりん酸含有量、余剰汚泥濃度計で計測された余剰汚泥濃度から前記沈殿槽から流出する上澄み液のりん酸濃度を算出し、前記カルシウム注入制御手段は、算出されたりん酸濃度に基づいてカルシウム注入量を算出して前記カルシウム注入機のカルシウム注入量を制御する請求項1に記載の晶析によるりん回収装置の制御装置。
- 前記りん酸含有量演算手段は、前記活性汚泥プロセスの嫌気槽で計測されたりん酸濃度と好気槽で計測された活性汚泥濃度から、前記余剰汚泥に蓄積されたりん酸含有量を演算する請求項1又は2に記載の晶析によるりん回収装置の制御装置。
- りん酸含有量演算手段で、活性汚泥プロセスに設置した水質計測器で計測されたデータから酸素のない嫌気状態に維持した沈殿槽で沈降滞留させる余剰汚泥中のりん酸含有量を演算し、りん酸放出速度演算手段で、前記りん酸含有量演算手段により演算されたりん酸含有量、余剰汚泥濃度計で計測された余剰汚泥濃度を含む計測データから前記沈殿槽内のりん酸放出速度を演算し、該演算されたりん酸放出速度から余剰汚泥の前記沈殿槽への流入量設定値を演算し、流入量制御手段で、前記りん酸放出速度演算手段により演算された流入量設定値に基づいて前記沈殿槽へ流入する余剰汚泥流量を制御し、上澄み液を晶析槽に導き、カルシウムを添加してりん酸カルシウムとして回収する晶析によるりん回収装置の制御方法。
- 前記りん酸放出速度演算手段は、前記りん酸含有量演算手段により演算されたりん酸含有量に基づいて前記上澄み液のりん酸濃度を演算し、カルシウム注入制御手段で、前記演算されたりん酸濃度によりカルシウム注入機のカルシウム注入量を制御する請求項4に記載の晶析によるりん回収装置の制御方法。
- 前記りん酸含有量演算手段は、前記活性汚泥プロセスの嫌気槽で計測されたりん酸濃度と好気槽で計測された活性汚泥濃度から、前記余剰汚泥に蓄積されたりん酸含有量を演算する請求項4又は5に記載の晶析によるりん回収装置の制御方法。
