The cam follower 81 is also engaged with the rectilinear groove 32 provided in the fixed cylinder 3, and the third lens group L3 moves along the optical axis when the cam cylinder 4 rotates.

The first lens group L 1 is held by the first lens group holding frame 9, and the first lens group holding frame 9 is attached to the fixed cylinder 3. 2 is a front view of the first lens group L1, the first lens group holding frame 9, and the fixed barrel 3 as viewed from the Z plus direction, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. 2, and FIG. It is sectional drawing along the IV-IV line of FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first lens group holding frame 9 includes an insertion portion 91 inserted into the fixed barrel 3 and an end portion on the Z plus side of the insertion portion 91 as shown in FIG. And mounting portions 92 projecting outward from three locations in the circumferential direction. One concave lens L1a of the first lens group L1 is held inside the insertion portion 91, and two convex lenses L1b of the first lens group L1 are held on the Z minus side of the insertion portion 91. A holding member 10 is fixed with screws 11.

The attachment portions 92 are arranged at intervals of 120 degrees along the circumference of the insertion portion 91. The attachment portion 92 is provided with two holes that are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. One hole is an attachment hole 93 for attaching the first lens group holding frame 9 to the fixed cylinder 3, and is not screwed. As will be described later, the other hole is an adjustment hole 94 for an adjustment screw that adjusts the inclination of the first lens unit L1, and is threaded.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting screw 95 inserted into the mounting hole 93 is inserted into the mounting hole 93 with the spring washer 96 interposed therebetween, and the tip thereof is screwed into the screw hole 33 of the fixed cylinder 3. . The screw head 95a of the mounting screw 95 presses and deforms the spring washer 96 and presses it against the mounting portion 92 side. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the adjustment screw 97 inserted into the adjustment hole 94 is a flat head screw having a flat surface 97a at the tip, and is screwed into the adjustment hole 94. The flat surface 97a is fixed to the fixed cylinder 3 as shown in FIG. Is in contact with the end surface 3a.

Next, an optical adjustment method of the first lens unit L1 in the lens barrel 2 of the present embodiment will be described. First, with the insertion portion 91 of the first lens group holding frame 9 in the state where the first lens group L1 is held, the positions of the mounting hole 93 of the first lens group holding frame 9 and the screw hole 33 of the fixed cylinder 3 are the same. In this way, the inner side of the fixed cylinder 3 is inserted, and the Z minus side surface of the mounting portion 92 is brought into contact with the end surface 3 a of the fixed cylinder 3.

The mounting screws 95 are inserted into the mounting holes 93 of the three mounting portions 92 with spring washers 96 interposed therebetween. The first lens group holding frame 9 is temporarily fixed to the fixed cylinder 3 by screwing the tip of the mounting screw 95 into the screw hole 33 of the fixed cylinder 3.

Next, the adjusting screws 97 are screwed into the three adjusting holes 94, respectively. At this time, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the flat surface 97 a at the tip of the adjustment screw 97 is simply in contact with the end surface 3 a of the fixed cylinder 3 without pressing. In this state, when the optical axis of the first lens unit L1 is shifted, optical adjustment of the first lens unit L1 is performed. When the adjustment screw 97 is further screwed in from the state shown in FIG. 3, the flat surface 97 a at the tip of the adjustment screw 97 presses the end surface of the fixed cylinder 3. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the flat surface 97 a at the tip of the adjustment screw 97 presses the end surface 3 a of the fixed cylinder 3. As shown in the drawing, when the flat surface 97a at the tip of the adjustment screw 97 presses the end surface 3a of the fixed cylinder 3, the mounting portion 92 of the first lens group holding frame moves in the direction of the arrow, and the fixed cylinder 3 and the first A gap d is formed between the lens group holding frame 9 and the lens group holding frame 9.

6 is an enlarged view of a portion of the mounting screw 95 when the flat surface 97a of the adjusting screw 97 presses the end surface of the fixed cylinder 3 as shown in FIG. When a gap d is formed between the fixed barrel 3 and the first lens group holding frame 9 at the position of the adjustment hole 94 in the mounting portion 92 of the first lens group holding frame 9, at the position of the adjacent mounting hole 93. Also, the mounting portion 92 of the first lens group holding frame 9 moves in the Z plus direction with respect to the mounting screw 95, and a gap d ′ is generated in the mounting portion 92 of the first lens group holding frame 9. On the other hand, since the position of the mounting screw 95 with respect to the fixed cylinder 3 does not change, the spring washer 96 is elastically deformed and compressed. As described above, even if the washer 96 is fixed, the washer 96 can be deformed to generate the gap d ′. Therefore, the first lens group holding frame 9, that is, the first lens group L 1 is used as the optical axis. Can be tilted.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the first lens group holding frame 9 is tilted by adjusting the screwing amount of the adjustment screw 97 screwed into the adjustment holes 94 of the three attachment portions 92, so that the first lens group holding frame 9 is tilted. Optical adjustment of the lens unit L1 can be performed. Therefore, the optical adjustment of the first lens unit L1 can be easily performed, and at this time, it is not necessary to loosen the mounting screw 95.
