前記可動部材が挿入される軸孔部が形成され、前記可動部材を回動軸に回動可能に支持される固定金具と、
前記可動部材の動きに伴って、前記固定金具に前記可動部材を回動軸として前記板材に向かって回動する方向に力を加える回動誘導手段と、
前記ネジ部材の軸方向の移動を規制する抜け防止部材とを備えた
