Description
The present invention relates to a hair colorant, and more particularly to an oily hair colorant, which is also called a temporary color or a temporary hair colorant, and is colored by pigment coating on hair without dyeing the hair.
Hair coloring agents are different from oxidative hair dyes called hair dyes and acidic hair colorings that are marketed as acidic hair colors or hair manicures, and only color the hair by pigment coating. It is widely used, for example, when it is desired to hide gray hair, or when it is desired to color black hair to a desired color, from the point that it is possible to easily give any color to the hair and to wash it off with a shampoo.
Such hair coloring agents include forms in which a resin is dissolved in water or ethanol, or pigments dispersed in wax and liquid oil. In the latter case, it is difficult to adjust the hardness, and the hardness of the hair coloring agent is likely to change depending on the temperature, so that the hair coloring agent may be removed excessively during actual use, resulting in an unnatural finish. There was a drawback.
Conventional hair colorants are blended with a resin component and / or an oil component as a pigment vehicle in order to meet the various performance requirements described above. Examples of such resin components include polyvinyl pyrrolidone resins, vinyl acetate ether resins, acidic polyvinyl acetate resins, acidic or amphoteric acrylic resins, and the like. Examples of the oil component include methylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, castor oil, liquid paraffin, squalane, lanolin, petrolatum, carnauba wax, beeswax and the like.
However, the above resin component and oil component have their merits and demerits, respectively, and have not necessarily shown satisfactory performance as a whole. For example, when the amount of the oil component is increased, there is a problem that shine is produced and the texture becomes unnatural or the hair coloring agent is excessively removed. On the other hand, since the resin component is dissolved, a solvent is required, and there is a problem that it takes time to dry. In addition, there was a drawback of being attached to clothes again due to rain or sweat.
Therefore, the present invention provides a novel hair colorant that has a small degree of change in the hardness of the hair colorant due to changes in temperature, and as a result, the hair colorant is always uniformly taken during actual use, and the finish is natural. Doing this is a problem to be solved.
In the process of searching for a solution to the above problem by trial and error, the inventor of the present application makes an oily system in which a specific amount of organic polymer powder is mixed with a pigment in the hair colorant, and the hair colorant due to a change in temperature is used. It was found that the degree of change in hardness was small, and as a result, the hair colorant was always taken uniformly during actual use, and the finish was natural.
According to the present invention, taking advantage of the characteristics of the organic polymer powder, the hair colorant can always be taken uniformly during use, and the finish can be naturally achieved.
The oily hair colorant of the present invention is a temporary hair colorant also called a temporary color, and contains at least a pigment, a liquid oil, a solid oil and an organic polymer powder as essential components. And The oily hair colorant of the present invention can be applied as a stick or a casting dish type.
The oily hair colorant used in the present invention can be applied directly to the hair as long as it is a stick. In addition, if it is a pouring dish type, it can be applied to a puff or the like. It is also possible to apply directly to the belly of the finger and apply to the hair.
The organic polymer powder used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but a spherical shape is preferable because it is more slippery. There is no increase or decrease in the effect due to molecular weight.
The organic polymer powder used in the present invention can be used without any problem as long as it is a powder. For example, a vinyl acetate-based copolymer mainly composed of vinyl acetate, a copolymer of acrylic acid ester and methacrylic acid ester, or an acrylic acid ester and styrene. There are acrylic acid-based by copolymerization, synthetic rubber-based by butadiene copolymerization, silicone-based and the like.
For vinyl acetate, those copolymerized with acrylic acid ester, fumaric acid ester, maleic acid ester, versatic acid vinyl ester, ethylene and the like can be used.
Acrylic acid types include methyl methacrylate and styrene.
Typical synthetic rubbers include styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile-butadiene, methacrylic acid-butadiene, and the like.
Silicone systems include methylpolysiloxane network polymers.
Other examples include vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride.
The organic polymer powder is not particularly limited, but is preferably acrylic acid type or silicone type.
The content of the organic polymer powder in the oily hair colorant is preferably 5 to 40% by weight, particularly preferably 10 to 25% by weight. If it is 5% or less, the influence of temperature cannot be avoided, and if it is 40% or more, the hair coloring agent is too hard to be molded.
The amount of the pigment to be blended in the oily hair colorant is not particularly limited because it depends on the desired color strength, but preferably 0.1 to 40% by weight, particularly preferably 0.5 to 20% by weight of the pigment is blended. . If the pigment content is too small, the hair coloring effect may be insufficient, and if the pigment content is excessive, the dispersibility may be a concern.
There is no particular limitation on the type of pigment, and for example, one or two or more pigments selected from inorganic coloring pigments, organic coloring pigments, dye resin solid solutions, daylight fluorescent pigments, or natural pigments can be blended without limitation. .
Examples of the inorganic pigment include bengara, chromium oxide, cobalt oxide, black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, chromium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, bitumen, barium sulfate, carmine, mica, magnesium carbonate, bentonite, ultramarine, manganese violet, carbon Examples include black, aluminum, copper, gold, and mica titanium.
When pigments other than extender pigments such as talc and kaolin are used, white dullness is eliminated and a desired color can be colored on the hair. In particular, in the case of gray hair concealment, when an extender pigment is blended, the whiteness of the extender pigment reduces the effect of concealing the white hair and should be avoided.
Examples of the organic pigment include red 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 219, 220, 221, 228, 404, 405, orange 203, 204, 401, yellow 205, Examples of No. 401, blue No. 404, and the like can be given.
Examples of the natural pigment include mineral pigments such as clay, natural dye lakes such as madder lake and cochineal lake, azo pigments, and phthalocyanine pigments.
Furthermore, liquid oils, solid oils, fragrances, preservatives, bactericides, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, animal extract components, plant extract components and the like can be blended with the oily hair colorant as necessary.
It has been found that when an oil-based system is used in which a specific amount of organic polymer powder is blended with a pigment in a hair coloring agent, the base is always uniform during actual use, the elongation is good, and the finish is natural.
