Description
燃料をエンジンに供給するための配管、
供給配管へと接続され、エンジン速度の関数である圧力で燃料を供給配管に届けるポンプ、
供給配管の燃料の流量を測定するための流量測定装置、
供給配管に接続され、制御によって絞りを変化させることができる第1のバルブ、
流量測定装置および第1のバルブに接続され、エンジンの通常の動作状態のもとで、調節された所望の燃料の流量を届けるようにバルブを制御する第1の制御回路、
第1のバルブと直列に供給配管に取り付けられ、制御によって絞りを変化させることができる第2のバルブ、および
第2のバルブに接続され、エンジンの過速度または過推力の検出に応答して、流量の調節の可能性を維持しつつ供給配管の燃料の流量を減少させる第2の制御回路
を備える装置を提供する。
Claims (11)
- ガスタービンエンジンへと燃料を調節された流量で供給するための供給装置であって、
燃料をエンジンに供給するための供給配管、
供給配管へと接続され、エンジン速度の関数である圧力で燃料を供給配管に届けるポンプ、
供給配管の燃料の流量を測定するための流量測定装置、
供給配管に接続され、制御によって絞りを変化させることができる第1のバルブ、
流量測定装置および第1のバルブに接続され、エンジンの通常の動作状態のもとで、調節された所望の燃料の流量を届けるようにバルブを制御する第1の制御回路、
第1のバルブと直列に供給配管に取り付けられ、制御によって絞りを変化させることができる第2のバルブ、および
第2のバルブに接続される第2の制御回路を備え、該第2の制御回路が、エンジンの過速度または過推力の検出に応答して供給配管の燃料の流量を減少させ、かつさらに過速度または過推力の検出に対して、燃料の流量が少なくとも減少した範囲で修正されることを可能にしてエンジンの制御性を維持する、装置。 - 第2の制御回路が、アクチュエータを備え、該アクチュエータが、制御される第1のバルブによる調整を実行することに専用であるモジュールとは別個であるモジュールを介して、エンジンの自動制御システムから制御される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流量測定装置が、質量流量計であり、第1の制御回路が、エンジンの自動制御システムから質量流量の設定点の値を受け取るローカルサーボ制御回路を含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 流量測定装置が、容積式の流量計である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 流量測定装置が、測定装置を通る圧力低下および流通断面を知ることによって流量を測定するための装置である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 第1のバルブが、電気的に制御される直接制御のバルブである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1の制御回路が、第1のバルブの開放の程度を制御するための少なくとも1つの電気機械アクチュエータと、サーボ制御ループとを備え、サーボ制御ループが、流量測定装置によって届けられ、実際の燃料の流量を表わしている信号を受け取り、所望の燃料の流量を表わしている設定点信号を受け取り、かつ実際の流量と所望の流量との間に検出される差に応じて、制御信号をアクチュエータへと届ける、請求項6に記載の装置。
- サーボ制御ループが、第1のバルブの近傍かつ設定点信号を供給するエンジンの電子制御システムの外部のローカルに設置されたループである、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 電気機械アクチュエータを、エンジンの始動の際に予備的に設定することができ、バルブが、始動時に燃料の流量をサーボ制御するため、始動時にポンプによって届けられる圧力特性と協働するスロットを含む、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 第2のバルブが、少なくとも1つの電子アクチュエータによって電気的に制御される直接制御のバルブである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- さらに遮断用の第3のバルブを含み、該第3のバルブが、第1および第2のバルブと直列に供給配管に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
