(A)剛性の帯状の部材の一端側にスリット状のねじ溝が所定ピッチで形成され、該一端側を外側にして各端部が重なる状態に円環状に巻かれた締付バンドと
(B)(イ)外周面に雄ねじの形成されたねじ軸、及び該ねじ軸よりも大径をなす頭部を有し、該雄ねじのねじ山を前記ねじ溝に係入させて、回転により前記締付バンドを縮径させる雄ねじ部材と、(ロ)該締付バンドの他端側に固定されて前記雄ねじ部材を回転可能に保持するハウジングとを備えた締付機構と、
