本実施例が前述した第1実施例と相違する点は、別々に形成した平板部3Aとリング部3Bを一体化することによって有底形状のクッション部材3を構成したことにあり、それ以外の構成は基本的に同じである。平板部3Aは円板状に形成されており、この平板部3Aの外周部にリング部3Bの下端面を接着固定することにより、上端を開口した円筒状の収納部3aが形成されると共に、リング部3Bの上端面が取付パネル2に接着される取付面3bとなる。ここで、スピーカ本体1の保持前に平板部3Aとリング部3Bとを予め一体化しておいても良いが、図5に示すように、分離状態の平板部3Aとリング部3Bを用いてスピーカ本体1を保持するようにすると、スピーカ本体1のワイヤ(図示せず)を平板部3Aとリング部3Bとの接着面の間から簡単に引き出すことができる。   This embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in that the bottomed cushion member 3 is configured by integrating the flat plate portion 3A and the ring portion 3B that are separately formed. Claims (3)
