Note that the numbers in parentheses are for the sake of convenience indicating the corresponding elements in the drawings, and therefore the present description is not limited to the descriptions on the drawings.

According to the inventions according to claims 1, 3 and 6, even when the portion close to the ground surface must be dug after the continuous wall construction, the portion close to the ground surface is embedded with long fibers instead of the core material rich in rigidity. The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a connection body (long fibers, a connection member, and a core material connected) in a state of being built in cement milk, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows an example of the arrangement state of a long fiber and a core material, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view which shows an example of the arrangement state of the long fiber and core material in a soil cement continuous wall. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of a connecting body (long fibers, a connecting member, and a core material connected) in a state of being built in cement milk, and FIGS. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing various shapes of long fibers, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view for explaining another example of the construction method of the soil cement continuous wall according to the present invention.

The soil cement continuous wall construction method according to the present invention is a method for excavating the ground to create a soil cement continuous wall (see reference numeral 1 in FIG. 3),
(1) The process of excavating the ground (the ground of the part forming the soil cement continuous wall) (2) The process of injecting cement milk into the excavated part (3) A rigid core material (with steel materials such as H-section steel) A member disposed in the lower portion of the soil cement continuous wall (see, for example, reference numeral 2 in FIGS. 1 to 3) and the long fiber 3 are connected by the connecting member 4 (long fiber 3, connecting member). 4 and the core material 2 are referred to as a “connected body” (see reference numeral 5 in FIGS. 1 to 3).
(4) A step of lifting the long fiber 3 with a crane or the like so that the long fiber 3 is tensioned in a substantially vertical direction and the core material 2 is suspended below the long fiber 3 (5) The connection The process of sinking the body 5 into the cement milk before hardening in a substantially vertical direction (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
At least. By carrying out this construction method, the core material 2 made of steel or the like is placed upright on the lower part of the soil cement continuous wall, and the upper part of the soil cement continuous wall (the shallow part close to the ground surface) In this case, the long fibers 3 are arranged in a state of being erected in a substantially vertical direction. According to the present invention, even when the portion close to the ground surface must be dug up after the continuous wall construction, the portion close to the ground surface is not a core material rich in rigidity but is simply embedded with long fibers. It is not necessary to remove the material, and as a result, the digging work can be performed relatively easily. Note that the continuous wall 1 shown in FIG. 3 is only partly shown for convenience of explanation, and is actually arranged so as to embed all the upper part from the lower part of the connecting body 5. . Moreover, although the continuous wall 1 shown by FIG. 3 is a shape where the cylindrical part was connected, of course, it is not restricted to this, It is good also as a groove-shaped shape formed by a TRD construction method.

That is, the soil cement continuous wall according to the present invention is
A core material (rigid core material 2) embedded in a substantially vertical direction in the lower portion of the continuous wall;
A long fiber 3 embedded in the upper part of the continuous wall in a substantially vertical direction;
A connecting member 4 that connects the core material 2 and the long fibers 3;
It has.

By the way, the connecting member 4 described above is at least
A portion to which the long fibers 3 are connected (hereinafter referred to as “long fiber connecting portion”);
A portion to which the core material 2 is coupled (hereinafter referred to as “core material coupling portion”);
It is necessary to have. In the case of the connecting member 4 shown in FIG. 1, the long fibers 3 are configured to be locked in the hole portions 4a, and these hole portions 4a function as long fiber connecting portions. Moreover, since this connection member 4 is connected with the core material 2 with the volt | bolt 4c, this volt | bolt 4c will function as a core material connection part.

The connecting member 4 shown in FIG. 1 includes a curved member 4d that is curved in an arc shape (when viewed in plan), and a flat plate member 4b that protrudes inside the curved member 4d. Of course, the shape is not limited to this, and other shapes may be used. For example, it is good also as a shape as shown with the code | symbol 14 in FIG. That is, the main body portion of the connecting member has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and a hole portion (long fiber connecting portion) 14a for connecting the long fibers 3 is formed in the main body portion. And this main-body part is connected with the core material 2 by the volt | bolt (core material connection part) 14b. These connecting members 4 and 14 are attached to a flange 2a of an H-shaped steel as a core material, and the plurality of long fibers 3 are extended in the direction in which the flange 2a is extended.

Here, FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5 (a)
A plurality of long fibers 3 shown in FIG. 6 are connected to the connecting members 4 and 14, and each long fiber 3 is formed with a large-diameter portion (swelled portion) 3 a. By forming such a large diameter portion 3a, the degree of adhesion between the soil cement and the long fibers 3 is increased as compared with long fibers not having such a large diameter portion 3a, and the external force acting on the soil cement is increased. Can be received as a tensile force by the long fibers 3, and the rigidity of the continuous wall can be improved. Instead of providing the large diameter portion 3a, FIG. 5 (b)
The fiber may be branched as shown in FIG.

Further, the long fibers may be formed in a knitted state instead of being arranged in an independent state as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) (FIG. 5 (c)).
~ (K)). Also by using such net-like long fibers, the degree of adhesion between the soil cement and the long fibers can be improved, and the rigidity of the continuous wall can be improved as described above.

In the connecting members 4 and 14 shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, long fibers are connected to the holes 4a and 14a. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other connecting structures may be used. In addition, in the connecting members 4 and 14 shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the connecting members 4 and 14 are connected to the core member 2 by the bolts 4 c and 14 b.

By the way, in the example shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the core material 2 such as H-shaped steel is disposed on the lower portion of the soil cement continuous wall, and the portion close to the ground surface (the upper portion of the soil cement continuous wall) is disposed. Although the long fibers 3 are arranged, when the soil cement continuous wall is low, it is preferable to arrange only the long fibers without arranging the core material such as H-shaped steel (see section A in FIG. 2). In that case, it is necessary to implement another construction method instead of sinking the long fibers 3 connected to the core material 2 as described above. In that construction method,
A long fiber support member (see reference numeral 24 in FIG. 6) for supporting the lower end side of the long fiber 3 as a substitute for the connecting members 4 and 14;
A pushing member 25 for pushing the long fiber support member 24 together with the long fibers 3 into the cement milk;
It is good to use. The pushing member 25 is
It is preferable that the state of being connected to the long fiber support member 24 and the state of being not connected to the long fiber support member 24 can be switched simply by operating the pushing member 25. For example, the pushing member 25 shown in FIG. 6 has a tip inserted into a hole (not shown) of the long fiber support member 24 so that the long fiber support member 24 can be pushed by the flange 25a. Yes. The pushing member 25 is
-While the long fiber support member 24 is pushed in, the long fiber support member 24 is in a connected state,
When the push-in member 25 is pulled out, the connected state with the long fiber support member 24 is released. Hereinafter, the construction method of the soil cement continuous wall using these long fiber support members 24 and pushing members 25 will be described.

The construction method of the soil cement continuous wall when only long fibers are arranged is
(1) Step of excavating the ground (specifically, the portion of the ground forming the soil cement continuous wall) (2) Step of injecting cement milk into the excavated portion (3) The above-described long fiber support member 24 A step of attaching the long fiber 3 (4) A step of connecting the push-in member 25 to the long-fiber support member 24 (5) Using the push-in member 25, the long-fiber support member 24 and long Step 6 for pushing in the fibers 3 (6) At least a step for pulling out the pushing member 25 from the cement milk in a state where the long fiber support member 24 and the long fibers 3 are arranged in the cement milk. By implementing this construction method, the long fibers 3 can be arranged from the lower part to the upper part of the soil cement continuous wall.

The long fibers shown in FIG. 6 have a large diameter portion 3a and are connected to a plurality of long fiber support members 24.
