Description

The present invention relates to a conduit material connecting a heat source machine and a floor heating hot water mat in a floor heating apparatus.

FIG. 8 shows a conventional floor heating system. 8, reference numeral 100 is a heat source machine, 101 is a hot water mat for floor heating, 102 is a radiator, 103 and 104 are conduit materials for circulating hot water connecting the heat source machine 100 and the hot water mat 101 and the air conditioner 102, and 105 The outer wall 106 is a floor slab, and the conduit members 103 and 104 are spirally wound by partially overlapping the aluminum tape 6 outside the two resin tubes 2 and 3, as shown in FIG. It is called a so-called pair tube that is attached and bundled, and this pair tube 4 is inserted into a CD tube 9 having a circular or elliptical cross section.

However, this conventional conduit material has the following drawbacks.
1. Since the aluminum tape 6 is only for the purpose of bundling the two tubes 2 and 3, there is no heat insulation effect.
2. Since air freely enters the CD tube 9 after piping, the CD tube 9 becomes a path for severe cold air, the pair tube 4 itself is directly cooled, and heat loss is very large.
3. When the pair tube 4 is inserted into the CD tube 9, it is difficult to insert the pair tube 4 because the tip of the pair tube 4 is caught on the inner mountain of the CD tube 9.
4). Since the outer diameter of the CD tube 9 is desirable to be as small as possible in the construction, when the heat insulation layer is formed outside the pair tube 4 by a conventional method, the outer diameter of the pair tube 4 inevitably increases, and this conventional seed bed It becomes difficult to pass through the CD tube 9 for heating.

Other types of conduit materials that have a heat insulating structure are known as follows.
JP, 2005-201561, A This publicly known example has "the forward pipe 3 and the return pipe 5 through which warm water flows, and the heat insulation coated pipe 7 which covers the forward pipe 3 and the return pipe 5, 7 is a hollow cylindrical portion formed by using a flat plate-shaped heat insulating member having two parallel edges, and accommodates the forward tube 3 and the return tube 5 with the tube axes aligned, and a hollow cylindrical portion. 17 and 18 is a hot water pipe having a connecting portion 19 that detachably connects from the pipe end portion along the pipe axis, and is a kind of conduit called a pair tube.

However, in the case of this known example, since it is not combined with the sheath tube, a solution to the problem of ease of insertion into the sheath tube is not shown, and the two tubes 3, 5 have 1 Since the heat insulating member is wound, this winding takes time. Moreover, since the two pipes 3 and 5 are not bundled, they may be separated when a small force is applied during the piping work, which is unsuitable for practical use.

JP, 2005-151560, A This publicly known example is "The hollow pipe parts 17 and 18 which accommodated the tube axis of return pipe 3 and return pipe 5 through which warm water distributes, and the pipe axis of forward pipe 3 and return pipe 5, and A hot water pipe 1 having a configuration including a connecting part 19 that connects the hollow cylindrical parts 17 and 18 along the pipe axis so as to be separable from the pipe end part, and a sheath pipe 7 that has heat insulation and excellent flexibility " And this is also a kind of conduit called a pair tube.

However, in the case of this hot water pipe 1, it is inserted into the CD pipe, but the forward and return pipes 3 and 5 are separately covered with a heat insulating member, and the manufacturing costs are high. Further, when the tubes 3 and 5 are inserted into the CD tube, there is a drawback that the tube 3 or 5 is caught by the inner diameter crest of the CD tube and is difficult to insert.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a floor heating conduit material that can easily insert a pair tube into a CD tube, and also provide a floor heating conduit material that can ensure heat insulation performance by using a conventional CD tube as it is. It is.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the invention according to claim 1, in the hot water type floor heating conduit material, a heat insulating layer is formed outside the two resin tubes, and further outside the heat insulating layer. In a hot water type floor heating conduit material in which a pair of tubes is formed by spirally winding an aluminum tape and this pair tube is inserted into a CD tube, a flexible tongue is provided outside the pair tube. By mounting a spacer having a piece projecting around it, the air layer 13 is formed uniformly over the entire length of the CD tube by the action of the spacer.

1. In the paired tube, the heat insulating effect in the paired tube is enhanced by forming the heat insulating layer inside the aluminum tape that bundles the two tubes, and heat loss can be reduced. In the experimental example, when 1 mm thick foamed polyethylene is used as a heat insulating material, the heat loss is 15 to 15 times that of a conventional product just wound with aluminum tape.
30% improvement.
2. A heat insulating air layer was uniformly formed between the CD tube and the paired tube, and further, the improvement of heat loss by several percent could be recognized by the formation of the clogging and the heat insulating paint layer.
3. Utilizing the existing CD tube or inserting the pair tube according to the present invention into the existing CD tube by reducing the thickness of the pair tube while keeping the thickness of the CD tube as it is. Therefore, it is possible to replace the conduit material for energy saving in existing facilities.
4). By forming the CD tube and the pair tube into an elliptical shape, it is convenient that the winding diameter can be reduced for storage or transportation.
5. A pair tube is inserted into the CD tube in advance and shipped from the factory. The conduit material can be cut and used on site, so there is no waste in the conduit material.
6). By attaching R to the crest side on the inner diameter side of the CD tube, there is no worry of being caught when inserting the pair tube.
7. By adopting the embedding method as a method to wrap the insulation around two tubes, the production of paired tubes can be automated.

The embodiment of the present invention described in claim 1 and related technology will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
1 is an explanatory diagram of a manufacturing method of a conduit material, FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of a heat insulating material, FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a pair tube and a CD tube, FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a piping material in which a pair tube is inserted into the CD tube, 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA 'in FIG.

In each of the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes the entire conduit material, 2 and 3 are resin tubes, one of which is a hot water outlet pipe and the other is a hot water return pipe. 4 is a pair tube, 5 is a heat insulating material (tape) which is bent around both ends in the longitudinal direction so as to embrace the tubes 2 and 3, and is wound around the tubes 2 and 3, and 6 is the heat insulating material 5 The aluminum tape is spirally wound while being partially overlapped to the outside, and the two tubes 2 and 3 and the heat insulating material 5 are bundled by the aluminum tape 6.

In FIG. 1, the pair tube 4 having the above-described configuration is formed by extruding the two tubes 2 and 3 from the extruder, arranging the two tubes 2 and 3 in parallel, and then connecting both ends of the heat insulating material 5 to the outside. While being bent, it is produced by a process in which the aluminum tape 6 is spirally wound while being partially overlapped with the aluminum tape 6 while being drawn together.

As the extruder, the insulator 5 wrapping machine, and the aluminum tape 6 spiral wrapping machine used in this manufacturing method, those already used can be used. When the heat insulating material 5 is wound around the two tubes 2 and 3, an adhesive may be applied in advance to the inner surface of the heat insulating material 5.
In this example, the material of the two tubes 2 and 3 was cross-linked polyethylene, and the heat insulating material 5 was 1 mm thick foamed polyethylene. In addition, as for the thickness of the heat insulating material 5, 0.5 mm or more and 3 mm or less are practical.

In FIG. 3, 9 is a CD tube, and this CD tube 9 has an elliptical cross section. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the width W 1 of the mountain 10 on the outer diameter side is a trough 11. It is set to be larger than the width W 2 on the side, and it is devised to be easy to bend. Further, the ridge 12 on the inner diameter side is provided with R so that the pair tube 4 can be easily inserted.

In FIG. 5, reference numeral 13 denotes a heat insulating air layer formed between the pair tube 4 and the CD tube 9 when the pair tube 4 is inserted into the CD tube 9. As shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B), a tongue-like spacer 13a having flexibility is attached to the outside of the pair tube 4 so as to be uniformly formed.
However, the shape or the like of the spacer 13a is not particularly limited, and as a requirement, when inserting the pair tube 4 into the CD tube 9, elasticity that does not become an obstacle is necessary, and a resin or a flexible resin or The use of rubber material can be considered.

In FIG. 7, reference numeral 14 denotes a CD tube closing rod with a long hole 15 for passing the pair tube 4 attached to both ends of the CD tube 9. It serves to stabilize the temperature of the heat insulating air layer 13 inside and to prevent insects and dust from entering the inside.
In the above embodiment, as a technique for further enhancing the heat insulating effect and having little influence on the dimensions, a known heat insulating paint is sprayed on the surface of the pair tube 4 or the inner surface or the outer surface of the CD tube 9 or both. You may do it.
Although the CD tube 9 of the embodiment has an elliptical shape, a perfectly circular CD tube may be used.
In the present invention, the conduit material can be used not only for floor heating but also for various hot water or refrigerant conveyance.
