Description
Claims (11)
- 解剖学的ツリー構造を視覚化するためのシステムにおいて、
−身体の少なくとも一部の三次元画像セットから前記解剖学的ツリー構造をセグメント化するためのセグメント化手段、及び
−前記解剖学的ツリー構造の平面角視覚化を決めるための決定手段
を有するシステムであって、
世代iの各分岐において、前記解剖学的ツリー構造の前記平面角視覚化は、現在の方向から分岐角±θiだけ2つの新しい方向に分岐し、前記分岐角は各世代でθi+1=(1/2)θiで減少することを特徴とする、システム。 - −前記解剖学的ツリー構造の前記平面角視覚化を表示するための表示手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ツリー構造の各セグメントの表示される長さは、各セグメントの実際の長さに比例している請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ツリー構造の前記表示される平面視覚化は対話形式である請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ツリー構造の前記表示される平面角視覚化の各ポイントにおいて表示される幅は、前記解剖学的ツリー構造の対応するポイントでの計測される気道内腔の直径に比例している請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ツリーは気管支樹である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的ツリー構造は肺動脈血管樹である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のシステムを有する画像取得装置。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のシステムを有する画像ワークステーション。
- コンピュータにより処理するための、解剖学的ツリー構造を自動抽出するコンピュータプログラムを取り込んでいるコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体において、
−身体の少なくとも一部の三次元画像セットから前記解剖学的ツリー構造をセグメント化するためのコードセグメント、及び
−前記解剖学的ツリー構造の平面角視覚化を決めるためのコードセグメントを有するコンピュータプログラムを取り込んでいるコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体であって、
