BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound source search system that specifies and displays the position of a noise source, for example, for noise countermeasures in a factory or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In factories and the like, a lot of low-frequency noise, which is 50 Hz / 60 Hz generated from a transformer such as a power supply box or a relay, or harmonics thereof, is generated. For such noise, an operator measures the sound pressure distribution around the noise generating device with a sound level meter to identify the noise source and take noise countermeasures. Took a lot of time and was not efficient. Therefore, methods for estimating a sound source such as noise using an acoustic method have been studied.
Conventionally proposed sound source search methods include (1) a method using a correlation of sound pressure waveforms and (2) a method using acoustic holography. The method (1) uses the property of the correlation function to estimate the position of the sound source from the correlation of sound pressure waveforms collected at a plurality of points, and the method (2) is based on the space to be explored. A noise source is estimated by scanning the wave, recording the interference sound in which the fundamental wave and noise interfere with each other in each scanning direction, and reproducing the sound pressure distribution in the space scanned with the fundamental wave from this record. It is.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method using the correlation of the sound pressure waveform and the method using acoustic holography require a long time for measurement and analysis, so it is effective in a limited space. However, there is a problem that the apparatus becomes large in order to improve accuracy.
Although a method of specifying a sound source using a directional microphone is also conceivable, noise in a factory or the like is mainly low-frequency region noise as described above, and therefore the sound directivity is low. It was difficult to specify the sound source even when the sound was given directivity.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems, and provides a sound source search system capable of accurately identifying and displaying a noise source such as a noise in a factory with a simple configuration with high accuracy even outdoors. With the goal.

Specifically, the detection units of the microphones M1 and M3 are located at points (L / 2, 0, 0) and (−L / 2, 0, 0) on the X axis, and the detection units of the microphones M2 and M4 are It arrange | positions so that it may be located in the point (0, L / 2, 0) and (0, -L / 2, 0) on the Y-axis orthogonal to an axis | shaft.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the fifth microphone M5 is held at the tip of a substantially L-shaped
Thereby, the distance between the fifth microphone M5 and the microphones M1 to M4 is equal to the distance between the microphones (M 1 , M 3 ) and the distance L between the microphones (M 2 , M 4 ). The microphones M1 to M5 are arranged. In this example, the horizontal direction θ and the elevation angle φ of the noise source are measured using a microphone group composed of the five microphones in the above arrangement. In this example, L is set to 0.35 m so that noise from a transformer generated in a factory or the like can be measured with high sensitivity.
In this example, the sound source position can be obtained by one measurement. However, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of positions where the position of the
[0015]
Here, a method of estimating the sound source direction from the outputs of the microphones M1 to M5 will be described. In actual measurement, since the position of the sound source is sufficiently far (for example, 10 times or more) from the position of the microphone, the sound reaching the microphone can be regarded as a plane wave. Therefore, in this example, when determining the sound source position, the sound source position is estimated on the assumption that the position of the sound source is sufficiently away from the position of the microphone and that sound is incident on the microphone as a plane wave.
In the plane wave approximation, the time delay D ij between the microphone M i and the microphone M j and the horizontal angle θ and the elevation angle φ of the position of the sound source can be expressed by the following equations (1) and (2). the output signal of ~M5 by frequency analysis, by calculating the difference (time delay) D ij the arrival time of the sound to each microphone M1~M5 at the frequency f of interest, the horizontal angle θ and elevation φ Can be sought.
[Expression 1]
The time delay D ij obtains the cross spectrum P ij (f) of the signals input to the two microphone pairs M i and M j , and further the phase angle information Ψ (rad) of the target frequency f. Is calculated using the following equation (3).
[Expression 2]
The position of the sound source can be calculated for each frequency.
As a result, the estimated sound source position can be displayed on the
[0016]
Next, a method for estimating the sound source direction using the sound source search system will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.

Thereafter, it is determined whether or not the measurement at all the measurement points has been completed (step S18). If the measurement has not been completed, the
Further, when the measurement at all measurement points is completed, the most probable sound source position is estimated from the sound source position data at each measurement point (step S19), and as shown in FIG. A video image in which the sound source position is best reflected is selected from the estimated sound source positions, and a sound source position estimation area is displayed in the image (step S20).
[0018]
Further, in the sound source search system of the present invention, it is possible to specify even when there are a plurality of noise sources, and the contribution ratio for each frequency of each sound source can be calculated. As shown in FIG. 4, the image near the sound source displayed is coordinated with the horizontal axis θ being the horizontal angle θ and the vertical axis being the elevation angle φ, and the symbol of the corresponding sound source position on the coordinates (θ, φ) Can be displayed.
At this time, the color of the symbol of the displayed sound source position can be changed according to the sound pressure level or the level of the frequency. For example, when changing the color of the symbol of the sound source position displayed according to the sound pressure level, a symbol (here, a circle) color-coded according to the sound pressure level in the video image in which the sound source position is best reflected. If a graph of frequency distribution with the sound source direction on the horizontal axis and the frequency on the vertical axis is displayed at the bottom of the screen, and the symbols are color-coded according to the sound pressure level, the sound pressure level is displayed. Alternatively, even when there are a plurality of sound sources that differ in either one or both of the frequencies, the position of each sound source can be visually grasped, so that the characteristics of the sound source can be grasped easily and in detail.
In addition, in the video image where the sound source position is best reflected, a symbol colored by frequency is displayed, and at the bottom of this screen, sound with the sound source direction on the horizontal axis and the sound pressure level on the vertical axis is displayed. You may make it display the graph of pressure distribution. At this time, the symbols in the graph may also be color-coded according to the frequency level.
[0019]
Thus, according to the present embodiment, the microphones M1 to M4 are arranged so that the detection unit forms a square centered on the origin O in the XY plane, and the fifth microphone M5 is the detection unit. The microphones M1 to M4 are positioned above the center of the square, and are arranged so that the distances between the microphones M5 and M1 to M4 are equal. From the arrival time difference between the output signals of the microphones M1 to M5 In addition to estimating the direction of the sound source, an image in the vicinity of the estimated sound source position is collected by the
In addition, by moving the
[0020]
In the above embodiment, the distance between the fifth microphone M5 and the microphones M1 to M4 is the distance between the microphones (M 1 , M 3 ) and the distance L between the microphones (M 2 , M 4 ). The microphones M1 to M5 are arranged so as to be equal to each other. However, the arrangement method of the microphones is not limited to this. Basically, the distances do not necessarily have to be equal to each other on two straight lines that intersect each other. The two microphone pairs may be arranged at predetermined intervals, and the fifth microphone may be arranged at a position not on the plane formed by the two microphone pairs. However, in order to easily calculate the sound source direction, it is preferable that the microphones be arranged with high symmetry, and the microphones of the two pairs of microphones are squared on two straight lines orthogonal to each other. And the fifth microphone is arranged on a straight line orthogonal to the two straight lines and passing through the center of the square, and the distance between the fifth microphone and the microphone constituting the square is equal. It is particularly preferable to arrange them as follows.
In the above example, the measurement is performed by rotating the
Moreover, it goes without saying that the distance between the microphones is not limited to the above example, and is appropriately determined depending on the nature of the noise source.
It is also possible to estimate the movement status of the sound source position by collecting sound at a predetermined time interval and obtaining the sound source position at each measurement time at one measurement location or measurement angle.
[0021]
In addition, as described above, since the contribution rate for each frequency of a plurality of sound sources can be calculated in the sound source exploration system, noise in an abnormal state collected by the microphone is added to the system of the present invention. By providing means for storing the sound pressure data of the source and means for comparing the newly collected sound pressure data with the stored sound pressure data, a specific frequency of the newly collected sound pressure data is obtained. A sound source position that generates a sound (abnormal sound) that is different from the steady state, such as when the sound pressure level is higher than the past data or a new peak appears in a frequency band that has not had a peak so far. Can be identified.
Therefore, a noise source abnormality detection system is configured using the sound source search system of the present invention, and this noise source abnormality detection system is installed, for example, at a predetermined location in a factory, and the sound source position is periodically detected. By performing the measurement, it is possible to identify the position of the noise source that generates an abnormal sound due to a failure of the transformer or the motor, and thus it is possible to detect an abnormality of the device that generates the noise.
[0022]
【Effect of the invention】
As described above, according to the present invention, through two sets of microphones pairs and which are arranged to form a square two straight line you mutually orthogonal, the center of the square to make the above two sets of microphones pairs The position of the sound source is estimated from the arrival time difference between the output signals of the microphones of the microphone group including the fifth microphones arranged on a straight line, and the image in the vicinity of the estimated sound source position is sampled to obtain the above estimation. Since the generated sound source position is displayed on the video, the noise source can be specified and displayed with a simple configuration.
At this time, in the sound source position estimation means, the difference in sound arrival time between the two microphones constituting the microphone pair arranged on one of the two straight lines and 2 arranged on the other straight line. The horizontal angle of the position of the sound source is estimated from the ratio of the sound arrival time difference between the two microphones, and the sound between the two microphones constituting the microphone pair arranged on one of the two straight lines Difference in sound arrival time, difference in sound arrival time between two microphones constituting a pair of microphones arranged on the other straight line, and sound arrival time difference between the fifth microphone and each microphone constituting the square From the above, the elevation angle of the sound source position is estimated.
In addition , if the fifth microphone is arranged so that the distance between the fifth microphone and each microphone constituting the square is equal to a predetermined interval in the microphone pair, the microphone for obtaining the arrival time difference. Since the distance between the pairs can be made equal, the estimation calculation of the sound source position can be performed more easily.
[0023]
Also, the sound pressure level and frequency characteristics can be displayed by changing the color of the symbol of the sound source position displayed as the above image according to the sound pressure level or frequency, so even if there are multiple sound sources, In addition to the position of the sound source, it is possible to visually determine the characteristics of the sound source.
Further, means for storing sound pressure data of a noise source collected in the microphone group in an abnormal state, and means for comparing the newly collected sound pressure data with the stored sound pressure data. Since the sound source position that generates the abnormal sound is specified, the abnormality of the device that generates the noise can be reliably detected.
[0024]
Furthermore, since the microphone group is moved at a plurality of locations or the microphone group is rotated to perform measurement at a plurality of measurement points or a plurality of angles, the accuracy of sound source position estimation can be improved.
In addition, since sound is collected at predetermined time intervals and the sound source position at each measurement time is obtained, the movement state of the sound source position can be estimated.
Further, since the position specifying means such as GPS is provided for measuring the absolute position of the microphone group on the ground, the absolute position of the sound source position on the ground can be specified.
