Description

The present invention relates to a conductor fitting for a conductor that is wired along a support.

Conventionally, lead wire fittings are widely known. For example, it is widely known including a conductor fitting for a conductor wired along a support shown in Patent Document 1.
For example, the conductor fitting shown in Patent Document 1 is configured as follows.
A C-shaped gripping portion formed in an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the support; and a first constriction member and a second constriction member respectively extending in parallel from the two free ends of the gripping portion. A stenosis part, in which the first stenosis member and the second stenosis member in the stenosis part respectively have a stenosis part in which a hole for inserting a bolt is formed at a corresponding position, and the first stenosis part to hold a lead wire A gripping portion is formed by integrally molding a member and a holding portion provided at a tip portion of the second constriction member, and by inserting a bolt into a hole formed in each of the first and second constriction members and tightening the bolt. The holding portion is reduced so that the conductor is attached to the support (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The lead wire fitting of the above configuration can be held in a state where the lead wire is in line with the support in use, as well as a lead wire (for example, a parallel feeder) to be attached at a high frequency away from the metal support. There is an advantage that it can be held without being affected by high frequency from the support made of steel.

Design Registration No. 528196

In use, this conventional conductor fitting is removed from the bolt and the bolt is removed.
Next, the holding | maintenance part of a conducting wire fixture is expanded, the opening | mouth of a holding part is opened, a holding part is fitted to the outer periphery of a support | pillar, and a conducting wire is located inside a holding part.
After that, there was a troublesome work problem that had to be pierced through the hole of the narrowed portion again and screwed with the thumbscrew to be tightened. There was also the problem of dropping the bolts and losing them.
Further, in the field, when the outer diameter size of the support column is different from the planned size, there is a problem that the lead wire fitting does not correspond to the support column and the prepared wire fitting cannot be used immediately.

The purpose of the present application is not only to hold the conductor in a state where it is in line with the support, but also to a conductor (for example, a parallel feeder) to be mounted at a high frequency away from the metal support. It is an object of the present invention to provide a conductor fitting that can be held without being affected.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a conductor fitting that can be quickly attached when the fixture body is attached to the support column.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a conductor fitting that can be attached to the support column 4 in accordance with the outer diameter size of the support column that is thick or thin.
Other objects and advantages will be readily apparent from the drawings and the following description associated therewith.

The lead wire fitting according to the present invention extends in parallel from a C-shaped gripping portion 13 formed in an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the support column 4 and the two free ends 19 and 20 of the gripping portion 13. The stenosis part 14 having the first stenosis member 27 and the second stenosis member 28 which are taken out, and the first stenosis member 27 and the second stenosis member 28 in the stenosis part 14 are respectively inserted into bolts at corresponding positions. The narrowed portion 14 in which the holes 33 and 34 are formed, and the holding portion 15 provided at the tip of the first narrowed member 27 and the second narrowed member 28 for holding the conductive wire 6 are integrally formed. The bolt 46 is pierced through the holes 33 and 34 formed in the first and second constricting members 27 and 28, respectively, and tightened to reduce the gripping portion 13 and the holding portion 15 and lead the conductor 6 to the column. In the lead wire fitting 10 adapted to wear along The hole 33 of the first constricting member 27 is a long hole, and the width dimension D3 of the long hole 33 is narrower than the diameter D1 so that the bolt head 48 does not pass through. The hole 34 of the second constricting member 28 is formed as follows. The Dalma hole is formed so that the width D2 of the large diameter hole 34a in the Dalma hole 34 is larger than the diameter D1 so that the bolt head 48 can pass therethrough, and the width D3 of the small diameter hole 34b passes through the bolt head 48. It is formed narrower than its diameter D1.

Preferably, the C-shaped gripping portion 13 formed in an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the support column 4 and the second free ends 19 and 20 of the gripping portion 13 are respectively extended in parallel. A constricted portion 14 having a first constricting member 27 and a second constricting member 28. The first constricting member 27 and the second constricting member 28 in the constricting portion 14 have bolt insertion holes 33 and 34 at corresponding positions, respectively. The formed narrowed portion 14 and the holding portion 15 provided at the tip of the first narrowed member 27 and the second narrowed member 28 for holding the conductive wire 6 are integrally formed, and the bolt 46 is formed as described above. By piercing and tightening the holes 33 and 34 formed in the first and second narrowing members 27 and 28, respectively, the gripping portion 13 and the holding portion 15 are reduced so that the conductor 6 is attached to the support column. In the conducting wire fitting 10 made in this way, the grip portion 13 A C-shaped adjustment member 51 is detachably provided on the inner side, and the inner diameter dimension D6 of the adjustment member 51 is a dimension corresponding to a column having a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the column corresponding to the inner diameter of the grip portion 13. The outer diameter may be configured so as to correspond to the inner diameter of the grip portion 13.

As described above, in the present invention, when attaching the fixture main body 12 to the support in the work of attaching the lead wire to the support, when the bolt head 48 is moved to the large-diameter hole 34a side of the Dharma hole 34 and widened, The bolt 46 inserted through the constricted portion 14 moves according to one of the first constricting members 27 and has a feature that does not interfere with the attachment to the column.
In addition, in that case, since the width dimension D3 of the long hole 33 formed in the first constricting member 27 is configured to be narrower than the diameter D1 of the bolt head 48, the bolt 46 does not fall out of the fixture body 12, and Since the bolt 46 and the butterfly screw 49 can be immediately tightened after closing, there is an operational effect that enables quick installation work.

Furthermore, the present invention can be used to attach the lead wire fixture 10 to the support column 4 by selectively attaching and detaching the adjusting member 51, regardless of whether the outer diameter size of the support column 4 is thick or thin.
The operation of attaching the conductive wire 6 to the support column 4 using the above-described structure will be described.
The case where the support | pillar 4 is a thing of a large diameter is demonstrated.
In addition, the conducting wire fitting 10 is assumed that a bolt 46 is inserted into the long hole 33 and the dharma hole 34 of the narrowed portion 14 in the fitting main body 12 and is fixed by a thumbscrew.
First, the wing screw 49 is slightly loosened, and the bolt head 48 is moved over the anti-slip piece 35 and moved to the large-diameter hole 34a side of the dharma hole 34. The first and second holding members 40 and 41 in the holding unit 15 are spread with both hands in the directions of arrows 62 and 63 in FIG. Then, the bolt head 48 passes through the large-diameter hole 34a of the Dharma hole, and the bolt 46 is attached to the first constricting member 27 side as shown in FIG. As described above, since the diameter of the bolt head 48 is larger than the width dimension D2 of the elongated hole 33 in the first constricting member 27, in this state, the bolt 47 and the wing screw 49 are not likely to fall off the fixture body 12.
Subsequently, the fixture body 12 in the opened state (in the state of the one-dot chain line in FIG. 5) is advanced in the direction of the arrow 64 toward the column, and the column 4 passes through the gap 21 of the annular part 18 and enters the annular part 18. Once positioned, the force for spreading the first and second holding members 40 and 41 in the directions of the arrows 62 and 63 is loosened. Then, the fixture main body 12 returns to the state shown by the solid line in FIG.
Next, the bolt 46 is inserted into the large-diameter hole 34a of the Dalma hole 34 so that the bolt head 48 passes through the large-diameter hole 34a of the Dalma hole. 34 is moved toward the small-diameter hole 34b. Then, as is normally done, the lead wire 6 is inserted from the front part 40b and the front part 41b of the holding members 40 and 41 and positioned in the storage space (gap) 45, and the thumbscrew 49 is tightened to Mount the fixture body 12.

Next, the case where the support | pillar 4 is a thin thing is demonstrated.
First, the adjustment member 51 is attached to the support column. In that case, the free ends 53 and 54 of the adjustment member 51 are elastically widened (in the directions of arrows 60 and 61 in FIG. 3), and the widened insertion port (gap) 55 is inserted into a small diameter column.
Next, the fixture main body 12 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the adjustment member 51 and the conductor 6 is attached by the same procedure as that for attaching the fixture main body 12 to the above-described large-diameter column. In addition, you may mount | wear with the support | pillar 4 in the state in which the adjustment member 51 is mounted | worn with the fixture main body 12 like FIG.
As described above, by selectively attaching and detaching the adjustment member 51,
Even if the outer diameter size of the column is thick or thin, the conductor fitting 10 can be attached to the column correspondingly.
