Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine transport container for transporting a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine, an arrangement ball machine, or a sparrow ball machine in a completed or semi-finished state.

Conventionally, a method has been proposed in which used gaming machines are stacked horizontally in a container without a partition and loaded into a truck (Patent Documents 1 and 2). There is also a proposal of a cart provided with a flat partition plate that is divided into two upper and lower stages (Patent Document 3).

The containers proposed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 can also be used when shipping gaming machines as products, but the products may come into contact with each other and be damaged when loaded and unloaded, so they are stored in cardboard boxes. It was necessary to pay attention to the handling of the equipment, and there was a lot of trouble in storage and transportation, and the burden on the workers was also heavy. Also in Patent Document 3, a measure for preventing damage due to contact between gaming machines loaded on the same stage is necessary, and the problem that the burden on the operator is still large cannot be solved.

Patent Documents 4 to 6 employ a method of storing gaming machines sideways. By the way, in the gaming machine production line, a front frame fitted with glass, a game board, etc. are assembled to the outer frame in a vertically placed state, and the gaming machine is completed. Therefore, when loading and unloading the gaming machine on the cart or the like, it is necessary to work down the gaming machine from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction or to stand from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. For this reason, the carts of Patent Documents 4 to 6 have a problem that it takes time to load and unload gaming machines.

Since Patent Document 7 employs a system in which gaming machines are stored vertically, there is no need to perform operations such as tilting the gaming machines sideways when loading and unloading with a production line. However, since Patent Document 7 is a method of storing a gaming machine from above, there is a problem that it requires an elevating device for taking in and out, and it takes time and effort.

Patent Document 8 also adopts a method of storing gaming machines vertically, so there is no work such as tilting the gaming machine sideways when loading and unloading it with the production line, and the gaming machine can be loaded and unloaded with a horizontal slide. Can be executed. However, in the thing of patent document 8, there exists a problem that it can take out only from the side which put in the game machine. Further, in Patent Document 8, there is a problem that the number of gaming machines is small because gaming machines can be loaded only in one row and one stage.

Since the first and second embodiments of Patent Document 9 are systems in which the gaming machine is stored in the horizontal direction, they have the same problems as Patent Documents 4 to 6. Further, the third embodiment of Patent Document 9 is a method of storing gaming machines in a vertical orientation, and two units can be stacked side by side, but loading and unloading is from above. For this reason, it has the same problem as Patent Document 7.

In Patent Document 10, a gaming machine can be taken in and out of the production line by a horizontal slide in a vertical orientation. However, gaming machines can only carry one row and one stage, and the loading capacity is limited. In addition, since Patent Document 10 does not consider truck transportation or the like, fixing in a state where a gaming machine is loaded is insufficient, and as such cannot be used for truck transportation or the like.

Patent Documents 11 and 12 adopt a vertical storage / horizontal slide loading / unloading system, and two machines can be placed side by side to load gaming machines, and the gaming machines can be loaded / unloaded from either the left or right side of the carriage. In addition, the game machines that are housed with springs attached to the slide rails provided on the floor and ceiling are firmly held and fixed from the front and back, and a drop-prevention bar is attached to the side opening of the carriage to ensure that the Measures are also taken to prevent vibrations from gaming machines. In addition, a lever is also provided to collectively operate fixing / releasing of game machines by springs.

However, in Patent Documents 11 and 12, there is a possibility of forgetting fixation by lever operation and transportation, or there is a possibility that the lever operation may be forgotten before the gaming machine is lowered and the front surface of the gaming machine frame may be damaged by the slide holding portion.

Patent Documents 4 to 12 all employ a method of securely holding and fixing the upper, lower, and side portions of the gaming machine from the front and rear. For this reason, when loading and unloading gaming machines, first, the gaming machine must be firmly positioned in a gap between a guide rail such as a carriage or a holding jig, resulting in poor workability.

Furthermore, since Patent Documents 1 and 2 are containers intended to be transported by a forklift or the like, there is a problem that a large space is required to move the container. Moreover, since patent documents 1-12 are equipped with a caster and a wheel, although it can move as a hand cart, when loading on a truck or putting on a conveyor line etc. in a factory, a caster and a wheel are locked. Work is necessary.

Therefore, the present application is not limited to the left or right direction of loading and unloading in a container that transports or stores a completed or semi-finished game machine, and can prevent vibration during transportation and be fixed. It is possible to reduce the chance of injury due to forgetting operation or forgetting opening operation , and it is easy to move the container, and the work when putting the container into the truck bed or the conveyor line in the factory is troublesome. It is lightweight and easy to handle when moving as a hand cart in an empty state, and can be easily disassembled and stored when not needed, and can be used in various gaming machines. It is a first object to provide a container for transporting a gaming machine that can be used and can be used in an optimal state according to the manufacturing process even if it is the same type of gaming machine .

In addition, the present application provides a container for transporting a gaming machine that achieves the first object and improves the torsional strength of the container body and has a large loading capacity so that gaming machines can be loaded in two rows and two stages. This is the second purpose.

Furthermore, the present application achieves at least the first object, and that the side by side two by providing a large game machine carrying containers of such loading capacity capable of loading a game machine in a plurality of rows third Objective.

In addition, a fourth object of the present application is to achieve at least the first object, and to prevent the possibility of losing the accessory of the container and the risk of injury of the gaming machine due to the accessory.

The gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the first object has the following configuration, whereby a gaming machine in a completed state or at least a semi-finished state having an outer frame is determined in the front-rear direction. A plurality of stacks can be supported in a state where they are placed vertically at intervals.
(1-1) The container body includes a front surface portion, a back surface portion, a floor portion, and a ceiling portion, and both side surface portions are open, and the entire width of the storage space is slightly larger than an integer multiple of the width of the gaming machine in the vertically placed state. Big thing.
(1-2) A fall prevention member having a length that can cover the entire length of the container main body is detachably attached to the both side surface portions so as to span the front and rear.
(1-3) The lower guide member attached so as to extend in the width direction on the upper surface side of the floor portion and the upper guide member attached so as to extend in the width direction on the lower surface side of the ceiling portion are paired, It is the structure which supports the lower end part and upper end part of the game machine of the said vertical installation state.
(1-4) The lower guide member is configured as a pair of a lower front guide and a lower rear guide that are attached at a slightly larger interval than the depth size of the lower end portion of the vertically installed gaming machine, Is configured as a pair of an upper front guide and an upper rear guide that are attached at a slightly larger distance than the depth size of the upper end portion of the gaming machine in the vertically placed state.
(1-5) The distance between the floor portion and the ceiling portion is greater than the height of the vertically placed gaming machine, and the distance from the upper end of the paired lower guide member to the lower end of the upper guide member is It is comprised so that it may become smaller than the height of the said gaming machine of the said vertically placed state.
(1-6) Each of the fall prevention members includes a cushion member on the inner side, and in a state where the fall prevention member is attached to the both side surface portions, an interval between the cushion members is larger than an integral multiple of a width of the vertically-equipped gaming machine. It is small and is configured so that a pressing force can be applied from both sides to the gaming machine placed vertically.
(5-1) It has a rectangular placement surface having an area slightly larger than the bottom area of the container body, and extends from the four corners of the placement surface to a predetermined height so that the lower end portions of the four corners of the container body are from the outside. It must have a bottom frame with four corner guides that can guide it.
(5-2) Casters are attached to the bottom surfaces of the four corners of the bottom frame.
(5-3) The container body is detachably mounted on the bottom frame .
(6-1) The said container main body connects the four pipe-made support | pillars which comprise four corners, the pipe lower end beam girder member which connects the lower ends of this pipe-made support | pillar, and the upper ends of the said pipe-made support | pillars. The outer shape is configured as a rectangular parallelepiped pipe assembly frame in which the upper end beam girder member made of pipe is detachably connected and fixed with pipe connecting parts.
(6-2) A required number of pipe joist members are detachably connected to the bottom and ceiling frame portions of the pipe assembly frame body by pipe connection parts so as to span the frame portion in the front-rear direction. It is being fixed and comprises the floor part and the ceiling part.
(1-7) The lower guide member includes an L-shaped bottom member fixed at an interval in the front-rear direction with respect to the beam girder member and joist member of the frame portion of the bottom surface, and the horizontal shape of the L-shaped bottom member. An angle member fixed to the position between the beam girder member and the joist member of the part by screwing so that the position in the front-rear direction can be adjusted through a long hole formed to be long in the front-rear direction, It is comprised so that the lower end part of the said gaming machine of the said vertically placed state may be supported between each perpendicular | vertical part of an L-shaped bottom face member and the said angle member.
(1-8) Each of the upper guide members is a pair of angle members fixed so as to be hangable so that the position in the front-rear direction can be adjusted via U-bolts hung from above on the joists of the frame portion of the ceiling. And configured to support the upper end portion of the vertically-arranged gaming machine between the vertical portions of the pair of angle members.

According to the gaming machine transport container of the present invention having the configuration of (1-1) to (1-6) above, when loading a completed or semi-completed gaming machine, the drop on the side to be loaded Remove only the prevention member. Then, loading is performed by sliding the gaming machine in the width direction in a vertically placed state from the side surface that has been opened by removing the fall prevention member. At this time, the upper and lower guide members constitute a groove having a margin in the front-rear direction, and there is a margin in the height of the floor portion and the ceiling portion, so that the gaming machine can be pushed in smoothly. Further, since the gaming machine pushed into the container main body is stopped by abutting against the cushion member of the fall prevention member that has been attached to the opposite side, there is no problem that it is pushed too far and dropped to the opposite side.

When the gaming machine is loaded in this way, the fall prevention member on the removed side is attached. Then, the gaming machine is firmly fixed in a state of being sandwiched by being pressed from both sides in the width direction between the fall prevention member on the opposite side. Therefore, even if the upper and lower guide members are not sandwiched from the front and rear, the gaming machine is firmly fixed, and the risk of injury due to vibration can be prevented. Moreover, since the fall prevention member has a length that can cover the entire length of the container main body, it can be fixed all at once.

Further, when the completed or semi-completed gaming machine is to be lowered, the fall prevention member on the side where the gaming machine is to be lowered is removed. Then, the gaming machine is pushed out from the opposite side toward the opened state by removing the fall prevention member. Also in this case, since the fall prevention member has a length that can cover the entire length of the container main body, the sides to be pushed out can be opened at the same time.

Furthermore, in the gaming machine transport container according to the present invention, when loading or unloading the gaming machine, the fall prevention member must be removed to make one side open, so that each gaming machine is in a fixed state. However, it does not cause the problem of trying to push out by mistake. In addition, as described above, when loading is performed, only the side surface is opened, so it is impossible to forget to perform loading work, so forgetting the opening operation when loading. Nor. And since the space | interval of an upper and lower guide and the height of a floor part and a ceiling have room, the problem of pushing a game machine into force does not arise.

These unique functions and effects employ a configuration in which a fall prevention member having a length that can cover the entire length is attached to and detached from the side surface portion of the container body whose overall width of the storage space is slightly larger than an integer multiple of the width of the gaming machine (1- 1, 1-2), and adopting a configuration that can support the lower and upper ends of the gaming machine with upper and lower guide members having a margin in the front-rear direction and also in the height direction (1-3 to 1). -5) This is because the structure (1-6) for fixing the gaming machine by naturally generating a pressing force from both sides when the fall prevention member is attached to both side surfaces. The gaming machine transport container of the present invention adopting such a configuration is not limited in the direction of loading and unloading, can prevent vibration during transportation, and has an opportunity to be damaged by forgetting the fixing operation or forgetting the opening operation. Therefore, the workability is good and the reliability is high.

In addition, the semi-finished gaming machine in the present invention includes only the outer frame, the one in which only the lower plate part is fixed to the outer frame, and the like before the game board or the front door is attached. It does not matter. In addition, the gaming machine transport for the container of the present invention, has also adopted a usable configuration as a hand cart (5-1) to (5-3).

By adopting the configurations of (5-1) to (5-3) , the container body can be placed on the bottom frame body from above while guiding the four corners with the four corner guides. As a result, the gaming machine transport container adopting such a configuration can be pushed and moved by a person with the capacity of the wheelbarrow without using a forklift or the like. In addition, when it is put on the roller conveyor in the factory and turned to the next process, the container body is pulled out from the bottom frame, so that the next process can be performed with its own weight firmly placed on the conveyor line. Containers with game machines can be sent. Conversely, when an empty container is sent to the gaming machine loading process, it can be placed firmly on the conveyor line. Even when loading on a truck bed, if the container body is removed from the bottom frame, the fixing work on the bed can be reduced. Note that the present invention does not deny that the container of the present invention is transported by truck with the container main body placed on the bottom frame or is put into the conveyor line. In addition, the container body and the bottom frame may be connected and fixed, but even if they are not particularly connected and fixed, in addition to the weight of the container body and the weight of the game machine to be placed, It can be said that there is no possibility that the container main body will fall off the bottom frame due to the support from the outside .

Further, by adopting the configurations of (6-1) and (6-2) , the container main body is detachably connected and fixed using a pipe connecting part and a pipe, a beam member, and a joist member. Therefore, it can be disassembled and stored compactly when it is not used for a long period of time or when it is desired to transport only the container far away. Moreover, since the pipe is assembled, weight reduction is also achieved. Therefore, handling in an empty load is easy. On the other hand, since the pipe can have a large section modulus even when the weight is reduced by setting the outer diameter and thickness, there is no problem in strength. Such a lightweight and durable container body is easy to work when it is attached to or removed from the bottom frame .

Furthermore, since the configurations of (1-7) and (1-8) are also adopted, the vertical portion of the L-shaped bottom surface member and the vertical portion of the angle member constituting the lower guide member are spaced from each other (the lower guide member The mounting position can be adjusted so that the groove width is slightly larger than the depth size of the lower end of the vertically-equipped gaming machine, and the angle member that constitutes the upper guide member is the distance between the vertical parts of both The mounting position can be adjusted so that (the groove width of the upper guide member) is slightly wider than the depth size of the upper end portion of the vertically-equipped gaming machine. The depth size of the gaming machine changes as the decorative parts attached to the outer frame change. Further, the depth size of the lower end portion and the depth size of the upper end portion of the gaming machine may be the same or different. Therefore, by using this groove width adjustment function, by adjusting the groove width of the lower guide member and the upper guide member according to the gaming machine to be loaded, it can be used for various gaming machines. Even a gaming machine can be used in an optimum state according to the manufacturing process.

Next, the gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the second object will be described. The seventh game machine transportation container of the present invention made to achieve the purpose of, in the et al, also includes the following configuration.
(7-1) The pipe-made struts are somewhat longer than twice the height of the vertically installed gaming machine, and the pipe-bottom beam girder member and the pipe-made upper end that connect the pipe struts in the width direction. The beam girder member should be slightly longer than twice the width of the vertical gaming machine.
(7-2) A pipe intermediate beam girder member that connects the columns in the front-rear direction and a pipe intermediate beam girder member that connects the columns in the left-right direction at a substantially intermediate height position of the pipe column. The required number of pipe joists can be attached / detached by the pipe connection parts so that they are connected and fixed by the pipe connection parts and spanned in the front-rear direction between the pipe intermediate beam girders connected in the left-right direction. The intermediate floor part which comprises the said ceiling part with respect to a lower stage and the said floor part with respect to an upper stage is provided by connecting and fixing and dividing the inside of the said container main body into two steps up and down.
(7-3) The fall prevention member is attached to the lower side and the upper side of the intermediate floor part, respectively.
(7-4) The lower guide member is attached to the upper surface side of the intermediate floor portion for upper tier, and the upper guide member is attached to the lower surface side of the intermediate floor portion for lower tier.

By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to load a gaming machine as a lower stage below the intermediate floor, and to load a gaming machine as an upper stage above, and to perform the loading and unloading of the upper stage and the lower stage simultaneously. Therefore, by providing a fall prevention member that can be attached and detached separately at the top and bottom, there is no problem that the gaming machine loaded in the upper stage falls during the lower stage loading and unloading work.

In addition, although the strength of the container body against torsion is increased by the intermediate floor portion, since it is composed of pipes and pipe connecting parts, it can be disassembled and assembled, and can be kept small when unnecessary. In addition, since it has an intermediate floor and enables multi-stage stacking and enables two-row stacking, the strength is improved and the load capacity is greatly increased. Therefore, the gaming machine transport container including the above (7-1) to ( 7-4 ) does not contradict any of the first to sixth purposes.

Next, the gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the third object will be described. In addition to the structure for achieving the first object, the gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the third object further includes the following structure.
(2-1) The total width of the storage space of the container body is slightly wider than twice the width of the vertically-equipped gaming machine.
(2-2) The interval between the cushion members of the fall prevention member in a state of being attached to both side portions is slightly narrower than twice the width of the gaming machine in the vertically placed state.

By adopting such a configuration, the gaming machines stored in a plurality of rows side by side are pressed on the outer side by a cushion member, and the gaming machines are in contact with each other on the inner side. Since the contact surface is firmly attached by the pressing force of the cushion member, the contact surface is not damaged during transportation. Therefore, the gaming machine transport container including the above (2-1) and (2-2) does not go against the first purpose.

Next, the gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the fourth object will be described. In addition to the structure for achieving the first object, the gaming machine transport container of the present invention made to achieve the fourth object also has the following structure.
(4-1) The container main body is configured such that the height in the vertical direction is larger than the length in the front-rear direction, and is provided with pillars extending in the vertical direction at the four corners, and a beam girder member that connects the upper ends of the pillars. Being configured by a rectangular parallelepiped frame.
(4-2) The fall prevention member is constituted by a bar-like member provided at both ends with a latch that is curved so as to be engaged with the outer periphery of the support column.
(4-3) The support column and the beam beam member are made of a rod-shaped member having the same outer diameter.

By adopting such a configuration, the fall prevention member attached so as to be hung in the front-rear direction can be hung by hooking a latch on the beam girder member of the container body. As a result, the risk of losing the fall prevention member, which is an important configuration in the present invention, can be eliminated. Further, since the fall prevention member does not have to be stood against the wall, for example, there is no problem that the fall prevention member falls and hits the gaming machine. Therefore, the gaming machine transport container including the above (4-1) to (4-3) does not contradict any of the first to third purposes.

According to the present invention, by adopting the configurations of (1-1) to (1-6), the direction of loading and unloading is not limited, vibration at the time of transportation can be prevented, and forgetting or opening of the fixing operation It is also possible to reduce the chance of injury due to forgotten operation. As a result, it is possible to provide a highly reliable gaming machine transporting container. In addition, by providing (2-1) and (2-2), it is possible to provide a gaming machine transport container having a large loading capacity in which two machines can be placed side by side and loaded with a plurality of rows of gaming machines. When 3-1) and (3-2) are also adopted, it is possible to provide a gaming machine transport container having a large loading capacity capable of loading gaming machines in two or more stages. Furthermore, when the configurations of (4-1) to (4-3) are also adopted, it is possible to prevent an important part of the container from being lost or to prevent the gaming machine from being damaged by the part. Also, by adopting the configurations of (5-1) to (5-3), the effect of being easy to move and not causing troublesome work when being put into a truck bed or a conveyor line in a factory is exhibited. The Further, by adopting the configurations of (6-1) and (6-2) , it is easy to handle and can be easily disassembled and stored when disassembled. In addition, by adopting the configurations (7-1) to (7-3), it is possible to improve the torsional strength of the container body that can be disassembled and improve the loading capacity. And by adopting the configuration of (1-7) and (1-8), it can be used for various gaming machines, and even in the same kind of gaming machine, it is in an optimum state according to the manufacturing process. Can be used in

Hereinafter, embodiments embodying the present invention will be described. In addition, the angle member 71 attached with the vertical portion 72 as the rear serves as an upper front guide according to the present invention, and the angle member 73 attached with the vertical portion 74 as a front serves as an upper rear guide according to the present invention. The upper guide member according to the present invention is configured as a set.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, one drop prevention member 81, 82 is attached to each of the lower side and the upper side on the left and right side portions of the container body 10. The fall prevention members 81 and 82 are constituted by metal circular pipes having curved latches 83 and 84 that engage with the outer periphery of the column 11 or the like at both ends, and the columns 11 and 12 on the front side of the container body 10 and the back surface. The length can be spanned between the support columns 13 and 14 on the side. Further, the fall prevention members 81 and 82 are respectively provided with cushion members 85 and 86 made of synthetic rubber on the inner surfaces when they are mounted. The latches 83 and 84 of the fall prevention members 81 and 82 are constituted by a curved metal plate and a buckle-type engagement hardware, and can be attached and detached by hand. Moreover, it can also be attached so that it may span between the center support | pillars 15 and 16 as needed. Thereby, even in a state where only one column is loaded, it can be used in a method in which the fall prevention members 81 and 82 are pressed and fixed from the left and right.

The total width BC1 of the storage space of the container main body 10 thus configured is slightly larger than twice the width BP of the vertically-equipped gaming machine P as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the fall prevention members 81 and 82 are configured such that the distance BC2 between the cushion members 85 and 86 is slightly smaller than twice the width BP of the gaming machine P in a vertically placed state when attached to both side surfaces. Has been. As a result, as shown on the lower side in FIG. 3, two gaming machines P are stacked side by side and loaded, and the fall prevention members 81 and 82 are mounted on the left and right side portions, and the gaming machine is placed vertically. A pressing force is applied to P and P from both sides.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower height HC1 between the lower floor portion and the lower ceiling portion of the container body 10 and the upper height HC2 between the upper floor portion and the upper ceiling portion are in the vertically placed state. It is configured to be larger than the height HP of the gaming machine P. In the lower and upper stages, the guide heights HG1 and HG2 from the upper end of the paired lower guide member to the lower end of the upper guide member are set to be smaller than the height HP of the gaming machine P in the vertically placed state. It is configured.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the vertical portion 62 of the L-shaped bottom surface member 61 and the vertical portion 66 of the angle member 65 constituting the lower guide member are spaced vertically (groove width of the lower guide member) DG1. The mounting position is adjusted so that it is slightly larger than the depth size DP1 at the lower end of the gaming machine P in the state. In addition, the angle members 71 and 73 constituting the upper guide member have a distance DG2 between the vertical portions 72 and 74 (groove width of the upper guide member) DG2 than the depth size DP2 of the upper end portion of the gaming machine P in the vertically placed state. The mounting position has been adjusted to make it slightly wider. Note that the depth sizes DP1 and DP2 of the gaming machine P change as the decorative parts attached to the outer frame change. Further, the depth size DP1 of the lower end portion and the depth size DP2 of the upper end portion of the gaming machine P may be the same or different. Therefore, the groove widths of the lower guide member and the upper guide member are adjusted according to the gaming machine P to be loaded using this groove width adjustment function. Thereby, it can be used for various gaming machines, and even the same kind of gaming machines can be used in an optimal state according to the manufacturing process.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cart 100 has a rectangular placement surface 111 having an area slightly larger than the bottom area of the container body 10, and extends from the four corners of the placement surface 111 to a predetermined height. The bottom frame 110 is provided with four corner guides 112 that can guide the lower end portions of the four corners from the outside. The bottom frame 110 is manufactured by welding and assembling steel angle members, and has a sturdy structure by welding and fixing a steel strip 113 in the width direction. The four-corner guide 112 and the bottom frame 110 are also reinforced by triangular brackets 114 on the front and back surfaces. The casters 115 are attached to the bottom surfaces of the four corners of the bottom frame 110.

As shown in FIG. 5 (A), the container body 10 can be used as a hand cart that is placed on the carriage 100, or can be used as a single unit as shown in FIG. 5 (B). It can also be used for storage or loading a conveyor line in a factory. When used in the state of FIG. 5A, in addition to the weight of the container body 10 and the weight of the gaming machine P to be placed, it is supported from the outside by the vertical portion of the bottom frame 110 and the four corner guides 112. As a result, there is no possibility that the container body 10 and the bottom frame 110 will drop off without being particularly connected and fixed.

When loading the completed or semi-completed gaming machine P into the gaming machine transporting container 1 according to the embodiment configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. Only the fall prevention member 81 on the side to be removed is removed. Then, the gaming machine P is slid in the width direction in a vertically placed state from the side surface that has been opened by removing the fall prevention member 81 and loaded. At this time, the upper and lower guide members constitute a groove having a margin in the front-rear direction, and there is a margin in the height of the floor portion and the ceiling portion, so that the gaming machine P can be pushed in smoothly. In addition, the gaming machine P pushed into the container body 10 is stopped by coming into contact with the cushion member 84 of the fall prevention member 82 that has been attached to the opposite side, so that it is pushed too far and dropped to the opposite side. There is no.

When the gaming machine is loaded in this way, the fall prevention member 81 on the removed side is attached. Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 for the lower side, the gaming machine P is firmly fixed in a state of being pressed and sandwiched between the opposite side fall prevention member 82 from both sides in the width direction. Therefore, even if the upper and lower guide members are not sandwiched from the front and rear, the gaming machine P is firmly fixed, and the risk of injury due to vibration can be prevented. Moreover, since the fall prevention members 81 and 82 have a length that can cover the entire length of the container body 10, they can be fixed together.

Further, when the completed or semi-completed gaming machine P is lowered, the fall prevention member 81 (or 82) on the side where the gaming machine is to be lowered is removed. And the game machine P is pushed out from the opposite side toward the direction which removed the fall prevention member 81 (or 82), and was in the open state. Also in this case, since the fall prevention members 81 and 82 have a length that can cover the entire length of the container body 10, the side surfaces on the extrusion side can be simultaneously opened.

Furthermore, in the gaming machine transport container 1 of the embodiment, when loading or unloading the gaming machine P, the fall prevention member 81 (or 82) must be removed and one side surface must be opened. Even if the gaming machine P is in a fixed state, it does not cause a problem that it tries to push out by mistake. In addition, as described above, when loading is performed, only the side surface is opened, so it is impossible to forget to perform loading work, so forgetting the opening operation when loading. Nor. Since there is room in the distances DG1 and DG2 between the upper and lower guides and the heights HC1 and HC2 between the floor and the ceiling, there is no problem of forcibly pushing the gaming machine P and scratching it.

In addition, in the gaming machine transport container 1 of the present embodiment, a total of 16 gaming machines P of 2 × 4 each can be stacked vertically in two stages, so that a large number of gaming machines can be transported. Is possible. And since the fall prevention members 81 and 82 which can be attached and detached separately from the upper and lower sides are provided, there is no inconvenience that the gaming machine loaded on the upper stage falls during the lower stage loading and unloading work. Furthermore, two gaming machines housed in each row have their outer surfaces pressed by the cushion members 85 and 86, and the inner surfaces are in close contact with each other, so that the game machines can be transported securely. In this case, the contact surface is hardly damaged.

Further, the fall prevention members 81 and 82 attached so as to be hung in the front-rear direction are hung by hooking the latches 83 and 84 on the beam girder member 22 and the like of the container body 10 as shown in FIG. be able to. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the possibility of losing the fall prevention members 81 and 82, which is an important configuration in the present invention. In addition, since the fall prevention members 81 and 82 do not have to be stood against a wall, for example, there is no problem that the fall prevention members 81 and 82 fall down and hit the gaming machine P.

In addition, since the gaming machine transport container 1 according to the present embodiment can be mounted on the cart 100 and used as a hand cart, a person can push and move it with the capacity of the handcart without using a forklift or the like. it can. On the other hand, when it is put on the roller conveyor in the factory and turned to the next process, the machine is loaded on the next process without using the carriage 100 and is placed firmly on the conveyor line with its own weight. You can send a container in the standing state. Of course, the container main body 10 can be in a state where it is firmly placed on the conveyor line even when the container main body 10 is sent to the gaming machine loading process by an empty load.

Furthermore, when loading on a truck bed, if the container body 10 is used alone, the fixing work on the bed is reduced. It should be noted that the container body 10 may be used in a state where the container body 10 is placed on the cart 100 when transporting to the truck or the conveyor line.

In addition, the gaming machine transport container 1 of the present embodiment includes a column member 11, a beam girder member 21, and the like in which the container body 10 is detachably connected and fixed using pipe connection parts 51 to 54 and a circular pipe. Since it is composed of the joist member 41 and the like, the container body 10 can be disassembled into a compact form when it is not used for a long period of time or when it is desired to transport an empty container 1 to a distance. . Moreover, since the pipe is assembled, weight reduction is also achieved. Therefore, handling in an empty load is easy. On the other hand, since the pipe can have a large section modulus even when the weight is reduced by setting the outer diameter and thickness, there is no problem in strength. Such a lightweight and durable container main body 10 is easy to work both when it is attached to the cart 100 and when it is taken out.

Note that the presence of the intermediate floor portion not only allows a large number of gaming machines to be loaded, but also increases the strength of the container body 10 against twisting. In particular, since the joist members 43 and 44 of the intermediate floor are attached to the upper surface side and the lower surface side, the effect of improving the torsional strength is higher.

As described above, according to the gaming machine transport container 1 of the present embodiment, the loading and unloading direction is not limited, vibration during transportation can be prevented, and damage due to forgetting fixing operation or forgetting opening operation can be prevented. The opportunity for this can also be reduced. As a result, it is possible to provide a highly reliable gaming machine transporting container. In addition, it is possible to provide a container for transporting gaming machines having a large loading capacity in which two machines can be arranged side by side and loaded with gaming machines P in a plurality of rows and two stages. Furthermore, the possibility of losing the fall prevention members 81 and 82 or damaging the gaming machine P with the fall prevention members 81 and 82 can be prevented. In addition, it is easy to move, and an effect is exhibited that the work when putting it on a truck bed or a conveyor line in a factory is not troublesome. Furthermore, it is easy to handle and is lightweight, and can be stored in a disassembled manner when unnecessary. Further, the torsional strength of the disassembling container body can be improved and the loading capacity can be improved.

Although one embodiment as the best mode for carrying out the invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the front part, the rear part, the floor part, the ceiling part, and the intermediate floor part are made of plate material, and the fall prevention members 81 and 82 with cushion members can be attached to and detached from the opened both side parts. A simple container body 201 can also be used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a container main body 202 having a structure of only one stage may be used. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a container main body 203 having a configuration in which one gaming machine is placed in each row may be used. In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the container body 204 can be made larger so that three rows can be stacked in three stages.

Also in these modified examples, not only the state of being placed on the carriage 100 as shown, but also the use of storage only with the container main bodies 201 to 204 lowered from the carriage 100, or the addition to the factory production line. A method is possible.
