Description
The present invention relates to a pillar body and a vehicle stopper provided with the pillar body. More specifically, the present invention relates to a column having an excellent appearance and a vehicle stopper provided with the column while having strength necessary for a structure.
Conventionally, in order to prevent an automobile or the like from entering the sidewalk from the roadway, a car stop is provided at the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk. In the case of a car stop, in the unlikely event that a car tries to invade beyond the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk, it is strong enough to prevent the car from entering the sidewalk and the existence of the car stop itself is recognized by others. And a function to call attention so as not to cross the boundary between the roadway and the sidewalk.
However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, the self-supporting property of the vehicle stopper column can be secured by standing the rigid core column on the ground, but its presence is conspicuous in a dark place because the cover body is made of rubber. Absent. In addition, a sticker that reflects light is attached to the car stop column so that the driver can recognize the presence of the car stop. However, the light reflecting seal does not perform its function unless the light from the headlight of an automobile or the like is applied to the light reflecting seal in a good condition. Therefore, the point which should be improved in terms of visibility at night was left.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and an object thereof is to provide a column body having an excellent appearance and a vehicle stopper provided with the column body while retaining strength necessary for a structure. It is said.
A column body of the present invention includes a hollow columnar main body formed of a fiber reinforced plastic having light permeability, and a light emitter installed inside the main body, and the main body is fixed to the ground. held by the holding member having one upright portion, the holding member is in the order outer diameter is large, the first upright portion, and a second upright portion of the upper end of the first upright portion, the third upper end of the second upright portion an upright portion integrally provided et al is about the same axis, the lower portion of the main body is fitted, wherein the bottom of the light emitting element is fitted to the inner surface of the third upstanding portion on the outer surface of the second upright portion It is characterized by. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a column having an excellent appearance while maintaining the strength necessary for the structure. Existing transparent plastic pipes such as ABS resin, polypropylene resin, acrylic resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polyacetal resin, Teflon (registered trademark) resin, nylon resin, polyethylene resin, polycarbonate resin, vinyl chloride It is possible to secure a strength that can prevent the intrusion of the automobile, which could not be obtained with a plastic pipe made of only a resin such as a resin.
Further, a film on which a light-transmitting film having a pattern on the surface is rounded into a cylindrical shape at the boundary between the second upright portion and the third upright portion of the holding member, and the lower end surface of the film is placed It is preferable that a mounting portion is formed . As a result, the pattern on the outer surface of the film can be displayed outside the column in bright places, and the light on the inside of the main body can emit light in dark places. The pattern given to can be displayed outside the column. In addition, even when a pattern such as a letter is given on the inner surface of the film, this is raised. Then, when the light emission from the light emitter is stopped, the patterns such as the raised letters disappear.
Furthermore, the vehicle stop according to the present invention includes the column body described above, and the main body is held by a holding member fixed to the ground. Thereby, the vehicle stop excellent in visibility can be obtained.
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a column body having an excellent appearance and a vehicle stop provided with the column body while retaining strength necessary for a structure.
The column body of the present invention has a hollow columnar main body formed of fiber reinforced plastics, and a light emitter installed inside the main body. Moreover, the vehicle stop of this invention is provided with the said pillar, and the said main body is hold | maintained at the holding member fixed to the ground. That is, the present invention uses a fiber reinforced plastic having both light transmittance and strength for the main body of the column, and transmits the light of the light emitting body provided inside the column to the outside.
Hereinafter, the column body and the car stopper of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
The vehicle stopper 100 according to the first embodiment includes a
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The FRP that forms the
The base material of FRP is not particularly limited. For example, epoxy resin, vinyl chloride resin, vinyl acetate resin, polystyrene, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, fluororesin, polyamide resin, acetal resin, polycarbonate, fiber base Thermosetting resins such as thermoplastic resins such as plastic, phenol resins, urea resins, melamine resins, unsaturated polyester resins, diallyl phthalate resins, polyurethane resins, silicon resins, and polyimide resins can be used. In this embodiment, an epoxy resin is used because it has excellent heat resistance, alkali resistance (cement alkali), chemical resistance, and mechanical properties.
The material for the reinforcing material of FRP is not particularly limited. For example, glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, cotton fiber, hemp fiber, silk fiber, wool, jute, vinylon fiber, nylon fiber, tetron fiber, rayon fiber, Examples thereof include boron fiber, Tyranno fiber, stainless steel fiber, and a mixture containing at least one selected from these groups. In the present embodiment, glass fiber is used as a reinforcing material because it is excellent in light transmittance. The color of the reinforcing material is not particularly limited. For example, a colored yarn dyed with the above-mentioned fibers, a fluorescent fiber dyed with the above-mentioned fibers in a fluorescent color, a phosphorescent fiber dyed with the above-mentioned fibers with a phosphorescent paint, etc. Can also be used. Furthermore, the state of the reinforcing material is not particularly limited. For example, the reinforcing fiber can be used by twisting the above-described fiber, or using the above-mentioned fiber in a braided shape.
Further, in addition to the base material and the reinforcing material, the FRP may appropriately contain a reinforcing material and a filler.
Although it does not specifically limit as a reinforcing material, For example, a glass bead, glass flakes, glass powder, milled glass, glass frit, a silica etc. can be used.
Although it does not specifically limit as a filler, For example, whiskers, such as fillers, such as aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, and mica, potassium titanate whisker, barium titanate whisker, etc. can be used.
The FRP molding method is not particularly limited, but, for example, hand stacking method, spray-up method, matched die method, premix method, prepreg method, rolling table method, sheet winding method, tape winding method, filament winding method, pultrusion molding Method, injection molding method, extrusion molding method and the like can be used. In the present embodiment, by using continuous long glass fiber as the reinforcing material, a molded article having extremely high strength can be obtained, and the strength characteristics can be freely designed as desired. Since a plurality of outer diameters can be set in the hollow hollow molded body, it is molded using a filament winding method. Here, the filament winding method is a method of forming a reinforced plastic that is formed by infiltrating a resin into a bundle of many filaments and winding this around a core mold. In the present embodiment, when the
The fiber orientation angle of the innermost layer is preferably 80 to 89 ° with respect to the core axis. By making the fiber orientation angle of the innermost layer in this way, the circumferential direction of the
The fiber orientation angle of the intermediate layer is preferably 0 to 40 ° with respect to the core axis. When the fiber orientation angle of the intermediate layer exceeds 40 °, the bending strength of the molded product tends to decrease.
In other words, since the bending strength increases as the fiber orientation angle is reduced to 40 ° or less, in the above example, the intermediate layer ensures the bending strength required for the vehicle stop.
The fiber orientation angle of the outermost layer is preferably 80 to 89 ° with respect to the core axis. By setting the fiber orientation angle of the outermost layer in this way, the circumferential direction of the
The fiber orientation angle may be the same orientation angle for the innermost layer, the intermediate layer, and the outermost layer.
The
本体31の曲げ強さは、230MPa(JIS G 3444に規定するSTK−400相当)以上であることが好ましく、300MPa以上であることがより好ましい。
The bending strength of the
It is preferable that the
Although it does not specifically limit as the
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. L. A rectangular plate-like bottom portion 21 buried in the ground in a parallel state with respect to the bottom portion 21 and three cylindrical portions integrally provided around the same axis so as to stand upright on the bottom portion 21 (hereinafter referred to as “first”). 1
In addition, an
The
Although it does not specifically limit as a material of the holding
The
The
The material of the
The
When the car stop 100 of the first embodiment is used at night, the
(Embodiment 2)
The
Regarding the light transmittance of the FRP, it is preferable that the pattern formed on the
The

When the car stop 110 according to the present embodiment is used at night, the
According to the above embodiment, the car stops 100 and 110 include the
In the above embodiment, the case where the
Moreover, although the shape of the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the lid |
