Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for storing, storing, transporting and the like of various storage bodies including beverage cans having different heights.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a transport container containing a large number of cans for alcoholic beverages such as beer and soft drinks such as juice, coffee, tea, etc., for example, 24 or 6 packaging, is a rectangular parallelepiped corrugated cardboard. It was formed with a box. Cardboard boxes have the advantage of being light and inexpensive, but they are difficult to use repeatedly because of their low strength and weakness to water. However, in recent years, in order to protect the environment and save resources, a transport container made of synthetic resin that can be used repeatedly instead of a cardboard box has been introduced.
Examples of this type of transport container include those described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-229683 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-119321. These transport containers hold the upper and lower surfaces of a plurality of beverage cans with a pair of upper and lower box-shaped storage members, and are locked to each other by engaging members or stoppers provided on opposite side portions of the respective box-shaped storage members. It is fixed by that.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are mainly 350 ml regular cans and 500 ml long cans as beverage cans, and since these are different in height, there is a drawback that only one kind of can can be accommodated in the above-mentioned transport container. Therefore, in order to accommodate multiple types of cans, a dedicated transport container is required for each type of can.
In addition, in a transport container that fixes two box-shaped storage members with stoppers, it is possible to accommodate and fix beverage cans of different heights by replacing the stoppers. Replacing takes time and is easy to make mistakes, and the number of parts increases, so that assembly and management are complicated.
In view of such a situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a container that can selectively and easily store and hold a plurality of types of storage bodies such as cans.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A container according to the present invention includes a first member having a base and a side provided with a locking member having a locking portion that can take different positions, and is disposed opposite the base and any height A second member having an engaging portion engageable with the locking portion at the position, and the locking member is attached to the shaft portion provided on the side portion so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction, The second member is configured to hold one of the storage bodies having different heights between the second member and the base while the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion of the engaging member of any height. It is characterized by.
The height of the locking portion is set according to the height of the storage body selected from a plurality of types, the engagement portion of the second member is engaged, and the base portion of the first member and the second member are The storage body can be sandwiched and held. Accordingly, one type of container can store and hold any of a plurality of types of storage bodies having different heights, and can be stored or transported.
[0005]
Further, the side portion may be undulated with respect to the base portion.
The storage unit can be stored and held with the side part upright with respect to the base part, and storage and transportation when not in use can be easily realized with the side part lying down with respect to the base part. .
[0006]
Further, the side portion may be configured to be rotatable with respect to the base portion so as to be able to take a position that is substantially parallel to the base portion and a position that is substantially orthogonal to the base portion.
In this case, the storage body can be accommodated in the container with the side portion upright, and storage and transportation when not in use can be easily realized with the side portion lying down.
Moreover, an opening part may be provided in the side part, and the fitting hole which has a locking part may overlap with the opening part of a side part in the height position to which the locking member was rotated below.
Further, the locking member may be locked to a stationary tool provided below the side opening at the height position rotated downward.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a main part of a transport container according to a first embodiment of the present invention in a long can accommodated state, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a main part of the transport container in a regular can accommodated state, and FIG. It is a principal part perspective view in a use condition. In each figure, only the left side portion of the transport container is disclosed, but the right side portion is formed substantially symmetrically with the left side portion.
A container according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, for example, a transport container 1 that houses a plurality of beverage cans (housing bodies), for example, a first member 2 and a second member 3 made of synthetic resin with a beverage can such as a long can interposed therebetween. Are engaged with each other.
The first member 2 includes a pair of side portions 5 that are attached to face, for example, the short side of the substrate 4 and a substantially rectangular plate-like substrate 4 (base portion) for arranging and placing a predetermined number of beverage cans. 5 and a pair of low side walls 4a, 4a attached to, for example, the long side of the substrate 4.
Each side portion 5 is rotatably attached by a pair of rotating portions 5 b and 5 b provided at both ends of the short side edge portion of the substrate 4, and overlaps the substrate 4 with an upright position standing substantially perpendicular to the substrate 4. Thus, the fall position (see FIG. 3) that has fallen can be selectively taken. Then, a locking projection and a recess (not shown) are formed at the contact portion between the side surfaces 5a and 5a of the side portion 5 and the side walls 4a and 4a of the substrate 4 so that the side portion 5 is locked at the standing position and the lying position. A click mechanism is provided.
[0008]
Further, an opening 7 is provided in the central upper part in the side part 5, and a locking member 9 having a fitting hole 8 is provided on the upper edge of the opening part 7 with respect to the pair of shaft parts 5 d and 5 d at the upper part of the side part 5. It is attached so that it can rotate in the vertical direction. The fitting hole 8 of the locking member 9 is formed in, for example, a substantially rectangular shape, and convex locking surfaces 8a, 8b having a shape approximating the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder, for example, are formed on the upper and lower sides in the horizontal direction. Yes. Here, the first locking portion 8a is a portion far from the shaft portions 5d and 5d that rotatably support the locking member 9, and the second locking portion is closer to the shaft portions 5d and 5d than the first locking portion 8a. It is set as the stop part 8b.
As shown in FIG. 1, the locking member 9 is held in a substantially same plane as the side portion 5 at the first position A standing above the side portion 5, and is rotated 180 degrees outward or inward from the first position A, for example. The fitting hole 8 overlaps the opening 7 at the second position B (see FIG. 2) that contacts the side part 5. In the second position B, the opening 7 preferably has an opening area such that the entire fitting hole 8 is included in the opening 7.
In addition, a stationary tool 11 is provided on the outer surface of the side portion 5 below the opening 7, and the locking member 9 rotated to the second position B is locked in contact with the outer surface of the side portion 5. It is supposed to let you.
[0009]
Next, the second member 3 has a lid body 12 formed in a substantially rectangular shape having the same size as that of the substrate 4 and a side wall 13 having a low height provided around the lid body 12. Further, a pair of projections 14 and 14 are formed on the extension of the surface of the lid body 12 at the center of the two opposite short side ends of the lid body 12. The upper surface of the projecting portion 14 is formed in a substantially S shape in which a concave curved surface and a convex curved surface are continuous in a direction away from the lid 12, and the concave curved surface portion constitutes the engaging portion 15.
And a pair of projection parts 14 and 14 are inserted in a pair of fitting holes 8 and 8 of the locking members 9 and 9 in the 1st position A or the 2nd position B, and the 1st locking of each fitting hole 8 is carried out. By engaging the engaging portion 15 with either the portion 8a or the second locking portion 8b, the transport container 1 in which the first member 2 and the second member 3 are assembled is configured.
Here, when the long can CL is accommodated and held between the lid 12 and the substrate 4, the locking member 9 is held at the first position A as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to engage the engaging part 15 of the projection part 14 with the part 8a. Further, when the regular can CR is accommodated and held between the lid 12 and the substrate 4, the locking member 9 is held at the second position B as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to engage the engaging part 15 of the projection part 14 to 8b.
[0010]
In the side wall 13 of the lid body 2, a notch 13 a is formed at each corner portion of the lid body 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the cutout 13 a can accommodate the side surface 5 a when the side portion 5 is folded on the substrate 4 when the transport container 1 is not used. Further, a pair of rotating portions 5b and 5b attached to the short side edge of the substrate 4 below the side portion 5 are separated from each other, and the protruding portion 14 of the second member 3 can be mounted in the gap portion 5c therebetween. It is said. And the convex parts 17 and 17 for latching the projection part 14 are provided in the surface at the side of the gap | interval 5c of the rotation parts 5b and 5b, respectively.
1 and 2, for example, a lattice-like convex portion 18 is formed on the outer surface opposite to the inner surface that presses the can of the lid 2. The back surface of the substrate 4 is provided with one or a plurality of convex portions (not shown) to be inserted into the frame portion partitioned by the lattice-shaped convex portions 18 when the transport containers 1 are sequentially stacked. And
Further, a cut portion 19 is provided over the entire length of the short side edge of the back surface of the substrate 4, and when the plurality of transport containers 1 are stacked, the side portion 5 of the lower transport container 1 or the latching is performed. Even if the member 9 protrudes slightly above the lid 12, the member 9 is accommodated in the cut portion 19 so as not to obstruct the stacking.
[0011]
The transport container 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, a method for housing a beverage can by the transport container 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the first member 2 is arranged upward, and the side portions 5 and 5 on both sides are tilted outward with respect to the substrate 4 placed in the horizontal direction. Cans of the same height, for example, long cans CL shown in FIG. 1 are sequentially arranged on the substrate 4. For example, 4 cans are arranged in the short side direction and 6 cans are arranged in the long side direction on the substrate 4.
Then, the second member 3 is placed on the upper surface of the arranged long cans CL so that the lid 12 faces the substrate 4. Next, each side part 5 is rotated and stood up, and the locking member 9 is rotated with respect to the shaft parts 5 d and 5 d to be positioned at a first position A on the upper side of the extension of the side part 5. Then, the protrusions 14 of the second member 3 are inserted through the fitting holes 8 of the respective locking members 9. At this time, the projecting portion 14 is elastically deformed and slid while the convex curved surface is in contact with the first locking portion 8 a on the upper side of the fitting portion 8, so that the engaging portion 15 that forms a concave curved surface is the first locking. It engages and locks the part 8a.
Thereby, the 1st member 2 and the 2nd member 3 hold | maintain and integrate the conveyance container 1 on both sides of several long can CL.
[0012]
And in order to carry this carrying container 1, for example, when each of the projecting parts 14 and 14 of the second member 3 is lifted by hand as a gripping part, the engaging parts 15 and 15 of the pair of projecting parts 14 and 14 are The first locking portions 8a and 8a provided in the fitting holes 8 and 8 of the locking members 9 and 9 can be pressed and held more firmly. Therefore, it can prevent reliably that the projection part 14 remove | deviates from the fitting hole 8, or a one part can falls in the middle of conveyance.
Even when the container 1 is not lifted, the upper and lower first and second members 2 and 3 are maintained in the pressed state by the arranged long cans. The first locking portion 8a is fitted and locked.
Further, when the can is a regular can CR containing 350 ml, the regular can CR is arranged on the substrate 4 and rotated outward to a position where the locking member 9 overlaps the side portion 5 as shown in FIG. Move and lock with stationary tool 11. The second member 3 is placed on the regular can CR, the pair of side portions 5 and 5 are rotated to the upright position, and the second locking portions of the fitting portions 8 and 8 are the same as in the case of the long can. What is necessary is just to latch the engaging parts 15 and 15 of the projection parts 14 and 14 to 8b and 8b, respectively.
By rotating the locking member 9 from the first position A to the second position B, the height direction positions of the first locking part 8a and the second locking part 8b are reversed upside down.
[0013]
When the transport containers 1 are stacked, the convex portions on the back surface of the substrate 4 of the upper transport container 1 can be held in the lattice portion 18 of the lid 12 of the lower transport container 1 so that the transport container 1 can be maintained in a stacked state. Furthermore, the pair of cut portions 19, 19 of the substrate 4 can accommodate the locking members 9, 9 or the side portions 5, 5 of the lower transport container 1. Therefore, the upper transport container 1 does not drop or cause a positional shift.
When the unused transport container 1 is folded and stored, as shown in FIG. 3, first, the second member 3 is first removed from the first member 2, and the side portions 5 and 5 are turned inward to rotate the substrate. 4 Overlay. The second member 3 is stacked thereon, and the protrusions 14 and 14 are fitted into the gaps 5c between the pair of rotating portions 5b and 5b of the side portions 5 and 5, respectively. At this time, the engaging portion 15 forming the concave curved surface of the protrusion 14 is pressed through the convex portions 17 and 17 of the rotating portions 5b and 5b, so that each engaging portion 15 is engaged with the convex portion 17, respectively. The second member 3 is not detached and the side portion 5 is not opened.
[0014]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the transport container 1 brings the locking member 9 to one of the positions A and B having different heights, and the protruding portion 14 is formed on one of the locking portions 8a and 8b. The height of the inside of the transport container 1 can be adjusted by engaging and locking the engaging portion 15, and a plurality of types of cans having different heights such as a 350 ml regular can CR and a 500 ml long can CL can be selectively selected. Can be stored and held. Moreover, since the height position can be adjusted by rotating the locking member 9, the locking member 9 protrudes above the transport container 1 and stacks the transport container 1 even when the second position B is set to a low height. Thus, the transport container 1 can be made compact.
Further, the protruding portion 14 having the engaging portion 15 can be used as a gripping portion for transportation, and by gripping this, the engagement between the engaging portions 8a and 8b and the engaging portion 15 can be further ensured. Thus, the first or second member 2 or 3 can be reliably fixed and held without being separated or partly detached and the can falling, and the safety is high.
Moreover, even if the transport containers 1 are stacked, the stacked transport containers 1 can be prevented from collapsing and shifting.
Furthermore, when the transport container 1 is not used, the first member 2 and the second member 3 can be overlapped and locked, and the storage space is further reduced.
[0015]
Next, modifications of the embodiment of the present invention and other embodiments will be described. The same or similar parts and members as those of the above-described embodiment will be described using the same reference numerals.
A modification of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the transport container 1 shown in FIG. 4, a reinforcing wall portion 21 that is integral with the shaft portion 5 d is formed around the opening 7 of the side portion 5. The locking member 9 is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the shaft portion 5d located at the upper portion of the side portion 5, and is rotated only inside the side portion 5 so as to contact the reinforcing wall portion 21 from the inside. It can rotate in the range from the second position B having a low height to the first position A higher than the side portion 5.
According to this configuration, the protrusion 14 of the lid 12 is inserted into the fitting hole 8 of the locking member 9 at the first position A of the first member 2 and the engaging portion 15 is inserted into the first locking portion 8a. When locking, the locking member 9 only pivots inward, so that the locking member 9 does not escape outward even if the protrusion 14 is pushed from the inside to the outside with respect to the fitting hole 8.
When the protrusion 14 of the lid 12 is inserted into the fitting hole 8 of the locking member 9 in the second position B and the engaging portion 15 is locked to the second locking portion 8b, the locking member 9 is Since the side wall 5 is in contact with the reinforcing wall portion 21 from the inside, the locking member 9 does not escape to the outside even if the projection 14 is pushed from the inside to the outside with respect to the fitting hole 8.
Therefore, the operation of locking the protrusion 14 of the lid 12 to the first and second locking portions 8a and 8b of the locking member 9 at the first position A and the second position B is easy and the workability is improved.
[0016]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the first member 2 shown in FIG. 5, the side portion 23 is attached to the short side edge portion of the substrate 4 so as to be able to take a standing position and a lying position. The side portion 23 is composed of a pair of left and right support portions 24a and 24b and a connecting portion 25 that connects both the support portions 24a and 24b.
A locking member 22 is provided between the support portions 24a and 24b so as to be movable between the support portions 24a and 24b. The engaging member 22 is formed with, for example, a substantially rectangular fitting hole 8, and the upper side portion (or the lower side portion) in the horizontal direction in the fitting hole 8 has, for example, a convex curved surface shape that approximates the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder. The locking portion 8c is formed.
Guide grooves 28 are formed in the support plates 26 and 27 provided inside the support portions 24a and 24b along the sliding direction of the locking member 22, respectively. The guide groove 28 is formed with branch grooves 28a, 28b, and 28c at the upper end portion, the intermediate portion, and the lower end portion in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, support shafts 22a and 22a, which are slidably inserted into the guide grooves 28 and 28, are provided on both side surfaces of the locking member 22, respectively.
[0017]
Accordingly, the locking member 22 is slidable with the support shafts 22a, 22a being guided by the guide grooves 28, 28 provided in the support plates 26, 27 of the support portions 24a, 24b, as shown in FIG. The height of the locking member 22 can be set in three stages by selectively locking with the branch groove 28a at the middle portion, the branch groove 28b at the middle portion, and the branch groove 28c at the lower end portion. Thereby, the locking height between the locking portion 8c of the fitting hole 8 of the locking member 22 and the engaging portion 15 of the projection 14 of the lid 12 can be set in three stages.
Therefore, for example, the height of the substrate 4 of the first member 2 of the transport container 1 and the lid 12 of the second member 3 is set in three stages, and the beverage can sandwiched between the substrate 4 and the lid 12 Depending on the height position of 28a, 28b, and 28c, for example, one of three types of long cans, regular cans, and 250 ml mini-cans having different heights can be selectively set.
[0018]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the position in the height direction of the locking members 9 and 22 for locking the protrusion 14 of the lid 12 is set in two or three stages. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and an appropriate plural number may be formed in four or more stages. The engaging portions 9 and 22 are not limited to the engaging portions and engaging portions in the fitting holes as described in the embodiment. Can be adopted.
In the above-described embodiment, the side portions 5 and 23 can be rotated by the rotation shafts 5b and 5b. However, the side portions 5 and 23 do not necessarily have to be a rotating mechanism. It may be curved and slidable.
Further, the side portions 5 and 23 may not necessarily fall down and may be fixedly arranged in a standing state with respect to the substrate 4.
Moreover, about the storage body accommodated and hold | maintained with the conveyance container 1 by this invention, it is applicable to various articles | goods from which height, a magnitude | size, etc. differ, without being limited to a drinking can etc.
[0019]
