Description

The present invention relates to a blade-proof glove for preventing an attack from a knife such as a knife, a knife or a Japanese sword.

In recent violent crimes, knives, knives, or Japanese sword knives may be used as weapons, and blade gloves are used to protect hands from such attacks.

A blade-protecting glove for the purpose of obtaining a glove body that protects a hand from an outlaw who interferes with the execution of public affairs by police officers (riot personnel) with sharp blades is disclosed. For example, as a means to protect the hands of police officers (riot police) from the brutal blade, each finger and palm that have been polymerized and cut into a glove shape, sewn a metal chain chain at the approximate center of the back of the hand, There is one in which the other side body obtained by polymerizing the special fibers is stitched in a multi-layered manner to the upper part of one side body of the two chained polymer cloths sewn with the chain body, and the chain body is sandwiched in a sandwich shape ( Patent Document 1).

In addition, after the chain is bonded to an appropriate part of the glove body with a double-sided adhesive tape, the chain is sewn to the glove body by hand sewing. Also, press the attachment fabric against the appropriate part of the glove body, sew the sewing thread in parallel at an interval wider than the chain, sew the attachment fabric to the glove body, and then insert the chain between the sewing threads. There is a blade-proof glove (see Patent Document 2).

The protective performance and mobility of blade-proof gloves are in conflict. That is, if the defense performance is increased by a reinforcing member such as a chain, the mobility is impaired. On the other hand, if the number of reinforcement members is reduced, the defense performance is lowered.
The anti-blade glove described in Patent Document 1 improves the defense performance by providing a chain, but does not solve the problem that the mobility is impaired by providing the chain.
The anti-blade glove described in Patent Document 2 is reinforced by one chain of two fingers, and thus has high defense performance but is considered to have extremely poor mobility.
Moreover, it was difficult for these blade-proof gloves to sew a chain to a fabric.

In addition, as far as the inventor is aware, there has been no blade-proof glove that can protect the forearm. Although the mobility of the wrist is impaired while protecting the forearm, it is also a problem to be solved not to impair the mobility of the wrist.

In order to solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a blade-proof glove having high defense performance and high mobility.

The first invention provides a plurality of string-like reinforcing members A in a direction crossing the palm skin,
A blade-proof glove provided with a plurality of string-like reinforcing members B up to the fingers in the direction of longitudinally cutting the palm skin, wherein the string-like reinforcing members A and B interweave a plurality of wires arranged in the width direction. It is a band-shaped member, and the wire of the string-like reinforcing member B has a smaller diameter than the wire of the string-like reinforcing member A, and the string-like shape corresponding to the middle finger among the plurality of string-like reinforcing members B provided The reinforcing member B is a blade-proof glove that can be gripped with a batons or a handgun that is provided continuously from the fingertip of the middle finger through the palm to the fingertip of the thumb . By constructing only the string-like reinforcing member B bent according to the movement of the finger with a smaller diameter than the wire of the string-like reinforcing member A, it is possible to minimize the loss of mobility while enhancing the defense performance. .
In a second aspect based on the first aspect, the wire is a stranded wire.
3rd invention is 1st or 2nd invention. WHEREIN: The string-shaped reinforcement member C which is a band-shaped member which weaved the some wire arrange | positioned in the width direction to the finger | toe part in the direction which cuts the upper shell vertically It is characterized by providing a plurality. As for the reinforcing member provided on the upper shell, the reinforcing member C reaching the finger portion is formed of a thin string-like member, thereby minimizing the loss of mobility.
According to a fourth invention, in the third invention, the string-like reinforcing member B and the string-like reinforcing member C are not provided on the index finger of the right hand or the left hand. Since the index finger is required to move delicately, such as pulling a handgun trigger, the maximum mobility is achieved by not providing a reinforcing member.
According to a fifth invention, in the third or fourth invention, a plurality of cord-like reinforcing members D, which are band-like members in which a plurality of wires arranged in the width direction are woven inward, are provided between the cord-like reinforcing members C. The wire of the string-like reinforcing member D has a larger diameter than the wire of the string-like reinforcing member C. Among the reinforcing members provided on the upper shell, the reinforcing member D that does not reach the finger part has a small influence on the mobility, and thus the defense performance is enhanced by forming it with a thick string-like member.
According to a sixth invention, in any one of the first to fifth inventions, the plurality of wires arranged in the width direction are inward so as not to impair the movement of the first joint of the thumb from the base of the thumb to the first joint. A string-like reinforcing member E, which is a woven band-like member, is provided, and the wire of the string-like reinforcing member E has a larger diameter than the wire of the string-like reinforcing member C.
A seventh invention is characterized in that, in any one of the first to sixth inventions, a forearm portion provided with a reinforcing member from the wrist portion to the opening portion is provided. By using the reinforcing member as a separate member from the palm skin and the upper skin, the mobility of the wrist is minimized.
In an eighth aspect based on the seventh aspect, the reinforcing member provided on the forearm portion includes a plurality of plate-like reinforcing members and a plurality of string-like reinforcing members F provided between the plate-like reinforcing members. It is characterized by being configured. About a forearm part, since the influence on mobility is small, the defense performance is improved by providing a plate-shaped reinforcement.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a blade-proof glove having high defense performance and high mobility.

The best mode of the present invention is a blade-proof glove in which a string-like reinforcing member having a different thickness is provided on the palm skin and the upper skin, and a plurality of thick string-like reinforcing members A are provided in a direction crossing the palm skin. It is a blade-proof glove provided with a plurality of thin string-like reinforcing members B up to the fingers in the direction of longitudinally cutting the skin, and preferably provided with a plurality of thin string-like reinforcing members C up to the fingers in the direction of longitudinally cutting the upper skin. Is characterized in that a plurality of thick string-like reinforcing members D are provided between the string-like reinforcing members C.
Among the string-like reinforcing members B provided in the direction of longitudinally cutting the palm skin, those corresponding to the index finger and the middle finger may be bent so that the end portion is located on the thumb.

In order to improve the mobility, a configuration may be adopted in which the string-shaped reinforcing member B and the string-shaped reinforcing member C are not provided on the index finger of the right hand or the left hand. In addition, a thick string-like reinforcing member E may be provided from the base of the thumb to the first joint so as not to impair the movement of the first joint of the thumb.

Furthermore, in order to enhance the defense performance of the forearm, it is preferable to include a forearm provided with a reinforcing member from the wrist to the opening. Here, the reinforcing member provided on the forearm portion includes a plurality of plate-like reinforcing members and a plurality of string-like reinforcing members provided between the plate-like reinforcing members.

The upper and palm skin fabrics are made of known fibers (for example, aramid fibers) that have high strength, cut resistance, and heat resistance.
The string-like reinforcing member can be made of a known metal, but it is preferable to use a wire instead of a chain. This is because when a chain is used, it is difficult to weave inward of the cloth member. More preferably, the string-like reinforcing member is composed of a band-like member woven with a plurality of stranded wires. By the way, if a plurality of chains are arranged in the width direction, the mobility is extremely deteriorated, so it is difficult to improve the defense performance in the width direction.
The plate-like reinforcing member is made of a light and sturdy material such as metal or reinforced plastic.

In the blade-proof glove of the present invention, the following is considered.
(1) A structure that does not cause swelling or twisting of the fingertips (2) A structure that does not cause fraying or seam fraying in normal use (3) By draping The structure should be able to grip a baton or a handgun without difficulty

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the invention will be described by way of examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the examples.

Anti-slip members 5 are provided on the upper 3 and palm 4 respectively. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the anti-slip member 5 is provided at the fingertip portion and the side end portion of the index finger with respect to the upper 3, It is provided from the two finger joints to the palm. In addition, the position where the anti-slip member 5 is provided is a design matter that is appropriately changed according to the application.

(I) Forearm 6
The forearm portion 6 includes a forearm skin 61, an opening 7, and a fastener 8 as main components.
The forearm skin 61 is composed of reinforcing fibers for protecting the forearm from the wrist to the elbow. The forearm skin 61 needs to have a size that does not hinder the bending or rotation of the wrist or elbow, and thus has a shape that expands from the wrist side toward the opening 7 side.
Although the dimensions can be changed as appropriate, it is preferable that the dimensions be such that they can be easily detached and provide a stable feeling when worn on the arm.

A fastener 8 is provided at a substantially central portion of the forearm skin 61. In order to enhance the defense performance, the fastener 8 is preferably made of a sturdy material such as metal. Instead of the fastener 8, for example, the forearm portion 6 may be fastened with a planar fastener, or a structure such as a strap and a buckle may be used.

[Material of anti-blade gloves]
Next, materials used for the upper 3, palm 4, anti-slip member 5, forearm 61, opening 7, and fastener 8 according to the present embodiment will be described.

For the upper 3 and the forearm 61, ether-based polyurethane (high-performance spandex system) was used for the front fabric, and 40/1 cotton 100% knitted fabric (Lycra (registered trademark) from Vista) was used for the back side.
The palm skin 4 was made of 0.5 mm artificial leather of 60% nylon and 40% polyurethane.

For the back fabric of the upper 3 and palm 4, high-strength polyarylate fiber 20 / 1S / knit 20G (Kuraray Vectran (registered trademark) and Sophista (registered trademark)) having high cut resistance was used.

For the lining of the forearm skin 61, a tricot material (Beamberg (registered trademark) of Asahi Kasei Fibers Co., Ltd.) having 100% ethylene vinyl alcohol and strength of 84 dtex, which is a synthetic fiber and has a fiber surface that easily adapts to water, was used.
Inside the forearm skin 61, an acrylic foam (a fit cell fabric having a thickness of 2 mm) having a density of 0.35 ± 0.05 / cm 3 is attached as an impact absorbing member.

The anti-slip member 5 was made of wet polyurethane synthetic leather.
A border tape made of polyurethane synthetic leather is sewn on the edge of the opening 7.
The fastener 8 was # 5 bislon.

[Band-shaped reinforcement]
The band-shaped reinforcing member is a member for protecting the palm portion and the forearm portion from an attack such as cutting with a blade, and there are two types of the narrow member 11 and the wide member 12. Width wide member 12 is used in a site requiring protection performance, narrow member 11 is used with high mobility, such as fingers sites.
The narrow member 11 and the wide member 12 are provided with wire groups 9 and 10 inside the band obtained by polymerizing the twill bamboo weave. In the present embodiment, the strength is not increased by thickening one wire, but the mobility is increased by increasing the strength by using a plurality of wires. The wire groups 9 arranged on the narrow member 11 are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the width direction as indicated by dotted lines in FIG.
Table 1 shows the configurations of the band-shaped reinforcing members 11 and 12 according to this example.

The wire groups 9 and 10 used for the band-shaped reinforcing members 11 and 12 are stranded conductor wire groups. The reason why the wire is a twisted wire is that the cutting force is higher than that of a wire that is not twisted. In addition, twisting the single wires to increase the strength minimizes the loss of mobility as compared with the case of increasing the strength with the single wires. In this embodiment, the number of twists is 19, but the present invention is not limited to this.
The narrow member 11 has increased mobility by demonstrating the minimum defense performance by arranging four thin wires. The narrow member 11 is used for a finger portion or the like that requires mobility.
The wide member 12 enhances defense performance by arranging ten thick wires. The wide member 12 is used in a part that does not affect the mobility.
In addition, the number of the wires arrange | positioned at the narrow member 11 and the wide member 12 can be suitably changed according to the size, use, etc. of a glove.

[Plate reinforcement]
The plate-like reinforcing member of the present embodiment is an aluminum plate for protecting the forearm portion 6, and there are two types, a large plate member 14 and a small plate member 15. Although the plate-like reinforcing member has high defense performance, the mobility is impaired, and therefore, the plate-like reinforcing member is disposed only on the forearm portion 6 in this embodiment. Note that all the plate-like reinforcing members may have the same shape.
Table 2 shows configurations of the large plate member 14 and the small plate member 15 according to the present embodiment.

[Arrangement of each reinforcing member]
The arrangement of the band-shaped reinforcing members 11 and 12 and the plate-shaped reinforcing members 14 and 15 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of the arrangement of the right-hand reinforcing members on the upper side and the palm side. In the present embodiment, the narrow member 11 is used for the forearm skin 61. However, since the forearm portion 6 is a part that does not require high mobility, the forearm portion 6 may be configured using the wide member 12 in order to enhance defense performance. Good.
The number of narrow members 11 and wide members 12 used for reinforcement, and the number of large plate members 14 and small plate members 15 can be changed as appropriate according to the size and application of the glove.

[Sewing method]
A method for sewing the blade-proof glove 1 will be described. The standard seam is 9 to 12 stitches between about 25 mm. The seam allowance is about 3 mm and can be changed to a suitable seam allowance length for each part. Furthermore, reverse stitching is performed at the beginning and end of sewing.
In addition, inner sewing is performed except for the wire pressing portion, the portion where the anti-slip member 5 is provided, and the edging tape portion. Furthermore, the wrist part and the forearm part 6 in the palm part 2 shall be turned over.

The anti-slip member 5 is sewn so as to prevent the anti-slip member 5 from floating when the hand is held.
The forearm skin 61 is provided with a vertical sewing to prevent the plate-like reinforcing members 14 and 15 from moving in the lateral direction.
In this embodiment, a para-aramid sewing thread (para-aramid # 20/1 / polyester # 30) that is strong in cut resistance is used.

[Effect of Example]
The blade protection glove of the present embodiment described above is a blade protection glove that can enhance the defense performance of the palm and forearm and has excellent mobility.
That is, by using a narrow member for the finger part, it is minimized that the mobility of the finger part is impaired while improving the defense performance. In addition, since the effect of mobility is smaller than that of the palm cover, the upper shell improves the defense performance by arranging the wide member between the narrow members. Since the palm skin is a part that needs to be movable when grasping an object, the wide member is provided only in the lateral direction. Since the forearm skin has the least influence of mobility, the defense performance is enhanced by using a plate-like reinforcing member.
In addition, because of the structure using the band-shaped member, sewing is easy, and it is possible to reinforce any part.
