温水で鏡の曇りを止める装置は、当該本人特許権所有である特許第3776114号公報による鏡の曇り止め装置で発明されているが、鏡裏面のみを温水が流下するだけで保水と蓄熱効果が全く無く、長時間の曇り止め効果の持続性は期待できなかった。
【解決手段】
吸水性と速乾性に富んだ不織布等を鏡裏面のほぼ全面に貼り付け、整流板で鏡裏面の不織布等へと導入させる事により鏡止め金具の下部にも温水を浸透させる事ができ鏡前面を温めて表面の曇りを除去させる手段と曇り止めの効果時間を持続させる問題が解決されたと共に、不慮の事故等で鏡が破損した場合鏡の裏側一面に耐水性粘着両面テープ等で貼られた不織布等がガラスの欠片の飛散を防ぐ事ができ、浴室内で無防備となった人体を怪我からの防御が可能となる。
