Description

The present invention relates to a braking device configured to brake a rotating portion that rotates with respect to a stationary part, and more particularly to a braking device suitable for preventing an opening / closing body from being unwound from a winding body by its own weight in the opening / closing device. The present invention relates to an opening / closing device using a braking device.

Conventionally, in this kind of invention, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, an opening / closing body (shutter slat 1) for partitioning a space by a downward movement, and the opening / closing body (shutter slat 1) are wound or fed out. Winding shaft (2), a power source (switch 5) for rotating the power shaft, and a chain (8) wound so as to transmit the rotational force of the power shaft to the winding shaft (2) When the chain (8) is broken, the winding shaft (2) is freely rotated by the dead weight of the opening / closing body (shutter slat 1), and the opening / closing body (shutter slat 1) is rotated by the winding shaft (2). ) Is prevented by a fall prevention device (12) provided at the bearing portion of the winding shaft (2).

The fall prevention device (12) includes a shaft hole (23a) coupled to the winding shaft (2) in the shaft core portion, and around the shaft hole (23a), a first recess (26a) and A rotary part (23) having a second concave part (26b), a stationary part that surrounds the periphery of the rotary part (23), and is fixed in an immobile manner along the outer periphery of the rotary part (23) ( A space formed by the body portion (21) having the second inner peripheral portion 21b), the first concave portion (26a), the second concave portion (26b), and the second inner peripheral portion (21b). And a movable roller (27).
And according to this fall prevention device (12), at the normal time when the rotating part (23) is rotating at a predetermined rotational speed or less, the roller (27) is moved from the inside of the first recess (26a) to the second part. After moving into the inner peripheral portion (21b), the second inner peripheral portion (21b) rides on the second concave portion (26b) and moves in the circumferential direction, and then the first concave portion (26a by its own weight). ) Depress inside. Therefore, the rotation of the rotating part (23) is not hindered.
In addition, when the rotating part (23) rotates at a predetermined rotational speed or higher, the roller (27) cannot fall into the first recess (26a) as described above due to centrifugal force, Since the roller (27) is sandwiched between the second recess (26b) and the peripheral end of the inner peripheral portion (21b), the rotation of the rotating portion (23) is stopped.

However, according to the above prior art, as described above, since the roller (27) is complicatedly moved in the circumferential direction and the radial direction at the normal time, noise and vibration are caused when the roller (27) is moved. In addition, there is a risk of malfunction due to biting of foreign matter.
Further, since the roller (27) is moved in a complicated manner as described above, the dimensional accuracy of each part must be maintained at a relatively high level, and it takes time to assemble. It is easy to cause a drop in
JP 2000-110461 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and the problem is that braking with a simple structure with less noise and vibration during normal times, good operability during abnormal times, and good productivity. An apparatus and an opening / closing device using the braking device are provided.

Means for solving the above problem is that in a braking device configured to brake a rotating body that rotates relative to a non-moving part, the rotating body can freely rotate in both directions around an axis at a side portion of the rotating body. One end side is pivotally supported , and an engagement member is provided so that the free end side, which is the other end side, is maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight, and the stationary part is maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight. The engaged member is not engaged with the engaging member, and is engaged with the engaging member when the free end side is directed in the centrifugal direction of the rotating body by centrifugal force. The hook member is formed on the free end side of the engaging member and can be hooked by inserting the engaged member, and the free end side of the hook member faces the centrifugal direction of the rotating body. A contact piece that contacts the engaged member when A latching piece provided at a predetermined interval with respect to the abutting piece, and a connecting part for connecting the abutting piece and the latching piece on the free end side. By forming the portion shorter than the contact piece portion, an opening through which the engaged member can be inserted is secured to the one end side of the engagement piece portion, and the engagement piece portion and the contact portion are secured. The space between the pieces is formed in a hook shape that serves as a pocket for holding the engaged member when inserted through the opening .

The braking device according to the first aspect is a braking device configured to brake a rotating body that rotates with respect to a non-moving portion, and is freely rotatable in both directions around an axis at a side portion of the rotating body. And, the engagement member is pivotally supported so as to be maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight, and does not interfere with the engaging member when maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight, In addition, an engaged member is provided so as to engage with the engaging member when the free end side faces the centrifugal direction of the rotating body, and the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged with each other. At this time, the engaged state is maintained.
Here, as a mounting object of the braking device of the present embodiment , as a particularly preferable aspect, an opening / closing device that partitions or opens a space is wound up or delivered by a winding body, or the like. of or housed to the storage portion of the closing direction without taking up the closing member may be a switchgear (e.g. an overhead door system, etc.) or the like or feeding from the storage unit, the braking device of the present embodiment, the opening and closing A rotating body that interlocks with the opening and closing operation of the body and a portion that does not rotate with respect to the rotating body are used.

Further, the non-moving portion may be a portion that cannot rotate with respect to the rotating body that rotates, and the non-moving portion includes, for example, a bracket that rotatably supports the rotating body, and installation of the braking device. Includes objects.

As a specific example of the rotating body, when the braking device is applied to an opening / closing device in which the opening / closing body is wound by a winding body, the winding body itself or a part that rotates integrally with the winding body (For example, sprockets, pulleys, gears, and the like), other members provided integrally with the winding body, and the like.

Moreover, the said free hanging state means the state by which the free end side of the said engaging member pivotally supported so that it could rotate freely to two directions was maintained below with dead weight.

Further, the engaging member may be a member that is rotatably supported in a state where the free end side is maintained in a free hanging state, and the shape and the like are not limited. It can be formed into a shape, an eccentric cam shape, or the like.

Further, the engaged member does not interfere with the engaging member when maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight, and the engagement when the free end side faces the centrifugal direction of the rotating body. The members are disposed so as to be engaged with each other, and are preferably provided in the shape of pins protruding from the stationary part corresponding to the substantially upper half side of the rotating body.

Further, the configuration of “maintaining this engaged state when the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged” is more specifically described when the rotating body is oriented in the centrifugal direction. This means that the engaging member and the engaging member are in contact with each other and the contact state is maintained.
Specific examples of this configuration include an aspect in which one end side of the engagement member is formed in a hook shape, and the hook-shaped portion is engaged with the engaged member, or the engagement member and the engaged member. Examples include a mode in which the combined member is fitted in a concavo-convex shape, a mode in which the engaging member and the engaged member are attracted by a magnet, and the like.

Further, as described above, when one end side of the engaging member is formed in a hook shape, the hook portion is brought into contact with the engaged member at the edge of the opening for inserting the engaged member. It is also possible to provide a flexible member so that it can be elastically bent and elastically restored after the engaging member is inserted into the opening.
According to this configuration, the bending member can prevent the engagement member from being bounced and brought into the non-engagement state when it comes into contact with the engaged member.
That is, when the engaging member is engaged with the engaged member, the engaged state can be maintained well.
The flexible member is preferably a member made of a metal material that can be elastically bent from the viewpoint of strength. However, if the elastic member is elastically bent or restored, other members such as a synthetic resin material may be used. It is also possible to use this material.

In the braking device of the second form , a hook portion that can be hooked by inserting the engaged member is formed on the free end side of the engaging member, and the hook member engages with the engaging member. The above engagement state with the joint member is maintained .

In the braking device according to the third aspect , the engaged member includes a first abutting member and a second abutting member arranged at a predetermined interval, and the engaging member Is able to pass between the first abutted member and the second abutted member when maintained in a free-hanging state by its own weight, and when the rotating body is oriented in the centrifugal direction In this case, a part on one end side of the center of rotation of the engaging member itself is brought into contact with the first abutted member, and a part on the other end side is brought into contact with the second abutted member. that it has been formed in.

Here, although the shape etc. of the said 1st to-be-contacted member and said 2nd to-be-contacted member are not limited, Preferably, it is comprised by the pin shape which protrudes from the said fixed part.
The first abutting member and the second abutting member are arranged so as not to line up at least in the vertical direction so as to pass the engagement member maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight. Preferably, it arrange | positions so that the virtual horizontal line which passes along the rotation center part of the said rotary body may be followed.

Moreover, what is necessary is just to set it as the aspect etc. which were formed longer than the said other end side as a preferable specific example of the said engagement member in this 3rd form so that the said one end side may be freely suspended by dead weight. As another example, the one end side and the other end side may have substantially the same length, and one side may be heavier than the other by thickness, material, etc., and freely suspended. It is.

Further, in the braking device of the fourth aspect , the engagement member is formed such that one end side with the rotation center portion as a boundary is longer than the other end side, and the one end side is maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight. It is to so that.

Further, in the opening / closing device of the fifth aspect, in the opening / closing device in which the opening / closing body for partitioning or opening the space is wound or fed out by the winding body, the immobilization part is defined as the winding body. The rotating member is a member that rotates integrally with the winding body .

Here, examples of the “member supporting the winding body” include a member such as a support bracket that rotatably supports the winding body.
In the fifth embodiment , the rotating body may be a member (for example, a pulley, a sprocket, a gear, or the like) that is provided in advance to rotate integrally with the winding body, or provided separately. It may be a member (for example, a disk-shaped member or a columnar member), or may be the winding body itself .

Since the said form is comprised as demonstrated above, there exists an effect as described below.
According to the first aspect , the engaging member is maintained in a free-hanging state so that the engaging member does not interfere with the engaged member while the rotational speed of the rotating body is relatively small. Therefore, in this state, the rotation of the rotating body is not hindered and the generation of noise and vibration is small.
Further, when the rotational speed of the rotating body becomes relatively large, the free end side of the engaging member is maintained so as to face the centrifugal direction of the rotating body by the centrifugal force of the rotating body. Therefore, the engaging member engages with the engaged member.
And since the rotation of a rotating body is blocked | prevented by maintaining the engagement state of an engaging member and a to-be-engaged member, rotation of a rotating body stops.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a braking device with a simple structure that has less noise and vibration during normal operation, good operability during abnormal conditions, and good productivity.

Furthermore, according to the 2nd form , the structure which maintains the engagement state of an engaging member and a to-be-engaged member can be made into the specific structure with favorable productivity.

Further, according to the third aspect , the engagement member that is maintained in a free-hanging state by its own weight when the rotation speed of the rotating body is relatively small is the first contact member and the second contact member. Pass between. Therefore, in this state, the rotation of the rotating body is maintained, and noise and vibration are less generated by the engaging member.
Further, when the rotational speed of the rotating body becomes relatively large, the free end side of the engaging member is directed in the centrifugal direction of the rotating body by the centrifugal force of the rotating body. For this reason, the engaging member abuts the portion on one end with the rotation center of the engaging member itself in contact with the first abutting member and the portion on the other end as the second abutting member. Make contact.
Therefore, the contact of these two locations maintains the state of the engaging member facing in the centrifugal direction, and the rotation of the rotating body stops.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a braking device with a simple structure that has less noise and vibration during normal operation, good operability during abnormal conditions, and good productivity.

Furthermore, according to the fourth embodiment , the first contact member and the second contact member can pass between the first contact member and the second contact member in a free-hanging state, and the first member is turned when the rotating body faces the centrifugal direction. The engaging member that contacts the contacted member and the second contacted member can have a specific structure with good productivity.

Furthermore, according to the fifth embodiment , even when the winding body rotates freely, for example, when a chain for rotating the winding body is broken or detached, the opening / closing body is wound by its own weight. Can be prevented by a braking device having a simple structure.
In addition, during normal operation in which the open / close body is wound or unwound by the winder, noise and vibration are less generated by the braking device .

Next, a preferred specific example of the above embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
The following braking devices are installed in the building / structure opening parts such as houses, buildings, warehouses, factories, underground shopping streets, tunnels, vehicle loading platforms, etc., and open / close the opening parts. An example applied to a shutter device that is an opening / closing device for partitioning or opening a space inside a construction / structure will be described.

The opening / closing device 1 includes an opening / closing body 10 that partitions and opens a space in the vertical direction, a guide rail 20 that guides the opening / closing body 10 in the opening / closing direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1) on the end side in the width direction, A winding device 30 or the like for winding or unwinding the opening / closing body 10 is provided, and the braking device 40 prevents the opening / closing body 10 from being fed out at a predetermined speed or higher.

The opening / closing body 10 is formed by connecting a plurality of so-called slats (not shown) formed by bending a horizontally-long substantially rectangular metal plate so as to rotate between the adjacent slats. Thus, both end sides in the left-right direction are guided in the opening / closing direction (up-down direction according to FIG. 1) by the left and right guide rails 20.
This opening / closing body 10 is an aspect in which a plurality of pipes and panels are continuously provided in the opening / closing direction, an aspect in which one or more sheet-like objects and net-like objects are provided in the opening / closing direction, or a slat, panel, pipe, It is possible to replace with an embodiment formed by appropriately combining sheet-like materials, net-like materials, and the like.

The guide rail 20 is a member that is processed from a rigid material such as a metal material into a substantially U-shaped cross section that surrounds the widthwise end of the opening / closing body 10, and is formed on each end of the opening / closing body 10 in the width direction. Arranged.

The winding device 30 includes a winding body 31 that extends in a substantially horizontal direction, a shaft body 32 that integrally supports the winding body 31 on the center side of the winding body 31, and a shaft body 32 that rotatably supports the shaft body 32. A shaft support bracket 34, a drive source 35 (see FIG. 2) for rotating the winding body 31 and the shaft body 32 in both directions, a drive sprocket 36 fixed to the output shaft of the drive source 35, and the shaft body 32 A driven sprocket 37 that is integrally fixed, a chain 38 that transmits power from the drive sprocket 36 to the driven sprocket 37, and the like are provided, and a braking device 40 is configured between the driven sprocket 37 and the shaft support bracket 34.

The main part of the winding device 30 will be described in more detail. The shaft main body 32 has an axial end portion penetrating the shaft support bracket 34, and a driven sprocket 37 is fixed to the tip end side.

The shaft support bracket 34 is a stationary part fixed to a housing case that houses the winding device 30 or a casing that is an installation target of the opening / closing device 1, and a shaft body 32 provided in a penetrating manner is used as a bearing or the like. It is supported via a pivotal support member 33 so as to be rotatable.

The driven sprocket 37 is a rotating body provided so as to rotate with respect to the shaft support bracket 34 which is a non-moving part by being fixed to the distal end side of the shaft main body 32.
The driven sprocket 37 is disposed substantially parallel to the pivot bracket 34 at a predetermined interval.

The drive source 35 is an electric motor (for example, an AC motor or a DC motor) controlled to rotate the output shaft in both directions, and the shaft is arranged so that the output shaft is substantially parallel to the shaft body 32. It is arranged on one end side in the axial direction of the main body 32 and is supported by a pivot support bracket 34.
A driving sprocket 36 is fixed to the distal end side of the output shaft of the driving source 35, and an endless ring-shaped chain 38 is wound around the driving sprocket 36 and the driven sprocket 37.

The braking device 40 is configured to brake a driven sprocket 37 (rotating body) that rotates relative to the pivot bracket 34 (non-moving part).
More specifically, the braking device 40 includes an engaging member 41 that is pivotally supported by a driven sprocket 37 that is a rotating body, and an engaged member 42 that is fixed to a shaft bracket 34 that is a non-moving part. The engaging state is maintained when the engaging member 41 and the engaged member 42 are engaged.

A plurality of engaging members 41 are arranged around the axis on the side surface of the driven sprocket 37 on the winding body 31 side. According to the illustrated preferred example, the four engaging members 41 having the same shape They are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the driven sprocket 37 at a position having the same diameter from the shaft center.
Each engagement member 41 is pivotally supported with respect to the driven sprocket 37 via a shaft member 41b so as to freely rotate in both directions.

When the rotational speed of the driven sprocket 37 is equal to or lower than the predetermined speed, the engagement member 41 is maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight, and when the rotational speed exceeds the predetermined speed, the free end side is The shape, length, weight, and the like are appropriately set so that the driven sprocket 37 is directed in the centrifugal direction by the centrifugal force of the driven sprocket 37.
Note that the predetermined speed is such that the engagement member 41 is in a free-hanging state during normal rotation of the winding body 31 (in other words, during rotation when the winding body 31 performs a normal winding operation or a feeding operation). Thus, the speed is set to be slightly higher than the rotational speed during normal rotation of the winding body 31.

On the free end side of the engaging member 41, a hook portion 41 a is formed that can be engaged with the engaged member 42 when the engaging member 41 faces the centrifugal direction of the driven sprocket 37. .

According to the illustrated preferred example, the hook portion 41a is a contact piece portion 41a1 for contacting the engaged member 42 and a hook provided substantially parallel to the contact piece portion 41a1 at a predetermined interval. The stopper piece 41a2 is formed into a U-shaped hook formed of a connecting portion 41a3 that connects the abutting piece portion 41a1 and the hooking piece portion 41a2 on the free end side of the engaging member 41 (FIG. 3). reference).
And in the engaging member 41, the opening part 41c which can insert the to-be-engaged member 42 is ensured in the shaft member 41b side rather than the said latching piece part 51b.
The space between the latching piece 41a2 and the contact piece 41a1 serves as a pocket 41d for holding the engaged member 42 when inserted from the opening 41c.

Further, the engaged member 42 is arranged so as to be able to engage with the engaging member 41 when rotated, and so as not to interfere with the engaging member 41 in a free-hanging state due to its own weight. Yes.
More specifically, the engaged member 42 is inserted into the opening 41c in the hook portion 41a of the engaging member 41 when the engaging member 41 faces the centrifugal direction of the driven sprocket 37. And it is arrange | positioned in the position which does not interfere with respect to the engaging member 41 at the time of being maintained in the free hanging state by dead weight.

The engaged member 42 is fixed to the shaft support bracket 34 so as to correspond to a portion other than the lower end side of the driven sprocket 37, and is preferably arranged corresponding to the substantially upper half side of the driven sprocket 37.
According to a preferred example shown in FIG. 2, the engaged member 42 is not provided at a position corresponding to the lower end side of the driven sprocket 37, and the number of the engaging members 41 is one less than the other portions. A number (three in the illustrated example) of the engaged members 42 are provided at substantially the same circumferential pitch as the engaging members 41.

Next, the characteristic operation and effect of the switchgear 1 having the above-described configuration will be described in detail.
First, when the winding body 31 is winding or unwinding the opening / closing body 10 by a normal operation, the centrifugal force of the driven sprocket 37 is relatively small, and therefore FIG. 2 (a) and FIG. 3 (a). As shown in FIG. 3, the free end side of each engagement member 41 is maintained in a free hanging state (in other words, substantially downward) by its own weight.
In this free-hanging state, the engaging member 41 does not engage with the engaged member 42, so that the rotation of the driven sprocket 37 is not hindered.
Moreover, since the engaging member 41 does not come into contact with other parts during the rotation of the driven sprocket 37, the engagement member 41 generates less noise and vibration.

In the unlikely event that the chain 38 is broken or detached, and the winding body 31 is in a freely rotatable state, the winding body 31 rotates in the feed-out direction due to its own weight. Along with the rotation, the driven sprocket 37 integral with the winding body 31 also rotates in the same direction.
When the rotation speed at that time becomes a speed equal to or higher than a predetermined value exceeding the normal rotation speed of the winding body 31 and the driven sprocket 37, the free end side of each engagement member 41 is directed to the centrifugal direction of the driven sprocket 37. become.

Then, according to the illustrated example, three of the four engaging members 41 respectively insert the engaged member 42 into the opening 41c as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). The engaged member 42 is brought into contact with the contact piece 41a1.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3B, the portion of the engaging member 41 on the shaft member 41b side is inclined in the rotational direction of the driven sprocket 37, and the engaged member 42 enters the pocket portion 41d of the hook portion 41a.
This engaged state is maintained by the rotational force in the steering direction (clockwise in the illustrated example) of the winding body 31 and the driven sprocket 37 due to the weight of the opening / closing body 10.
Therefore, the rotation of the driven sprocket 37 and the winding body 31 is stopped, and the opening / closing body 10 can be prevented from being unwound from the winding body 31 by its own weight.

In addition, according to the said opening / closing apparatus 1, although it is set as the structure provided with four engaging members 41, it is also possible to set it as the structure provided with 1-3 or 5 or more engaging members 41. FIG.
Further, the number of the engaging members 41 and the number of the engaged members 42 are made equal or the number of the engaged members 42 is increased more than the number of the engaging members 41 so that the rotation angle of the driven sprocket 37 is smaller. Further, the engaging member 41 and the engaged member 42 may be engaged with each other.

The hook portion 41a of the engaging member 41 may have a hook shape other than the U-shaped hook shape shown in FIG. 3, for example, a hook shape bent in a curved shape.

Next, another example of the braking device 40 will be described. In addition, in the other example shown below, about the part which functions substantially the same as the said switchgear 1, the detailed description which overlaps by omitting the same code | symbol as each structure of the said switchgear 1 is abbreviate | omitted.

4 has a configuration in which a bending member 44 is added to the engaging member 41 of the braking device 40 (see FIG. 3).
The bending member 44 is formed in a flat plate shape from a metal material that can be elastically bent or restored, such as a leaf spring material, and the opening 41c of the engaging member 41 is closed so as to close the opening. It is fixed to the edge part of the part 41c like a cantilever.
Then, the bending member 44 is elastically bent by coming into contact with the engaged member 42 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 4A), and allows the engaged member 42 to pass into the opening 41c. Thereafter, the opening 41c is closed elastically (see FIG. 4B).

Thus, according to the braking device 40 ′, the engagement member 41 when the driven sprocket 37 faces in the centrifugal direction is prevented from being repelled when contacting the engaged member 42. Therefore, the engaged state between the engaging member 41 and the engaged member 42 can be stably maintained.

In addition, according to the preferable example shown in figure, while the bending member 44 fixes the one end side to the shaft member 41b side in the engaging member 41, and rock | fluctuates the other end side, as another example, The one end side may be fixed to the latching piece 41a2 of the engaging member 41 and the other end side may be swung.
Furthermore, as another example, it is good also as a structure which provides the two bending members which oppose so that the opening part 41c may be block | closed, and lets the to-be-engaged member 42 pass between these two bending members.

Next, in the braking device 50 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the engaged member 42 is replaced with the engaged member 52, and the engaging member 41 is replaced with the engaging member 51.

As shown in FIG. 6, the engaged member 52 includes a first abutted member 52a and a second abutted member 52b arranged at a predetermined interval.

The first abutting member 52a and the second abutting member 52b are arranged such that when the engaging member 51 is rotated along the circumferential direction of the driven sprocket 37 in a state where the engaging member 51 is maintained in a free hanging state by its own weight. The free-hanging engagement member 51 is allowed to pass without interference, and is arranged at an appropriate interval so as to prevent the engagement member 51 from passing when the driven sprocket 37 is directed in the centrifugal direction. ing.
According to the example shown in FIG. 5, the first abutted member 52 a and the second abutted member 52 b are arranged on both sides of the driven sprocket 37 along the vicinity of a virtual horizontal line passing through the center of the driven sprocket 37. Two sets are arranged.

In addition, the engaging member 51 is formed such that one end side with respect to the rotation center portion of the engaging member 51 itself (specifically, the center of the shaft member 41b) is longer than the other end side, so that the one end side is self-weighted. The one end side portion is used as a first engaging portion 51a for contacting the first contacted member 52a, and the other end side portion is used as the second hanging portion. A second engaging portion 51b for contacting the contacted member 52b is provided.

According to the illustrated example, the first engaging portion 51a is formed in a substantially concave shape, and the second engaging portion 51b is formed in a flat shape. However, both the engaging portions 51a and 51b are formed in a substantially concave shape. Or both can be flat. In particular, in order to improve the engagement state between the engagement member 51 and the engaged member 52, either one or both of the first engagement portion 51a and the second engagement portion 51b are formed in a substantially concave shape. It is preferable.

Further, according to the illustrated example, the engaging member 51 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. However, the engaging member 51 has a first contacted member 52a and a second contacted member 52b in a free-hanging state due to its own weight. So that when the driven sprocket 37 is directed in the centrifugal direction, it cannot pass between the first contacted member 52a and the second contacted member 52b. For example, the shape may be elliptical in plan view or other shapes.

Thus, according to the braking device 50 configured as described above, the centrifugal force of the driven sprocket 37 is relatively small when the winding body 31 is winding or unwinding the opening / closing body 10 by normal operation. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 6 (a), each engagement member 51 is maintained in a free hanging state (in other words, substantially downward) by its own weight.
In this free-hanging state, the engagement member 51 passes between the first contacted member 52a and the second contacted member 52b, so that the rotation of the driven sprocket 37 is not hindered.
Moreover, since the engaging member 51 does not come into contact with other parts during the rotation of the driven sprocket 37, the occurrence of noise and vibration by the engaging member 51 is small.

If the chain 38 is cut or dropped and the winding body 31 and the driven sprocket 37 are freely rotated by the weight of the opening / closing body 10, the free engagement of each engaging member 51 is caused by the centrifugal force of the driven sprocket 37. The end side faces the centrifugal direction of the driven sprocket 37.
For this reason, two of the four engaging members 51 cause the first engaging portion 51a to abut on the first abutting member 52a and the second engaging portion 51b to the second abutting member. 52b.
This contact state is maintained by the rotational force in the operation direction (clockwise in the illustrated example) of the winding body 31 and the driven sprocket 37 due to the weight of the opening / closing body 10.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the driven sprocket 37 from being prevented and the opening / closing body 10 from being drawn out by the free rotation of the winding body 31.
