The screen device 1 is installed on a terrace-type window as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and as shown in FIG. The screen door storage cases 5, 5 disposed on the facing surface 40 of the facing window frame 4, the cases 5, 5 and the respective shoji screens 20, 30, and the movement of the respective shoji screens 20, 30 Moving meshes 6, 6 that follow the mesh, a mesh member 7 that is housed in the screen storage cases 5, 5 and that has a distal end attached to the movable cages 6, 6, and the respective shoji screens 20, 30, A screen door catch 8 and a receiver 9 are provided so that the movable rods 6 and 6 can be detachably operated.
Since the inner and outer shoji 2, 3 and the screen door devices 1 arranged in these are substantially the same configuration, an example of the configuration of the screen door device 1 of the outer shoji 3 will be mainly described.

As shown in FIG. 6, the screen door storage case 5 includes a case main body 50, a fixing piece 51 for fixing the case main body 50 to the facing surface 40 of the window frame 4, and upper and lower ends of the case main body 50. It consists of upper and lower caps 52 and 53 for closing.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the case body 50 has a substantially square cross-sectional shape, and includes a long cylindrical portion 500 and a mesh member 7 accommodated in the cylindrical portion 500. It is composed of an entrance / exit 501 that can enter and exit.
The entrance / exit 501 is constituted by left and right free ends 503 and 504 facing each other formed by cutting out one side 502 of the substantially rectangular shape of the cylindrical portion 500 along the longitudinal direction. The height dimension in the longitudinal direction of each free end 503, 504 matches the height dimension of the tubular portion 500 in the longitudinal direction, and the width dimension between each free end 503, 504 is approximately half of the one side 502. Is formed. More specifically, the free ends 503 and 504 are formed to be long and short. The long free end 503 has a length extending from the end of the one side 502 to substantially half of the one side 502, and the short free end 504 is This is a length that extends from the other end of one side 502 in a hook shape with a slight width.
The extending portions of the opposing free ends 503 and 504 are not located on substantially the same plane as shown in FIG. 7, but the short free end 504 is slightly inward and the long free end 503 is slightly outward (extends). They are displaced in parallel (about the thickness of the part) and are substantially parallel.
Therefore, the short free end 504 adjacent to the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 for the shoji of the window frame 4 is arranged on the extension line 411 of the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. Thus, not only the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 of the mesh member 7 are substantially in contact with the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, but the entire mesh member 7 is smoothly opened and closed. In addition, when the mesh member 7 receives wind in the positive pressure direction, the upper and lower ends 70 and 71 are more strongly in contact with the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, so that more excellent insect repellent performance is exhibited.
Alternatively, even when the entrance / exit port 501 faces the end portion on the outdoor side, the mesh member 7 protrudes and exits from the outside of the winding diameter without coming into contact with the free ends 503 and 504, and the short free end 504 extends from the long free end 503. It is possible to smoothly move the mesh member 7 that protrudes toward the long side or into the long free end 503 from the short free end 504. Moreover, the initial motion of the external shoji 3 at the time of opening and closing becomes light, and the operability is improved.

The fixed portion 51 is formed to extend outward on one side 505 adjacent to the long free end 503 of the entrance / exit 501, and the height dimension thereof is shorter than the height dimension of the cylindrical portion 500.

Protrusions 520 and 530 are provided and fixed at three corners.

As shown in FIG. 8, the screen door storage case 5 configured as described above has the lower cap 53 placed on the lower frame 43 at a height dimension substantially the same as the height between the upper and lower frames 43, 44 of the window frame 4. The fixed piece 51 is attached to the window frame 4 by being brought into contact with and fixed to the vertical frame 45.
As described above, the fixed position of the screen storage case 5 is that the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 of the window frame 4 and the outer side surface of the short free end 504 are substantially collinear. It is desirable that an inner surface of the long free end 503 is located on the outer side of the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42.

The usage method of the screen door apparatus comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated based on FIGS.
FIG. 12 shows a cross-sectional view of the window in a state in which the mesh door 8 and the receiver 9 are disengaged.
The mesh door 8 and the receiver 9 are normally maintained in an engaged state, but can be released by raising the operation lever 80.
In this state of use, the mesh member 7 is accommodated in the screen storage case 5 so that the visibility from the window is not obstructed by the mesh member 7, and it does not hinder access to the veranda, terrace, etc. It has become. Reference numeral “48” is a stopper for restricting the movement of the internal and external shoji 2 and 3.
FIG. 13 shows a cross-sectional view of the window in a state where the engaged state of the screen door cache 8 and the receiver 9 is maintained and the inner and outer obstacles 2 and 3 are half-opened.
In this state of use, ventilation is possible and the insect repellent function is exhibited.

In the state in which the external shoji 3 in FIG. 14 is fully opened and in the state in which the internal and external shojis 2 and 3 in FIG. 13 are half-opened, the force in the opposite direction is antagonized with the biasing force of the mesh member 7. What is necessary is just to adjust urging | biasing force.
FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the window in a state in which the mesh door 8 and the support 9 are maintained in the engaged state and the inner and outer obstacles 2 and 3 are fully closed.

The screen door apparatus configured as described above has the following effects.
1. The cassette-type screen door storage case 5 storing the mesh member 7 and the movable rod 6 are integrated, and the screen door storage case 5 fixes the fixing piece 51 to the vertical frame 45 (opposing surface 40) of the window frame 4. The upper and lower ends 61 and 62 of the moving rod 6 may be straddled over the upper and lower rails 41 and 42 of the window frame 4, and can be easily attached to the vertical frame 45.
Further, since the removal may be performed in the reverse procedure, maintenance such as replacement of the mesh member 7 is easy.
2. Since the lower end 61, 62 of the movable rod 6 travels on the upper and lower rails 41, 42 of the window frame 4, existing rails can be used, and the configuration of the window frame does not need to be complicated.
3. If the mesh member 7 is stored in the screen storage case 5, the view from the window is not obstructed, and contamination of the mesh member 7 can be suppressed.
In particular, when the moving rod 6 and the screen door storage case 5 come into contact with each other, the mounting portions 600, 612, and 622 of the moving rod 6 reach the entrance / exit 501 of the screen door storage case 5 so as to substantially block it. Therefore, the mesh member 7 can be prevented from being stained.
4). Since the groove portions of the upper and lower caps 61 and 62 are moved while being substantially in contact with the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of the upper and lower rails 41 and 42, the upper and lower ends of the mesh member 7 and the upper and lower rails 41, It is difficult to form a gap between the outdoor side surfaces 410 and 420 of 42, and insects can be prevented from entering from the upper and lower ends of the mesh member 7.
5). The mesh member 7 protrudes from the long free end 503 of the door storage case 5 toward the short free end 504, or the mesh member 7 enters and exits smoothly from the short free end 504 toward the long free end 503. Is possible.
6). Since the screen door storage case 5 and the movable basket 6 can be set within the expected width of the vertical frame 45 and the shoji guard 30, it has a compact configuration.
7). Since the screen door catcher 8 and the receiver 9 are normally maintained in an engaged state, even if the inner and outer shoji 2, 3 are unintentionally opened, small items placed on the window can be prevented from falling outside the room. .
