Description
The present invention subdivides medicines, blood, sterilization, specimens, ME equipment, other materials, laundry, school lunches, garbage, etc. (hereinafter referred to as medicines and medical materials) used in hospitals. , It relates to a transport system that can automatically and quickly deliver a large amount of medical material to a place where medical materials are needed at any time.
According to the transport system of the present invention, it is possible to minimize the stock of medicines, medical materials, etc. that have been conventionally performed for each ward or department (hereinafter simply referred to as “ward”. The same applies to each claim). Since it is possible to eliminate the cargo handling work such as medicines and medical supplies by nurses etc. that were performed in each ward, it is possible to realize a high-quality medical environment.
Conventionally, medicines, medical materials, etc. in hospitals use independent transport means such as transport carts, etc., to transport drugs, medical materials, etc. from storage points such as drug departments to destination points such as wards that need them, In other words, it was common to adopt a classic transport form.
As an improved version of the above transport system, an automatic warehouse that systematically stores medicines, medical materials, etc., classified according to purpose and use, etc., is placed in the medicine department, and this is automatically handled using a self-propelled carriage or conveyor. By combining the transport system and storage shelves for medicines and medical materials placed in each ward, the necessary medicines and medical materials are automatically taken out of the automatic warehouse and automatically sent to the required places (each ward). A system has been introduced that can be transported and automatically stored in storage shelves located in each ward. However, the following problems still remain in this transport and storage system, that is, when the storage unit of the storage shelf is completely filled with received trays, the trays of the storage shelves arranged in each ward are placed one by one. If the user does not remove the ward, the additional tray transported from the pharmacy unit cannot be received by the storage ledge of the ward. At present, it is not possible to take a system that can regularly deliver all the medicines, medical materials, etc. that are required in one day.
In the present invention, in view of the above-described problems of the transportation system for medicines, medical materials, etc. in hospitals, the medicines, medical materials, etc. required in each ward are loaded in advance on a tray serving as a transportation or use unit. The tray can be stored in a tray cart and placed in a transport standby state in units of tray carts, and the tray transport posture can always be kept horizontal regardless of whether the rail in the transport section is horizontal or vertical, Regardless of the rail position (horizontal, vertical) in the transport section, and even if the rail crossing or direction changing section can be continuously stopped without stopping, the transported medicines and medical materials are in tray units. In addition to stocking multiple days at each transport destination station, it can also be stocked in tray cart units that can store multiple trays. That drugs for hospitals, to provide a conveyance system, such as medical materials, the problem.
The constitution of the high-speed transport system for medicines and medical materials in hospitals according to the present invention for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems is that a plurality of wards and medicines and medical materials used in each ward are provided in the hospital building. A drug part to be supplied to a ward is disposed, and a rail that is laid between the drug part and each ward by using a horizontal rail, a crossing part between the vertical rail and the two rails, and a direction changing part of the two rails as appropriate. And one or a plurality of trays that are supported by the rails and store medicines, medical materials, etc., between the pharmacy portion that is the starting and ending point of the laid rail and the stations formed in each ward. A transport mechanism configured with a self-propelled carriage that travels with loading;
A medicine facility stocking medicines and medical materials to be delivered to each ward, and a shelf facility arranged at each station of each ward, the tray receiving unit or transmitting / receiving unit, and a plurality of received trays A tray storage section for storing individual pieces, and a storage rack facility having a generally rack shape provided with a cart set section on which a tray cart for carrying and transporting a plurality of trays can be set in a removable manner.
At least one of a plurality of trays loaded with medicines and medical materials for each ward loaded in a plurality of trays for a plurality of days including the current day and the next day for each ward in the pharmacy Or, place multiple units on a self-propelled cart and attach them to each tray from the station of the relevant drug department, or to the stations of each ward based on the destination data attached to the drugs and medical materials loaded on each tray. Each ward station receives a tray cart set in the storage shelf facility as a receiving unit for the trays transported by a self-propelled carriage, and receives a tray loaded with medicines and medical materials to be used on that day in the ward. The tray is loaded on the tray cart and transported to the place of use, or a tray loaded with medicines and medical materials to be used on the following day is stored in the tray storage unit and automatically stored in the tray cart from the storage unit. It is characterized in.
In the transport system of the present invention, in the above configuration, each rail is laid to connect each floor in the hospital, but in order to connect each station of each ward arranged on each floor, a horizontal rail, a vertical rail, The crossing portion and the direction changing portion of both rails were appropriately combined, and the self-propelled carriage was laid so as to be able to continuously run without temporarily stopping at the crossing portion or the direction changing portion.
With the above-described configuration, in the transport system of the present invention, the self-propelled carriage can continuously travel without stopping once at the rail crossing or the direction changing section, so that medicine and medical materials can be transported at high speed.
Next, the storage shelves at each station in each ward consist of a fixed shelf with a capacity that can store and store multiple days of medicines, medical supplies, etc., in units of trays, and drugs used on that day. It is formed by a moving shelf portion by a tray cart in which a plurality of trays containing medical materials and the like are stacked. In addition, the transfer of each tray from the self-propelled carriage to the tray cart and the transfer from the tray cart to the fixed shelf are automatically performed.
The storage shelves at each station can be used in the same way as normal storage shelves by setting tray carts with the same amount of medicines, medical supplies, etc. stored in multiple trays in the cart set section. When the tray cart is removed from the set unit and an empty tray cart is set, the tray is automatically transferred from the tray storage unit (fixed shelf) to the empty cart. As a result, even multiple days of medicines and medical materials using a larger number of trays due to the capacity of the fixed shelf (tray storage unit) can be stocked in the station of the ward while being stored in the tray. . As a result, even a large amount of drugs and medical materials can be prepared in advance at the place where they are used (stations in each ward), so each ward should have a good medical environment with few cargo handling operations. Can do.
The above-described transport system of the present invention can be paraphrased as follows.
That is, the present invention relates to a medicine and medical materials used in each ward in a hospital in which a plurality of wards and a medicine section that supplies medicines and medical materials used in each ward are set apart from each other. In the method of loading and transporting to the use place of each ward with a tray cart, the pharmacy and each ward are connected with a rail, and a self-propelled carriage loaded with a tray with drugs and medical materials loaded between the pharmacy and each ward The transport mechanism that is allowed to travel in the vehicle, and stations where the self-propelled carts arrive and depart in the pharmacy and each ward, and the trays that have been transported to each station are transferred from the self-propelled cart to each tray. Each rack-shaped storage shelf facility is provided with a tray cart that accommodates the cart, a set portion in which the cart can be set in a removable manner, and a tray storage portion that transfers and stores the tray of the cart. , Each ward in the pharmacy When a tray containing medicines and medical materials is stored in a cart and the cart is set in the cart set part of the shelf equipment, each tray is transferred from the cart to a self-propelled carriage, and medicine for each ward , Trays containing medical materials are sent from the pharmacy station to each ward station, and the transported trays are transferred to the tray cart set in the storage rack facility at each ward station. It is also a method for transporting medicines and medical materials in hospitals, characterized in that a tray cart loaded with medicines and medical materials to be used in the ward is detached from the shelf equipment and transported to the use place of the ward where the station is located.
As an example of the self-propelled carriage used in the conveyance system and the conveyance method of the present invention, as an example, a horizontal portion traveling provided on the bottom of the carriage is provided with a pinion on the same phase coaxial in the middle part on both left and right side surfaces of the carriage. There is a configuration including a wheel and upper and lower vertical traveling wheels provided so as to be paired with the rotation shaft of the pinion sandwiched between the upper and lower sides. In addition, the rail is a part of the rail where the laying posture changes from horizontal to vertical (or vice versa), and the car that meshes with the pinion of the carriage in a curve section that changes direction from horizontal to vertical or from vertical to horizontal. A black rail and a curved surface provided with a running surface that restrains and guides the vertical running wheel, and a short rack that meshes with the pinion and a running surface of the vertical running wheel in a short vertical section following the curved section. It is good to use the thing of the structure provided with the short vertical rail provided with.
When the rail of the direction changing part as described above is used, in the vertical curve section where the direction is changed, the pinion of the carriage is supported by the car black and the vertical traveling wheel is supported by the vertical curve rail. In the paddle vertical section, the pinion and the vertical running wheel are supported by a vertical rail containing a short rack, so the carriage is always in a horizontal position and continuously without stopping at the direction changing section. It becomes possible to run.
In particular, in the rail that is a unit of the rack and the rail of the vertical curve section in the rail of the direction change part, in addition to responding to the case where the carriage changes the running direction from horizontal running to the vertical direction, Since the unitized curve section can be retracted to a position that does not interfere with the vertical travel of the carriage, the vertical curve section of the transport mechanism used in the transport system of the present invention can be changed from horizontal travel to vertical travel. It also has a function as a branching device for this purpose.
In the present invention, a plurality of wards and medicines used in each ward, and a medicine department that supplies medical materials are set apart from each other, and the medicines and medical materials used in each ward are placed on a tray. In the method of transporting each ward to the ward using a tray cart, the pharmacy and each ward are connected by rails, and a self-propelled cart loaded with a tray with drugs and medical materials loaded between the pharmacy and each ward The transport mechanism and the stations where the self-propelled carts arrive and depart in the pharmacy and each ward are installed, and the trays that have been transported to each station are transferred from the self-propelled cart to accommodate each tray. The rack cart, the set section in which the cart can be set in a removable manner, and the rack-shaped storage shelves provided with the tray storage section for transferring and storing the tray of the cart are provided, Drugs for each ward in the pharmacy When a tray containing medical materials is stored in a cart and the cart is set in the cart setting section of the shelf equipment, each tray is transferred from the cart to a self-propelled carriage, and medicines and medical materials for each ward are stored. The entered trays are sent from the pharmacy station to each ward station, and the transported trays at each ward station are transferred to the tray cart set in the storage rack facility and used in the ward. Since the tray cart loaded with medicines and medical materials was removed from the shelf equipment and transported to the ward use location, the stations of each ward had drugs and medical materials for the day from the pharmacy. Needless to say, drugs and medical materials for a plurality of days after the next day can be transported and stored in the station.
If drugs and medical materials for multiple days including stock for each ward are stocked, even if there is an urgent need for drugs or medical materials in any ward, transportation at normal pace Can be quickly transported to the ward for the purpose of emergency drugs and medical supplies, while other temporary wards can cause inconvenience due to lack of or lack of drugs and medical supplies for the day Absent.

Next, an example of the operation of the above transport system of the present invention will be described.
The
In the pharmacy department that has received prescription information for each patient in each ward 3-10, as an example, the medicine and medical materials that the patient uses on the day for each patient unit are stored in the
As described above, the trays T loaded with medicines and medical materials for the
When there is a holiday, the medicine and medical materials for a plurality of days for each
In each
Note that the prescription content of drugs, medical materials, etc. used for patients may be changed depending on the daily condition of each patient. In this case, according to the present invention, the tray T loaded with the medicine and medical materials for the patient stocked in the
In the present invention, medicines and medical materials that are regularly used in each ward are transported systematically by setting a transport time in advance, and a transport path in the event of an emergency interrupt transport or the like ( It is possible to adopt a conveyance mode in which congestion of the rail) is avoided in advance.
The self-propelled carriage MC used in the present invention can be loaded with a plurality of trays T. In this case, the destination of the loaded tray T need not be the same place (same ward).
Since the
As described above, in the present invention, since a plurality of, for example, two to three trays T loaded with medicines and medical materials for a plurality of wards can be mixedly loaded on one self-propelled cart MC, Compared to the transport system that sends the self-propelled cart MC to the destination point (ward) in units of one tray, the transport path (rails 11 and 12) is less crowded with the self-propelled cart MC. High-speed conveyance of medical materials becomes possible.
The present invention is as described above, and it is possible to load medicines, medical materials, and the like required in each ward in advance on a tray serving as a transport unit and put it in a transport standby state. Regardless of whether the rail of the transport section is always horizontal or vertical, regardless of the rail position (horizontal or vertical) of the transport section, it is also the crossing part or direction changing part of the rail. Even if it is possible to run continuously at high speed, the medicines for hospitals that can realize each point such as being able to keep the medicines delivered, medical materials in tray units for multiple days at each destination station, Because it is a medical material delivery system, even a large amount of medicines and medical materials can be delivered to the destination (each ward) at high speed, where it is possible to stock multiple days including the next day as well as the day. Each in hospital It is possible to solve the problems of the transport system, such as a drug for building.
