Description

The present invention relates to a structure for connecting a rod that moves forward and backward and an actuator that is detachably attached to the rod.

Conventionally, there has been known a furniture in which an elevating top plate supported by a support member of an elevating mechanism having a built-in main body mechanism is provided on both side plates of an upper body of a front open case that houses a drawer. It has been.

Specifically, this type of furniture is provided with a long plate-like operation lever along the inside of the lower part of the support member, and the operation lever extends through the case from the vicinity of the lower surface of the lifting plate. The operation lever is attached to the support member so as to move in parallel in a direction approaching the pinion and the ratchet by operating the handles disposed on the lower surfaces of both sides of the elevating top plate and lifting the operation lever upward. Then, one side edge of the operation lever pushes the piece provided rotatably on the support shaft fixed to the case, and turns the piece against the elastic biasing force of the leaf spring, The claw is pulled away from the ratchet (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 3478291

However, in such a case, for example, in order to simplify the assembly, the distal end portion is bent into an L shape while using a wire rod for the operation lever, and the L shape portion of the operation lever is formed. In the case where the fitting groove for fitting is provided in the piece piece so that these pieces are pulled together, there is a possibility that a problem such as disconnection occurs when the operation lever and the piece piece are distorted or the like.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and the main purpose is to provide an excellent member connection structure that is easy to assemble and can ensure a high assembling strength without difficulty. It is to provide.

That is, the member connection structure of the present invention is a structure for connecting a rod that moves forward and backward and an actuator that is detachably attached to the rod. The rod includes a rod body and the rod. A bending portion that bends from the distal end of the main body, and the actuator is configured to open the rod main body from the first direction so that the rod main body can be attached and to be fitted with at least a part of the rod main body in the attached state. A first fitting portion and a second fitting capable of opening the tip bent portion so as to be attachable from a second direction different from the first direction and fitting at least a part of the tip bent portion in the attached state. It is characterized by comprising a mounting part and an insertion part for inserting the tip bending part on the first fitting part side into the second fitting part side.

If it is such, after assembling the rod and the actuator, after exposing the tip bending portion from the insertion portion to the second fitting portion side, at least a part of the tip bending portion becomes the second fitting portion. It can be carried out by a simple method of fitting and at least a part of the lid main body to be fitted to the first fitting portion. Moreover, in the assembled state, each fitting portion is opened in a different direction, and the rod body and the tip bending portion are in a relationship of bending with each other, so simply pulling the rod and the actuator is not enough. It will not come off.

That is, it is possible to provide an excellent member connection structure that is easy to assemble and can ensure a high assembling strength without difficulty.

In order to consider the moldability of the actuator, it is desirable that the first direction and the second direction are in a relationship of reversing approximately 180 degrees.

As a desirable mode of the rod and the actuator of the present invention, the rod is formed by plastic deformation processing of a metal member having substantially the same cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction, and the actuator is elastically deformable. The thing formed with the synthetic resin is mentioned.

If the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion are groove-shaped having a width dimension substantially matching the diameter of the rod, the rod and the actuator can be used without using a special fastening member. Can be suitably assembled.

As described above, according to the member connection structure of the present invention, after assembling the rod and the actuator, after exposing the bent end portion from the insertion portion to the second fitting portion side, at least one of the bent end portions. It is possible to carry out by a simple method of fitting the part to the second fitting part and fitting at least a part of the main body to the first fitting part.

In order to assemble such an elevating member F to the stationary member E, the direction of the elevating member F with respect to the stationary member E is determined so that the upper half cover and the main body H1 of the stationary member main body H can be brought into contact with each other. Then, the elevating member F is inserted into the elevating member insertion hole I1a of the cap member I from above, and is held by the pair of holding portions H12 provided at the lower end portion of the stationary member main body H so as to be slidable. The stationary member E and the elevating member F, which are integrally assembled in this way, are respectively inserted into the pair of openings B21 formed in the top surface portion B2 of the housing B and incorporated in the housing B, and the elevating member F is moved up and down. The state in which the main body H1 of the stationary member main body H is accommodated in the member accommodating space B14s and is brought into contact with the front edge protruding portion B14b and the rear edge protruding portion B14c of the fixing member B14 provided on the side surface portion B1 of the housing B. Attach using a predetermined mounting member such as a screw. In addition, a cut-and-raised portion is formed at a predetermined portion of the front edge protruding portion B14b and the rear edge protruding portion B14c of the fixing member B14, and the predetermined portion of the main body portion H1 of the stationary member main body H is hooked so as to be inserted into these cut-and-raised portions. Accordingly, the stationary member E and the elevating member F may be attached to the housing B. By adopting such an attachment mode, it is possible to omit or reduce the trouble of screwing. Then, on the lower surface side of the top surface portion B2 of the casing B, the shaft insertion portion V2 of the synchronizing pinion V that is exposed from the pinion round hole H14 of each main body portion H1 is made of a synthetic resin rod having a square shape in cross section. The end portions of the synchronizing shaft Z are respectively inserted. As a result, as the elevating member F moves up and down, the synchronizing pinion V sequentially engages with the engaging claws of the synchronizing rack U while rotating synchronously via the synchronizing shaft Z, and the pair of left and right elevating members F are synchronized. And can move up and down. In addition, while providing the buffer member W formed, for example from a synthetic resin raw material in the lower end part of the raising / lowering member main body J, the raising / lowering member F is interfered with a part of the stationary member main body H in the predetermined site | part of the raising / lowering member main body J. There is provided a movement restricting portion for restricting further upward movement or downward movement. In the present embodiment, the screw heads are protruded laterally from the side plate portion J2 in a pair of screw holes provided in the side plate portions J2 of the elevating member body J so as to be separated from each other by a predetermined distance along the height direction. A screw is screwed and the screw head of this screw is caused to interfere with the holding portion H12 of the stationary member E, thereby restricting further upward movement or downward movement of the elevating member F (not shown). 15 (a) is an enlarged view of the main part of the lifting member body J, FIG. 15 (b) is an enlarged perspective view of the main part of the stationary member body H, and FIG. 15 (c) is the lifting member. As shown in the enlarged perspective view of the main part showing the assembled state of the main body J and the stationary member main body H), the elevating member main body J is provided with an inwardly raised and raised piece J5 that is cut and raised inward. Further, the elevating member F is further moved downward by abutting the inner cut and raised piece J5 with an outer cut and raised piece H15 cut and raised outwardly provided on the main body H1 of the stationary member main body H. You may make it regulate. In this case, a buffer member (for example, a thin plate-like rubber) may be provided on one or both of the inner cut and raised pieces J5 and the outer cut and raised pieces H15.

Thus, in a state where the elevating member F is assembled to the stationary member E, the first meshing portion H2 of the stationary member E is formed between the first thick portion M2 and the second thick portion M3 of the slider member M of the elevating member F. The first tooth portion H21 located between them can mesh with each second tooth portion N2 of the second meshing portion N positioned at a position facing the thin portion M1 of the slider member M. When the first meshing part H2 and the second meshing part N are meshed with each other, the lifting movement of the elevating member F is restricted, while the meshing state between the first meshing part H2 and the second meshing part N is released. In this case, the lifting / lowering member F is allowed to move up and down. That is, the first meshing portion H2 and the second meshing portion N are used to form a meshing mechanism G that can take a locked state that restricts the lifting movement of the lifting member F or a unlocked state that allows the lifting movement of the lifting member F. is doing.

In the present embodiment, the first meshing portion H2 and the second meshing portion N are sandwiched between the slider member M and the connecting member Q in a state where the first meshing portion H2 and the second meshing portion N can be meshed with each other. Restricts relative displacement in the thickness direction (see FIG. 8). That is, the connecting member Q also functions as a “holding member” that can hold the first engaging portion H2 and the second engaging portion N between the slider member M, and using the connecting member Q and the slider member M, It constitutes “relative displacement regulating means”.

As shown in FIG. 9, the second meshing portion N releases the meshing state between the meshable position (see (a-1) in FIG. 9A) that can mesh with the first meshing portion H2 and the first meshing portion H2. When the operating force is applied to raise the lifting lever L1 of the operation portion L, the mesh releasing position is taken. When the operation force is stopped, the engagement position is set.

Next, with reference to FIG. 9, a method and an action of moving the second meshing portion N between the meshable position and the mesh release position will be described. Note that (a-2) and (b-2) in FIG. 9 are enlarged views showing the same members (a-1) and (b-1) with the connecting member Q omitted.

First, in order to move the second meshing portion N from the meshable position (see (a-1) in the figure) to the mesh release position (see (b-1) in the same figure), an operation of pushing up the lifting lever L1 upward. This is done by applying power. When the rod R and the interlocking member P are raised against the biasing force of the spring S in conjunction with this operating force, the height position of the interlocking member P with respect to the slider member M is displaced, and a first convex portion to be described later. The contact state between M51 and the second protrusion P11 is released, and the guide protrusion P41 provided on the interlocking member P is moved along the lower connecting piece and the first inclined piece of the guide groove Q21 of the connecting member Q. By guiding, the connecting member Q moves along the width direction in the direction approaching the interlocking member P using the interference avoiding part P4, and accordingly, the slider member M approaches the interlocking member P together with the connecting member Q. Slide along the width direction in the direction. At this time, the slider member M moves the second inclined portion P12 of the second uneven portion P1 along the direction in which the first uneven portion M5 and the second uneven portion P1 can engage with each other. The slider member M can be reliably moved by sliding on the first inclined portion M52 of the uneven portion M5. As a result, the second meshing portion N held by the slider member M cannot move in the direction approaching the interlocking member P, in other words, away from the first meshing portion H2, and cannot mesh with the first meshing portion H2. It is positioned at the mesh release position. When the second meshing portion N is positioned at the meshing release position, the connecting member Q is positioned at a position where the first meshing portion H2 cannot be covered, and the first meshing by the connecting member Q and the slider member M is performed. The sandwiched state of the part H2 is released. Moreover, the 1st uneven | corrugated | grooved part M5 and the 2nd uneven | corrugated | grooved part P1 take the state mutually engaged (refer the figure (a-2)).

On the other hand, the movement of the second meshing portion N from the mesh release position to the meshable position is performed with the stop of the operation force, that is, the operation of releasing the hand from the elevating lever L1 (or weakening the operation force). When the hand is released from the lifting lever L1, the interlocking member P, the rod R and the lifting lever L1 are lowered to the original position (position before the operation force is applied) by the elastic return force of the spring S, and the interlocking member P is moved downward. Accordingly, the slider member M moves along the width direction in a direction away from the interlocking member P while sliding the first inclined portion M52 of the first uneven portion M5 and the second inclined portion P12 of the second uneven portion P1. Moving. At this time, the connecting member Q guides the guide protrusion P41 of the interlocking member P along the upper connecting piece and the second inclined piece of the guide groove Q21, thereby reliably moving the slider member M. Can do. As a result, the second meshing portion N held by the slider member M moves in a direction away from the interlocking member P, in other words, in a direction approaching the first meshing portion H2, and can mesh with the first meshing portion H2. Positioned at a possible position. When the second meshing portion N is positioned at the meshable position, each second tooth portion N2 of the second meshing portion N meshes with the first tooth portion H21 of the corresponding first meshing portion H2, while the slider member M The second convex portion P11 of the second concave and convex portion P1 provided on the surface and the first convex portion M51 of the first concave and convex portion M5 provided on the interlocking member P are in contact with each other with the flat protruding ends. The second engagement portion N is set so as not to move unexpectedly from the meshable position to the mesh release position (see (b-2) in the figure). That is, by using the first convex portion M51 and the second convex portion P11, by bringing the first convex portion M51 and the second convex portion P11 into contact with each other, the second meshing portion N can be engaged from the position. “Stopper means” is configured to prohibit the retreat movement to the disengagement position. Further, the interlocking member P can be moved up and down by the combination of the guide groove Q21 and the guide protrusion P41 and the combination of the first inclined portion M52 and the second inclined portion P12, and the second engaging portion N can be engaged. “Operation conversion means” that converts the movement from the position to the mesh release position or the movement from the mesh release position to the meshable position is configured.

Hereinafter, a method of connecting the rod R and the interlocking member P will be described below.

First, the fifth rod portion R5 of the rod R is positioned on the first fitting portion P21 side of the interlocking member P, and then the fifth rod portion R5 is inserted into the insertion portion P2a, and the second fitting portion P22 is inserted. Expose to the side. And if 4th rod part R4 is rotated in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, 5th rod part R5 can be fitted by the 2nd fitting part P22. Furthermore, from this state, if the fourth rod portion R4 is rotated about the axial center of the fifth rod portion R5, the fourth rod portion R4 is connected to the first fitting portion P21 and the third fitting portion. It can be made to fit in the mounting part P23, respectively.

As described above, in the member connection structure Y according to the present embodiment, after assembling the rod R and the interlocking member P, the fifth rod portion R5 is exposed from the insertion portion P2a to the second fitting portion P22 side. The fifth rod portion R5 can be fitted to the second fitting portion P22, and at least a part of the fourth rod portion R4 can be fitted to the first fitting portion P21. Moreover, in the assembled state, the fitting portions P21 and P22 are opened in different directions, and the fourth rod portion R4 and the fifth rod portion R5 are in a relationship of bending with each other. And simply pulling the interlocking member P does not come off.

That is, it is possible to provide an excellent member connection structure Y that is easy to assemble and can ensure a high assembling strength without difficulty.

In addition, by rotating the fourth rod portion R4 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in a state where the fifth rod portion R5 is positioned on the second fitting portion P22 side, the fifth rod portion Since R5 is fitted to the second fitting part P22, the assembly of the rod R and the interlocking member P is performed on the fifth rod part R5 from the insertion part P2a to the second fitting part P22 side. It can be performed by a very simple method such as twisting and stopping after being exposed to.

Since the first direction and the second direction are in a relationship of reversing approximately 180 degrees, it is not necessary to make the molding die for the interlocking member P unnecessarily complicated, and cost reduction can be achieved. it can.

Since the first fitting portion P21 and the second fitting portion P22 have a groove shape having a width dimension substantially matching the diameter of the rod R, the rod can be used without using a special fastening member. R and the interlocking member P can be assembled | attached suitably.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above.

For example, although the member connection structure Y is applied to the wagon A with a lifting plate, the application destination is not limited to this.

Further, the shape and configuration of the rod and the actuator (interlocking member) are not limited to those of the present embodiment, and can be appropriately changed according to the embodiment.

Moreover, although each fitting part is made into the groove-shaped thing, as long as at least one part of a rod can be hold | maintained without a special member, the structure may be arbitrary.

In addition, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
