また、従来は水切り2のコ字状の切り欠き部16と方立キャップ15との隙間を全周シールする必要があったが、本実施形態のものは、図8(b)に示すように、切り欠き部16の室外側の縁17が方立キャップ15の室外側の縁15aと同面となっており、図8(a)中の二点鎖線40,40で囲った方立キャップ15の両側と切り欠き部16の間だけをシールし、室外側部のシールを省略している。そのためシール作業が簡略化される。方立キャップ15の水抜き孔39から流下する水は、水切り2の中空部12内に入ることなくそのまま下に落ちる。
