Description
Claims (6)
- 排ガス中に含まれる物質を分析するために当該排ガスを希釈する排ガス希釈装置であって、
排ガスを流通させる排ガス流通管と、
前記排ガス流通管の途中に設けられ、オリフィスを有する混合部と、
前記混合部において開口し、前記排ガス流通管に希釈ガスを供給する、互いに間隔をあけて設けられた2つ以上の希釈ガス供給管と、を備え、
前記希釈ガス供給管が、前記開口に至るまで、前記排ガス流通管と間隔をあけて配置されているとともに、その前記混合部における開口が、排ガスの流通方向と略同一方向を向いていることを特徴とする排ガス希釈装置。 - 前記希釈ガス供給管の前記混合部における開口を、前記排ガス流通管の周囲に等間隔に設けていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガス希釈装置。
- 前記希釈ガス供給管の長さを互いに等しくしていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排ガス希釈装置。
- 前記希釈ガス供給管から供給される希釈ガスを前記排ガスの流通方向に向かわせる案内面を備えている請求項1、2又は3記載の排ガス希釈装置。
- 前記排ガス流通管が、希釈される前の排ガスを供給させる排ガス供給管と、希釈された後の排ガスを流通させる排ガス移送管とから構成され、
前記排ガス供給管の、前記混合部に排ガスを供給するための排ガス供給口を前記オリフィスの下流側に配置していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の排ガス希釈装置。 - 前記混合部の周囲に放熱機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の排ガス希釈装置。
