Description

The present invention relates to a door stop material and a fitting including the door stop member.

Conventionally, door stop materials used for hinged door-type fittings including a frame and a door that is supported by the frame so as to be freely opened and closed are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
The door stop material of this Patent Document 1 is made of hard resin, and is provided at the head portion against which the door body hits, the supporting leg piece extending below the head portion, and the lower end of the supporting leg piece. And a bottom piece to be formed. The supporting leg piece is fitted into a recessed groove provided in the frame, and the head is provided so as to protrude from the frame.
Moreover, the door stop material of patent document 2 is comprised including the stopper member which a door body contacts, and the mounting member integrally formed in this stopper member. The mounting member is formed of a hard member and is fitted in a concave groove provided in the frame. In addition, hook-shaped protrusions made of a soft member are provided on the side surface of the mounting member.

特開平10−266708号公報(図4)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-266708 (FIG. 4) 特開平10−18697号公報(図1,図2)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-18697 (FIGS. 1 and 2)

However, since the door stop material described in Patent Document 1 is made of hard resin and hardly deforms, with respect to each width dimension of the recessed groove portion of the frame and the support leg piece of the door stop material, Accuracy control is required. For example, if the difference between the width dimensions due to processing variations is too large, the supporting leg piece becomes loose with respect to the recessed groove portion, and the door stop material easily falls off when it comes into contact with the door body. On the contrary, if each dimensional difference is too small, it will be difficult to attach the door stop material to the concave groove.
As described above, in order to allow the door stop material to be easily attached to the recessed groove portion and to prevent the door stop material from easily falling off, strict tolerances are imposed on the dimensions of the door stop material and the groove groove portion of the frame. The problem is that management is required and the manufacturing process takes time.
On the other hand, in the door stop material described in Patent Document 2, when the mounting member is inserted into the recessed groove portion of the frame body, the hook-shaped protrusion made of the soft member is deformed, and thus the mounting property of the mounting member is good. However, since the hook-shaped projections are provided so as to come into contact with both side surfaces of the concave groove portion, when the door hits the door stop material, the load is applied to the hook-shaped projections, and the hook-shaped projections are deformed. In particular, when the door body is abruptly closed, a large load acts, so that the width dimension of the mounting member becomes smaller than the width dimension of the recessed groove portion, and the door stop material is loosened. There was a problem of dropping out.

An object of the present invention is to provide a door stop material that can be easily mounted in a groove portion of a frame body and that does not easily fall off from the groove portion, and a fitting including the door contact material.

The door stop material of the present invention is a door stop material that supports the door body so that it can be opened and closed, and is attached to the groove portion of the frame body in which the groove portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface. A door stop main body provided to protrude from the surface ; a bottom surface; and an insertion portion inserted into the groove having a first side surface and a second side surface facing each other. The door body has a door contact portion that contacts the door body in a closed state, and the insertion portion is disposed closer to the door contact portion than the first side wall portion. A hard resin load support portion formed in a substantially U shape with a second side wall portion and a bottom surface portion connecting the side wall portions; and protruding from the second side wall portion and made of a soft resin and a fin portion, in a state where the insertion portion is inserted into the groove portion, the first side wall to the first side surface The fin portion is in contact with the second side surface, and the door stop main body portion is in a state where the insertion portion is inserted into the concave groove portion, and the tip portion is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the frame body. It is provided with the collar part which covers the clearance gap between the 2nd side wall part of an insertion part, and the 2nd side surface of the said groove part .

Here, it is preferable that the hard resin and the soft resin are materials that can be shaped and extruded by a resin material. Examples of the hard resin include polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS), acrylonitrile styrene copolymer (AS), acrylonitrile ethylene propylene rubber styrene copolymer). (AES), etc.), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide resins (polyamide 6 (PA6), polyamide 66 (PA66), etc.), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate A material such as (PBT) is used.
Examples of soft resins include silicone rubber, soft PVC, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), various elastomers (PVC, ethylene-propylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, chlorinated PE, styrene butadiene, urethane). Materials).

According to such a structure, the door stop material is attached by inserting the insertion portion into the concave groove portion. At this time, for example, when the first side wall portion of the insertion portion is inserted into the concave groove portion while being in contact with the first side surface of the concave groove portion, the fin portion is also brought into contact with the second side surface of the concave groove portion and elastically deformed. For this reason, the variation of each dimension in the expected direction of the insertion portion and the concave groove portion can be absorbed by the deformation amount of the fin portion, and even if the variation of each dimension is somewhat large, the influence on the mounting property of the door stop material to the concave groove portion is eliminated. be able to. Thereby, since the tolerance of each dimension in the prospective direction of the insertion portion and the groove portion can be increased, it is possible to simplify the manufacture of the door stop material and the processing of the groove portion. Furthermore, the door stop material can be easily inserted into the recessed groove portion of the frame, and the mounting property of the door stop material is improved.
Moreover, since the 1st side wall part of a load support part can be made to contact | abut to the 1st side surface of a ditch | groove part, when a door body is closed, the load added to a door stop part is received reliably by a load support part. Can do. Moreover, since the load support part is made of hard resin, even if a load is received, the load support part can be prevented from being deformed. Therefore, since the dimension of the expected direction of the insertion portion does not change, it is possible to make it difficult for the door stop material to fall off the frame.

In the door stop material of the present invention, it is preferable that the bottom surface portion has a plurality of groove portions and is bonded to the concave groove portions with an adhesive.
According to such a configuration, since the plurality of groove portions are formed on the bottom surface portion of the insertion portion, when the bottom surface portion and the concave groove portion are bonded by the adhesive, compared to the case where the bottom surface portion is planar. Thus, the contact area with the adhesive is widened, and the adhesiveness can be improved.

In the door stop material of this invention, it is preferable that the said 1st side wall part is formed with the sawtooth for retaining to be latched by the 1st side surface of the said groove part.
According to such a configuration, since the sawtooth for retaining is formed on the first side wall portion of the insertion portion, when the insertion portion moves in a direction away from the groove portion, the tip portion of the sawtooth is the first groove portion . Since it is caught on the side surface, the insertion portion is difficult to move, and this makes it difficult for the insertion portion to come off the concave groove portion.

In the door stop material of the present invention, the door stop main body portion includes an extending portion that extends to the opposite side of the door stop portion from the first side wall portion, and the extending portion is the insertion portion. Is preferably in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the frame body while being inserted into the concave groove.
Here, when the door stop main body portion does not include the extending portion, the door stop portion is centered on the insertion portion due to a load applied in a prospective direction to the door stop main body portion when the door body is closed. There is a possibility that a moment having the action point acts on the door stop material and the insertion portion comes out of the concave groove portion.
On the other hand, according to the present invention, the door stop main body portion includes the extending portion, and the extending portion contacts the inner peripheral surface of the frame body in a state where the inserting portion is inserted into the recessed groove portion. When the door body is closed, even if a load in the expected direction is applied to the door stop main body, the extension part can receive the moment load centering on the insertion part and the door stop as an action point. The material can be made difficult to fall off the frame.

The joinery of the present invention is a joinery including a door body and a frame body that supports the door body so as to be openable and closable. The inner peripheral surface of the frame body includes a bottom surface, a first side surface and a first side surface facing each other. A groove portion having two side surfaces is formed, and the door stop material is attached to the groove portion.
According to the joinery having such a configuration, as described above, for example, it is possible to improve the wearability when inserting the door stop material into the recessed groove portion of the frame body, and the door stop material is detached from the frame body. Can be difficult.

In the joinery of the present invention, the concave groove portion is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the frame body, and the door stop material is attached continuously along the concave groove portion. Is preferred.
According to such a configuration, since the door stop material is continuously attached along the recessed groove portion, the gap between the door body and the frame member is covered with the door stop material in a state where the door body is closed. Thus, light leakage from the gap can be reduced.

The first side wall portion 41 is disposed along the first side surface 242 from the door body 3 side of the first main body piece 31 toward the bottom surface 241 of the recessed groove portion 24. The base end portion of the first side wall portion 41 is continuous with the first main body piece 31 of the door stop main body portion 30.
The first side wall portion 41 is formed with a sawtooth 47 for retaining. The saw-tooth 47 is formed so that when the insertion portion 40 moves in a direction away from the concave groove portion 24, the distal end portion is caught by the first side surface 242 of the concave groove portion 24 and is not easily removed.

The second side wall portion 42 is disposed closer to the door stop portion 35 than the first side wall portion 41, and is disposed opposite the first side wall portion 41. The base end portion of the second side wall portion 42 is continuous with the flange support piece 36 of the door stop main body portion 30.
Each length dimension of the first side wall portion 41 and the second side wall portion 42 is slightly before the bottom surface portion 43 comes into contact with the bottom surface 241 of the concave groove portion 24 when the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the concave groove portion 24. The first main body piece 31 and the distal end portion of the flange portion 361 are set so as to contact the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2.

The bottom surface portion 43 is disposed along the bottom surface 241 of the recessed groove portion 24 so as to connect the first and second side wall portions 41 and 42. A plurality of groove portions 46 are formed on the surface of the bottom surface portion 43 that faces the bottom surface 241 of the recessed groove portion 24. The plurality of groove portions 46 are bonded to the bottom surface 241 with the adhesive 7.
In the present embodiment, the first side wall portion 41, the second side wall portion 42 , and the bottom surface portion 43 constitute the substantially U-shaped load support portion 40A of the present invention, and the load support portion 40A is made of hard resin. Since it is molded, even if it receives a load in the expected direction applied when the door body 3 is closed and abuts against the door stop portion 35, it is difficult to deform.

The fin portion 44 includes a first fin portion 441 and a second fin portion 442 made of a soft resin, and is provided to protrude outward from the second side wall portion 42. The projecting tip portions of the first and second fin portions 441 and 442 are provided so as to be inclined so as to be positioned closer to the door stop portion 35 than the positions of the respective base end portions. In this way, the fin portion 44 is formed such that when the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the concave groove portion 24, the distal end portion is elastically deformed in the direction approaching the second side wall portion 42 side by the second side surface 243. Yes.

Thus, the door stop material 10 is formed by the door stop main body 30 and the insertion portion 40, that is, the first to fourth main body pieces 31 to 34, the flange support pieces 36, and the first and second side wall portions 41 and 42. The inner space surrounded by the bottom surface 43 has a substantially L-shaped cross section. The door stop material 10 is integrally manufactured from a hard resin and a soft resin by two-color extrusion molding.
Further, the door-holding main body portion 30 of the door-stopping material 10 is provided with an extending portion 30A of the present invention formed in a substantially U shape by the first to third main body pieces 31 to 33. The extended portion 30 </ b> A extends toward the opposite side of the door stop portion 35 from the first side wall portion 41 of the insertion portion 40, and is disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2.

As shown in FIG. 5, the width dimension in the prospective direction between the first side wall part 41 and the fin part 44 in the insertion part 40 is defined as dimension A, and the width dimension in the prospective direction of the recessed groove part 24 of the frame body 2 is dimensioned. B. When the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the concave groove portion 24, the fin portion 44 is elastically deformed until the dimension A becomes the dimension B. Therefore, if the variation of the dimensions A and B is smaller than the deformation amount of the fin portion 44, the fin When the portion 44 is elastically deformed, variations in the dimensions A and B are absorbed, so that it is not necessary to tighten the dimensional tolerance during processing. Therefore, when the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the concave groove portion 24, the dimensional tolerances of the dimensions A and B may be set so that the fin portion 44 is elastically deformed. When the entire insertion portion is molded from a hard resin As compared with the above, each tolerance range of the dimensions A and B can be widened, and the manufacture of the door stop material 10 and the frame body 2 can be facilitated.

Next, the attachment method of the door stop material 10 is demonstrated based on FIG. 4 and FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive 7 is applied to the bottom surface 241 of the groove 24.
Next, the insertion part 40 is inserted into the concave groove part 24. At this time, if the first side wall portion 41 is inserted into the groove portion 24 while being in contact with the first side surface 242 of the groove portion 24, the fin portion 44 is also brought into contact with the second side surface 243 of the groove portion 24 and elastically deformed. . Therefore, the variation in the dimension A of the insertion portion 40 and the dimension B of the concave groove portion 24 can be absorbed by the deformation amount of the fin portion 44, and the insertion portion 40 can be easily inserted into the concave groove portion 24. And the 1st side wall part 41 provided in the other side of the fin part 44 contact | abuts reliably to the 1st side surface 242 of the ditch | groove part 24. FIG.
And the insertion part 40 is inserted in the groove part 24 until both the front-end | tip part of the 1st main body piece 31 of the door stop main-body part 30 and the front-end | tip part of the collar part 361 contact | abut to the inner peripheral surface of the frame 2, The insertion position of the door stop material 10 is determined.
Further, in the state where the insertion portion 40 is inserted, the adhesive 7 is filled between the bottom surface portion 43 and the bottom surface 241 of the concave groove portion 24 as shown in FIG. Since the bonding area with the adhesive 7 is increased by the plurality of groove portions 46, the adhesive 7 is reliably fixed to the door stop material 10. Furthermore, the door stop material 10 is less likely to fall off the recessed groove portion 24 by the retaining sawtooth 47 provided on the first side wall portion 41.
In this way, the door stop material 10 is easily and reliably attached to the recessed groove portion 24 of the frame body 2.

According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the fin portion 44 is provided on the second side wall portion 42 of the insertion portion 40 and the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the concave groove portion 24, the fin portion 44 is formed to be elastically deformed. Variations in the width direction of the prospective direction of the portion 40 and the groove portion 24 are absorbed. Thereby, since the tolerance of each dimension of the expected direction of the insertion part 40 and the concave groove part 24 can be enlarged, manufacture of the door stop material 10 and the process of the concave groove part 24 can be simplified. Furthermore, the door stop material 10 can be easily inserted into the recessed groove portion 24. Therefore, it is possible to improve the mountability when the door stop material 10 is inserted into the recessed groove portion 24.

(2) Since the first side wall portion 41 is in contact with the first side surface 242 of the recessed groove portion 24, the load applied when the door body 3 is closed and contacted with the door stop material 10 is applied to the load support portion 40A. I can receive it reliably. Further, since the load support portion 40A is made of a hard resin, even when a load is received, the load support portion 40A can be prevented from being deformed. Therefore, since the dimension of the expected direction of the insertion part 40 does not change, the door stop material 10 can be made difficult to drop off from the frame 2.

(3) A plurality of groove portions 46 are formed on the bottom surface portion 43 of the insertion portion 40, and the bottom surface portion 43 is flat when the bottom surface portion 43 is bonded to the concave groove portion 24 with the adhesive 7. Thus, the contact area with the adhesive 7 is increased, and the adhesiveness can be improved.

(4) Since the sawtooth 47 for retaining is formed on the first side wall 41, when the insertion portion 40 moves in a direction away from the groove 24, the tip of the sawtooth 47 is the first side surface 242 of the groove 24. Therefore, the insertion portion 40 is difficult to move, thereby making it difficult for the insertion portion 40 to come off the concave groove portion 24.

(5) Since the door contact main body 30 is provided with the extended portion 30A composed of the first to third main body pieces 31 to 33, and this extended portion 30A comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2, the door body 3 Even when a load in the prospective direction is applied to the door stop main body 30 when the door closes, the extension portion 30A can receive a load of moment about the insertion portion 40 as the action point of the door stop portion 35. It is possible to make it difficult for the hitting material 10 to fall off the frame body 2.

(6) The door main body 30 includes the extended portion 30A and the flange portion 361, and when the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the groove portion 24, the bottom portion 43 comes into contact with the bottom surface 241 of the groove portion 24, Since the distal end portions of the first main body piece 31 and the flange portion 361 of the extending portion 30A are provided so as to abut on the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2, the positioning of the door stop material 10 in the insertion direction can be reliably performed. Can do.

(7) Since the door stop main body portion 30 includes the flange portion 361, the tip portion abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2, so that the fin portion 44 of the insertion portion 40 is covered with the flange portion 361 and cannot be seen. In addition, the gap between the second side wall portion 42 of the insertion portion 40 and the second side surface 243 of the concave groove portion 24 can be covered and made invisible, and a good appearance can be obtained.

(8) Since the first main body piece 31 of the door-contacting main body portion 30 is provided to be inclined, when the insertion portion 40 is inserted into the recessed groove portion 24, the first main body piece 31 is opposite to the door body 3. The end on the side can be reliably brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the frame 2. Thereby, even if the shape of the first main body piece 31 varies, it is possible to prevent a gap from being generated between the first main body piece 31 and the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2, and to obtain a good appearance. Can do.

(9) Since the recessed groove portion 24 is continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the frame body 2, and the long door stopper 10 is continuously provided along the recessed groove portion 24. In the state where the door body 3 is closed, the gap between the door body 3 and the frame body 2 is covered with the door stop material 10, whereby light leakage from the gap can be reduced.
