柱と梁を溶接した骨組構造体からなる建物ユニットにおいて、
複数の梁のうちの少なくとも一つの梁の長手方向の一部の曲げ抵抗強度を、当該梁の一端部と柱の溶接破断強度よりも小さくし、
上記梁の他端部を接続具に抱持し、上記梁に交差する他の梁の端部を接合部材に抱持し、それらの接続具と接合部材を接合するとともに、上記梁の他端部に設けた接続板を接合部材の接合片に溶接してなることを特徴とする建物ユニット。
