Claims (3)
- ディスク型パルプミルのディスク間ギャップgを、パルプミルの稼動中に推定する方法であって、
パルプに叩解作用を行わない状態でディスクを回転させるために必要なモーター動力を測定して、該動力を無負荷動力と定義するステップと、
パルプミルの稼動中にディスクを回転させるモーター動力の測定値から、前記無負荷動力を減算した値を、叩解作用を行う正味の動力Pと定義するステップと、
パルプミルの稼動中にディスク間ギャップgを微小変化Δgさせ、その際の正味の動力Pの変化ΔPを測定するステップと、
式P/(ΔP/Δg)=−gから稼動中のディスク間ギャップgを推定する方法。 - ディスク型パルプミルのディスク間ギャップgを、パルプミルの稼動中に推定する方法であって、
パルプに叩解作用を行わない状態でディスクを回転させるために必要なモーター動力を測定して、該動力を無負荷動力と定義するステップと、
パルプミルの稼動中にディスクを回転させるモーター動力の測定値から、前記無負荷動力を減算した値を、叩解作用を行う正味の動力Pと定義するステップと、
パルプミルの稼動中に、ディスク間ギャップgを種々変化させて、未知のオフセット値g off を含むディスク間ギャップの測定値(g off +g)と、前記正味の動力Pとをそれぞれ求め、測定値(g off +g)と前記正味の動力Pの一連のデータを得るステップと、
回帰分析により、前記一連のデータから、未知の定数b0 と既定の指数nを含む方程式P=b0 /g n に適合するb 0 と、オフセット値g off とを求めるステップと、
前記回帰分析により求めたb 0 を用いた前記方程式と、正味の動力Pとから、パルプミルの稼動中にディスク間ギャップgを推定する方法。 - nの値を1とした請求項2に記載の方法。
