In the packaging apparatus of the said invention, the following structure is included as a preferable aspect.

The converging plate of the converging portion forming means has an opening that extends in a V shape toward the film, and has a film drawing portion that extends in a U shape further outward from the bottom of the V shape. By moving the focusing plates forward with respect to the film, the film is squeezed from the opening into the drawing portion to form a focusing portion having a substantially circular horizontal cross section.

The converging plate divides the straight line connecting the center of the deepest part of the lead-in part and the central part of the end of the converging plate opposite to the deepest part, and one of them in the thickness direction with respect to the other. It will be shifted.

The focusing means moves in a direction away from the sealing / cutting means so as to apply tension to the film.

In the present invention, since the film is tightly focused and sealed by a pair of focusing plates arranged on the same horizontal plane, high sealing performance can be obtained, and the film can be prevented from being broken or bitten. Sealing failure is also prevented. In particular, by applying tension to the film of the converging part, the density of the converging part is further increased and higher sealing performance can be obtained, but in the present invention, the converging part is firmly sandwiched between the side surfaces of the pair of converging plates. Therefore, it is possible to apply a good tension to the film, and it is possible to efficiently package a package excellent in sealing performance and preventing the film from being broken or bitten in a high yield.

Hereinafter, the tubular package, the packaging method, and the packaging apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The tubular package of the present invention is basically the same as the form shown in FIG. Sealing is performed by caulking when a metal wire is used, or by ultrasonic fusion between end portions when a synthetic resin wire is used.

In FIG. 1, the schematic of an example of the preferable form of the packaging apparatus of this invention is shown. The present embodiment is a form in which a synthetic resin wire on a straight line is formed into an O-shape, the ends are fused together and sealed, and further, a fusing by applying ultrasonic waves is used as a film cutting means. is there.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a feed pump, 2 is a filling nozzle, 3 is a cylinder making device, 4 is a roll, 5 is a synthetic resin film, 6 is an electrode, 7 is an article to be packaged, 8 is a transfer roller, 9 is a squeeze roller, 10 is sealing / cutting means, 11a, 11b, 12a and 12b are focusing plates, 14a and 14b are sealing horns, 15a and 15b are sealing anvils, 16 is a fusing horn, and 17 is a fusing anvil. .

In the apparatus of FIG. 1, the filling nozzle 2 is connected to a feed pump 1, a cylinder making device 3 is provided at an intermediate portion of the filling nozzle 2, and a strip-shaped synthetic resin film 5 fed out from a roll 4 is made of this cylinder When passing through the device 3, it is rounded into a cylinder. And the side edge parts of the film 5 rolled up and piled up in the cylinder shape are melt | fused by the electrode 6, and a cylindrical film is formed. On the other hand, the article 7 is filled into the tubular film from the filling nozzle 2 to form a tubular body. The cylindrical body is nipped by the transfer roller 8 and transferred to the lower side of the paper. Next, the squeezing roller 9 squeezes the cylindrical body from the outside at a predetermined interval to push the inner package 7 and the film in the pushed area. Are converged by the sealing / cutting means 10 to form a film converging portion. At the film converging portion, an ultrasonic wave is applied to the film 5 for fusing, and at the same time, before and after the fusing portion, the film converging portion is synthetic resin wire And a package with both ends sealed with a synthetic resin wire is obtained. All the above series of steps are performed continuously.

2 to 4 are enlarged perspective views of the focusing means in the sealing / cutting means 10 of FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state immediately before focusing, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state immediately after focusing, and FIG. 4 is a diagram immediately before focusing (a), during focusing (b), and immediately after focusing (c). FIG. In these drawings, the ultrasonic application means is omitted for convenience.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the film in the area where the package 7 is pushed is focused at two locations, upper and lower, with sealing means and cutting means (ultrasonic application means) not shown. Focusing is performed by the plates 11a and 11b and 12a and 12b.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the converging plates 11a and 11b have an opening 11c extending in a V shape toward the film 18, and extend in a U shape further outward from the bottom of the V shape. 11d. Therefore, when the focusing plates 11a and 11b are moved forward with the film 18 interposed therebetween, the film 18 is tucked into the drawing portion 11d from the opening portion 11c [FIG. 4B], and the R shape at the bottom of the drawing portion 11d. As a result, the converging portion 19 is formed in which the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the film is substantially circular [FIG. 4 (c)]. The other set of focusing plates 12a and 12b has the same configuration as 11a and 11b, and as shown in FIG. 3, the film 18 is focused at two locations above and below at a predetermined distance. Form.

In this example, the focusing plates 11a and 11b are divided around a straight line (partition line 11e) connecting the central portion of the deepest portion of the lead-in portion 11d and the central portion of the focusing plate end opposite to the deepest portion, On the other hand, 11a1 and 11b1 are shifted in the thickness direction (vertical direction) by the thickness with respect to the other 11a2 and 11b2. In this example, in order to compensate for the strength of the focusing plates 11a and 11b, the divided pieces 11a1, 11a2, 11b1, and 11b2 are slightly extended from the dividing line 11e to the other side, and 11a1 and 11a2, 11b1 and 11b2 are respectively formed. A “shiro” is provided for integration. The focusing plate 11a may be formed by individually laminating 11a1 and 11a2, 11b1 and 11b2 formed individually, and bonding and integrating them at the “slot” portion.

When the focusing plates 11a and 11b are arranged on the same horizontal plane, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the divided piece 11a2 and the lower part in the thickness direction are located in the upper part in the thickness direction in the forward direction (the directions of arrows A and B in FIG. 2). 4b, the upper surface of the divided piece 11b2 is placed on the lower surface of the divided piece 11a2 located in the upper part in the thickness direction, as shown in FIG. 4 (b). Overlapping up and down so that touches. Similarly, the division piece 11b1 located in the upper part in the thickness direction and the division piece 11a1 located in the lower part in the thickness direction are opposed to each other and overlap each other. That is, two identical ridges are superposed as if they were engaged with the blades facing each other with the blades open. Eventually, the converging part 19 is formed in a substantially circular shape by the R shape of the deepest part of the drawing-in part (FIG. 4C). Moreover, in the part which contact | connects the converging plates 11a and 11b of the condensing part 19, the side surface of the division | segmentation piece 11a2 located in the thickness direction upper part and the side surface of 11b1 oppose on both sides of the converging part 19, and it is similarly located in the thickness direction lower part. The side surface of the split piece 11a1 and the side surface of 11b2 are opposed to each other with the converging part 19 interposed therebetween, and the converging part 19 is sandwiched between them.

Note that the horizontal cross section of the converging part is substantially circular preferably means a perfect circle or a shape close to this, but it does not have to be exactly a perfect circle and can be visually observed even if there is some distortion. Any shape that is recognized as being substantially circular is regarded as a circular category in the present invention.

In the present invention, preferably, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (c), each of the converging portions 19 is sandwiched by the converging plates 11a, 11b, 12a, and 12b. The focusing plates 11a and 11b positioned at the top of the focusing unit are vertically moved upward (in the direction of arrow A), and the focusing plates 12a and 12b positioned at the bottom of the sealing means are vertically moved down (in the direction of arrow B), respectively. Tension is applied to 19. This prevents the film from spreading in the horizontal direction at the converging portion 19 between the converging plates 11a, 11b and 12a, 12b, and is dense as with the converging portions of the converging plates 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b. The sealed state can be maintained and sealed, and higher sealing performance can be obtained.

The means for moving the focusing plates 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b in the vertical direction is not particularly limited. For example, a cam plate is disposed between the upper and lower focusing plates, and the cam plate is advanced with respect to the film. By doing so, tension can be applied to the converging part 19.

In this example, as described above, in the portions focused by the focusing plates 11a, 11b, 12a, and 12b, the focusing portion 19 is sandwiched by the side surfaces of the pair of focusing plates, so that the focusing portion 19 is in the vertical direction. Can be easily tensioned by pulling on

The material of the focusing plates 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b used in the present invention is not limited, but is usually made of metal or synthetic resin.

In this way, in the film converging unit 19 that is focused and desirably applied with tension, the horn 14a and the anvil 15a and the horn 14b and the anvil 15b are sealed by ultrasonic fusion using a synthetic resin wire. Specifically, a linear synthetic resin wire is formed into an O-shape with the converging portion 19 interposed therebetween, the ends of the synthetic resin wire are brought into contact with each other, and ultrasonic waves are applied to the contact portion to be fused. Can be sealed.

In the present invention, a metal wire can be used as the sealing material, and specifically, a linear metal wire can be caulked and sealed in an O shape with the converging portion 19 in between.

The film cutting means according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be the same as the conventional method using a cutting blade. However, when the fusing means is used, the film is cut at the same time as the film is cut. It is preferable because they can be fused together to improve the sealing performance of the package. In particular, when fusing by applying ultrasonic waves is used, it is preferable that the ultrasonic applying means for sealing and the ultrasonic applying means for fusing can be formed integrally. Specifically, the sealing horns 14a and 14b and the fusing horn 16 in FIG. 1 are integrally configured, and the sealing anvils 15a and 15b and the fusing anvil 17 are integrated to form a sealing process. And the fusing step can be performed simultaneously without adjusting the timing. Since the sealing portion and the fusing portion are very close to each other, it is very advantageous in terms of space to integrally form the ultrasonic wave application means in this way.

FIGS. 5A and 5B are diagrams showing a sealing portion using the synthetic resin wire of the packaging body of the present invention, FIG. 5A is a partially enlarged perspective view, FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view, and 24 in FIG. It is a kimono.

In the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the metal wire or synthetic resin wire 21 is not particularly limited, but a circular shape is preferable in order to always obtain the same sealing strength. Moreover, in a normal food packaging body, the diameter is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, and the length is preferably about 6 to 24 mm.

The converging plates 11a, 11b, 12a and 12b obtained by integrating the divided pieces shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4A in the thickness direction are used as the converging means, and the sealing horns 14a and 14b shown in FIG. The packaging body was sealed using an ultrasonic wave application means in which the fusing horn 16 was integrated and the sealing anvils 15a and 15b and fusing anvil 17 were integrated. As a synthetic resin film, a vinylidene chloride resin film was used, and fish meat was filled as an object to be packaged. The length of the package was 230 mm, and the diameter of the trunk of the package was 30 mm. As the synthetic resin wire, one having a thickness of 1.7 mm and a width of 3 mm was used. The synthetic resin wire was molded into a circle having a cross-sectional diameter of 2.2 mm and the length was 18 mm. 1000 packages were continuously packaged in this form.

The obtained package was placed in a steam atmosphere at 120 ° C. for 1 hour as a retort process. Thereafter, whether or not fine holes were formed in the package was measured using a conductive tester. Specifically, the (+) side of the tester is inserted into the center of the package body, the (−) side of the tester is immersed in a container containing 5% salt water, and then the sealing portions at both ends of the package body are sealed with the 5% salt water. And the continuity was measured. When the sealing part has a hole, clear conduction is recognized.

As a result, all the packaging bodies were sealed well, and no sealing failure occurred.
