Description

The present invention relates to a cosmetic for eyelashes and lashes at the hairline, and more particularly, a cosmetic for eyelashes and lashes at the hairline that has excellent hair-growth and gloss effects and realizes long and beautiful eyelashes with gloss and a method of using the same. About.

Many people have been suffering from hair loss and thinning since ancient times. Hair loss can be attributed to dandruff and sebum overgrowth, the effects of male hormones, scalp hardening due to poor blood circulation in the scalp, hair matrix damage, physical and mental disorders, malnutrition, etc. It has been found that these are due to single or combined action. Many hair restorers and hair nourishing agents have been developed to solve this problem, and many of them have been commercialized and put on the market. In particular, hair growth agents for scalp are mainly hair nourishing cosmetics containing a blood circulation promoting substance such as assembly to prevent hair loss due to poor blood circulation in the scalp.
On the other hand, unlike the hair on the eyelashes, the same type of mascara is routinely used for the purpose of impressing beautiful and attractive eyes. In the makeup act, a buller is used before applying mascara to give a curl effect, or a remover is included in cotton etc. to remove the applied mascara, but in any act, Physical damage is done to the eyelashes.
Many women are actually worried about eyelashes, and after confirming their worries by conducting a questionnaire, they often hear that their eyelashes are short, thin, or not shiny.
On the other hand, in recent years, there is a tendency to prefer healthy, shiny, long and beautiful eyelashes for beauty purposes.
(1) The luster imparted by the base makes the eyelashes healthier and thicker and blacker. (2) The effect of the base such as protecting the eyelashes from external factors is required.
In order to effectively apply a base containing these agents, it is not only used as a general mascara but also a compounded agent that can be uniformly applied to the eyelashes like eyeliner The effect can be expected more. Furthermore, if it can be applied evenly to the eyelashes, it will be glossy and thick, black and healthy eyelashes can be realized. At present, there are only a few cosmetics dedicated to eyelashes (Patent Document 1), which can be applied evenly and comfortably on the eyelashes, and have a healthy gloss finish and cuticle protection effect. There is no beauty serum, and a product with an applicator that can effectively apply the base has been awaited.

(1) Hair growth effect test By 19 panelists (10 men, 9 women, of whom 2 women stopped the test on the way), the root of either the right or left eyelashes twice a day for 3 months A sample was applied to the sample, and after 1 month and 2 months from the start of the test, part of the upper and lower eyelashes was shaved, and the shaved site was photographed twice a week for about 2 months with a video microscope. Using the photographed image, the growth of new hair that had grown was measured over time to create a growth curve, and the length and growth rate were calculated and averaged.

For the calculation of the length and growth rate of the new hair, a growth curve of each eyelash was created, and the number was about 10 per eyelash, and a total of about 6000 were measured by 17 people. The calculation method is as follows.
(A) The average value of 5 points from the end of the measurement date was taken as “length”, and “eyelashes” that had not been fully extended on the last measurement day were excluded from the aggregation.
(B) The slope of the regression line up to 3/4 of the “length” was defined as the “growth rate”.

The above method is illustrated in FIG. The results are shown in FIG. FIG. 2 is a comparison of left and right average values for each panel in the presence / absence of Titanium (Example 1, Comparative Example 1) (corresponding t-test).

From the above results, in the human effect test, the growth rate of the eyelashes was significantly increased and the eyelashes tended to be long on the side where the formulation of the extract of diatomaceous earth was applied. It was thought that.
