Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a writing instrument structure, and more particularly, to a writing instrument of a type that divides a shaft tube and replaces the padding accommodated in the shaft tube or refills the padding with ink.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a writing instrument, a batting type writing instrument in which a batting impregnated with ink in order to retain ink is accommodated in a shaft tube is often used.
In such a batting type writing instrument, it is already known to use screw fitting as a method for fixing the front shaft to the shaft cylinder in order to seal the batting.
In recent years, there are many so-called double-headed writing tools that are equipped with pen nibs at both ends of one writing tool, one for thick writing and the other for thin writing. Also in writing instruments, a method of fixing the tip shaft to the shaft cylinder by screw fitting has been conventionally performed.
In such a batting type writing instrument, when the ink is consumed, the writing utensil body is continuously reused by replacing the batting or replenishing the ink.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a batting type writing instrument that allows the shaft cylinder to be divided when the batting is replaced or when ink is replenished by dividing a part of the shaft cylinder and screwing and fastening the divided portion, A force is required to turn the screw portion at the time or at the time of fastening, and for those who have a weak force to grip the shaft tube, it may be difficult to divide and fasten the shaft tube.
Thus, in order to make it easier to grip the shaft tube, a knurled one having a concavo-convex portion is formed on the outer periphery of the shaft tube. However, ordinary resin materials such as PP are slippery and are not effective.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and provides a writing instrument that can easily divide and fasten a shaft tube by making the shaft tube difficult to slide and easy to grip with a simple structure. It is for the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a writing instrument, having a pen core at both ends, a housing portion for accommodating a filling filled with ink inside the shaft tube, and a part of the shaft tube being screwed so as to be split. In addition, in the writing instrument in which the divided portion forms the opening of the housing portion, the shaft tube is divided to replenish ink to the batting in the housing portion and replace the batting.
Of the divided shaft cylinders, one side cylinder is shorter than the other side cylinder, and a male screw is formed on the outer periphery of the divided end, and a female screw is formed on the inner circumference of the divided end of the other side cylinder. Are formed, and in the state where the batting is housed in the housing portion space inside each shaft tube, the male screw is screwed to the female screw and the divided shaft tubes are detachably screwed together,
About the outer diameter of each cap that covers the pen core provided at the end of the one side and the other side of the shaft cylinder, the outer diameter of the cap provided on the other side shaft cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the cap provided on the one side cylinder. The diameter is formed into a large diameter,
Characterized by coating the outer peripheral portion of at least one side of the divided barrel an elastic material Shore A hardness 20-60.
[0006]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said elastic body is attached to the outer peripheral part of the short one side shaft cylinder among the divided shaft cylinders .
Further, it is preferable that the elastic body is integrally formed with a resin molded product of the shaft cylinder at the time of molding of the shaft cylinder, that is, a molded product for molding the grip portion and the screw is integrally formed.
The elastic body includes rubber or elastomer as a material, and is preferably a molded product such as NBR, EPDM, or silicon rubber, or a molded product such as olefin elastomer or styrene elastomer. .
The elastic body is preferably an olefin elastomer having a crosslinked state of 70% or more.
[0007]
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, a housing portion for containing a filling filled with ink is formed inside the shaft tube, and a part of the shaft tube is screwed to be separable, and the divided portion forms an opening of the housing portion. In a writing instrument that can be refilled with ink and / or replaced with batting in the container by dividing the shaft tube, it is difficult to slip by providing an elastic body such as rubber or elastomer at the portion that grips the shaft tube. Can be made easier.
[0008]
Further, it is desirable that the writing instrument is strongly fastened so that it does not come off or loosen during writing during normal use, and the shaft tube can be divided with a small force when changing the batting. Therefore, by providing an elastic body on the outer periphery of the shaft tube, the shaft tube can be easily gripped, and by turning it easily, the shaft tube can be easily divided and fastened.
[0009]
In addition, it is desirable to provide the grip portion of the elastic body on both side ends of the shaft tube in order to open and close the shaft tube, but because it is restricted by printing or design on the outer periphery of the shaft tube, It is more effective to provide a grip elastic body on the side of the short shaft tube when the shaft is divided, that is, on the side where the length is short and difficult to grip when the screw is opened and closed and it is difficult to transmit force to the shaft.
[0010]
In addition, the elastic body is integrally formed using a resin of the same system at the time of molding of the shaft cylinder, so that a grip and a molded product for molding a screw are integrated to improve the grip feeling, and the shaft cylinder is manually formed. When rotating, since it is a single part, there is no fear of slipping between the shaft tube and the grip, and it is difficult to slip and fasten when fastened. Further, for example, by combining a styrene-based or olefin-based elastomer with PP or PE which is an olefin-based resin, an effect of adhesive force can be obtained by integral molding. In the case of non-olefin type, adhesive strength can be obtained in styrene type or ester type.
[0011]
The elastic body exhibits excellent performance with respect to low compression set, sealability, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance by using an olefin elastomer having a crosslinked state of 70% or more.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a housing portion that includes large and small pen cores 8 and 9 at both ends of the shaft tube 2, and houses the filling 6 filled with ink in the shaft tube 2. A twin-type batting type having two pen cores 8 and 9 that can be refilled with ink to the batting 6 in the accommodating portion 7 and can be replaced. The writing instrument 1.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the shaft tube 2 includes a narrow side shaft tube 3 having a narrow side end portion 3a to which a tapered fine pen core 8 having a substantially circular cross section is attached at one end, and the other end. It is divided in the axial direction into a thick-side shaft cylinder 4 having a thick-side end portion 4a to which a thick-faced pen core 9 having a rectangular cross section and a wedge-shaped tip is attached, and is screwed and fastened Can be attached and detached.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the narrow side shaft cylinder 3 has a body portion 3b on the side opposite to the narrow side end portion 3a. The body portion 3b is shorter than a body portion 4b of the thick shaft cylinder 4 to be described later, has a substantially cylindrical shape, and a part close to the narrow side end portion 3a is tapered toward the narrow side end portion 3a. Is formed.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, a male screw portion 3 c for screwing and fastening to the thick shaft tube 4 side is projected and formed at the end portion of the body portion 3 b, and a part of the batting 6 is formed therein. A housing part 3d for housing the is formed. The accommodating portion 3d is formed such that the shape of the opening 3e in the vicinity of the end portion of the trunk portion 3b is larger than the outer shape of the batting 6 and the shape of the internal space 3f is formed with substantially the same dimensions as the outer shape of the batting.
[0017]
A concave portion 3h is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the body portion 3b so as to be one step lower than the outer peripheral surface from the vicinity of the cylindrical end portion to the entire vicinity of the base portion of the narrow side end portion 3a, and the cylindrical outer peripheral portion of the concave portion 3h. A grip portion 11 that is an elastic body is formed integrally with the body portion 3b so as to cover the tapered outer peripheral portion.
[0018]
The grip portion 11 is made by combining PP or PE, which is an olefin resin, with a styrene-based or olefin-based elastomer, and has a Shore A hardness of 20-60.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, the thick side cylinder 4 has a body part 4b on the opposite side of the thick side end part 4a. The body portion 4b has a substantially cylindrical shape, and as shown in FIG. 1, a female screw portion 4c for screwing and fastening to the narrow shaft tube 3 side is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the end portion thereof, A housing portion 4d for housing a part of the batting 6 is formed therein.
[0020]
The accommodating portion 4d has a shape of the internal space 4f of the trunk portion 4b in a cylindrical shape larger than the outer shape of the batting 6 from the opening 4e to the vicinity of the thick side end 4a, and the internal space of the thick side end 4a. The shape of 4g is narrower than the outer shape of the batting 6, and the batting 6 is configured to be attached by tight fitting.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 1, the thin-color pen core 8 and the bold-color pen core 9 are respectively inserted into both end portions of the batting 6 in the accommodating portion 7, and the ink impregnated in the batting 6. Penetrating from both ends into the fine pen core 8 and the bold pen core 9, and writing is possible with either pen core.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, a thin-side cap 13 is detachably attached to the thin-side end 3a so as to cover the thin-shaped pen core 8, and the thick-side end 4a covers the bold-type pen core 9. Thus, the thick side cap 14 is detachably attached.
Since the outer diameter of the narrow cap 13 is smaller than the outer diameter of the thick cap, the thickness of the pen core can be understood at a glance even when both caps 13 and 14 are attached. It comes to be able to do it.
[0023]
Next, the effect | action by the writing instrument 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated.
In the writing instrument 1 according to the present embodiment, when replenishing ink or replacing batting, the shaft cylinder 2 is divided and the accommodating portion 7 in the shaft cylinder 2 is opened.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the body portions 3 b and 4 b of the narrow-side shaft tube 3 and the thick-side shaft tube 4 are respectively gripped and rotated in a direction in which the screw portion is relaxed.
At this time, the thick side barrel 4 having the long body portion 4b can be firmly and securely gripped. On the other hand, it is difficult to grip the narrow side cylinder 3 having the short body portion 3b. However, since the grip portion 11 provided on the outer periphery of the body portion 3b makes it difficult to slip, even if the gripping range is small, it can be easily gripped and rotated.
[0024]
Further, when writing with the writing instrument 1, the thin side cap 13 or the thick side cap 14 attached to both ends of the shaft tube 2 is removed and the pen cores 8 and 9 of either large or small are taken out.
[0025]
When removing the cap, the cap is grasped with one hand, the shaft cylinder is grasped with the other hand, and the cap and the shaft cylinder are detached by applying a force in the direction of twisting or pulling off both.
[0026]
Here, the fitting force between the cap and the shaft tube is usually related to a frictional force due to the size of the contact area between the inner surface of the engaging cap and the outer surface of the shaft tube. Therefore, when comparing the narrow cap 13 and the thick cap 14, the narrow cap fitted with the small end 3a having a smaller outer peripheral area in contact with the thick shaft end having a larger outer peripheral area in contact with the thin cap. Since the fitting force is smaller than that of the thick cap to be fitted, it can be said that it is easy to attach and detach.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 1, the writing instrument 1 according to the present embodiment is configured so that the divided portion 5 of the shaft tube 2 is closer to the narrow side end portion 3a. When the two sides are gripped, the split portion 5 is gripped together with the thick side barrel 4 (the narrow side barrel 3 is also gripped simultaneously), so that the screw portion of the split portion 5 can be prevented from loosening. .
[0028]
On the other hand, when attaching and detaching the narrow cap 13 having a small fitting force, the split portion 5 is not gripped together with the thick shaft tube 4 (the thin shaft tube 3 is not gripped) when gripping the shaft tube 2 side. However, since force is not applied compared with the case where the thick side cap 14 is removed, the screw portion of the divided portion is less likely to loosen.
[0029]
Since it comprised as mentioned above, according to the writing instrument 1 of this embodiment, the recessed part 3h is formed one step lower than an outer peripheral surface over the perimeter of the outer peripheral part of the trunk | drum 3b of the thin side cylinder 3, and the recessed part 3h By providing the grip portion 11 integrally with the body portion 3b, the body portion 3b and the grip portion 11 do not slip when the thin side shaft tube 3 is gripped, so that the narrow side shaft tube 3 can be securely gripped. In addition, the grip feeling can be improved.
[0030]
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the material of the grip portion 11 is a combination of olefin resin such as PP and PE combined with styrene or olefin elastomer, an adhesive force during integral molding can be obtained. Can do. Moreover, since the hardness of the grip part 11 was made into the range of Shore A hardness 20-60, a favorable grip feeling is realizable.
[0031]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the shaft cylinder 2 provided with two types of pen cores 8 and 9 at both ends, the thin side cylinder 3 provided with the thin pen core 8, and the thick cylinder provided with the thick pen core 9. Since the body portion 3b of the narrow side shaft tube 3 is configured to be shorter than the body portion 4b of the thick side shaft tube 4 while being divided into the side shaft tube 4, when the thick side cap 14 having a large fitting force is attached and detached, When gripping the shaft tube 2 side, the split portion 5 is gripped together with the thick shaft tube 4, and the screw portion of the split portion 5 can be prevented from loosening. Further, when the thin cap 13 having a small fitting force is attached / detached, the thick cap 14 is removed even when the split portion 5 is not gripped together with the thick shaft 4 when gripping the shaft barrel 2 side. Since a force is not applied as compared with the case, the screw portion of the divided portion can be made difficult to loosen.
[0032]
Next, Modification 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 3, the writing instrument 100 of Modification 1 has a configuration substantially similar to that of the writing instrument 1 according to the present embodiment described above, and further has a groove 111 a formed on the outer periphery of the grip 111. .
That is, the writing instrument 100 includes a shaft tube 102, a narrow side shaft tube 103 to which a tapered fine pen core 8 having a substantially circular cross section is attached at one end, and a rectangular cross section at the other end and a tip portion wedged. Has been.
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 3, a male screw portion 103c for screwing and fastening to the thick shaft tube 104 side is projected and formed at the end portion of the body portion 103b. A housing portion 103d is formed. The housing portion 103d is formed such that the opening 103e near the end of the body portion 103b is larger than the outer shape of the batting 6 and the shape of the internal space 103f is approximately the same size as the outer shape of the batting 6.
[0035]
On the outer periphery of the body 103b, there is a grip portion 111 that is an elastic body so as to cover the outer periphery and the tapered outer periphery from the vicinity of the cylindrical end to the entire periphery near the base of the narrow side end 103a. It is provided integrally with the trunk 103b.
[0036]
The grip part 111 is made by combining PP or PE, which is an olefin resin, with a styrene or olefin elastomer, and has a hardness in the range of Shore A hardness 20-60. A plurality of rows of groove portions 111a are formed along the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the grip portion 111 formed in a cylindrical shape in a state of being inclined with respect to the direction along the axial direction.
[0037]
The thick barrel 104 has a body 104b on the opposite side of the thick end 104a. The body portion 104b has a substantially cylindrical shape, and an internal thread portion 104c for screwing and fastening to the narrow shaft tube 103 side is formed on the inner peripheral portion of the end portion thereof, and the inside of the batting 6 is formed therein. A housing portion 104d for housing a part is formed.
The accommodating portion 104d has a shape of the internal space 104f of the trunk portion 104b in a cylindrical shape larger than the outer shape of the batting 6 from the opening 104e to the vicinity of the thick end 104a, and the internal space of the thick end 104a. The shape (not shown) is narrower than the outer shape of the batting 6, and the batting 6 is configured to be attached by tight fitting.
[0038]
Since it comprised as mentioned above, according to the writing instrument 100 of the modification 1, by forming the groove part 111a in the outer peripheral part of the grip part 111, compared with the grip part 11 of the writing instrument 1 which concerns on embodiment, it is further difficult to slip. Therefore, it can be securely gripped.
[0047]
Note that the configuration of the writing instrument of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated example described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the illustrated example, the grip portion is provided on one of the shaft cylinders, but the grip portion may be provided on both end portions to be divided.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the writing instrument according to claims 1 to 5 of the present invention, it is possible to easily divide and fasten the shaft tube with a simple structure, making the shaft tube difficult to slip and easy to grip. Excellent effect.
Specifically, in a writing instrument that can be refilled with ink to the batting in the housing part and replace the batting by dividing the shaft tube, by providing a grip portion of an elastic body such as rubber, elastomer, etc. on the portion that grips the shaft tube, It is hard to slip and can be easily gripped. Further, the grip portion of the elastic body is provided with the grip portion of the elastic body on the short shaft tube side of the divided shaft tube, that is, on the side where the length is short when the shaft tube is divided, it is difficult to grasp and the force is not easily transmitted to the shaft. Is more effective.
[0050]
Further, the elastic body is integrally formed with the shaft cylinder using the same type of resin at the time of molding the shaft cylinder, thereby integrally forming a molded product on which the thread portion is formed and the grip section. When the shaft cylinder is rotated by hand, since it is a single component, there is no fear of slipping between the shaft cylinder and the grip, and it is difficult to slip and fasten when fastened.
In addition, the elastic body can obtain an effect of adhesive force during integral molding by combining, for example, PP or PE, which is an olefin resin, with a styrene or olefin elastomer. In the case of non-olefin type, adhesive strength can be obtained in styrene type or ester type. Furthermore, the use of an olefin-based elastomer having a cross-linked state of 70% or more as the material of the elastic body provides excellent performance with respect to low compression set, sealability, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance. Indicates.
