Description

The present invention relates to a double container in which an outer container and an inner container disposed inside thereof are joined.

It has a cup-shaped inner container and an outer container made of paper or plastic, accommodates a relatively small inner container in a relatively large outer container, and is integrated with each other at the upper edge of the opening of each container A double container is known (Patent Document 1). In the double container, a storage space is formed below the inner container by the inner container and the outer container, and the storage space is used for storing different types of articles different from the articles stored in the inner container. Then, on the peripheral wall of the outer container, two perforations extending along the circumferential direction are provided to form a strip-shaped cut piece. By pulling up the cut piece and separating it from the outer container, the double container is separated into an upper double container and a lower container. As a result, access such as taking out the dissimilar article stored in the storage space below the inner container is possible while the article is still stored in the inner container.

Moreover, there is Patent Document 2 that discloses a double container similar to the above. In this document, an insole member is fixed in a suspended state inside a cup-shaped outer container to form article storage chambers above and below the insole member, and the side wall portion of the outer container is set laterally. A container in which a round strip-shaped peeling piece or zipper part is formed is disclosed. According to this container, similarly to the container of Patent Document 1, the strip-shaped peeling piece or the zipper part is pulled up and separated so that the article remains in the article storage chamber above the midsole member. Access to the article storage room.

特開平4−201873号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-201873 特開2004−314987号公報JP 2004-314987 A

In the double container of Patent Document 1, the height dimension of the inner container is set to approximately half of the height dimension of the outer container, and the cut piece is provided at a substantially middle position in the height direction of the outer container. Therefore, there exists a possibility that the lower perforation which comprises a cut piece may be located below the lower edge of an inner container. Further, in the container of Patent Document 2, the peeling piece or the zipper part is provided below the lower edge of the midsole member. Therefore, these containers are weakly supported on the back side of easy-opening parts such as cut pieces, peel-off pieces, and zipper parts, and are easily damaged by the external force at the easy-opening part. Therefore, a person with malicious intent may push the easy-open portion to damage the container and lose the commercial value.

Therefore, the present invention is a double container in which an outer container and an inner container disposed inside the outer container are joined, and the outer container is provided with an easy-opening portion, and the container is broken by the external force as a boundary. It aims at providing the double container which can suppress.

Hereinafter, the double container of the present invention will be described. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are appended in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.

The double container according to the present invention is arranged inside the outer container (10) having the trunk part (11) and an easy-opening part (14) extending along the circumferential direction of the trunk part, and the outer container. An inner container (20), wherein the outer container and the inner container form a closed space (15) below the inner container, and the easy-open portion of the outer container is a lower edge of the inner container The outer container and the inner container are joined so as to be positioned above (24) , the outer container and the inner container are partially joined at a position biased to the upper end side, and the inner container A pattern (D) that can be distinguished from the upper and lower sides is printed upside down on the inner container, thereby solving the above-described problems.

According to this double container, since the outer container can be separated up and down by the easy-opening portion, it is possible to access such as taking out the article stored in the closed space below the inner container while the article is stored in the inner container. . Moreover, the easy-opening part provided in the outer container is located above the lower edge of the inner container, and the inner container is present on the back side of the easy-opening part. Therefore, even if the easy-opening part is pushed into a malicious person, the back side of the easy-opening part is supported by the inner container, and the breakage of the container with the easy-opening part as a boundary is suppressed. Further, since the outer container and the inner container are partially joined at a position biased toward the upper end side, the entire surface of the inner container body is adhered to the inner side of the outer container body corresponding to the other party of the joining. It is not something. Therefore, it is easier to remove from the inner container the upper part of the outer container that is separated from the upper and lower sides with the easy-opening portion as a boundary, as compared with an aspect in which the entire surface of the inner container is joined to the outer container. Therefore, it becomes easy to reuse the inner container from which the upper portion of the outer container is removed. Various modes can be assumed as the mode of reuse of the inner container. For example, the inner container is placed upside down, and the inner container can be reused as an ornamental decoration base for placing an article, such as a prize, stored in the closed space on the bottom of the inner container. When considering that the inner container is reused in such a manner, the inner container of the double container of the present invention is configured by, for example, letters, figures, symbols, etc., or a combination thereof, and the upper and lower can be distinguished. Since a simple pattern is printed upside down with respect to the inner container, the design effect as a decoration stand can be enhanced. Since the pattern is hidden by the body of the outer container, there is no inconvenience in appearance even if the pattern is printed upside down.

In the double container according to the present invention, each of the outer container and the inner container is configured to have a lateral width extending in a direction from the bottom toward the upper end, and the extent of the lateral width in the direction of the inner container is the outer container. The outer container and the inner container may each be configured to be larger than the breadth of the width in the direction of the container. According to this aspect, it becomes easy to fit the inner container inside the outer container, and when the outer container and the inner container are joined by the adhesive, it is possible to suppress the problem that the adhesive adheres to other than the joining portion.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the outer container and the inner container are joined so that the easy opening portion provided in the outer container is located above the lower edge of the inner container, The breakage of the container at the boundary can be suppressed. Further, since the outer container and the inner container are partially joined at a position biased toward the upper end side, the entire surface of the inner container body is adhered to the inner side of the outer container body corresponding to the other party of the joining. Therefore, it is easier to remove the upper part of the outer container separated from the upper and lower parts from the inner container with the easy-opening portion as a boundary compared to the case where the entire inner container is joined to the outer container. For this reason, it can be reused, for example, as a decoration table used by placing the inner container upside down. Since the inner container is printed with an upside-down pattern that can be distinguished from the upper and lower sides, the design effect as a decorative table can be enhanced.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of the double container of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the double container, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. . As shown in these drawings, the double container 1 has an outer container 10 and an inner container 20 disposed inside the outer container 10, and these containers are joined to each other. Each of the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 is a cup-shaped paper container that is obtained by rolling a flat paper of a predetermined shape and assembling into an inverted truncated cone shape. That is, each of the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 has a shape in which the lateral width widens in the direction from the bottom toward the upper end. And the breadth of the width of the inner container 20 in the same direction is configured to be larger than the breadth of the width of the outer container.

The outer container 10 has a trunk portion 11 and a circular bottom portion 12 provided at the lower end of the trunk portion 11, and a flange portion 13 is formed at the upper end of the trunk portion 11. The flange portion 13 is formed by rounding the upper end of the body portion 11 outward. In addition, it can also be set as the form which abbreviate | omitted the flange part 13. FIG. On the other hand, the inner container 20 has a barrel portion 21 and a circular bottom portion 22 provided at the lower end of the barrel portion 21, and the flange portion 23 is provided at the upper end of the barrel portion 21, similarly to the outer container 10. It has been. The configuration of the flange portion 23 is the same as that of the flange portion 13 of the outer container. On the upper surface of the flange portion 23 of the inner container 20, a lid portion 30 formed by laminating an aluminum sheet and paper is attached with a strength capable of being opened. Thereby, the accommodation space 25 of the inner container 20 is sealed. The dimension of the outer container 10 in the height direction is larger than the dimension of the inner container 20 in the height direction. Therefore, by arranging the inner container 20 to be fitted inside the outer container 10 and joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 to each other, an accommodation space 15 as a closed space is formed below the inner container 20. The

The two storage spaces 15 and 25 formed in the double container 1 can each store predetermined articles. There are no particular restrictions on the articles accommodated in the two accommodating spaces 15 and 25, but articles different from each other may be accommodated in these. For example, food F such as confectionery may be stored in the storage space 25, and prizes P that are non-food such as figures, models, and accessories may be stored in the storage space 15 (see FIG. 4). Different types of different foods may be stored in the two storage spaces 15 and 25.

The outer container 10 is provided with a belt-like zipper portion 14 as an easy-opening portion that extends along the circumferential direction of the body portion 11. The zipper part 14 is formed so as to go around the trunk part. As shown in FIG. 1, the zipper part 14 is formed by forming a plurality of discontinuous cuts 14 a that are respectively arranged in the vertical direction, and the part where the zipper part 14 is provided is more than the other part of the body part 11. The strength is weakened. As shown in FIG. 3, a grip portion 14 b is provided at one end of the zipper portion 14 so that the user can grip it. By pulling the knob 14b in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 3 while the user picks it, the body 11 of the outer container 10 is separated into upper and lower parts and accommodated in the accommodation space 15 as shown in FIG. The prize P can be taken out. In this case, the lid 30 that seals the accommodation space 25 may remain closed. That is, the storage space 25 formed below the inner container 20 can be opened in a state where the food F as an article is stored in the storage space 25 of the inner container 20.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the double container 1, the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are arranged such that the zipper part 14 is located above the lower edge 24 that continues around the bottom 22 of the inner container 20. Are joined. For this reason, even if the zipper part 14 is pushed in, the inner container 20 is located on the back side of the zipper part 14, and the zipper part 14 is supported by the inner container 20. Therefore, breakage of the container with the zipper portion 14 as a boundary is suppressed. In particular, when the prize P is accommodated in the accommodation space 15 opened by the zipper part 14, there is a tendency to increase the mischief of destroying the zipper part 14 for the purpose of confirming the contents of the prize P or illegal removal. . The double container 1 is an effective measure in such a case.

FIG. 5 shows a part of the side surface of the double container 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the body portion 11 of the outer container 10 has an adhesive margin portion 26 extending in the vertical direction. As described above, the body portion 11 of the outer container is configured by joining both ends of a planar paper material processed into a predetermined shape in a state where the both ends are overlapped at the position of the adhesive margin portion 26. The knob portion 14 b of the zipper portion 14 is provided at the position of the adhesive margin portion 26. Of the margin portion 26, the area AR1 in which the knob portion 14b is provided has a lower bonding strength than the other area AR2. For this reason, it becomes easy to peel the knob | pick part 14b, and the operativity of the zipper part 14 improves.

Various methods can be adopted as a method of weakening the bonding strength in the region AR1 as compared with the other regions AR2. For example, when heat sealing is used as a bonding method, a bonding inhibitor such as an anti-heat sealing agent is applied to the back side of the knob portion 14b, and the heat seal bar extending in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive margin portion 26 thereon. By performing thermocompression bonding while heating with a heating element such as the above, the bonding strength of the area AR1 can be weaker than that of the other area AR2. Further, as a method of not applying the bonding inhibitor, the heating of the area AR1 is weakened by cutting away the part corresponding to the area AR1 of the heating element such as a heat seal bar and thermocompression bonding with the heating element configured in this way. Thus, the bonding strength of the area AR1 can be weaker than that of the other area AR2. In the method of joining by blowing hot air, the bonding strength of the area AR1 can be weaker than that of the other area AR2 by selectively blowing the hot air to the area AR2 except for the area AR1.

(Container joining method)
Next, a method for joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 of the double container 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment of a method for joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20. As shown in FIG. 6, in the first embodiment, the flange portion 13 of the outer container 10 and the flange portion 23 of the inner container 20 are joined to each other with the adhesive layer 3 interposed. The adhesive layer 3 may be an appropriate one, and may be made of various adhesives such as a hot melt type and an emulsion type. The adhesive may be applied to either the flange portion 13 or the flange portion 23, or both.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing a second embodiment of the joining method. In the second embodiment, the adhesive 4 is applied along the circumferential direction of the body 11 at a position inside the body 11 of the outer container 10 and biased toward the upper end, and then the inner container 20 is attached to the adhesive 4. The outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are bonded to each other by being arranged so as to be fitted inside the outer container 10 to which is applied. According to this embodiment, even when the body portion 21 of the inner container 20 and the adhesive 4 come into contact before the inner container 20 is fitted into the outer container 10, the adhesive 4 is placed inside the body portion 11 of the outer container 10. Since it only flows, it is possible to avoid problems in appearance such as the adhesive 4 being rubbed by the outer container 10 and protruding outside. In particular, when a hot-melt adhesive is used as the adhesive 4, the thickness of the applied adhesive tends to be thick, so the adhesive 4 and the inner container 20 can be removed before the inner container 20 is fitted into the outer container 10. The opportunity for the body part 21 to contact increases. Therefore, it is effective to adopt this embodiment as a joining method for joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 together. As described above, the flange portion 13 of the outer container 10 may be omitted. In such a case, if an adhesive is applied to the outer side of the body portion 21 of the inner container 20, the upper edge of the outer container 10 is used. This makes it easier to spread the adhesive. Therefore, when the double container 1 is configured by omitting the flange portion 13, it is particularly effective to adopt this embodiment.

FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing a third embodiment of the joining method. As shown in FIG. 8, in the third embodiment, contrary to the case of the second embodiment, the adhesive 4 is placed on the outer side of the body portion 21 of the inner container 20 and at a position biased toward the upper end side. The inner container 20 coated with the adhesive 4 is then placed so as to be fitted inside the outer container 10, and the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are bonded to each other. . In this form, the adhesive 4 is applied to the outside of the body portion 21 of the inner container 20, and the adhesive 4 is not applied to the inside of the outer container 10. Therefore, there is no possibility that articles such as prizes P to be stored in the storage space 25 formed below the inner container 20 before the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are joined are contaminated with the adhesive 4.

In addition, when joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20, you may join these in what kind of direction. For example, in the first embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the outer container 10 is placed on a placing means such as a belt conveyor or a work table in the direction shown in the figure, and then the inner container 20 is stacked from the upper side of the outer container 10. These may be joined together, or the inner container 20 is placed on the placing means in the direction opposite to the illustrated direction, and the outer container 10 is then covered from the upper side of the inner container 20 in the opposite direction. These may be joined together. In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 7 as well, the inner container 20 is placed on the placing means in the direction opposite to the illustrated direction, and then the outer container 10 coated with the adhesive 4 is turned upside down. You may join these so that it may cover from the upper side of the inner container 20 in the state of orientation. Further, in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8 as well, the inner container 20 coated with the adhesive 4 is placed on the placing means in the upside down direction from the illustrated direction, and then the outer container 10 is turned upside down. In this state, these may be joined so as to cover the upper side of the inner container 20. Furthermore, the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 may be joined in a state in which the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are oriented in the horizontal direction, or the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 may be joined in an oblique state with respect to the horizontal direction. Also good.

In each form regarding the above joining method, the application of the adhesive for joining the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 is performed in the circumferential direction on the flange parts 13 and 23, the inside of the body part 11, or the outside of the body part 21. You may carry out continuously so that it may make a round, and you may carry out discretely in the circumferential direction. When the adhesive is applied discretely, the adhesive is preferably applied at two or more locations, and each of the two or more adhesive locations is preferably dispersed in the circumferential direction on average. For example, when the number of bonding locations is two, the interval between the bonding locations is 180 ° with respect to the center line of the double container 1, and when the number of bonding locations is three, the interval between the bonding locations is determined based on the center line. It is good also as 120 degrees.

(Reuse of containers)
As described above, in all of the forms shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the entire surface of the body portion 21 of the inner container 20 is not bonded to the inside of the body portion of the outer container 10 corresponding to the mating counterpart. That is, the double container 1 is partially joined at a position where the outer container 20 and the inner container 10 are biased toward the upper end side. Therefore, when the outer container 10 is separated up and down by separating the zipper part 14 as shown in FIG. 4, it is possible to remove the upper part of the separated outer container 10 from the inner container 20. This is easier than a form joined to the outer container 10. Therefore, it becomes easy to reuse the inner container 20 from which the upper portion is removed.

For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a decorative table 300 for gift decoration capable of placing the inner container 20 upside down and placing the prize P stored in the storage space 25. Can be reused as In this case, it is assumed that the decorative table 300 is reused, and a pattern D that is composed of characters, graphics, symbols, or the like, or a combination thereof, and is distinguishable upside down is upside down with respect to the inner container 20. It may be printed on. Since the pattern D is hidden by the outer container 10 when the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are joined to form the double container 1, there is no inconvenience in appearance even if printed upside down. .

When it is assumed that the inner container 20 is reused as the decoration table 300 for the prize P, means for engaging the prize P with the decoration table 300 may be provided as shown in FIGS. . FIG. 10 is a bottom view showing the bottom surface of the inner container 20, and FIG. 11 is an explanatory view showing how the prize P is attached to the bottom 22 of the inner container 20. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the breakable portions 301 and 301 are formed on the bottom 22 of the inner container 20, while the engaging piece 302 is positioned at a position corresponding to the breakable portions 301 and 301 as shown in FIG. 11. , 302 may be provided on the lower surface of the prize P. According to this, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), the prize P is attached to the bottom 22 so as to push the breakable easy portion 301 with the engagement piece 302, so that the engagement piece of the prize P can be obtained. 302 meshes with the bottom 22. Thereby, the prize P can be installed on the decoration table 300 without easily coming off the decoration table 300. Note that the breakable part 301 may be realized by a strength reducing means such as a perforation.

(Containment method of goods)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 12 to 14, a method for housing articles in the housing spaces 15 and 25 will be described. In the following description, food F is stored in the storage space 25, and prize P is stored in the storage space 15. FIG. 12 is an explanatory view showing a first form of the accommodation method. In this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 12A, an outer container 10 is prepared, and a prize P is put in the outer container 10. Next, as shown in FIG. 12B, the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are arranged so that the inner container 20 is fitted inside the outer container 10 with the prize P being put in the outer container 10. And join. For example, any of the forms shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 may be used as the bonding method. Next, as shown in FIG. 12C, the food F is stored in the storage space 25 of the inner container 20 in a state where the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are joined, and then the lid portion 30 is moved to the inner container 20. The housing space 25 is sealed by sticking to the flange portion 23. As described above, a product in which different kinds of articles are accommodated in separate spaces of the double container 1 is completed. This form is suitable when each process of accommodation of the prize P, accommodation of the food F, and joining of the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 is performed in the same place (factory or the like).

FIG. 13 is an explanatory view showing a second embodiment of the accommodation method. In this form, first, as shown in FIG. 13A, after the food F is stored in the inner container 20, it is sealed with the lid portion 30, thereby obtaining the inner container 20 filled with the food F. Next, as shown in FIG. 13B, the prize P is put in the outer container 10. Next, as shown in FIG. 13C, the inner container 20 obtained in FIG. 13A and the outer container 10 containing the prize P in FIG. 13B are joined. For example, any of the forms shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 may be used as the joining method. As described above, a product in which different kinds of articles are accommodated in separate spaces of the double container 1 is completed. Since the food F is sealed in the inner container 20 obtained in FIG. 13A, the inner container 20 is relatively free to transport. Therefore, this form is suitable when the food F is stored in a place different from the place where the prize P is stored and the containers are joined.

FIG. 14 is an explanatory view showing a third form of the article accommodation method. In this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 14A, the inner container 20 is installed upside down, and the prize P is placed on the bottom 22 in this state. Next, as shown in FIG. 14B, the outer container 10 is placed upside down on the inner container 20 on which the prize P is placed, and then the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are joined. For example, any of the forms shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 may be used as the joining method. Note that the inner container 20 prepared in the step of FIG. 14A may be a container in which the food F is stored and sealed, or may be empty. When the inner container 20 in which the food F is accommodated and sealed in the step of FIG. 14A is used, different kinds of articles are placed in separate accommodation spaces of the double container 1 by the step of FIG. The contained product is completed. On the other hand, when the empty inner container 20 is used in the process of FIG. 14A, it is necessary to perform the same process as in FIG. 12C after the process of FIG. That is, after the step of FIG. 14B, the double container 1 in which the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are joined to each other is turned upside down and returned to the normal direction, and the food F is placed in the accommodation space 25 of the inner container 20. After that, the lid portion 30 is attached to the flange portion 23 of the inner container 20 and sealed. Thereby, a product in which different kinds of articles are accommodated in separate accommodation spaces of the double container 1 is completed. According to this form, compared with the form which puts prize P in the bottom of outer container 10, installation of prize P can be realized correctly and easily. Therefore, this form is suitable when there is a restriction in handling such as the direction in which the prize P is accommodated.

As mentioned above, although preferable embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to the above form, You may implement | achieve in various forms. For example, the material and shape of the outer container and the inner container are not particularly limited. Therefore, these containers may be made of a material other than paper, for example, a resin material such as plastic. In addition, these containers are not composed only of paper, but may be composed of a laminated material in which a different material such as a plastic film or a metal film is pasted on the surface of the paper. You may comprise what impregnated the chemical substance and provided water resistance and oil resistance. In addition, the outer container and the inner container may not be formed of the same material, and the materials may be different from each other. These containers are not limited to circular cross sections, but may be rectangular. Moreover, these containers do not have a shape in which the lateral width of the body portion widens in the direction from the bottom portion toward the upper end like the inverted truncated cone shape described above, and the lateral width of the body portion may be constant in the same direction. Moreover, the breadth of the inner container body may be the same as the outer container. When the inner container and the outer container are configured so that the breadth of the inner container in the same direction is larger than the breadth of the outer container, as in the above embodiment, It is easy to fit the inner container, and there is an advantage that it is possible to suppress the problem that the adhesive adheres to other than the joining portion when the outer container and the inner container are joined by the adhesive.

The easy-opening portion of the present invention may be realized by various known means in addition to the zipper portion 14 described above. For example, the easy-opening portion may be realized by perforations in which discontinuous cuts are formed in a line along the circumferential direction of the body portion of the outer container. In this case, by twisting the lower part of the outer container, the outer container can be separated vertically from the perforation. In addition, the easy-opening portion can be realized by so-called half-cutting in which the body portion is not cut completely by cutting and is cut in the middle. In this case, two rows of half cuts may be provided in the vertical direction to form a band, or one half cut may be provided in the same direction.

In the above embodiment, a double container in which an inner container and an outer container are combined is illustrated. However, as long as the technical idea of the present invention is realized, for example, a container is further arranged inside the inner container. The form in which more containers are stacked is not excluded from the technical scope of the present invention.
