Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door in which a shoji is slidably mounted on a frame body such as a sliding door or a single sliding door.

For sliding doors that have sliding paper slidingly attached to the frame, attach a shoji stopper to the frame, and when the shoji is opened, the shoji contacts the shoji stopper to regulate the maximum opening position, and the shoji does not touch the frame. I am doing so.
For example, in the sliding door disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the shoji stopper is attached to the lower frame of the frame and the shoji is slid in the opening direction, the position of the shoji is opened by the shoji of the shoji being in contact with the shoji stopper. The crescent attached to the summoning bowl does not come into contact with the vertical frame of the frame.

In the above-mentioned conventional sliding door, when the summoning slider slides in the opening direction, when the summoning butt abuts against the shoji stopper, an impact is applied to the abutting part of the summoning sword and the summoning heel is deformed. There is.
In particular, in a sliding door using a large sliding door mounted on a terrace or a shoji equipped with double glass, the shoji is heavy and the summon basket is easily deformed.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding door that prevents the summoning bowl from being deformed when the shoji's summoning bowl comes into contact with the shoji stopper.

The present invention attaches the shoji to the frame so that it can slide freely between the closed position and the open position, and when the shoji is in the open position, the summoning hook contacts the shoji stopper attached to the frame,
A sliding piece is provided between the outer prospective plate facing the shoji stopper in the summoning bowl and the inner prospective plate spaced apart from the outer prospective plate in the in-plane direction. And in contact with each,
The sliding door is characterized in that a reinforcing metal part is attached to the sliding piece so that an impact applied to the outer prospective plate is transmitted to the inner prospective plate via the reinforcing metal part.

In the present invention, the upper and lower middle portions of the reinforcing metal parts can be arranged such that the upper ends of the surfaces of the shoji stoppers that come into contact with the summoning rod are opposed to each other.
In this way, the shock when the summoning bowl comes into contact with the shoji stopper is reliably transmitted to the inner prospective board of the summoning bowl through the reinforcing metal parts, so that the deformation of the outer prospecting board of the summoning bowl is ensured. Can be suppressed.

In the present invention, the sliding piece has a one-side prospective plate in contact with the outer prospective plate of the summon bowl and an other-side prospective board in contact with the inner prospective plate of the summon bowl. Install the reinforced metal parts so that they touch the plate,
The reinforcing metal part faces the portion of the outside expectation plate of the summoning bowl that contacts the shoji stopper.
In this way, the impact when the summons come into contact with the shoji stopper is the prospective outer plate of the summoner, the one-sided prospective plate of the sliding piece, the reinforcing metal part, the other-sided prospective plate of the sliding piece. Therefore, it is reliably transmitted to the inner prospective plate of the summon bowl through the outer peripheral board, so that the outer prospective board of the summon basket can be reliably prevented from being deformed.

In the present invention, a protrusion can be provided at a portion where the reinforcing metal part contacts the other prospective plate on the other side of the sliding piece, and this protrusion can be brought into contact with the inner prospective plate of the summon bowl.
If it does in this way, in order to make it easy to insert a sliding piece into a summoning bowl, the one-side prospective board of a sliding piece rather than the space | interval of the in-plane direction of the outer prospecting board and an inner prospecting board of a summoning bowl Even if the distance in the in-plane direction with the other side prospective plate is slightly smaller, the part of the sliding piece on the other side prospective plate that is in contact with the reinforcing metal part is securely attached to the inner prospective plate of the summoning bowl through the projection. Can touch.

According to the present invention, when the outer prospective plate of the shoji summon heel is in contact with the shoji stopper, the impact applied to the outer prospective plate is expected to be the inner expectation of the summit cage through the reinforcing metal part attached to the sliding piece. Since it is transmitted to the board, it is possible to suppress the outer prospective board of the summon bowl from being deformed by an impact.
Therefore, when the shoji summons come into contact with the shoji stopper, the summons are hardly deformed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shoji 2 is slidably mounted on the frame 1 over a closed position indicated by a solid line and an open position indicated by an imaginary line to form a sliding door.
In the frame 1, an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, one vertical frame 12, and the other vertical frame 13 are connected in a rectangular shape.
The shoji 2 has a summing bowl 20, a door toe 21, an upper bowl 22 and a lower bowl 23 connected in a rectangular shape, and a panel 24 is mounted inside.
When the door toe 21 abuts one vertical frame 12, the shoji 2 is in the closed position, and the summing rod 20 is attached to the shoji stopper 30 attached to the frame 1, for example, the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11, respectively. The shoji 2 is in the open position by contacting the upper and lower shoji stoppers 30.

In this embodiment, a panel 14 is mounted near the other vertical frame 13 near the outdoor side of the frame 1 to form a fitting part 3, and the shoji 2 is slidably mounted toward the indoor side of the frame 1. It has been used as a single-sleeve single-sliding door.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and sliding doors may be slidably mounted on the frame 1 near the indoor side and the outdoor side so as to be slidable.
Moreover, it is good also as a both-sleeve single sliding door which attached the shoji 2 to the both right and left sides of the above-mentioned fitting killing part 3. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the direction toward the indoor side and the outdoor side is defined as an out-of-plane direction (expected direction), and the direction toward the left-right direction is defined as an in-plane direction (finding direction).
When the shoji 2 is in the closed position shown in FIG. 2, the in-plane direction outer side portion 21 a of the door toe 21 comes into contact with the door contact portion 12 a of one vertical frame 12.
When the shoji 2 slides in the in-plane direction from the closed position shown in FIG. 2 toward the other vertical frame 13, the in-plane direction outer side portion 20a of the summoning bowl 20 abuts on the shoji stopper 30 and the open position. Become. The in-plane direction outer portion 20a is a portion facing the other vertical frame 13 on the opposite side in the in-plane direction from the portion where the panel 24 is mounted.

In the in-plane direction, the summoning bowl 20 has an outer prospect plate 40 facing the out-of-plane direction outside the in-plane direction facing the shoji stopper 30 and an inner prospect plate 41 facing the out-of-plane direction inside the in-plane direction. And a portion integrally connected by a connecting plate 42 directed in the in-plane direction.

When the shoji 2 is in the open position, the outer prospective plate 40 abuts against the shoji stopper 30 and an impact is applied. That is, the outer prospective plate 40 is the in-plane direction outer side portion 20a.
The impact described above is transmitted to the inner prospective plate 41 via the connecting plate 42. However, the position where the impact acts and the connecting plate 42 are displaced in the out-of-plane direction, and the strength of the connecting plate 42 is not sufficient. Therefore, the outer prospective plate 40 of the summoning bowl 20 may be deformed by the above-described impact.

Therefore, the present invention attaches the sliding piece 50 between the outer prospective plate 40 and the inner prospective plate 41 in the aforementioned summoning bowl 20, and attaches the reinforcing metal component 60 to the sliding piece 50. The impact applied to the outer prospective plate 40 is transmitted to the inner prospective plate 41 via the connecting plate 42, the sliding piece 50 and the reinforcing metal part 60, so that the deformation of the outer prospective plate 40 can be suppressed.

In short, according to the present invention, a sliding piece to be attached to a normal shoji summon is attached between an outer prospect plate 40 of the summing stick 20 facing the shoji stopper 30 and an inner prospect plate 41 of the summing stick 20. If the impact applied to the outer prospective plate 40 is merely transmitted to the inner prospective plate 41 through the sliding piece 50, the sliding piece 50 is made of resin and has a shape having a hollow portion and the like instead of being solid. Therefore, the sliding piece 50 itself may be deformed by the impact applied to the outer prospective plate 40 as described above, and the outer prospective plate 40 may be deformed. Therefore, the reinforcing metal part 60 is attached to the sliding piece 50. The reinforcing metal component 60 makes it difficult for the sliding piece 50 to be deformed.

As described above, the reinforcing metal part 60 is separated from the connecting plate 42 in the out-of-plane direction, and the portion of the outside prospecting plate 40 of the summoning bowl 20 facing the reinforcing metal part 60 is in contact with the shoji stopper 30. It is preferable to make it.
If it does in this way, the reinforcement metal component 60 can be made into the thin plate-shaped body with a small dimension of an out-of-plane direction.

In FIG. 2, the left and right vertical edge portions of the panel 14 of the fitting killing portion 3 are supported by the auxiliary one side vertical frame 15 attached to the outside of the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11, and the other left and right vertical edges are supported. The edge is supported by the auxiliary vertical frame member 16 and the pressing edge 17 (that is, the auxiliary other side vertical frame) attached to the other vertical frame 13.
A roll type screen door 18 is attached to the outside of the left and right vertical frames 12.

Next, the specific shape of each part is demonstrated based on FIGS.
The summoning bowl 20 has an outer prospective plate 40 and an inner prospective plate 41 connected by two connecting plates 42 and 42 facing each other in the out-of-plane direction, and has a hollow portion 20b and an inwardly recessed portion 20c for panel mounting. is doing.
The connecting plate 42 on the indoor side in the out-of-plane direction is integrally provided with a U-shaped indoor vertical plate 43 as the indoor reinforcing portion 20d.
The outer-side connecting plate 42 in the out-of-plane direction protrudes more inward in the in-plane direction than the inner prospective plate 41 to form the inward recessed portion 20c. The inner plate 42 b on the inner side in the direction is connected by a heat insulating material 44.
That is, the summon bowl 20 is a heat insulating shape using an extruded aluminum member having a hollow portion 20b with an outer prospecting plate 40, an inner prospecting plate 41, and a plurality of connecting plates 42. It has a portion 20d.

The shoji stopper 30 is fixedly attached to the upper surface 11a of the lower frame 11 with screws or the like.
The lower frame 11 includes a lower guide rail 11 b, and the lower guide rail 11 b continues to the shoji stopper 30.
The sliding piece 50 includes a horizontal plate 51 in contact with a longitudinal end surface 20e of a portion (the outer prospective plate 40, the inner prospective plate 41, and the two connecting plates 42) forming the hollow portion 20b of the summoning bowl 20. A mounting portion 52 provided on the horizontal plate 51 and fitted in the hollow portion 20b of the summoning bowl 20 and a slide guide portion 53 provided on the horizontal plate 51 and sliding along the guide rail 11b of the lower frame 11 are provided. And fixedly attached with screws 54.

The mounting portion 52 includes a one-side prospecting plate 55 that contacts the inner surface of the outer prospective plate 40 in an out-of-plane direction, an other-side prospective plate 56 that contacts an inner surface of the inner prospective plate 41, and two connecting plates 42. In addition to the two locating plates 57 in the in-plane direction in contact with the inner surface, the U-shaped auxiliary plate 58 that fits in the in-plane direction inner plate 42b of one of the connecting plates 42 is provided.
A pair of partition plates 59 facing each other in the out-of-plane direction across the one-side prospective plate 55 and the other-side prospective plate 56 are integrally provided, and the pair of partition plates 59 and the one-side prospective plate 55 A mounting recessed portion 50a is formed with the other side prospective plate 56.
A reinforcing metal part 60 is fixedly attached to the mounting recess 50a by press-fitting or adhesive.

Thus, the impact applied to the outer prospective plate 40 when the summoning bowl 20 abuts against the shoji stopper 30 causes the one-side prospective plate 55 of the sliding piece 50, the reinforcing metal part 60, and the sliding piece 50 to Since it is transmitted to the inner prospecting board 41 of the summoning bowl 20 via the side prospecting board 56, the deformation of the outer prospecting board 40 can be suppressed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upper surface 60 a of the reinforcing metal component 60 is positioned above the upper end of the surface of the shoji stopper 30 that contacts the summoning rod 20, for example, the upper surface 30 a of the shoji stopper 30. The lower surface 60b is located below the upper surface 30a of the shoji stopper 30.
In short, the upper surface 30a of the shoji stopper 30 faces the intermediate portion of the auxiliary metal component 60 in the vertical direction.
Thus, the impact when the summoning rod 20 comes into contact with the shoji stopper 30 is reliably transmitted to the reinforcing metal part 60.
The height (vertical dimension) of the portion of the shoji stopper 30 that contacts the summoning bar 20 is made to be the same as or smaller than the height (vertical dimension) of the reinforcing metal part 60.

A protrusion 56 a is provided at a portion where the mounting recess 50 a is formed on the other side prospective plate 56 of the sliding piece 50, that is, a portion where the reinforcing metal part 60 is attached. It contacts the other side prospective plate 41 (see FIG. 3).
Since it is like this, in order to make it easy to insert the sliding piece 50 into the summoning bowl 20, the sliding piece 50 is larger than the distance in the in-plane direction between the outer prospective plate 40 and the inner prospective plate 41 of the summing bowl 20. Even if the in-plane distance between the one side prospective plate 55 and the other side prospective plate 56 is slightly reduced, the protrusion 56a contacts the other side prospective plate 41. The impact applied to the prospective plate 40 is reliably transmitted to the inner prospective plate 41 via the reinforcing metal part 60.

A through hole 61 is formed in the one side prospective plate 55 of the sliding piece 50, and a nut 62 is provided so as not to rotate opposite to the through hole 61. The sliding piece 50 is fixedly attached to the summing bar 20 by inserting the through hole 61 through the hole 45 formed in the outer prospective plate 40 and screwing it into the nut 62.

A screw cap 70 is attached to the summoning bowl 20 so as to cover the above-described screw 54 and make it invisible.
For example, the screw cap 70 includes a mounting claw 71, and the mounting claw 71 is fitted into a mounting hole 46 formed in the vicinity of the hole 45 in the outer prospective plate 40 of the summoning bowl 20, so that the hole 45 is formed. It is installed to cover.

In this embodiment, since the screw cap 70 abuts against the shoji stopper 30, the portion of the screw cap 70 that abuts against the shoji stopper 30 is reinforced to increase the strength. It is designed not to be deformed or damaged.
For example, the screw cap 70 has a shape in which a rectangular rib 73 is provided along the outer peripheral edge of the surface plate 72, and a reinforcing rib 74 is provided in a portion facing the shoji stopper 30 for reinforcement.

Instead of the mounting recessed portion 50a for mounting the sliding piece 50 described above, a pair of projecting pieces directed in the in-plane direction are provided on the opposing surfaces of the outer prospective plate 55 and the inner prospective plate 56 to form concave portions, respectively. You may attach so that both the in-plane direction both sides of the reinforcement metal component 60 may each be fitted in a recessed part. That is, the shoji stopper 30 and the outer prospective plate 40 of the summoning bowl 20 may be in direct contact with each other or indirectly through another member (for example, a screw cap 70).
Moreover, you may make it contact | abut the outer prospect | inspection board 40 of the summon bowl 20 directly, without using the screw cap 70. FIG.
In the above description, the shoji stopper 30 attached to the lower frame 11 and the sliding piece 50 attached to the lower portion of the summing rod 20 are described. However, the shoji stopper 30 attached to the upper frame 10 and the upper portion of the summing rod 20 are described. The same applies to the sliding piece 50 attached to the.
The reinforcing metal part 60 may be attached only to one of the sliding piece 50 attached to the upper part of the summon bowl 20 and the sliding piece 50 attached to the lower part.
