本発明は、百貨店などの店舗および展示会場などで商品および展示品などの物品を陳列するために用いられる物品陳列ケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
図９は典型的な従来の技術の物品陳列ケース１を示す斜視図であり、図９（１）は物品陳列ケース１の天板５を上方に開いた状態を示し、図９（２）は物品陳列ケース１の天板５を背後へ反転させかつ各側壁４ａ，４ｂを内側へ退避させた状態を示し、図９（３）は物品陳列ケース１の正面壁２および背後壁３を相互に近接させて折畳まれた状態を示す。この物品陳列ケース１は、たとえば特開平９−３９９号公報（特許第３１５６９８９号公報）に示されている。

百貨店および小売店などには、商品を陳列し、商品を陳列しない期間は折畳んで小形化し、倉庫などの所定の収容場所へ収容して保管することができる物品陳列ケース１が用いられている。この物品陳列ケース１は、正面壁２と、背後壁３と、一対の側壁４ａ，４ｂと、天板５と、底壁６とを有し、大略的に中空の直方体状に形成されている。正面壁２、背後壁３、各側壁４ａ，４ｂおよび天板５には、透光性を有する板状体であるガラス板７；８；９ａ，９ｂ；１０が装着され、また正面壁２、背後壁３および各側壁４ａ，４ｂには前記底壁６よりも下方の領域に非透光性の化粧板１１；１２；１３ａ，１３ｂが装着される。

天板５の基端部は背後壁３の上部に丁番などによって展開方向Ａ１および閉鎖方向Ａ２に角変位自在に連結され、この天板５の遊端部が正面壁２の上端部に支持され、内部に大略的に直方体状の物品収容空間１４を形成する。

正面壁２は、物品陳列ケース１を正面側から見て左右一対の縦框１５ａ，１５ｂと、各縦框１５ａ，１５ｂの上端部に直角に連結される上框１６と、各縦框１５ａ，１５ｂの下端部に直角に連結される下框１７と、各縦框１５ａ，１５ｂの両端部間の中間部に直角に連結される中框１８とを有する。各縦框１５ａ，１５ｂ間において、前記上框１６と中框１８との間には前記ガラス板７が装着され、中框１８と下框１７との間には前記化粧板１３が装着される。背後壁３は、物品陳列ケース１を背後側から見て左右一対の縦框１９ａ，１９ｂと、各縦框１９ａ，１９ｂの上端部に直角に連結される上框２０と、各縦框１９ａ，１９ｂの下端部に直角に連結される下框２１と、各縦框１９ａ，１９ｂの両端部間の中間部に直角に連結される中框２２とを有する。各縦框１９ａ，１９ｂ間において、上框２０と中框２２との間には前記ガラス板８が装着され、中框２２と下框２１との間には前記化粧板１２が装着される。

このような背後壁３の中框２２には、前記底壁６の基端部が略水平な物品展示位置と背後壁３に近接してほぼ平行な退避位置とにわたって矢符Ｂ１，Ｂ２方向に角変位自在に設けられる。

正面壁２と背後壁３とは、左右各一対の各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ；２３ｂ，２４ｂによって相互に近接／離反する方向に変位自在に連結される。各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ；２３ｂ，２４ｂは、その長手方向中央部にヒンジ２５ａ，２６ａ；２５ｂ，２６ｂを有し、図９の上下方向である鉛直軸線まわりに角変位自在とし、屈曲自在に構成される。

正面壁２の正面側から見て左側の上端部に配置される連結部材２３ａは、その長手方向一端部がヒンジ２７によって正面壁２の左側の縦框１５ａの上端部に前記鉛直軸線まわりに角変位自在に連結される。またこの連結部材２３ａの長手方向他端部は、背後壁３の背後側から見て右側に配置される縦框１９ｂの上端部にヒンジ２８によって鉛直軸線まわりに角変位自在に連結される。残余の連結部材２４ａ,２３ｂ；２４ｂもまた、上記連結部材２３ａと同様に、各長手方向両端部がヒンジによって縦框１５ｂおよび縦框１９ａ，１９ｂの上端部および下端部にそれぞれ角変位自在に連結される。上下に対を成す各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ間および各連結部材２３ｂ，２４ｂ間には、前記側壁４ａ，４ｂが設けられる。

一方の側壁４ａは、一対の縦枠３０，３１と、各縦枠３０，３１の上端部間に直角に連結される上枠３２と、各縦枠３０，３１の下端部に直角に連結される下枠３３と、各縦枠３０，３１の両端部間の中間部に直角に連結される中桟３４とを有する。各縦枠３０，３１間において、上枠３２と中桟３４との間には前記ガラス板８が装着され、中桟３４と下枠３３との間には前記化粧板１２が装着される。

このような側壁４ａの背後壁３側に配置される一方の縦枠３０は、背後壁３の一方のこのような側壁４ａの背後壁３側に配置される一方の縦枠３０は、背後壁３の一方の縦框１９ｂに矢符Ｃ１，Ｃ２方向に角変位自在に連結される。また、もう一方の側壁４ｂもまた、前記側壁４ａと同様に構成され、背後壁３の竪框１９ａに矢符Ｄ１，Ｄ２方向に角変位自在に連結される。

このように構成される物品陳列ケース１を折畳むにあたっては、先ず、図９（１）に示されるように天板５を矢符Ａ１方向に角変位させて、遊端部が正面壁２の上端部に支持された状態から背後壁３の背後側にほぼ平行に配置された状態に開き、次に図９（２）に示されるように、各側壁４ａ，４ｂを矢符Ｃ１，Ｄ１方向に角変位させて内側に折畳み、背後壁３と内側でほぼ平行に配置する。この状態では、各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ；２３ｂ，２４ｂは一直線状に延びている状態であるため、各ヒンジ２５ａ，２６ａ；２５ｂ，２６ｂが相互に近接する方向に各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ；２３ｂ，２４ｂを内側に押圧して折曲げ、正面壁２および背後壁３が相互に近接する方向に移動させることによって、図９（３）に示されるように物品陳列ケース１を折畳むことができる。なお、この物品陳列ケース１を図９（３）に示される折畳まれた状態から元の略直方体状に復元するには、上記の逆の手順で操作すればよい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の技術では、正面壁２および背後壁３に対して各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ，２３ｂ，２４ｂと各側壁４ａ，４ｂとが個別に設けられるので、物品陳列ケース１を略直方体状に組立てた状態から正面壁２および背後壁３が図９（３）に示されるように近接した状態に折畳むに際して、各側壁４ａ，４ｂを内側に退避させた後、各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ，２３ｂ，２４ｂを内側に折込まなければならず、折畳み位置の操作が煩雑であるという問題がある。またこの従来の技術では、物品陳列ケース１の左右に各連結部材２３ａ，２４ａ，２３ｂ，２４ｂが上下に個別に設けられるので、折畳むに際して、上方に配置される各連結部材２３ａ，２３ｂと下方に配置される各連結部材２４ａ，２４ｂとを個別に内側へ押圧しなければならず、折畳み作業の操作性が悪いという問題がある。

本発明の目的は、折畳み時の操作性を向上することができるようにした物品陳列ケースを提供することである。

請求項１記載の本発明は、板状体が装着される正面壁と、
この正面壁と平行に配置され、正面壁に近接および離反する方向に移動自在に設けられる背後壁と、
各基端部が正面壁および背後壁の上下方向に延びる各両側部に角変位自在にそれぞれ連結される各一対の可動パネルを有する一対の側壁と、
前記近接および離反する方向に隣接する各可動パネルの各遊端部が、相互に角変位自在に連結される一対の中柱と、
前記近接および離反する方向の一側部が前記背後壁の上端部に水平な軸線まわり角変位自在に連結され、前記近接および離反する方向の他側部が正面壁の上端部に支持される天板と、
正面壁に装着される板状体の下端部付近の高さ位置で、正面壁および背後壁間にわたってほぼ水平に配置される展開位置と、正面壁に近接してほぼ平行に配置される退避位置とに移動可能な底壁とを含み、
前記背後壁には、その両側部間にわたって相互に間隔をあけて平行に複数の棚柱が設けられ、各棚柱には、正面壁に向かって突出する棚受け部材が着脱可能に装着され、各棚受け部材には、棚板が支持され、
前記底壁の裏面側には、前記棚受け部材を収納するための収納空間が設けられることを特徴とする物品陳列ケースである。

本発明に従えば、正面壁と平行に配置される背後壁の上端部に天板が角変位自在に連結され、この天板を背後壁の背面側に反転させた状態で、底壁を正面壁にほぼ平行となる退避位置に退避させ、各側壁を構成する各一対の可動パネルを、それらの各遊端部が連結される中柱を相互に近接する方向、すなわち内側に角変位させることによって、正面壁と背後壁とは相対的に移動し、あるいは操作者が補助的に移動させて折畳むことができる。

このように各側壁を一対の可動パネルによって構成し、各可動パネルの遊端部を相互に角変位自在に連結することによって、各可動パネルと上部と下部とはほぼ同一角度で角変位し、円滑に折曲げることができる。これによって正面壁と背後壁とはその左右両側において上部から下部にわたってほぼ同一の間隔で近接し、または離反させることができ、円滑に物品陳列ケースを折畳み、また元の状態に円滑に復元することができ、物品陳列ケースを折畳み、あるいは復元するにあたって、作業性が向上される。

また、上記の折畳み時および復元時の操作性が向上された物品陳列ケースにおいて、複数の棚柱が設けられ、この棚柱に棚受け部材を着脱可能に装着し、各棚受け部材によって棚板を支持するように構成されるので、陳列すべき物品を底壁上に載置できるだけでなく、前記棚板にも載置して展示することが可能であり、多くの物品を陳列することができる。また棚板および各棚受け部材は棚柱に対して着脱可能であるので、上記のように物品陳列ケースを折畳むに際して、棚受け部材から棚板を取外した後、各棚柱から棚受け部材を取外し、手間をかけずに物品陳列ケースを折畳むことができる。
また、取外した棚受け部材は、底壁の収納空間に収納することができるので、物品陳列ケース内に保管することができ、棚受け部材を紛失することが防がれる。

請求項２記載の本発明は、各棚柱のうちの少なくとも１つには、下方に臨んで開放する凹状の棚板押さえ部を有する棚板押さえ部材が棚柱に沿って移動自在に設けられ、この棚板押さえ部材には、この棚板押さえ部材を棚柱に固定しかつその固定状態を解除する固定手段が設けられ、各棚柱の下端部には、上方に開放する凹状の棚板支持部を有する棚板支持部材が設けられることを特徴とする。

各棚柱には、棚板支持部材と棚板押さえ部材とが設けられ、棚板押さえ部材は固定手段によって希望する位置に固定することができるので、上記のように物品陳列ケースを折畳むに際して取外された棚板を棚板支持部材によって支持し、かつ棚板押さえ部材によって押さえた状態を維持することができ、折畳まれた物品陳列ケースを移動しても、内部で取外された前記棚板が転倒し、あるいは落下することが防がれ、棚板の損傷および破損が防がれる。また取外された前記棚板は、前記棚板押さえ部材と棚板支持部材によって正面壁と背後壁と各側壁と天板とによって囲まれた内部空間内に保持しておくことができるので、折畳まれた物品陳列ケースを元の状態に復元した後に、前記固定手段による固定状態を解除して棚板押さえ部材を上方に退避させ、容易に棚板を棚受け部材に取付けることができ、物品陳列ケースが折畳まれた状態から復元するに際して組立作業が容易であり、作業性が向上される。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明の実施の一形態の物品陳列ケース４０を示す断面図であり、図２は図１の切断面線ＩＩ−ＩＩから見た一部の断面図である。本実施の形態の物品陳列ケース４０は、基本的に、正面壁４１と、背後壁４２と、一対の側壁４３ａ，４３ｂと、天板４４と、底壁４５とを含む。

正面壁４１は、図１の紙面に垂直方向である左右方向両側に相互に平行に配置される一対の縦框４６，４７と、各縦框４６，４７の各上端部に直角に連結される上框４８と、各縦框４６，４７の各下端部に直角に連結される下框４９と、各縦框４６，４７の両端部間の中間部に直角に連結される中框５０と、各縦框４６，４７間において、上框４８と中框５０との間に装着される透光性を有する板状体である２枚のガラス板５１と、各縦框４６，４７間において中框５０と下框４９との間に装着される非透光性の化粧板５２とを含む。

また前記背後壁４２は、左右一対の縦框５３，５４と、各縦框５３，５４の上端部に相互に直角に連結される上框５５と、各縦框５３，５４の下端部に相互に直角に連結される下框５６と、各縦框５３，５４の両端部間の中間部に直角に連結される中框５７と、各縦框５３，５４間において上框５５と中框５７との間に装着される２枚のガラス板５８と、各縦框５３，５４間において中框５７と下框５６との間に装着される非透光性の化粧板５９とを含む。

上記の正面壁４１および背後壁４２において、各縦框４６，４７；５３，５４は相互に平行であり、水平な床面６０に対して垂直に配置される。また各上框４８，５５、各下框４９，５６および各中框５０，５７は相互に平行でありかつ略水平に配置される。これらの縦框４６，４７；５３，５４、各上框４８，５５、各下框４９，５６および各中框５０，５７は、アルミニウム合金から成る押出し形材によって実現される。また各化粧板５２，５９は、化粧合板によって実現される。背後壁４２の化粧板５９には、商用交流電源が導かれるコンセント６１が設けられる。さらに各下框４９，５６の図１の紙面に垂直な長手方向両端部付近には、取付け板６２がビスによって固定され、各取付け板６２には鉛直軸線まわりに回転自在なキャスタ６３がそれぞれ設けられる。これらのキャスタ６３によって、物品陳列ケース４０は床面６０上を希望する方向に円滑にかつ容易に移動させることができる。

前記天板４４は、背後壁４２の上端部に配置される一端部側枠部材６５と、正面壁４１の上端部に支持される遊端部側枠部材６６と、各枠部材６５，６６の図１の紙面に垂直な長手方向両端部にそれぞれ直角に連結される一対の側部側枠部材６７，６８と、各枠部材６５〜６８によって周縁部が保持されるガラス板７１とを有する。各枠部材６５〜６８は、アルミニウム合金から成る押出し形材によって実現される。各側部側枠部材６７，６８の相互に対向する内面にはフック片６９が固定され、このフック片６９には各側壁４３ａ，４３ｂに設けられる係止具７０が係合して、天板４４の開放が阻止され、展示物に対する盗難防止が図られている。

前記底壁４５は、正面側枠材７３と、背後側枠材７４と、各枠材７３，７４の長手方向両端部に直角に連結される一対の側壁側枠材７５，７６と、中間補強枠材７７と、各枠材７３〜７７によって保持される平坦状の底板７８と、各側部側枠材７５，７６の正面壁４１寄りの各一端部に固定され、各側部側枠材７５，７６に垂直な軸線方向両側、すなわち図１の紙面に対して奥行き方向および手前方向にそれぞれ突出するピン７９とを含む。

各ピン７９は、正面壁４１の各縦框４６，４７に内側から中框５０付近で回動自在に嵌まり込み、底壁４５を各ピン７９の軸線まわりに矢符Ｅ１，Ｅ２方向に角変位自在に支持している。また底壁４５の背後壁４２側の他端部は、背後壁４２の中框５７の内面にたとえば溶接によって固定される底壁受け金具８０によって支持され、矢符Ｅ２方向の角変位が阻止されている。

前記底壁４５は、上記のように構成されるので、正面壁４１および背後壁４２を相対的に近接する方向に移動させて物品陳列ケース４０を折畳むにあたって、把取８１を把持して予め矢符Ｅ１方向に角変位し、正面壁４１と平行な退避位置へ退避させておくことができる。また、底壁４５の裏面側には、後述の棚受け部材１０２を収納するための収納空間１４５が設けられている。

図３は、図１の切断面線ＩＩＩ−ＩＩＩから見た一部の断面図である。図１をも参照して、前記一方の側壁４３ａは、各基端部が正面壁４１および背後壁４２の上下方向に延びる各両側部である各縦框４６，５３に、ヒンジ８１，８２によって角変位自在にそれぞれ連結される一対の可動パネル８３，８４を有する。各可動パネル８３，８４の各遊端部は、ヒンジ８５，８６を介して中柱８７に相互に角変位自在に連結される。

一方の可動パネル８３は、基端側縦枠部材１１０、遊端側縦枠部材１１１、上枠部材１１２、中棧１１３、下枠部材１１４、透光性を有する板状体であるガラス板１１５および非透光性の化粧板１１６を含む。各縦枠部材１１０,１１１は、図３の紙面に垂直に延び、相互に平行に配置される。これらの縦枠部材１１０,１１１の各上端部には、前記上枠部材１１２が直角に連結される。また各縦枠部材１１０,１１１の各下端部には、前記下枠部材１１４が直角に連結される。各縦枠部材１１０，１１２間において、上枠部材１１２と中棧１１３との間には、ガラス板１１５が装着され、中棧１１３と下枠部材１１４との間には化粧板１１６が装着される。

他方の可動パネル８４は、図３の左方から見て、上記一方の可動パネル８３と左右対称に構成される。また他方の側壁４３ｂは、図３の紙面に垂直手前側から見た平面視において、上記一方の側壁４３ａと左右対称に構成される。

前記背後壁４２の上框５５および下框５６間には、図３の左右方向である幅方向、すなわち上框５５および下框５６の長手方向に間隔をあけて複数（本実施の形態では３）の棚柱９０が設けられる。図２をも参照して、各棚柱９０のうちの少なくとも１つである中央の棚柱９０には、下方に臨んで開放する凹状の棚板押さえ部９１を有する棚板押さえ部材９２が、棚柱９０に沿って上下に移動自在に設けられる。この棚板押さえ部材９２には、この棚板押さえ部材９２を棚柱９０に固定し、かつその固定状態を解除する固定手段であるねじ部材９３が設けられる。また各棚柱９０のうちの両側に配置される各棚柱９０の下端部には、上方に臨んで開放する凹状の棚板支持部９４を有する棚板支持部材９５が設けられる。

図４は、棚板押さえ部材９２およびねじ部材９３の具体的構成を示す拡大断面図であり、図１の切断面線ＩＶ−ＩＶから見た断面を示す。前記棚板押さえ部材９２は、棚柱９０に挿通する挿通孔９６と、この挿通孔９６よりも図４の上下方向である長辺方向一端部寄りに、図４の下方から見て略Ｕ字状に形成され、パッキン９７が嵌着される取付け溝９８と、ナット９９がその回転を阻止された状態で装着される蟻溝１００とが形成される。

このような棚板押さえ部材９２は、図４の紙面に垂直な長手方向中間部に、ねじ部材９３の軸部が挿通する軸孔１０１を有し、前記ねじ部材９３の軸部が挿通し、前記ナット９９に螺合する。このナット９９から突出する軸部の先端部分は、挿通孔９６に挿通された前記棚柱９０の一側面に当接して押圧し、このような構成によって棚板押さえ部材９２を棚柱９０の長手方向の任意の位置に固定することができる。

再び図１をも参照して、各棚柱９０は、２つの孔１０４,１０５が形成される棚柱本体１１０と、係合部材１０７とを有する。正面壁４１側（図４の下方）に配置される一方の孔１０５は、棚柱本体１１０の長手方向全長にわたって形成される開口１０６を介して外部に開放する。前記一方の孔１０５には、長手方向に垂直な断面が略Ｕ字状の係合部材１０７が挿入される。この係合部材１０７には、その長手方向に間隔をあけて複数の係合孔１０８が形成される。各棚柱本体１１０は、アルミニウム合金の押出形材から成る。また各係合部材１０７は、アルミニウム合金の押出形材に前記係合孔１０８を打抜き加工して形成される。

このような棚柱９０には、棚受け部材１０２が高さ方向（図１の上下方向）の任意の位置に着脱可能に装着される。各棚受け部材１０２の基端部は、係合部材１０７の前記複数の係合孔１０８のうちの任意の２つに選択的に挿入されて係止される。この係止状態では、前記基端部の下方部分が係合孔１０８に下方から臨む連結部分１０９に係合し、かつ前記基端部の上方部分が係合孔１０８に上方から臨む連結部分１１０に係合して、棚受け部材１０２が棚柱９０にほぼ直角に係止される。

このようにして各棚柱９０に着脱自在に装着される各棚受け部材１０２の突出部分の水平な支持面１２１には、たとえばガラス板から成る棚板１０３が支持され、この棚板１０３上に商品などの物品が載置されて展示される。

図５は物品陳列ケース４０が折畳まれた状態を示す断面図であり、図６は図５の切断面線ＶＩ−ＶＩから見た一部の断面図であり、図７は物品陳列ケース４０の折畳み動作を示す上方から見た一部の断面図であり、図８は物品陳列ケース４０が折畳まれる途中の状態を示す全体の斜視図である。上記のように構成される物品陳列ケース４０を、図１〜図３に示されるように物品を陳列できるように広げられた使用状態から、図５および図６に示されるように折畳むにあたっては、先ず天板４４を背後壁４２の後方にほぼ平行に配置されるように反転し、この天板４４の反転によって開放した開口を介して棚板１０３を棚受け部材１０２から取外し、棚板押さえ部材９２の棚板押さえ部９１と棚板支持部材９５の棚板支持部９４との間に装着し、ねじ部材９３を緩めて高さ方向に調整した後、棚板１０３の上端が棚板押さえ部９１に嵌まり込んだ状態で再びねじ部材９３を操作して押さえ部材９２を棚柱９０の最適な位置に固定する。

次に、底壁４５を、ピン７９の軸線まわりに正面壁４１側に角変位させ、こうして背後壁４２と正面壁４１との間に障害物をなくした状態とし、正面壁４１および背後壁４２を、図７の仮想線および図８に示されるように、相対的に近接する方向に移動させる。このとき各側壁４３ａ，４３ｂを各中柱８７が相互に近接する方向にほぼ同時に円滑に角変位し、各一対の可動パネル８３，８４がほぼ平行となるように配置される。

このように本実施の形態によれば、正面壁４１と平行に配置される背後壁４２の上端部に天板４４が角変位自在に連結され、この天板４４を背後壁４２の背面側に反転させた状態で、底壁４５を正面壁４１にほぼ平行となる退避位置に退避させ、各側壁４３ａ，４３ｂを構成する各一対の可動パネル８３,８４を、それらの各遊端部が相互に近接する方向、すなわち内側に角変位させることによって、正面壁４１と背後壁４２とは相対的に移動し、あるいは操作者が補助的に移動させて折畳むことができる。

このように各側壁４３ａ，４３ｂを一対の可動パネル８３,８４によって構成し、各可動パネル８３,８４の遊端部を相互に角変位自在に連結することによって、各可動パネル８３,８４の上部と下部とはほぼ同一角度で角変位し、円滑に折曲げることができる。これによって正面壁４１と背後壁４２とはその左右両側において上部から下部にわたってほぼ同一の間隔で近接し、または離反させることができる。このようにして円滑に物品陳列ケース４０を折畳み、また元の状態に円滑に復元することができるので、物品陳列ケース４０を折畳み、あるいは復元する作業の作業性が向上される。
