本発明は、百貨店などの店舗および展示会場などで商品および展示品などの物品を陳列するために用いられる物品陳列ケースに関する。

図9は典型的な従来の技術の物品陳列ケース1を示す斜視図であり、図9(1)は物品陳列ケース1の天板5を上方に開いた状態を示し、図9(2)は物品陳列ケース1の天板5を背後へ反転させかつ各側壁4a,4bを内側へ退避させた状態を示し、図9(3)は物品陳列ケース1の正面壁2および背後壁3を相互に近接させて折畳まれた状態を示す。この物品陳列ケース1は、たとえば特開平9−399号公報(特許第3156989号公報)に示されている。

百貨店および小売店などには、商品を陳列し、商品を陳列しない期間は折畳んで小形化し、倉庫などの所定の収容場所へ収容して保管することができる物品陳列ケース1が用いられている。この物品陳列ケース1は、正面壁2と、背後壁3と、一対の側壁4a,4bと、天板5と、底壁6とを有し、大略的に中空の直方体状に形成されている。正面壁2、背後壁3、各側壁4a,4bおよび天板5には、透光性を有する板状体であるガラス板7;8;9a,9b;10が装着され、また正面壁2、背後壁3および各側壁4a,4bには前記底壁6よりも下方の領域に非透光性の化粧板11;12;13a,13bが装着される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の技術では、正面壁2および背後壁3に対して各連結部材23a,24a,23b,24bと各側壁4a,4bとが個別に設けられるので、物品陳列ケース1を略直方体状に組立てた状態から正面壁2および背後壁3が図9(3)に示されるように近接した状態に折畳むに際して、各側壁4a,4bを内側に退避させた後、各連結部材23a,24a,23b,24bを内側に折込まなければならず、折畳み位置の操作が煩雑であるという問題がある。またこの従来の技術では、物品陳列ケース1の左右に各連結部材23a,24a,23b,24bが上下に個別に設けられるので、折畳むに際して、上方に配置される各連結部材23a,23bと下方に配置される各連結部材24a,24bとを個別に内側へ押圧しなければならず、折畳み作業の操作性が悪いという問題がある。

本発明の目的は、折畳み時の操作性を向上することができるようにした物品陳列ケースを提供することである。

請求項1記載の本発明は、板状体が装着される正面壁と、
この正面壁と平行に配置され、正面壁に近接および離反する方向に移動自在に設けられる背後壁と、
各基端部が正面壁および背後壁の上下方向に延びる各両側部に角変位自在にそれぞれ連結される各一対の可動パネルを有する一対の側壁と、
前記近接および離反する方向に隣接する各可動パネルの各遊端部が、相互に角変位自在に連結される一対の中柱と、
前記近接および離反する方向の一側部が前記背後壁の上端部に水平な軸線まわり角変位自在に連結され、前記近接および離反する方向の他側部が正面壁の上端部に支持される天板と、
正面壁に装着される板状体の下端部付近の高さ位置で、正面壁および背後壁間にわたってほぼ水平に配置される展開位置と、正面壁に近接してほぼ平行に配置される退避位置とに移動可能な底壁とを含み、
前記背後壁には、その両側部間にわたって相互に間隔をあけて平行に複数の棚柱が設けられ、各棚柱には、正面壁に向かって突出する棚受け部材が着脱可能に装着され、各棚受け部材には、棚板が支持され、

本発明に従えば、正面壁と平行に配置される背後壁の上端部に天板が角変位自在に連結され、この天板を背後壁の背面側に反転させた状態で、底壁を正面壁にほぼ平行となる退避位置に退避させ、各側壁を構成する各一対の可動パネルを、それらの各遊端部が連結される中柱を相互に近接する方向、すなわち内側に角変位させることによって、正面壁と背後壁とは相対的に移動し、あるいは操作者が補助的に移動させて折畳むことができる。

また、上記の折畳み時および復元時の操作性が向上された物品陳列ケースにおいて、複数の棚柱が設けられ、この棚柱に棚受け部材を着脱可能に装着し、各棚受け部材によって棚板を支持するように構成されるので、陳列すべき物品を底壁上に載置できるだけでなく、前記棚板にも載置して展示することが可能であり、多くの物品を陳列することができる。また棚板および各棚受け部材は棚柱に対して着脱可能であるので、上記のように物品陳列ケースを折畳むに際して、棚受け部材から棚板を取外した後、各棚柱から棚受け部材を取外し、手間をかけずに物品陳列ケースを折畳むことができる。
また、取外した棚受け部材は、底壁の収納空間に収納することができるので、物品陳列ケース内に保管することができ、棚受け部材を紛失することが防がれる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の実施の一形態の物品陳列ケース40を示す断面図であり、図2は図1の切断面線II−IIから見た一部の断面図である。本実施の形態の物品陳列ケース40は、基本的に、正面壁41と、背後壁42と、一対の側壁43a,43bと、天板44と、底壁45とを含む。

図5は物品陳列ケース40が折畳まれた状態を示す断面図であり、図6は図5の切断面線VI−VIから見た一部の断面図であり、図7は物品陳列ケース40の折畳み動作を示す上方から見た一部の断面図であり、図8は物品陳列ケース40が折畳まれる途中の状態を示す全体の斜視図である。上記のように構成される物品陳列ケース40を、図1〜図3に示されるように物品を陳列できるように広げられた使用状態から、図5および図6に示されるように折畳むにあたっては、先ず天板44を背後壁42の後方にほぼ平行に配置されるように反転し、この天板44の反転によって開放した開口を介して棚板103を棚受け部材102から取外し、棚板押さえ部材92の棚板押さえ部91と棚板支持部材95の棚板支持部94との間に装着し、ねじ部材93を緩めて高さ方向に調整した後、棚板103の上端が棚板押さえ部91に嵌まり込んだ状態で再びねじ部材93を操作して押さえ部材92を棚柱90の最適な位置に固定する。

また本実施の形態によれば、上記の折畳み時および復元時の操作性が向上された物品陳列ケース40において、複数の棚柱90が設けられ、この棚柱90に棚受け部材102を着脱可能に装着し、各棚受け部材102によって棚板103を支持するように構成されるので、陳列すべき物品を底壁45上に載置できるだけでなく、前記棚板103にも載置して展示することが可能であり、多くの物品を陳列することができる。また棚板103および各棚受け部材102は、棚柱90に対して着脱可能であるので、上記のように物品陳列ケース40を折畳むに際して、棚受け部材102から棚板103を取外した後、各棚柱90から棚受け部材102を取外し、手間をかけずに物品陳列ケース40を折畳むことができる。取外した棚受け部材102は、底壁45の前記収納空間145に収納することができるので、棚板103とともに物品陳列ケース40内に保管することができ、棚受け部材102を紛失することが防がれる。
