Description

The present invention relates to a toilet seat, and more particularly to a toilet seat in which a front side member and a back side member are connected via an elastic material.

Conventionally, a toilet seat of a toilet bowl has a structure in which water does not enter the inside of the toilet seat by welding the joint surface between the seat surface portion and the seat back portion by vibration welding or the like, or coating the joint surface. However, such a joining structure requires a welding machine and equipment for performing a coating process, and there is a problem that assembly productivity is poor, and since it is welded, it cannot be disassembled and an internal heater is removed. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate each material and it cannot be recycled.

In order to solve such a problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-269289 discloses a joint structure for a toilet member that joins a joint surface of a front side member and a back side member in contact with each other. A toilet seat is described in which both joint surfaces are flexible soft resins.

FIG. 3 is a perspective configuration diagram of the seat back portion 1 constituting the back side member of the toilet seat of the same publication, and FIG. 4 is a perspective configuration diagram in which the seat surface portion 3 constituting the front side member of the toilet seat is turned upside down. It is.

An outer peripheral joint piece 1a is integrally formed on the periphery of the seat back portion 1, and an inner peripheral joint piece 1b is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the toilet seat hole H at the center. Four boss portions 1c are formed to rise between the inner peripheral joint piece 1b and the outer peripheral joint piece 1a, and claw pieces are provided at predetermined intervals on the inner side of the outer peripheral joint piece 1a and on the outer side of the inner peripheral joint piece 1b. 1d, 1d, 1d, and 1d are erected.

As shown in FIG. 5, soft resins 2a and 2b having flexibility are integrated on the inner side of the outer peripheral joint piece 1a and the outer side of the inner peripheral joint piece 1b. The seat back part 1 and the seat surface part 3 are made of PP resin. The soft resins 2a and 2b are made of, for example, an elastomer resin, and are formed by two-color molding when the seat back part 1 made of PP resin is manufactured. It is integrated. The soft resins 2a and 2b protrude upward from the outer peripheral joint piece 1a and the inner peripheral joint piece 1b, and the upper surfaces thereof serve as joint surfaces P.

As shown in FIG. 4, the seat surface portion 3 is integrally raised on the outer periphery to form an outer peripheral joint piece 3a, and the upper surface of the outer peripheral joint piece 3a constitutes the joint surface P. In addition, an inner peripheral joining piece 3b is integrally formed in a rising shape on the outer periphery of the toilet seat hole H, and the upper surface thereof constitutes a joining surface P. Further, four reinforcing protrusions 3d, 3d, 3d, 3d are integrally formed in a protruding shape between the inner peripheral joint piece 3b and the outer peripheral joint piece 3a.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the seat surface portion 3 is joined to the seat back portion 1 at the joint surface P, the soft resin 2 a comes into contact with the joint surface P of the outer peripheral joining piece 3 a of the seat surface portion 3 and is soft. Therefore, the soft resin 2a is bonded to the bonding surface P in a close contact state, and a bonding structure in which water or the like does not enter the inside without performing a coating treatment can be ensured to ensure water tightness. . In addition, the soft resin 2b is bonded to the bonding surface P of the inner peripheral bonding piece 3b of the seat surface portion 3 in a close contact state, and water tightness is ensured.

In this state, screws are passed through the bosses 1c, screwed into the reinforcing projections 3d, and the seat back portion 1 and the seat surface portion 3 are connected and fixed with four screws. Further, the claw piece 1 d is engaged with the engaging portion 3 c of the seat surface portion 3 to assist the connection between the seat back portion 1 and the seat surface portion 3. This is because bending may occur with only four screws, and by engaging the plurality of claw pieces 1d and the locking portion 3c, the seat back portion 1 and the seat surface portion 3 are connected. Fix firmly.

Therefore, no welding machine or mechanical equipment for performing the coating process is required, and the seat surface portion 3 can be pressed against the seat back portion 1 and assembled to ensure watertightness. Moreover, by removing the four screws, the seat back portion 1 and the seat surface portion 3 can be easily disassembled, and the resin material can be easily separated by removing the heater disposed inside. Recycling is easy.

However, in JP-A-2001-269289, the downward contact portion of the seat surface portion 3 (front side member) and the upward contact portion of the seat back portion 1 (back side member) are easily displaced in the sliding direction. There is a case where an abnormal noise (rubbing noise) is generated due to a shift in accordance with a load.

In order to prevent such a rubbing noise between the front side member and the back side member, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-131092 discloses a back side member 12 (referred to as a toilet seat lower part in the same publication) as shown in FIG. It is described that a rib 12b is provided, a groove is provided on the front member 11 (upper part of the toilet seat), an elastic material 13 is attached to the rib 12b, and the rib 12b and the groove are fitted.

However, when the rib and the concave strip are fitted in this way, it is necessary to manufacture the upward contact portion and the downward contact portion with high accuracy, which increases the manufacturing cost.
JP 2001-269289 A JP-A-2005-131092

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and is a toilet seat formed by connecting a lower member having an upward contact portion and an upper member having a downward contact portion, the upward contact portion and the downward contact portion. An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat that is prevented from rubbing between the contact portion and that can be easily manufactured.

The toilet seat according to claim 1 is configured such that the downward contact portion of the front member and the upward contact portion of the back member are brought into contact with each other via an elastic material, and the front member and the back member are connected. In the toilet seat, a concave line extending in the circumferential direction of the toilet seat is provided on one of the downward contact part and the upward contact part, and on the other side, A protruding line extending in the direction is provided, a part of the elastic material is fitted to the recessed line, and the remaining part of the elastic material is a protruding part protruding from the recessed line. The tip surface and the side surface are in contact with the other of the downward contact portion and the upward contact portion.

A toilet seat according to a second aspect is characterized in that, in the first aspect, a narrow protrusion extending in an extending direction of the elastic material is provided on a front end surface of the protruding portion.

In the toilet seat of the present invention, an elastic material is attached to one of the upward contact portion and the downward contact portion, and the tip surface and the side surface of the elastic material are the other of the upward contact portion and the downward contact portion. Is in contact with the member. Since the frictional force of the elastic material is large, displacement (rubbing) in the sliding direction at the contact surface between the tip surface of the elastic material and the other is prevented, and rubbing noise is prevented.

In addition, since the side surface of the elastic material is in contact with the other member and the frictional force between the two members is large, vertical displacement between the upward contact portion and the downward contact portion is prevented. A rubbing noise is also prevented.

In addition, if the narrow protrusion extended in the extending direction of the elastic material is provided on the front end surface of the protrusion as in claim 2, the close contact between the front end surface of the elastic material and the other member And the effect of preventing abnormal noise and the sealing performance are improved.

The embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the toilet seat according to the embodiment in a direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction, FIG. 2 (a) is an enlarged view of the II part of FIG. FIG. 2 (b) is an exploded view of FIG. 2 (a).

The toilet seat 50 includes a seat surface portion 20 as a front side member, a seat back portion 30 as a back side member, and an elastic member 40 interposed therebetween.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the downward contact portion 21 of the seating surface portion 20 includes a lowermost plane 21c, a step surface 21b rising from the plane 21c, and a plane 21a continuous to the step surface 21b. . The planes 21a and 21c are parallel to each other.

The upward contact portion 31 of the seat back portion 30 is configured by a flat surface except for the concave stripe 32. The recess 32 extends in the circumferential direction of the toilet seat 50.

The elastic member 40 includes a base portion 41 fitted into the recess 32, a protruding portion 42 protruding upward from the upward contact portion 31, and a narrow protrusion 43 protruding upward from the protruding portion 42. The elastic material 40 is made of rubber, elastomer, soft resin, or the like. The elastic member 40 extends in the circumferential direction of the toilet seat 50 as in the case of the recess 32. The narrow protrusion 43 has a triangular cross-sectional shape that is narrower than the protrusion 42, but may have a cross-sectional shape such as a semicircular shape, a semi-elliptical shape, and a trapezoidal shape.

The width of the protrusion 42 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, particularly about 3 to 4 mm. The thickness of the protrusion 42 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, particularly about 2 to 3 mm. The height of the stepped portion 21b is preferably equal to the thickness of the protruding portion 42 or about 0.5 to 1 mm larger than that. The width of the base of the narrow protrusion 43 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm, particularly about 2 to 3 mm, and the height is preferably about 0.5 to 2 mm, particularly about 0.5 to 1 mm.

3 to 6, a plurality of boss portions 51 and reinforcing protrusions 52 project from the seat surface portion 20 and the seat back portion 30, and can be connected by screws 53. Further, a claw portion 55 projects from the seat back portion 30 so as to be engageable with the locking portion 56 of the seat surface portion 20.

A toilet seat heating heater 57 and a soaking sheet 58 are attached to the back surface of the seat surface portion 20.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the elastic material 40 is attached to the seat back 30 and the downward contact portion 21 and the upward contact portion 31 are contacted.

When both are brought into contact with each other in this way, the upper surface 42a of the protruding portion 42 of the elastic member 40 is brought into close contact with the flat surface 21a of the downward contact portion 21, and the side surface 42b is brought into close contact with the stepped surface 21b of the downward contact portion 21. Although the narrow protrusion 43 is also in contact with the flat surface 21a, it is crushed and pressed strongly against the flat surface 21a because it is thin. By providing the narrow protrusion, the repulsive force can be reduced by simply crushing the protrusion.

When the seat surface portion 20 and the seat back portion 30 are brought into contact with each other in this way, the claw portion 55 engages with the locking portion 56. Thereafter, the screw 53 is tightened into the reinforcing protrusion 52 through the boss portion 51, whereby the seat surface portion 20 and the seat back portion 30 are firmly connected to complete the toilet seat 50.

In the toilet seat 50 manufactured as described above, the elastic material 40 is interposed between the downward contact portion 21 and the upward contact portion 31, and the upper surface 42a of the protruding portion 42 of the elastic material 40 is narrow. The protrusion 43 is in close contact with the flat surface 21a. Thereby, the shift | offset | difference movement to the mating surface direction A of the seat surface part 20 and the seat back part 30 is suppressed, and it is prevented that an abnormal noise (friction sound) generate | occur | produces at the time of sitting to the toilet seat 50, or standing.

Further, since the side surface 42b of the protruding portion 42 is in close contact with the stepped surface 21b, the displacement movement of the seat surface portion 20 and the seat back portion 30 in the contact / separation direction B is suppressed, and the occurrence of abnormal noise accompanying this is also prevented. .

In addition, the toilet seat 50 does not need to be provided with a groove and a protrusion that can be fitted to the seat surface portion 20 and the seat back portion 30, and the finishing accuracy of the seat surface and the seat back is reduced. Easy to manufacture.

In the above embodiment, the elastic member 40 includes the base portion 41 and the protruding portion 42 having a larger width, and the protruding portion 42 has a T-shaped cross-sectional shape projecting from the base portion 41 to both sides. The cross-sectional shape may be a letter. Further, the elastic material may have a uniform width from the base portion to the protruding portion.

In the above embodiment, the elastic material 40 is mounted on the seat back portion 30 and the stepped surface 21b is provided on the downward contact portion 21 of the seat surface portion 20, but it may be turned upside down. That is, the elastic material 40 may be mounted on the seat surface portion 20 and a stepped surface may be provided on the upward contact portion 31 of the seat back portion 30.

It is sectional drawing of the circumferential direction and the orthogonal | vertical direction of the toilet seat which concerns on embodiment. FIG. 2 (a) is an enlarged view of a portion II in FIG. 1 showing a connecting portion between the front member and the downward contact portion, and FIG. 2 (b) is an exploded view of FIG. 2 (a). It is a perspective view of the seat surface part of the toilet seat which concerns on a prior art example. It is a perspective view of the seat back part of the toilet seat which concerns on a prior art example. It is sectional drawing of the seat back part of the toilet seat which concerns on a prior art example. It is sectional drawing of the seat back part of the toilet seat which concerns on a prior art example. It is a fragmentary sectional view of the toilet seat concerning another conventional example.
