Description

The present invention relates to an eye plate member used in a drain outlet of a tank body such as a wash basin, a sink, a hand-washing machine and the like.

Conventionally, there is a case where a drainage port provided for discharging drainage of a tank body such as a wash basin, a sink, a hand-washer or the like is provided with a eye plate member for separating dust in the drainage from the drainage. A conventional example will be described with reference to the drawings.
44 and 45 is a member provided in the drain port of the drain trap shown in FIGS. 41 to 43, which is a drain device provided in a waterproof pan of a washing machine which is a drain device. The outer peripheral part fitted to a drain outlet and the water flow part provided with the rib body which isolate | separates dust from waste water are comprised.
If wastewater containing dust flows into the drain due to overflow from the washing machine, etc., the drainage is being discharged to the sewage side through the gaps between the rib bodies of the water flow section of the eye plate member provided at the drain Large dust that causes tube clogging cannot pass through the gaps between the rib bodies and is captured and separated from the waste water.
And if drainage is performed to some extent and dust accumulates on the eye plate member, the eye plate member is removed from the drain outlet and cleaned to treat the dust. Thereafter, if the eye plate member is returned to the drain outlet, it can be used again preferably.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-64785

By the way, conventionally, a drainage device having a shaft-like body such as a pipe body or a support shaft may be found inside the drainage port. For example, in the conventional example shown in the patent publication of Patent Document 1 shown in FIGS. 41 to 45, a foam-preventing drain pipe for guiding drainage from the washing machine to the drain outlet is provided as a shaft-like body. A stop drain is connected to the drain of the drain trap. In this conventional example, the anti-foam drain pipe is provided so as to penetrate the eye plate member, and the eye plate member can be taken out from the drain port by pulling out the anti-foam drain tube. However, in actuality, the work of disassembling the drain trap is complicated, and when it cannot be set correctly when reassembling, or when a drainage device such as a washing machine is placed on the drain outlet and the anti-foam drain pipe is pulled out, There are cases where the work cannot be performed, and the cleanability is worse than that of the detachable eye plate member.

Further, in the conventional example known in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-152505, a remote-operated drain plug is adopted as a drain port, and a valve body that closes the drain port is used as a shaft-like body in the drain port. A support shaft is arranged. In such a case, the eye plate member is provided around the support shaft by molding and cannot be separated from the support shaft. For this reason, the support shaft becomes an obstacle to cleaning, and the cleanability of the eye plate member is worse than that of the eye plate member not attached to the support shaft.

Further, in the conventional example known in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3772347, it is possible to disassemble the drainage device such as by pulling out the drainage pipe from the drainage port of the drainage device by constructing and disassembling the eye plate member from a plurality of members. It is possible to remove only the eye plate member from the foam-preventing drain pipe which is a shaft-like body.
However, in this method, since the eye plate member is composed of a plurality of members, there are problems in production such as the labor of managing the members and the manufacturing cost of the members increase, and the members are divided into a plurality of parts so that they are fine in actual use. There is a problem of losing (for example, a male member in Toku No. 3772347).

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to disassemble the drainage device in the eye plate member used for the drainage port of the drainage device provided with the shaft-like body.
The drainage device of the present invention has the following effects (1) to (12).
(1) In the present invention , a shaft-shaped body is formed by expanding a notch portion of a drainage eye plate member disposed around a shaft-shaped body such as a support shaft of a valve body or a drain pipe of a drainage device. Can be removed from.
For this reason, while the cleanability of the eye plate member improves, since the eye plate member itself can be configured as a single member, the member unit price can be reduced.
(2) In the present invention according to claim 1 , as a method of specifically expanding the diameter of the expanded portion, the upper surface of the water passage portion of the countersink member is bent and deformed along the connecting portion. did. This makes it possible to clarify the specific structure of the deformation.
(3) In the present invention described in claim 2 , when the water flow portion is bent along the connection portion, the water flow portion of the eye plate member is further deformed using elasticity when the eye plate member is expanded. By doing so, the opening end of the notch portion not provided with the connection portion was made wider than the shaft-like body. Thereby, even if the width of the connecting portion is narrower than that of the shaft-like body, the width of the notch portion can be made wider than that of the shaft-like body.
(4) In this invention of Claim 3 , when a water flow part is bend | folded along a connection part, it is provided on the straight line which a connection part touches the periphery of a through-hole, and the straight line which contacts the periphery of a through-hole The water passage part can be bent along the cut-out part without the connection part, and the cut-out part without the connection part is provided on a straight line in contact with the peripheral edge of the through-hole, and the extension line of the connection part and the extension line of the cut-out part without the connection part Is provided at a position that intersects at an acute angle on the opposite side of the opening of the notch with the through hole interposed therebetween . As a result, the opening of the notch when the connecting portion is bent can be secured to the same extent as the width of the shaft-like body, and the shaft-like body can be easily taken out.
(5) In this invention of Claim 4 , when a water flow part is bent along a connection part , a connection part is provided on the straight line which touches the periphery of a through-hole, and the straight line which contacts the periphery of a through-hole The notch part without the connection part is provided on a straight line in contact with the peripheral edge of the through hole, and the notch part without the connection part is parallel to the connection part. And it provided in the position which contact | connects the outer edge of the position which opposes a connection part on both sides of a through-hole. As a result, the opening of the notch when the connecting portion is bent can be secured to the same extent as the width of the shaft-like body, and the shaft-like body can be easily taken out.
(6) In this invention of Claim 5 , when bending a water flow part along a connection part, it is two sheets other than a transfer part by the crossing part which is a water flow part which has a fixed width | variety, and a notch part. And a connecting portion that is provided at least at both ends of the crossover portion and connects the crossover portion and the water passage portion that is divided into the other two sheets. In addition, a through hole was formed on the notch portion of the portion where the two water-passing portions excluding the transition portion are opposed to each other with the notch portion interposed therebetween . Thus, the end of the notch can be made wider than the shaft-like body simply by bending the end of the connecting portion in a single direction, and the shaft-like body can be easily taken out.
(7) In the present invention described in claim 6 , when the crossing portion and the plurality of connection portions are provided and the water flow portion is bent along the connection portion, the crossover portion is the same as or more than the shaft-like body. The connecting portion provided at both ends of the crossover portion is parallel, or provided at a position where it crosses at an acute angle on the crossover portion side when viewed from the through hole. As a result, the opening of the notch portion not provided with the connection portion when the connection portion is bent is expanded to the same extent as the width of the shaft-like body, or wider than the shaft-like body. Can be taken out.
(8) In the present invention according to claim 7 , the eye plate member is divided into two water-passing portions by the notch portion, the connecting portion is projected in the axial direction of the shaft-like body, and the shaft upper portion The rib body projects in the axial direction of the rib body, and the total length in the axial direction of the rib body is configured to be longer than the width in plan view of the shaft-like body. Furthermore, the through-hole was provided on the notch part of the part which 2 water flow parts oppose on both sides of the notch part which is not provided with a connection part . As a result, when the diameter of the notch portion is increased while the width of the connection portion in the plan view is reduced, the rib body portion may be deformed with a margin. The structure can be reduced.
(9) In the present invention according to claim 8 , as a method of specifically expanding the diameter of the expanded portion, the notch is formed by bending the eye plate member around the connecting portion that connects the water passage portions in plan view. It was decided to expand the part. Thereby, the shaft-like body can be easily taken out.
(10) In the present invention described in claim 9, when the eye plate member is bent around the connecting portion that connects the planar water passage portions, the rib body that constructs the water passage portion of the expansion portion It was set as the structure connected only to a specific part with respect to the connection part which is a part, an inner peripheral part, an outer peripheral part, a connection part, and a water flow part. For this reason, it becomes possible to deform | transform so that an expansion part may be crushed, and it can be set as the structure with few burdens by a deformation | transformation to a member in the deformation | transformation by expansion.
(11) According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, when the eye plate member is attached to the drain outlet, the width of the notch portion not provided with the connection portion in plan view is the width of the opening for water passage of the water passage portion. By setting the width to be equal or less than that, it is possible to make the dust collecting performance of the eye plate member comparable to that when there is no notch at the time of drainage. In this invention, the structure which opens the notch part which does not have a connection part largely is mainly employ | adopted by bend-deforming the eye plate member about 60 to 90 degree | times mainly. For this reason, in the state which is not deform | transforming, as mentioned above, it is possible to narrow the width | variety of the notch part which does not have a connection part to the same extent as the width | variety of a water flow part. In particular, this point is suitable for a drain trap used for a bathroom or a washing machine in which a large member is used and a cutout portion that does not include a connection portion must be greatly expanded.
(12) according to claim 11, in the present invention as set forth in claim 12, reveals drain or drainage device, such as a support shaft of the valve body of the remote controlled discharge valve device, the specific structure of the shaft-like body I can do things.

Then, it is discharged between the inner surfaces of the bowl-shaped member (14) and is not discharged to the inner surface side of the deodorizing cylinder (15), so that bubbles or the like do not flow back to the drain port. On the other hand, in order to obtain this function, it is necessary to dispose the foam prevention drain pipe (16) in the structure inside the trap so as to penetrate the drain outlet, and the drain pipe can be easily removed from the drain trap accordingly. It is configured so that it cannot be detached.

Furthermore, in this first embodiment, the eye plate member (1) described below is provided in the drain port of the drain trap which is a drain device.
The eye plate member (1) is integrally formed of polypropylene which is a hard resin having appropriate elasticity.
The shape of the outer periphery in plan view is substantially circular as shown in FIG. 4, and the inner center is provided with a through-hole (3) that penetrates the anti-foaming drain pipe (16) described above during construction. In addition, a cutout portion (4) for dividing the countersink member (1) is provided on a line segment passing through the center of the through hole (3), and the portion divided by the cutout portion (4) is somewhat It is the structure connected by the connection part (6) shape | molded thinly so that it may not be damaged even if it bends. In this embodiment, in addition to the connection portion (6), a cutout portion (17) is provided in a part of the outer peripheral portion (9) in order to facilitate the bending of the connection portion (6). (5) is composed of a connecting portion (6) and a cut portion (17). As for the position of the connecting portion (6), one end is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the eye plate member (1), and the other end is disposed at a substantially intermediate position between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the substantially ring shape. In addition, the inner part of the C-shaped part is configured to have an opening and a rib body (18) in the opening, whereby drainage flows from the opening and drainage from the drainage by the rib body (18) during drainage. It forms a water flow part (2) that is captured and separated.
In addition, irregularities are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the eye plate member (1). When attached to the drainage port, the diameter of the eye plate member (1) is temporarily reduced by utilizing the elasticity of the connecting portion (6), so that it can be fitted and attached to the drainage port without any work such as rotation. It can be carried out.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the expansion part (5) is formed by the outer peripheral part (9) of the water flow part (2) in a plan view when the expansion part (5) is not expanded. It is housed inside the arc shape.

Each of the above members is applied to a washing machine as a drainage device as follows.
First, the peripheral edge of the attachment part of the waterproof pan is attached so as to be sandwiched between the lower surface of the flange member (13) and the upper edge of the opening of the trap body (12). In addition, a floor pan connected to the sewage side is connected to the trap outlet and a waterproof pan is installed.
After that, in the order from the top, the deodorizing tube (15) foam stop drain tube and the bowl-shaped member (14) are disposed in the drain port of the flange member (13), and the deodorizing tube (15) is further disposed in the drain port. Connect watertight.
Then, after letting the foam stop drain pipe penetrate through the through hole (3) of the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) is used in the drainage port by utilizing the irregularities on the outer peripheral surface of the eye plate member (1). Install. Finally, the washing machine is installed on the waterproof pan, and the washing machine drain pipe for discharging the washing machine drain is connected to the foam stopper drain pipe of the drain trap to complete the construction of the washing machine.
When the eye plate member (1) is attached to the drain outlet, the width of the notch (4) in plan view is the same as the width of the water passage opening of the water passage portion (2). ing.

In the washing machine configured as described above and its drainage pipe, when drainage is generated from the washing machine drainage pipe due to the use of the washing machine, drainage is performed by the washing machine drainage pipe, the foam stopper drainage pipe, the bowl-shaped member (14), It flows in the order of the overflow outlet and the inside of the trap body (12), and is finally discharged from the outlet of the trap body (12) to the underfloor pipe.
In addition, when drainage occurs on the prevention pan, the drainage flows into the water passing part (2) or notch part (4) of the eye plate member (1), the deodorizing cylinder (15), the bowl-shaped member (14), the overflow. It flows in the order of the outlet and the inside of the trap body (12), and finally is discharged from the outlet of the trap body (12) to the underfloor piping. When drainage occurs on the prevention pan, even if dust is mixed in the drainage, it is captured by the rib body (18) of the eye plate member (1) and separated from the drainage. It is possible to solve the problem that large foreign matters are mixed in the drain pipe and the pipe is clogged.

When it becomes necessary to clean the eye plate member (1) after a long period of use, the eye plate member (1) is first moved along the connection portion (6) so that the connection portion (6) becomes a fold. The water passage part (2) itself is also deformed while being bent into a wide angle so that the opening of the notch part (4) is widened so as to have an opening angle in plan view. The dish member (1) can be removed from the dewatering drain pipe.
In this case, it is difficult to deform the substantially planar water passage portion (2) along the plane because the rib body (18) of the water passage portion (2) plays a role of bracing, It is relatively easy to deform along the direction perpendicular to the plane as shown in FIGS. As described above, by bending the connecting portion (6) along the notched portion (4), it is relatively possible to deform the water passing portion (2) so that the opening direction of the notched portion (4) is expanded. It becomes easy and it becomes possible to attach or detach the eye plate member (1) from the drainage device. Thereafter, by reversely performing the procedure after cleaning the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) can be attached to the foam-stopping drain pipe again.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

When attached to the drain outlet, the elasticity of the connecting part (6) is used to temporarily reduce the diameter of the eye plate member (1), so that it can be fitted and attached to the drain outlet without any work such as rotation. It can be performed. In this embodiment, when the eye plate member (1) is attached to the drain outlet, the width of the notch (4) in plan view is the same as the width of the water passage opening of the water passage (2). The notch part (4) is provided so that it may become a width | variety of a grade.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, in the planar view in the state which has not expanded the expansion part (5), the expansion part (5) is formed by the outer peripheral part (9) of a water flow part (2). It is housed inside the arc shape.

Each member of the above are applied by the same method as the first embodiment described above paragraph 0023, it can be used in the same manner as in Paragraph 0024.

Further, when it becomes necessary to clean the eye plate member (1) after long-term use, first the eye plate member (1) is moved along the connection portion (6), and the connection portion (6) becomes a fold. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the notch (4) is widened widely by bending about 90 degrees. Thus, since the foam-preventing drain pipe (16), which is a shaft-like body, can be removed from the expanded portion of the notch (4), the eye plate member ( 1) can be removed from the anti-foam drain. Thereafter, by reversely performing the procedure after cleaning the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) can be attached to the foam-stopping drain pipe again.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the notch (4) is widened by bending about 90 degrees.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 20 to FIG. 25 relates to an eye plate member (1) attached to a drain outlet of a drain trap, which is a drain device, provided in a waterproof pan for a washing machine. Each member of the drain trap other than the waterproof pan for the washing machine and the eye plate member (1) has the same configuration as each member of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0021 .

Furthermore, in this fifth embodiment, the eye plate member (1) described below is provided in the drain port of the drain trap which is a drain device.
The eye plate member (1) is integrally formed of polypropylene which is a hard resin having appropriate elasticity.
The shape of the outer periphery in a plan view is substantially circular, and the inner center is provided with a through hole (3) having a circular shape in plan view through which the cylindrical anti-foam drainage pipe (16) mentioned above is passed during construction. .
Moreover, the notch part (4) is provided so that it may pass through the center of a through-hole (3), and both the eye plate members (1) may be cut | disconnected by this notch part (4). The eye plate member (1) is connected by a connecting portion (6) formed in an inverted V shape in front view, protruding upward in the axial direction of the shaft-like body. In addition, in this Example, the expansion part (5) is comprised only from the connection part (6), and the expansion part (5) is an agreement with a connection part (6). The length of one side of the connecting piece (6) in the axial direction is approximately the same as the diameter of the through-hole (3). Therefore, in this embodiment, the length of the connecting piece (6) in the axial direction is The total is about twice as long as the shaft-like body accommodated in the through hole (3).
In addition, an opening and a rib body (18) are provided in the opening between the outer edge of the eye plate portion and the through hole (3). As it flows, the rib body (18) constitutes a water flow portion (2) that captures and separates dust from the waste water. In addition, irregularities are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the eye plate member (1).
20, in a plan view in a state where the expanded portion (5) is not expanded, the expanded portion (5) is formed by the outer peripheral portion (9) of the water flow portion (2). It is housed inside the arc shape.

Each member of the above are applied by the same method as the first embodiment described above paragraph 0023, it can be used in the same manner as in Paragraph 0024.

In addition, when it becomes necessary to clean the eye plate member (1) after a long period of use, the inverted V-shaped portion of the connection portion (6) as shown in FIGS. Then, by opening at about 60 degrees, the notch (4) expands wider than the diameter of the through hole (3). Thus, the anti-foam drainage pipe (16) that is the shaft-like body can be removed from the expanded portion, so that the countersunk member (1) is defoamed and drained without disassembling the drain trap as the drainage device. Can be removed from the tube. Thereafter, by reversely performing the procedure after cleaning the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) can be attached to the foam-stopping drain pipe again.
Further, in this embodiment, the angle required for deformation is only required to be changed to an angle of about 60 degrees as compared with the first to fourth embodiments, which is about 90 degrees. The burden of member deformation that occurs is reduced. This burden can be reduced by increasing the length of one side of the connecting portion (6), and the burden can be further reduced.

Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The sixth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 26 to FIG. 28 relates to an eye plate member (1) attached to a drain port of a drain trap, which is a drain device, provided in a waterproof pan for a washing machine. Each member of the drain trap other than the waterproof pan for the washing machine and the eye plate member (1) has the same configuration as each member of the first embodiment described in the above paragraph 0021 .

Further, in this sixth embodiment, the eye plate member (1) described below is provided in the drain port of the drain trap which is a drain device.
In the plan view member (1), the shape of the outer periphery in plan view is substantially circular, and the inner center is provided with a through hole (3) through which the anti-foaming drain pipe (16) mentioned above is passed during construction. . Moreover, it has a notch part (4) which divides | segments an eye plate member (1) on the line segment which passes through the center of a through-hole (3), and also connects the part divided by the notch part (4). It is the structure connected by (6).
For this reason, in plan view, it has a substantially C shape with a notch portion opened.
As for the position of the connecting portion (6), one end is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the eye plate member (1), and the other end is disposed at a substantially intermediate position between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the substantially ring shape.
And it arrange | positions around the shaft-like body at the time of attachment from the line which connects the center part of planar view plate member (1), and a connection part (6) to the position which makes an angle of about 60 degree | times to the circumference direction. An arc-shaped inner peripheral portion (8) having a width of about 4 millimeters is formed in the portion to be formed, and an outer peripheral portion (9) having a width of about 4 millimeters is formed in a portion in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the drainage outlet when attached. The connecting portion (6) is provided with a connecting portion (10) that linearly connects both the inner peripheral side end of the connecting portion (6) and the end of the inner peripheral portion (8). In the fifth embodiment, the inner peripheral portion (8) indicates the entire periphery of the through hole (3), and the outer peripheral portion (9) indicates the entire outer peripheral portion of the eye plate member (1). Only in the sixth embodiment, as described above, from the line connecting the center part of the planar dish member (1) and the connection part (6), the circumference Denote the only portion to a position forming it it 60 degrees angle to the direction).
One end of the outer peripheral portion (9) is connected to the connecting portion (6), and the end portions of the inner peripheral portion (8) and the outer peripheral portion (9) that are not on the connecting portion (6) side are open and A water passage portion (2) having a rib body (18) in the opening, whereby drainage flows from the opening during drainage and dust is captured and separated from the drainage by the rib body (18). (In the first to fifth embodiments, the water passage portion (2) simply indicates the portion through which the drainage is passed by the opening and the rib body (18). However, all the points exceeding the portion from the line connecting the central portion of the planar plate member (1) and the connecting portion (6) to the position that forms an angle of about 60 degrees in the circumferential direction are all included. Is an expression to show).
In addition, in this 6th Example, the expansion part (5) including the inner peripheral part (8) and the outer peripheral part (9) and the water flow part (2) are the inner peripheral part (8) and the outer peripheral part (9). Are separated by rib bodies (18) which are members directly connecting the two. Referring to FIG. 26, the inner circumference is located at a position that forms an angle of about 60 degrees in the circumferential direction from the line connecting the central portion of the planar dish member (1) and the connection portion (6). A rib body (18) that directly connects the portion (8) and the outer peripheral portion (9) is provided. There are no other ribs directly connecting the inner peripheral portion (8) and the outer peripheral portion (9) between the connecting portion (6) and the rib body (18), and the eye plate member (1). During the expansion, the connecting portion (6) to the rib body (18) particularly contribute greatly to the deformation for expansion described later.
In addition, the portion surrounded by the connection portion (6), the inner peripheral portion (8), the outer peripheral portion (9), the coupling portion (10), and the water flow portion (2) includes a connection portion (6) and an inner peripheral portion. (8) It comprises a rib piece (11) that protrudes only from any one of the outer peripheral part (9), the connecting part (10), and the water flow part (2) and is not connected to the other part. ) Is configured to collect and separate the dust in the drainage while allowing the drainage to pass through.
In addition, the term “connecting portion (6), inner peripheral portion (8), outer peripheral portion (9), connecting portion (10), and water passing portion (2) only protrudes and is not connected to other portions”. For example, the rib piece (11) provided in the connection portion (6) is connected only to the connection portion (6), and the inner peripheral portion (8), the outer peripheral portion (9), the connecting portion (10), It means that it is not connected to the water part (2) or another rib piece (11).
Thus, in this embodiment, the widened portion (5) is composed of the connecting portion (6), the inner peripheral portion (8), the outer peripheral portion (9), the connecting portion (10), and the rib piece (11). It consists of In addition, irregularities are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the eye plate member (1).
26, in the planar view in the state which has not expanded the expansion part (5), each structure which comprises the expansion part (5) is the outer peripheral part (2) of a water flow part (2). 9) is contained inside the arc shape formed.

Each member of the above are applied by the same method as the first embodiment described above paragraph 0023, it can be used in the same manner as in Paragraph 0024.

In addition, when it becomes necessary to clean the eye plate member (1) due to long-term use,
As shown in FIG. 28, the notch (4) can be expanded by bending in the horizontal direction around the planar connection (6). Specifically, the connecting portion (6), the inner peripheral portion (8), the outer peripheral portion (9), the connecting portion (10), and the water passing portion (2) function as a frame, and the rib piece (11) also Since it is not connected to any part other than the part provided by itself, as shown in the figure, the connecting part (6), the inner peripheral part (8), the outer peripheral part (9), the connecting part (10), the water passing part (2) can be deformed so as to narrow the interval with respect to the opposite side while maintaining a substantially parallel state. In the following description, the “inner angle” means “a substantially annular shape formed by the connecting portion (6), the inner peripheral portion (8), the outer peripheral portion (9), the connecting portion (10), and the water passing portion (2). For details on the inside angle of the shape corner,
1. The corners of the connecting portion (6) and the connecting portion (10), which are substantially linear bodies, bend so that the angle in plan view is reduced.
2. The connecting portion (10) and the inner peripheral portion (8) are bent so that the inner angle increases at the intersection.
3. The connecting portion (6) and the outer peripheral portion (9) are bent so that the inner angle increases at the intersection.
4). The inner peripheral portion (8) and the water flow portion (2) bend so that the inner angle increases at the intersection.
5. An outer peripheral part (9) and a water flow part (2) bend so that an internal angle may decrease at those intersection parts.
(Both are planar views.)
Due to this deformation, the plan view pan member (1) is deformed from the state of FIG. 26 to the state of FIG. 28, and can be bent in the horizontal direction around the plan view connection portion (6). As a result, the notch (4) is widened widely, and the anti-foam drainage pipe (16), which is a shaft-like body, can be removed from the widened portion, so that the drain trap as the drainage device is disassembled. The eye plate member (1) can be removed from the anti-foaming drain pipe without the need. Thereafter, by reversely performing the procedure after cleaning the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) can be attached to the foam-stopping drain pipe again.

The embodiment of the present invention is as described above, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above, and can be freely changed without departing from the gist of the invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, all the shaft-like bodies are drainage pipes. However, as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 29 to 30, the support shaft of the valve body (19) used in the remote-operated drain plug device. (19a) may be a shaft-like body (the other configuration of the remote-operated drain plug device is omitted since it is already known in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-152505).
The eye plate member (1) shown in FIGS. 29 to 30 employs the eye plate member (1) having the same configuration as that of the third embodiment, and the notch portion is formed by bending the connecting portion (6). Since (4) expands to approximately the same extent as the through hole (3) of the eye plate member (1), the eye plate member (1) is easily removed from the support shaft (19a), and again after the cleaning, the support shaft (19a ) Can be attached. Of course, the structure of the eye plate member (1) used in the other embodiments may be similarly used for the support shaft (19a) of the valve body (19).

Moreover, in the said 4th Example, although a transition part (7) is wider than a through-hole (3), and a connection part (6) is provided in parallel at the both ends, this invention is limited to the said Example. It is not a thing. For example, as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 31 to 34, the transition portion (7) is provided narrower than the through hole (3), and the connecting portion (6) is provided on the tangent line of the through hole (3). (At this time, both connecting parts (6) cross at an acute angle on the side opposite to the notch part (4) when viewed from the through hole (3)). Even if comprised in this way, as shown in FIG.33 and FIG.34, by bending a connection part (6), a notch part (4) expands more widely than the diameter of a through-hole (3). Since the anti-foam drain pipe (16) can be removed from the expanded portion, the eye plate member (1) can be removed from the shaft body without disassembling the drainage device. It can be attached after cleaning the member (1). Of course, if the crossing portion (7) is wider than the through hole (3), the notch (4) can be widened more than the embodiment of FIGS. ) Can be removed from the shaft-like body and attached after cleaning the eye plate member (1).

Further, in the fifth embodiment, the side-view connecting portion (6) has an inverted V-shape, but as in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 35 to 37, the side of the connecting portion (6) such as an inverted W shape is used. You may comprise so that two or more may be provided. Even if it does in this way, if the sum total of all the sides is larger than the width | variety of a through-hole (3), a notch part (4) will be expanded more widely than the width | variety of a shaft-shaped body, and it does not decompose | disassemble drainage equipment. The eye plate member (1) can be removed from the shaft and attached after the eye plate member (1) is cleaned. In the case of the embodiment of FIGS. 35 to 37, the total length of the connecting portion (6) is the same as that of the fifth embodiment as compared with the eye plate of the fifth embodiment, and the total height is the same as that of the fifth embodiment. It can be a lower pan than the one.

Further, in the fifth embodiment, the side-view connection portion (6) has a simple inverted V shape, but an arc is provided at the apex of the inverted V shape as in the embodiments shown in FIGS. You may comprise. If it does in this way, the burden to the expansion part (5) by a deformation | transformation at the time of expansion will further reduce, and it can be set as the easy-to-operate eye plate member (1) which is hard to be damaged.
