Description

The present invention relates to an electronic device casing and an electronic device including the electronic device casing.

従来、電子機器として、CPU(Central Processing Unit)等の集積回路を備えた情報処理装置が知られている。 Conventionally, an information processing apparatus including an integrated circuit such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) is known as an electronic device. As such an information processing apparatus, a personal computer (Personal Computer, PC), a CD (Compact Disc), a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), a BD (Blue-ray Disc; registered trademark) or the like that executes predetermined arithmetic processing is used. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a disk reproducing apparatus that reproduces image and audio information recorded or stored in a recording medium such as an optical disk and a storage medium such as a semiconductor memory card or HDD (Hard Disk Drive).

Such an information processing apparatus is generally composed of a device main body that performs a predetermined process in response to a user's operation and a housing that houses the device main body. As a casing used in such an information processing apparatus, a configuration is known in which a lid member that covers an opening formed in the casing on the outside of the casing is provided and the lid member is rotatably attached to the casing. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In the casing described in Patent Document 1, the lid member is formed by integrating a lid portion that covers an opening formed in the upper case and a support portion that supports the lid portion and is rotatably attached to the housing. Molded. Of these, the support portion is rotatably attached to the upper case constituting the housing, and the lid member is configured to open using the biasing force of a coil spring provided between the lid member and the upper case. ing.

However, in the case described in Patent Document 1, since the lid portion and the support portion of the lid member are integrally formed, the lid member is rotated beyond an angle at which further rotation is restricted due to the structure. When a force to be applied acts, the lid member may be forcibly bent and damaged. In such a case, it is necessary to replace the lid member. However, since the lid portion and the support portion of the lid member are integrally formed, even if only a part of the lid member is damaged, the entire lid member Must be replaced. At this time, in order to remove the lid member from the casing, it is necessary to disassemble the casing or to remove the coil spring that urges the lid member. Therefore, there is a problem that the replacement of the lid member is complicated. In particular, when the support portion is provided inside the housing, there is a problem that the lid member cannot be easily replaced, and thus becomes more complicated.

The objective of this invention is providing the housing | casing for electronic devices which can suppress the damage of the cover member attached to the housing | casing, and an electronic device.

In order to achieve the above-described object, an electronic device casing of the present invention is an electronic device casing that stores therein a device main body that executes predetermined processing, and that houses the device main body therein. And a lid member that is rotatably attached to the casing and covers an opening formed in the casing on the outside of the casing, and the lid member includes an outer plate member that closes the opening; And a support member that detachably supports the outer plate member , wherein the outer plate member protrudes along the direction of the rotation axis of the lid member on the support member side, respectively. The second rib is formed at a position near the rotation shaft with respect to the first rib, and the support member is fitted between the first rib and the second rib. and the fitting portion, the housing arm and is inserted into the body provided, on the housing, of the housing The communicating, said arm is formed insertion opening to be inserted, wherein the housing, the rotary shaft portion is provided for supporting the arm rotatably, the first rib, the fitting portion A first protrusion is provided on an opposing surface, and the fitting portion includes a first hole into which the first protrusion is inserted in a surface facing the first rib, and a second hole on a surface facing the second rib. and a protrusion, the second rib is characterized Rukoto of having a second hole said second projection on a surface facing the fitting portion is inserted.

According to the present invention, the lid member attached to the housing that houses the device main body includes the outer plate member that closes the opening formed in the housing outside the housing, and the support that detachably supports the outer plate member. The outer plate member and the support member are configured as separate members.
For this reason, the outer plate member is detached from the support member when a force for further rotating the outer plate member is applied in a state where the support member is rotated with the rotation shaft portion as a fulcrum and the lid member is opened. Thus, the acting force can be released. Therefore, damage to the support member can be prevented.
In addition, the support member is provided with an arm that is inserted into the insertion port of the housing, and the housing is provided with a rotation shaft portion that rotatably supports the arm. It is rotatably supported in the housing. Even if the lid member is thus supported inside the housing, the outer plate member and the support member of the lid member are configured as separate members as described above. Even when damaged, the outer plate member can be removed from the support member. For this reason, the outer plate member can be easily replaced without disassembling the casing.
Furthermore, since the lid member is supported inside the housing and the rotation shaft portion cannot be seen from the outside of the housing, the appearance of the housing can be improved.

In the present invention, the said outer plate member, the first protrusion is formed, the on support member that has a first hole is formed where the first protrusion is inserted.

According to the present invention, mounting the first protrusion is formed in the outer plate member, because the person said first projection is a first hole to be inserted, it is formed in the support member, the outer plate member to the support member In this case, the first protrusion is inserted into the first hole, and the outer plate member is locked to the support member. For this reason, since the outer plate member can be locked to the support member simply by inserting the first protrusion into the first hole, the outer plate member can be easily attached to the support member. Accordingly, the outer plate member can be easily replaced.
Further, when a force for further rotating the outer plate member is applied to the outer plate member with the lid member opened, the first protrusion protrudes in the direction in which the force is applied. Can be made easier. For this reason, since the force which acts on an outer plate member can be released, it can prevent effectively that a supporting member is damaged.

In the present invention, the outer plate member, said the support member side along the direction of the rotation shaft of the lid member to protrude respectively, the first rib is formed at a position away from the rotation axis and, It has a second rib which is formed at a position closer to the pivot shaft relative to said first rib, front Symbol support member includes a fitting portion which is fitted between the first rib and second rib has the first rib has a first projection on a surface facing the fitting portion, the fitting portion, the said first protrusion is inserted to a surface facing the first rib Has one hole .

According to the present invention, by fitting the fitting portion of the supporting support member between the two ribs of the outer plate member (first rib and second rib), the first protrusion is inserted into the first bore . Therefore, the outer plate member can be easily locked to the support member simply by fitting the fitting portion between the two ribs. Therefore, the support member can reliably support the outer plate member, and the replacement of the outer plate member can be performed more easily.

In the present invention, the fitting portion has a second protrusion on a surface facing the second rib, and the second rib has a second protrusion inserted into the surface facing the fitting portion . having a two-hole.

According to the present invention, when mated the fitting section between the first rib and the second rib, since the second protrusion is inserted into the second hole, between the first protrusion and the first bore The outer plate member can be locked to the support member by the fitting and the fitting between the second protrusion and the second hole. Therefore, the outer plate member can be reliably locked to the support member.

In the present invention, the housing is formed in a box shape having a corner, and the corner is formed with a recess recessed toward the inside of the housing, and the opening and the insertion port are the recess. It is preferable that the outer plate member has a shape corresponding to the recess.

According to the present invention, since the opening and the insertion port are formed in a region corresponding to the recess recessed toward the inside of the housing, and the outer plate member has a shape corresponding to the recess, the lid member is mounted on the housing. It can be formed in a shape along the outer shape. For this reason, the beauty | look of a housing | casing can be improved further.

In this invention, it is preferable that the said arm is each provided in the both ends of the direction along the rotating shaft of the said cover member in the said supporting member.

According to the present invention, the arms are provided at both ends of the support member in the direction along the rotation axis of the lid member, so that the mounting interval of the arm with respect to the support member can be increased in the rotation axis direction. it can. Thereby, since the generation | occurrence | production of the twist with respect to an arm is reduced at the time of rotation of a supporting member, while being able to attach a supporting member stably to a rotating shaft part, damage to a supporting member can be prevented.
Moreover, since the arm is provided at both ends of the support member in the direction along the rotation axis of the lid member, the arm does not cross the central portion in the rotation range of the support member. For this reason, the space space covered with a cover member can be used effectively.

In the present invention, the rotation shaft portion is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having an axial direction along the rotation axis direction of the lid member, and the arm is located on the rotation shaft as viewed from the rotation axis direction. It is formed in a substantially U shape extending in a perpendicular direction, and one end of the substantially U shape is connected to the support member, and a hole into which the rotation shaft portion is inserted is formed in the other end. Preferably it is.

According to the present invention, the arm of the support member is formed in a substantially U shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis when viewed from the rotation axis direction, and one end of the substantially U shape is the support member. Since the other end is formed with a hole into which the rotation shaft portion in the housing is inserted, the support member is a substantially U-shaped arm extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotation shaft. Supported by the body. For this reason, it is difficult to see the support portion of the support member from the insertion port into which the arm is inserted. Therefore, the aesthetics of the housing can be further improved.
Further, the engagement between the rotating shaft portion and the support member can be facilitated, and the assembly process of the housing can be simplified.

In the present invention, the lid member is biased in the one direction when rotating from a predetermined position in the rotation range of the lid member, and when the lid member is rotated in the other direction from the predetermined position, It is preferable that an urging means for urging the lid member in the other direction is provided.

According to the present invention, the urging means urges the lid member in the one direction when the lid member rotates in one direction from a predetermined position of the rotation range of the lid member, and from the predetermined position in the other direction. Since the lid member is urged in the other direction during rotation, the force required to open and close the lid member is reduced. Therefore, the lid member can be easily opened and closed without requiring a large force.

An electronic device according to the present invention includes a device main body that executes a predetermined process, and the electronic device casing according to the present invention that houses the device main body therein.

According to the present invention, since the electronic device casing of the present invention is provided, an electronic device having the above-described effects can be obtained. In other words, when a force for further rotation is applied to the outer plate member in a state where the lid member is open, the outer plate member is detached from the support member, so that the acting force can be released. It can be prevented from being damaged.
Further, since the outer plate member and the support member of the lid member are configured as separate members, the outer plate member can be removed from the support member even if the outer plate member is damaged. For this reason, the outer plate member can be easily replaced without disassembling the casing.
Furthermore, since the lid member is supported inside the housing and the rotation shaft portion cannot be seen from the outside of the housing, the appearance of the housing can be improved.

In the present invention, the opening is an opening for inserting / removing a semiconductor memory card storing predetermined information, and the device main body reads and reads information from / to the semiconductor memory card inserted through the opening. It is preferable to perform at least one of writing.

According to the present invention, since the opening for inserting and removing the semiconductor memory card is closed by the lid member, it is possible to prevent dust and dirt from entering from the opening. It is possible to prevent card information reading failure and writing failure.

(4-1) Configuration of Support Member 231 The support member 231 is a member that is rotatably attached to the inner surface 215 (FIG. 5) of the upper housing 21, as shown in FIGS. An outer plate member attaching portion 2311 as a fitting portion to which the member 232 (FIG. 11) is attached, and arms 2312 and 2313 provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the outer plate member attaching portion 2311 are provided.
The outer plate member mounting portion 2311 is formed in a flat plate shape that is rectangular in plan view. On one end edge along the longitudinal direction of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311, there are two projections 23111 as second projections projecting in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, one at each of the central sides and one at both ends. It is formed in four places. Moreover, the hole 23112 as a 1st hole is formed in the other edge at a total of three places of the center and both ends of a longitudinal direction.

Thus, a plurality of the protrusions 23111 and the holes 23112 are formed with the support member 231 interposed therebetween, and are formed so that their alignment directions are substantially parallel to each other. That is, the protrusion 23111 and the hole 23112 are formed in the outer plate member attachment portion 2311 so that the respective alignment directions are parallel to the rotation axis of the support member 231.
Further, when the projection 23111 and the hole 23112 are compared, the depth dimension of the hole 23112 is smaller than the projection amount of the projection 23111, and the number of the holes 23112 is smaller than the number of the projections 23111. Yes.

The arms 2312 and 2313 are formed in a substantially U shape in a side view. Specifically, when viewed from the side, the arms 2312 and 2313 have a substantially U shape extending in a short direction of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311. One end of the U-shape formed is connected to the outer plate member attachment portion 2311. Grooves 23121 and 23131 are formed in the arms 2312 and 2313 along U-shaped inner portions, and holes 23122 and 23132 are formed in the other ends of the arms 2312 and 2313, respectively. They are formed opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction. In the holes 23122 and 23132, the rotation shaft portion 2152 of the upper housing 21 is inserted, whereby the support member 231 is rotatably supported by the rotation shaft portion 2152.
Of these arms 2312 and 2313, a spring mounting hole 23123 for mounting the torsion spring 23A (FIG. 12) is provided on the arm 2312 inserted into the insertion port 21132 on the side surface 214 (FIG. 3) side. 231 is formed in parallel with the rotation shaft.

(4-2) Configuration of Outer Plate Member 232 As shown in FIG. 11, the outer plate member 232 is a member that is attached to the support member 231 (FIGS. 9 and 10) and covers the card slot 2113 (FIG. 2). And formed in a shape along the curved surface of the upper surface portion 212 (FIGS. 3 and 4) of the upper casing 21 (FIGS. 1 and 2). Specifically, the outer plate member 232 is formed in a substantially L shape in a side view so as to follow the side shape of the protruding portions 2111, 2112 formed on both sides of the card slot portion 2113. A surface corresponding to the support member 231 of the outer plate member 232 is formed in parallel to the rib 2321 used for positioning when the outer plate member 232 is locked to the support member 231 and the rib 2321. Ribs 2322 are formed.

The ribs 2321 are formed on one end side in the short direction of the outer plate member 232 and along the longitudinal direction of the outer plate member 232, and are formed at symmetrical positions. Holes 2311 as second holes penetrating the ribs 2321 are formed at both ends of the ribs 2321 in the longitudinal direction.
On the other hand, the rib 2322 is formed near the center of the outer plate member 232 in the short direction of the rib 2321 and along the longitudinal direction of the outer plate member 232. On the surface of the rib 2322 facing the rib 2321, projections 23221 as first projections projecting in the direction approaching the rib 2321 are formed on the center portion and both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the rib 2322, respectively. Yes.
Here, when the hole 23211 formed in the rib 2321 and the protrusion 23221 formed in the rib 2322 are compared, the protrusion amount of the protrusion 23221 is smaller than the depth dimension of the hole 23211, and the protrusion 23221. Is formed to be smaller than the number of holes 23211.

(4-3) Assembly process of lid member 23 Hereinafter, the assembly process of the lid member 23 will be specifically described.
First, the edge on the protrusion 23111 side of the support member 231 is brought into contact with the rib 2321 of the outer plate member 232 so that the protrusion 23111 of the support member 231 fits into the hole 23211 of the rib 2321 of the outer plate member 232. At this time, the outer plate member 232 is temporarily positioned on the support member 231 by fitting the protrusion 23111 into the hole 23211.

Next, the support member 231 is rotated toward the outer plate member 232 around the longitudinal direction of the rib 2321 while the end edge of the support member 231 on the protrusion 23111 side is in contact with the rib 2321 of the outer plate member 232. Let
As a result, the protrusion 23221 of the outer plate member 232 is fitted into the hole 23112 of the support member 231, and the outer plate member 232 is locked to the support member 231.

FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged perspective view showing the inner surface 215 of the upper housing 21 with the lid member 23 (FIGS. 1 and 2) attached thereto.
As shown in FIG. 12, the lid member 23 is inserted into the holes 23122 and 23132 (FIGS. 10 and 11) formed in the arms 2312 and 2313 by inserting the rotation shaft portion 2152 of the upper housing 21 to form the upper housing. It is attached to the inner surface 215 side of the body 21.

(5) Configuration of Torsion Spring 23A FIG. 13 is a plan view and a side view showing the torsion spring 23A.
As shown in FIG. 13, the torsion spring 23 </ b> A is formed in a substantially C shape in plan view around the first winding portion 23 </ b> A <b> 1 that generates an urging force, and in addition to the first winding portion 23 </ b> A <b> 1, A second winding portion 23A2 provided on one end side of the shape and a bent portion 23A3 bent on the other end side are provided. Among these, the first winding portion 23A1 and the second winding portion 23A2 are provided so that their axis lines are opposite to each other across the wire member forming the torsion spring 23A, and the bent portion 23A3 is the first winding portion 23A3. It is formed in parallel with the axial direction of one winding part 23A1 and second winding part 23A2.
In such a torsion spring 23A, as shown in FIG. 12, the second winding portion 23A2 is hooked on the spring fixing portion 2154 of the upper housing 21, and the bent portion 23A3 is the arm 2312 of the lid member 23. Is inserted into a spring mounting hole 23123 formed in.

(6) Opening / Closing Operation of Lid Member 23 Next, the opening / closing operation of the lid member 23 will be specifically described.
FIG. 14 is a partial cross-sectional view of the information processing apparatus 1 as viewed from the side. 15 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state where the lid member is opened in FIG. 14, and FIG. 16 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state where the lid member is further opened in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 14, with the lid member 23 closing the opening 21131 (FIG. 2) of the upper housing 21, the outer plate member 232 has protrusions 2111 and 2112 formed on both sides of the card slot portion 2113. It is formed in a substantially L shape in a side view so as to follow the side shape. For this reason, the entire area in which the card slot portion 2113 is formed is covered by the outer plate member 232 and the protruding portions 2111, 1122.
Further, the outer plate member 232 is formed in a shape along the curved surface of the upper surface portion 212 of the upper housing 21 in a state where the lid member 23 closes the opening 21131 of the upper housing 21. Thereby, the beauty of the exterior housing 2 is improved.

At this time, the torsion spring 23A is twisted by an angle θ1 from a free angle state indicated by a solid line in FIG. That is, the torsion spring 23 </ b> A is hooked on the spring fixing portion 2154 and the spring mounting hole 23123 in a state where the lid member 23 is biased in the closing direction. This prevents the torsion spring 23 </ b> A from being detached from the upper housing 21 and the support member 231.

Next, as shown in FIG. 15, the lid member 23 is rotated in the opening direction (the direction of the arrow A) against the urging force of the torsion spring 23A. At this time, the insertion port 21132 is covered by the outer plate member 232 when the upper housing 21 is viewed from the upper surface portion 212 side, and the arm 2312 is viewed when the upper housing 21 is viewed from the front surface portion 211 side. , 2313. For this reason, the inside of the upper housing cannot be seen from the insertion slot 21132.

Here, when the lid member 23 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 15, the rotation shaft portion 2152 of the upper housing 21, the spring fixing portion 2154, and the spring mounting hole 23123 of the lid member 23 are substantially straight. Since they are arranged on a line, the spring fixing portion 2154 and the spring mounting hole 23123 are closest to each other in the rotation range of the lid member 23. That is, the biasing direction of the torsion spring 23A changes with respect to the lid member 23 at the position of the lid member 23 shown in FIG. 15, and the opening direction when the lid member 23 is in the opening direction than the position shown in FIG. In addition, when it is in the closing direction from the position shown in FIG. 15, the lid member 23 is urged in the closing direction. At this time, as shown in FIG. 13A, the torsion spring 23A is twisted by an angle θ2 from a free angle state indicated by a solid line.

Further, when the lid member 23 is rotated in the opening direction so as to exceed the predetermined position shown in FIG. 15, the lid member 23 is urged in the opening direction by the torsion spring 23A. At this time, since the torsion spring 23 moves from the state of the torsion angle θ2 shown in FIG. 13A to the state of the torsion angle θ1, the urging force by the torsion spring 23 gradually decreases. The lid member 23 is biased by a downward biasing force, and the arms 2312 and 2313 come into contact with the end edge portion of the insertion port 21132 as shown in FIG. As a result, the lid member 23 is restricted from rotating and stops and maintains the open state. Also in this case, the insertion port 21132 is shielded by the arms 2312 and 2313, and the inside of the upper housing cannot be seen from the insertion port 21132.
Further, since the lid member 23 is biased in the opening direction by the spring 23A after exceeding the position shown in FIG. 15, it can be easily opened without requiring a large force. Further, since the lid member 23 is urged in the opening direction by the torsion spring 23A, the lid member 23 is prevented from being closed by its own weight.

In such a state, when a force in the opening direction is further applied to the outer plate member 232 of the lid member 23, the support member 231 is restricted from rotating in the opening direction. A force that rotates in the opening direction acts on the contact portion between the rib 2321 (FIG. 11) of the outer plate member 232 and the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 of the support member 231 as an axis.
Here, each protrusion 23221 (FIG. 11) of the rib 2322 facing the rib 2321 and each hole 23112 (FIG. 10) of the support member 231 are fitted in a state where they are arranged in parallel to the rotation axis. In addition, it is smaller and smaller in number than the projections 23111 (FIG. 9) and the holes 23211 (FIG. 11). For this reason, the frictional force between the rib 2322 and the outer plate member attachment portion 2311 is smaller than the frictional force between the rib 2321 and the outer plate member attachment portion 2311, and the outer plate member 232 can be easily detached from the support member 231. it can. According to this, since the force acting on the outer plate member 232 can be released, the lid member 23 can be prevented from being damaged.
The detached outer plate member 232 can be assembled to the support member 231 in the assembly process described above.

On the other hand, when closing the lid member 23, when the lid member 23 is rotated in the closing direction so as to exceed the predetermined position shown in FIG. 15 against the biasing force of the torsion spring 23A, the lid member 23 is After exceeding the position shown in FIG. 15, it is biased in the closing direction by the torsion spring 23A. The lid member 23 is further biased in the closing direction by the torsion spring 23A, and the region in which the card slot 2113 is formed is completely closed as shown in FIG. At this time, since the lid member 23 is biased in the closing direction by the torsion spring 23A, it can be easily closed.

(7) Effects of Embodiment According to the information processing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment as described above, the following effects can be achieved.
That is, in the information processing apparatus 1, the lid member 23 attached to the exterior casing 2 that houses the apparatus main body 3 has the outer plate member 232 that closes the opening 21131 formed in the upper casing 21 outside the exterior casing 2. And a support member 231 that detachably supports the outer plate member 232, and the outer plate member 232 and the support member 231 are separate members.
For this reason, when the support member 231 is rotated about the rotation shaft portion 2152 of the upper casing 21 and the cover member 23 is opened, when a force in the opening direction is further applied to the outer plate member 232, This force can be released by the outer plate member 232 being detached from the support member 231. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lid member 23 from being damaged.

In addition, the support member 231 is provided with arms 2312 and 2313 to be inserted into the insertion port 21132 of the upper casing 21, and the exterior casing 2 is pivotally supported to support the arms 2312 and 2313. A shaft portion 2152 is provided. Thereby, the lid member 23 is rotatably supported in the exterior housing 2. Thus, even if the lid member 23 is supported inside the exterior housing 2, the outer plate member 232 and the support member 231 of the lid member 23 are configured as separate members. Even when 232 is damaged, the outer plate member 232 can be removed from the support member 231. For this reason, the outer plate member 232 can be easily replaced without disassembling the exterior casing 2.
Furthermore, since the rotation shaft portion 2152 that supports the lid member 23 is provided inside the outer casing 2, the shape of the outer plate member 232 may be a shape that matches the outer shape of the outer casing 2. In addition, the rotation shaft portion 2152 can be made invisible from the outside of the exterior housing 2. For this reason, the beauty | look of the exterior housing | casing 2 can be improved.

In the information processing apparatus 1, the outer casing 2 is formed with a card slot portion 2113 that is recessed toward the inner side of the outer casing 2, and the opening 21131 and the insertion slot 21132 are located in an area corresponding to the card slot portion 2113. Is formed. Further, the outer plate member 232 has a shape corresponding to a region where the card slot portion 2113 is formed.
As described above, the opening 21131 and the insertion slot 21132 are formed in the card slot portion 2113 that is recessed toward the inside of the exterior housing 2, and the outer plate member 232 has a shape corresponding to the card slot portion 2113. Therefore, the lid member 23 can be formed in a shape along the outer shape of the exterior housing 2. For this reason, the beauty | look of the exterior housing | casing 2 can be improved further.

In the lid member 23 of the exterior housing 2, the arms 2312 and 2313 are provided at both ends of the support member 231 in the direction along the rotation axis of the lid member 23.
For this reason, the mounting interval between the arms 2312 and 2313 with respect to the support member 231 can be increased in the direction of the rotation axis. As a result, the occurrence of torsion with respect to the arms 2312 and 2313 is reduced when the support member 231 is rotated, so that the support member 231 can be stably attached to the rotation shaft portion 2152 and damage to the support member 231 can be prevented. Can be prevented.
In addition, since the arms 2312 and 2313 are provided at both ends of the support member 231 in the direction along the rotation axis of the lid member 23, both the arms 2312 and 2313 have a central portion in the rotation range of the support member 231. There is no crossing. For this reason, the space space covered with the cover member 23 can be used effectively.

In the lid member 23 of the exterior housing 2, the outer plate member 232 is formed with a projection 23221 that projects in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis of the lid member 23, and the projection 23221 is inserted into the support member 231. A hole 23112 is formed.
For this reason, when the outer plate member 232 is attached to the support member 231, the protrusion 23221 is inserted into the hole 23112, and the outer plate member 232 is locked to the support member 231. As a result, the outer plate member 232 can be locked to the support member 231 simply by inserting the protrusion 23221 into the hole 23112, so that the outer plate member 232 can be easily attached to the support member 231. Therefore, the outer plate member 232 can be easily replaced.
Further, when a force in the opening direction is further applied to the outer plate member 232 in a state where the lid member 23 is opened, the projection 23221 protrudes in the direction in which the force is applied, so that the outer plate member 232 is removed from the support member 231. It can be easily removed. For this reason, since the force which acts on the outer plate member 232 can be released, it is possible to effectively prevent the lid member 23 from being damaged.

In the lid member 23 of the outer casing 2, the outer plate member 232 is formed with two ribs 2321 and 2322 that protrude along the direction of the rotation axis on the support member 231 side, and among these ribs 2322, A protrusion 23221 is formed on the surface facing the rib 2321. In addition, the support member 231 is formed with an outer plate member attachment portion 2311 that fits between the ribs 2321 and 2322, and a hole 23112 into which the projection 23221 is inserted is formed on the surface facing the projection 23221. .
For this reason, the projection 23221 is inserted into the hole 23112 by fitting the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 of the support member 231 between the ribs 2321 and 2322 of the outer plate member 232. Therefore, the outer plate member 232 can be easily locked to the support member 231 simply by fitting the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 between the ribs 2321 and 2322, so that the replacement of the outer plate member 232 is further facilitated. Can be done.

On the other hand, the rib 2321 is formed with a hole 23211 that is recessed in the protruding direction of the protrusion 23221, and protrudes in the out-of-plane direction on the surface of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 that faces the hole 23211 and is inserted into the hole 23211. A protrusion 23111 is provided.
For this reason, when the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 is fitted between the ribs 2321 and 2322, the protrusion 23111 of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 is inserted into the hole 23211 of the rib 2321. Therefore, the outer plate member 232 can be locked to the support member 231 by the fitting between the projection 23221 and the hole 23112 and the fitting between the projection 23111 and the hole 23111, and thus the outer plate member 232 is supported by the support member 231. Can be securely locked.

In the exterior housing 2, the rotation shaft portion 2152 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape having an axial direction along the rotation axis direction of the lid member 23. The arms 2312 and 2313 of the lid member 23 are formed in a substantially U shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis when viewed from the rotation axis direction. One end of the substantially U-shaped arms 2312 and 2313 is connected to the support member 231, and the other end is formed with a hole 23112 into which the rotating shaft portion 2152 is inserted.
Thereby, the support member 231 is supported in the exterior housing 2 by substantially U-shaped arms 2312 and 2313 extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis. For this reason, since the rotation shaft part 2152 can be provided on the upper surface part 212 side with respect to the insertion port 21132 into which the arms 2312 and 2313 are inserted, the support part of the support member 231 can be made difficult to see. Therefore, the aesthetics of the housing can be further improved.

A torsion spring 23A is provided in the exterior housing 2, and the second winding portion 23A2 of the torsion spring 23A is fixed to the spring fixing portion 2154 of the upper housing 21, and the bent portion 23A3 is a lid member. 23 is inserted into the spring mounting hole 23123 and fixed.
For this reason, the lid member 23 is urged in the opening direction when rotating from the predetermined position to the opening direction, and is urged in the closing direction when rotating from the predetermined position to the closing direction. Thereby, the lid member 23 can be easily opened and closed without requiring a large force.
At this time, the urging force of the torsion spring 23A gradually decreases as the lid member 23 opens or closes, so that the shock when the lid member 23 comes into contact with the upper housing 21 is reduced. be able to.
Further, since the lid member 23 is biased in the opening direction by the twisted screw 23A at a position in the opening direction from the predetermined position, the lid member 23 is prevented from being closed by its own weight.

In the exterior housing 2, the opening 21131 of the card slot portion 2113 is an opening for inserting and removing a semiconductor memory card, and the apparatus main body 3 reads and reads information from and into the semiconductor memory card inserted through the opening 21131. Perform writing.
According to this, since the opening for inserting / removing the semiconductor memory card is closed by the lid member 23, it is possible to prevent dust and dirt from entering from the opening. Can be prevented from occurring.

(8) Modifications of Embodiments The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but includes modifications and improvements as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved.
For example, in the above embodiment, the lid member 23 covers the opening 21131 formed in the upper casing 21, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the lid member 23 is a part of the exterior casing 2 outside the exterior casing 2. What is necessary is just to be comprised so that a part may be covered.

In the above-described embodiment, the opening 21131 and the insertion slot 21132 are formed in the card slot 2113 as a recess recessed toward the inside of the upper housing 21. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In short, it may be formed in the exterior casing 2, and may be an opening formed in the side surface part 223 like the opening 2232, for example.

In the above-described embodiment, the arms 2312 and 2313 are provided at both ends of the support member 231 in the direction along the rotation axis of the lid member 23. However, the present invention is not limited to this, for example, the direction along the rotation axis of the support member 231. A plurality of them may be provided in the central part of each. Further, only one of the arms may be provided on the support member 231.

In the above embodiment, the support member 231 is formed with the protrusion 23111 and the hole 23112, and the outer plate member 232 is formed with the hole 23211 and the protrusion 23221. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In this case, only the hole 23112 may be formed, and only the hole 23211 may be formed in the outer plate member 232. Even in this case, the dimension between the ribs 2321 and 2322 is reduced to such an extent that the support member 231 cannot be easily detached from the outer plate member 232, or the friction of the surface of the rib 2321 on the side in contact with the support member 231 is reduced. The outer plate member 232 can be locked to the support member 231 by processing the ribs 2321 so that the coefficient becomes high.

Further, if the protrusion 23111 of the support member 231 and the hole 23211 of the outer plate member 232 are not formed as described above, the rib 2322 of the outer plate member 232 is formed in a substantially L shape when viewed from the side. The front end of the letter shape is brought into contact with the surface of the outer plate member mounting portion 2311 opposite to the side where the arms 2323 and 2313 are provided, so that the outer plate member 232 is locked to the support member 231. Good.
Further, the support member 231 and the outer plate member 232 may not have the protrusions 23111, 23221, the hole 23112, and the hole 23211, for example, one of the outer plate member attachment portions 2311 along the longitudinal direction. A taper that is inclined outward toward the opposite side of the arms 2312 and 2313 is formed at both end edges, and a taper corresponding to the taper is formed on the side of the ribs 2321 and 2322 that contacts the outer plate member mounting portion 2311. Also good. In this case as well, the same effects as when the protrusions 23111, 23221, the hole 23112, and the hole 23211 are formed can be obtained.

In the embodiment, the rotation shaft portion 2152 is formed on the protruding portion 2151 in the upper housing 21, but is not limited thereto. The point is that the rotation shaft portion 2152 only needs to be provided in the exterior housing 2, for example, even if it is formed on the side surface portion of the recess 2153 formed by immersing in the inner surface portion 215 of the upper housing 21. Good.
In the above-described embodiment, the rotation shaft portion 2152 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and the holes 23122 and 23132 are formed in the arms 2312 and 2313. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the arms 2312 and 2313 have a substantially cylindrical shape. These pins may be formed, and a hole for supporting the bin may be formed in the exterior housing 2. That is, the lid member 23 only needs to be supported in the exterior housing 2, and the configuration therefor is not limited.

In the embodiment, the opening 21131 may not be an opening for inserting and removing a semiconductor memory card, and may be, for example, a disk insertion slot 2114.
Furthermore, in the embodiment, the information processing apparatus 1 is used as an electronic device, but another electronic device may be used.
