Claims (3)

第1手摺り(G1)の連結端面へ取り付け一体化される円形の固定座板(A)と、
その固定座板(A)の中心部へ抜け止め状態に貫通された回動自在のセンターボルト(B)と、
そのセンターボルト(B)を介して上記固定座板(A)への被覆状態に予じめ組み付けられた回動操作環(C)と、
上記第1手摺り(G1)の連結端面と向かい合う第2手摺り(G2)の連結端面へ取り付け一体化される固定環(D)と、
その固定環(D)の中心部から上記回動操作環(C)に向かって一体的に張り出す円筒形のボス(15)並びにそのボス(15)に穿設された上記センターボルト受け入れ用のネジ孔(16)と、
建物の壁面(W)へ取り付け固定される手摺り用支持ブラケット(E)から一体的に張り出すことにより、上記固定環(D)を被覆できるカバー環(23)並びにそのカバー環(23)の仕切り壁(24)に開口形成された上記ボス逃し入れ孔(25)とを備え、
上記固定座板(A)側のセンターボルト(B)を回動操作環(C)の回動操作により、上記固定環(D)側のネジ孔(16)と螺合して締め上げた時、
