Description
The present invention relates to a railway monitoring apparatus for monitoring signal security equipment of a railway, and more particularly to a system for collecting equipment status information (detection data) by communication from a sensor (detector) attached to the signal security equipment. .
A typical example of a railway monitoring apparatus is a centralized monitoring apparatus, but an automatic inspection system and a steady state monitoring apparatus with improvements such as failure cause analysis processing and decentralization also fall under the railway monitoring apparatus.
Conventionally, in a centralized monitoring apparatus among railway monitoring apparatuses, a bi-phase transmission method has been frequently used (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1), as in a CTC apparatus (for example, see Patent Document 1).
FIG. 5 is an overall block diagram of such a railway monitoring apparatus, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a block diagram of the biphase transmission circuit.
In this railway monitoring apparatus (see FIG. 5 (a)), a
For communication on the

The biphase transmission circuit 33 (see FIG. 6) is the same as the other
Further, a reception amplifier Amp., A reception filter, a waveform shaping circuit, a reception bit sampling circuit, a reception shifter, a
About the monitoring apparatus for railways of such a structure, the use aspect and operation | movement are demonstrated referring drawings. FIG. 7 is a communication dialog related to detection data collection.

On the other hand, when a message requesting a detection data report is transmitted from the
In this way, detection data relating to the disconnection of the signal light bulb, the failure of the electric switch, the trouble of the crossing, the detection of the obstacle, etc. are collected from each
On the other hand, non-biphase transmission methods such as FSK (frequency shift keying modulation method) are frequently used in combination with, for example, HDLC in automatic inspection systems and steady state monitoring devices among railway monitoring devices.
FIG. 8 is an overall block diagram and (b) a block diagram of the main part of such a conventional railway monitoring apparatus. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the component similar to the above-mentioned in the case of the illustration.
This railway monitoring device is different from the above-described centralized monitoring device in that the
In such a conventional railway monitoring device, it is necessary to perform long-distance communication in a harsh environment, so even a small-scale transmission circuit adopts a noise-resistant biphase transmission system, or a transmission circuit or transmission line. In addition, the FSK transmission method, which is faster than the biphase transmission method, has been adopted. In any transmission system, communication for data collection is performed by polling, and a small-scale computer system is incorporated in a field device that handles the communication and the like at the field. A non-rewritable ROM is employed as the program memory of the computer, and an SRAM that can be rewritten but disappears when the power is turned off is employed as the data memory.
As described above, since the program memory cannot be rewritten, when the function of the field device is changed or expanded, the ROM mounted on the circuit board inside the field device has to be replaced. This ROM replacement must be done by going to the site, opening and disassembling the site equipment, requiring labor, time and skill, and is inefficient. However, the work hours are limited to nighttime and are very limited. In addition, many field devices are specially designed for each detector, and there are many types of ROM, so that even an expert has a heavy burden of attention.
On the other hand, in other application fields where the usage environment is not as strict as the railway field, remote loading, in which a program is installed in a computer using a communication line when it exists, has been put into practical use. Therefore, in order to eliminate the need for ROM replacement when changing the function of the field device, the railway monitoring device employs a nonvolatile memory that can be rewritten to the program memory in the field device, and program loading using the existing transmission line. Modifications such as adding means are conceivable.
However, since the railway monitoring apparatus is used in a harsh environment, special care must be taken so that the program code is not damaged by noise or the like during remote loading. In addition, since an extremely large number of devices are distributed and installed, it is necessary to suppress the cost increase such as an increase in circuit scale as much as possible.
Therefore, it is a technical problem to improve the accuracy of program loading with small-scale modifications following the proven transmission method.
The railway monitoring device of the present invention (Solution 1) was created to solve such a problem, and was attached to a station device installed in a railway station and a signal security facility of the railway. A plurality of detectors, and a field device connected to the detectors and the station device via a transmission line, and detection data from the detector is transmitted to the station device or its host device via the field device. In the railway monitoring device that collects data, a rewritable nonvolatile memory and a program loading means for writing a program to the nonvolatile memory are added to the field device, and an aggregation device that can transfer the program to the field device is the detector. A bi-phase transmission circuit that is provided in a transmission line that connects some of the stations and the station device and performs communication by a bi-phase transmission method is attached to the field device and the aggregation device. A non-biphase transmission circuit that is provided in a connection portion to a transmission line that connects the two and performs communication using a transmission method other than the biphase transmission method is used as a connection portion to the transmission line that connects the aggregation device and the station device. It is provided, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
Moreover, the railway monitoring apparatus of the present invention (Solution means 2) is the railway monitoring apparatus of the above-mentioned Solution means 1, wherein the biphase transmission circuit of the field device is lower than the frequency of the carrier wave of the biphase transmission system. When a signal of a specific frequency is received, the central processing unit of the field device is reset.
In such a railway monitoring apparatus of the present invention (Solution 1), an aggregation device is interposed at a position below the station device and above the field device, and a bi-phase transmission system is provided below the aggregation device. By adopting a non-biphase transmission method on the upper side of the aggregation device, the program code is transferred to the field device via the aggregation device, not via the station device. The high-speed transmission by the non-biphase transmission method such as the FSK transmission method is maintained on the side, and the transmission reliability is ensured by the bi-phase transmission method at the site and the lower side near the site.
Since remote loading is executed only in a highly reliable place, program loading using an existing transmission line is performed reliably, and modification is local and the modification scale is small. Moreover, the transmission load related to the collection of detection data is heavy on the upper side, but the transmission load related to the collection of detection data is light on the lower side, so that the load of remote loading is limited to the lower side. There is no worry about damage.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the accuracy of program loading can be improved by a small-scale modification following a proven transmission method.
In the railway monitoring apparatus according to the present invention (solution 2), a signal having a specific frequency lower than the frequency of the carrier wave in the biphase transmission method is transmitted from the aggregation device to the field device via the biphase transmission method transmission line. Can be transmitted to reset the central processing unit of the field device. As illustrated in the following “Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention” section, the detection of a signal of a specific frequency can be performed with a slight modification of the biphase transmission circuit, and for a transmission line stretched around the line, etc. There is no need to put a hand.
Thereby, even if the on-site device cannot accept program loading, for example, an abnormal state in which the program on the on-site device is out of control, the on-site device can be forcibly accepted.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the accuracy of program loading can be further improved by a small-scale modification following a proven transmission method.
About such a railway monitoring apparatus of the present invention, a specific form for carrying out this will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A is a schematic block diagram showing the overall structure, and FIG. 1B is a block diagram of the main part. FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the biphase transmission circuit.
In the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in the prior art, and therefore, repeated explanations are omitted. Hereinafter, the differences from the prior art will be mainly described.
This railway monitoring device is different from the conventional device described above in that the host monitor 11 on the upper side, the
The
The setting terminal 60 (see FIG. 1A) is made up of, for example, a notebook-type general-purpose personal computer, and can be connected to or disconnected from the
The aggregation device 70 (see FIG. 1B) uses, for example, an FSK transmission system of 9600 bps (bits / second) at the carrier frequency for communication on the
The
The
The field device 80 (see FIG. 1B) includes the central processing unit 31 (CPU), the
The non-volatile memory 84 (see FIG. 1B) is connected to the
The bi-phase transmission circuit 83 (see FIG. 2) is obtained by adding a preamble detection circuit 83a to the
In the

About the monitoring apparatus for railways of this invention of such a structure, the use aspect and operation | movement are demonstrated referring drawings. FIG. 3 is a communication dialog relating to both detection data collection and program loading.
Also in this case, information displayed on the

Further, when the application program A of the
Then, the program is automatically updated afterwards. More specifically, in response to the reset instruction, a request for reset processing is issued from the setting
Then (see the broken line with an arrow in FIG. 3), the message of the divided code of the application program B is sequentially sent from the setting
However, when a message for detecting data collection arrives from the
As described above, the divided codes of the application program B are stored in the buffer of the
Thus, after the remote loading of the application program B is completed, the execution program designation parameter among the parameters of the

Further, the

Note that the connection destination of the setting
Since the communication speed is not limited to the above 9600 bps, for example, 9600 bps between the
