Claims (2)
- 試料が収容される複数のセルと、このセルに液体を導入する導入手段と、前記複数のセルに収容された試料にテラヘルツ波を照射する照射手段と、前記試料からの応答を検出する検出手段とを備え、前記複数のセルは基板に形成され、前記導入手段は前記基板に形成された液路であり、前記複数のセルは直線上に配列され、前記液路は前記複数のセルを貫通して形成され、前記液路に液体を供給する供給手段を備え、前記基板を移動させる移動手段を備えるとともに、前記セルの列が垂直になるように固定されて前記液路の上部に導入された液体が重力によって下方へ移動していき上方の前記セル内の試料から順に試料と液体の相互作用が進行していくように構成されたことを特徴とする分子間相互作用の解析装置。
- 試料が収容される複数のセルと、このセルに液体を導入する導入手段と、前記複数のセルに収容された試料にテラヘルツ波を照射する照射手段と、前記試料からの応答を検出する検出手段とを備え、前記複数のセルは基板に形成され、前記導入手段は前記基板に形成された液路であり、前記複数のセルは行列上に配列され、前記液路は前記複数のセルの各列のセルを貫通して形成され、前記液路に液体を供給する供給手段を備え、前記基板を移動させる移動手段を備えるとともに、前記セルの列が垂直になるように固定されて前記液路の上部に導入された液体が重力によって下方へ移動していき上方の前記セル内の試料から順に試料と液体の相互作用が進行していくように構成されたことを特徴とする分子間相互作用の解析装置。
