BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an on-floor drainage siphon type flush toilet that has a drain outlet above a floor surface and discharges filth by siphon action.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Siphon-type toilets use a drop from the reservoir surface to the drain to cause siphon action and suck and discharge filth in the reservoir water. For this reason, the under-floor drainage siphon type flush toilet having a drain outlet on the floor can take a large drop, and the washing function is stable.
On the other hand, in the floor drainage siphon type flush toilet having a drain outlet above the floor surface, the above-mentioned head has to be small in structure, so the suction force is reduced, and the discharge capacity is greatly affected. As countermeasures, countermeasures such as providing a throttle at the drain outlet as shown in JP-A-11-200459 have been taken.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition, for flush toilets that have a drain outlet above the floor, the market demands that the center of the drain outlet be raised from the floor, but this is one when multiple toilets are run side by side. This is because there is an advantage that the drainage can be handled by the horizontal drainage pipe, so that the enforcement becomes simple. However, in the floor drainage siphon type flush toilet, if the drain outlet core position is increased, the drop from the reservoir surface to the drain outlet is further reduced, and the energy itself that generates the siphon action is reduced, so the discharge power of filth is reduced. There was a problem.
In measures to provide a restriction at the drain outlet as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-200459, filth was discharged by lengthening the siphon action duration, but in a toilet with a high drain outlet core position, the siphon action itself is unlikely to occur. There were problems such as becoming. For this reason, by supplying a large amount of washing water with a large passage flow rate per unit time from the jet discharge port, there has been a measure to compensate for the energy of the head drop reduction. There were also problems such as the generation of water, and the problem of large-flow water discharge, such as large variations in water discharge, making it difficult to save water.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a floor drain siphon type flush toilet with a high drain port core position.
[Means for solving the problems and actions / effects]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a flush water supply means for supplying flush water to a toilet bowl in a floor drain siphon type flush toilet wherein a drain outlet is located above a floor surface on which a toilet body is installed, A bowl portion for storing stored water, a drainage channel for draining wash water to the outside, an upstream drainage channel upstream portion, and a drainage channel downstream portion connected downstream of the drainage channel upstream portion And a drainage channel whose drainage port is a downstream end of the downstream part of the drainage channel and is connected to an external drainage pipe, and the upstream part of the drainage channel is horizontal from the lowest point above the downstream part of the drainage channel. The drainage channel lower passage has a sectional area S1 at a position lowered in the vertical direction from the uppermost lower point of the drainage channel downstream portion, and the sectional area of the drainage channel downstream portion. S1 is the size rather is formed than the cross-sectional area S20 in the drainage path upstream portion It is characterized in that.
In this invention comprised in this way, the cross-sectional area of a drainage channel downstream part is larger than the cross-sectional area of a drainage channel upstream part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. Therefore, since there is no portion that becomes a passage resistance due to the narrowing of the upstream part of the drainage channel, when the washing water passes through the upstream part of the drainage channel, the passing speed of the washing water sucked by the siphon action enters the upstream part of the drainage channel. After that, it hardly decreases until it is discharged. In addition, it is necessary for air to enter from the drainage channel inlet or drainage port to finish the siphon action, but when air enters from the drainage port, the washing water passing through the upstream part of the drainage channel together with the filth is returned to the bowl side. There is a possibility that. In order to reliably discharge filth, it is necessary to allow air to enter from the entrance of the drainage channel, but as mentioned above, if the washing water upstream passage speed is fast, the washing water has a strong force to flow to the drainage port, Air cannot enter from the drain, and always enters from the entrance of the drain. Therefore, according to the present invention, the washing water and air always travel toward the drain port, and a stable washing function can be maintained.
[0005]
In the present invention, the washing water supply means is preferably a direct water pressure type. Therefore, since it is possible to supply wash water with a high flow rate using the water pressure from the jet discharge hole, it is possible to easily fill the drainage channel and discharge the filth by siphon action regardless of the drain port core position. can do.
[0006]
In the present invention, preferably, the lowermost end on the upper side of the downstream portion of the drainage channel is located equivalently or above the upper end of the inlet connected to the bowl portion of the drainage channel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The flush toilet 2 shown in FIG. 1 includes an opening / closing valve, a

Here, the relationship between the height D1 from the
The height D1 is obtained by subtracting the initial water level F1 and the water seal height G1 from the height E1 up to the seating surface of the flush toilet 2. On the other hand, the height H1 is the height I1 from the
In general, E1 = 370 mm, F1 = 130 mm, G1 = 60 mm, I1 = 170 mm, J1 = 35 mm. Considering the passage of dirt, if K1 = 25 mm, D1 = 180 mm and H1 = 180 mm.
Since the siphon toilet has a structure that generates a suction force and discharges filth due to the difference in level of the water level, at the start of cleaning, the level of the stored
Therefore, since the water level H1 at the
Here, the cross-sectional area S1 is made larger than the cross-sectional area S20, and the water passing through the drainage channel
[0011]
Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the shape is structurally disadvantageous to the siphon toilet, filth can be reliably discharged.
[0012]
Note that if K1 is increased, H1 is reduced and D1 is larger than H1, so that the structure is advantageous for the siphon toilet. However, filth is less likely to be discharged at the drain outlet

Here, the effect of water saving will be described.
Although the controller 6 determines the water discharge amount by controlling the time, the water discharge time varies due to control problems. For example, assuming that a variation of 1 second occurs, a large discharge amount of about 100 L / MIN per unit time causes a variation of about 1.6 L in the discharge amount, but a discharge amount per unit time of about 20 L / MIN. When the flow rate is small, the amount of water discharged decreases to a variation of about 0.3 L.
If the variation can be suppressed, the set standard water amount for washing the flush toilet can be set low, which is effective in saving water. For example, when the set washing water amount is 8 L, the washing water amount varies in the range of about 6.4 L to about 9.6 L in consideration of the variation of about 1.6 L due to the water discharge time at a large flow rate. If it varies in this way, there is a possibility that filth cannot be discharged at about 6.4L at the minimum washing water amount. Therefore, the standard flow rate is about 9.3L (variation range: about 7.7L to about 10.9L). ) Needs to be raised. On the other hand, if the same calculation is performed even at a small flow rate, the variation range of the cleaning water amount when the standard setting water amount is 8 L is from 7.7 L to 8.3 L. Therefore, if the toilet bowl has a minimum flush water volume of about 7.7L and fulfills the flush function, the standard set water volume at the large flow rate is 9.3L and the standard set flow rate at the small flow rate is 8L. It turns out that it becomes.
[0017]
In addition, the pressurized water supply source here means the general term for what exhibits the water supply pressure (original pressure) which cannot be obtained with the toilet-mounted washing water storage tank whose head pressure is about 250 mm. Therefore, the pressurized water supply source of the present invention is capable of supplying cleaning water with a higher water head pressure than a toilet-mounted type, such as a house roof or a building roof, in addition to a pressurized water pipe such as a water pipe. Including things.

The height D2 is obtained by subtracting the initial water level F2 and the water seal height G2 from the height E2 up to the seating surface of the
Here, if E2 = 370 mm, F2 = 130 mm, G2 = 60 mm, I2 = 170 mm, J2 = 35 mm, A2 = C2 = 70 mm, then K2 = 5 mm, D2 = 180 mm, and H2 = 200 mm. Siphon toilets have a structure that generates suction and discharges filth due to the difference in water level, but when the water level of the
