現在、種々の農薬(殺虫剤、殺菌剤、除草剤等)や肥料が市販されているが、その使用者は農家や園芸業者だけに留まらず、ガーデニングブームも関係して広く一般家庭にまで底辺を広げてきている。一般家庭で行われる家庭菜園やガーデニングでは、狭い面積に種々の野菜、草花、観葉植物が植えられる為、使用される量は少量であるものの、対象(植物、害虫、病害、雑草)に応じて種々の農薬が使用される。
市販されている農薬の剤型としては、そのまま使用できるエアゾール剤、スプレー剤、粉剤、粒剤、水等で希釈して使用する乳剤、液剤等の剤型がある。また、肥料においても固形粒状、スティック状、濃縮液体等がある。
農薬や肥料の使用時において、その用法・用量を正確に守ることは重要であるが、水等で希釈して使用する剤型の農薬を使用する場合、所定の濃度に希釈する作業が必要であり、その際に濃度の高い液状農薬または液状肥料を計量する作業が発生する。

水で希釈するタイプの液状農薬や液状肥料は種々な形態で包装され、商品化されているが、その多くはガラスあるいはプラスチック製の蓋付き容器に充填されて販売されている。これらの液状農薬や液状肥料は、散布時には所定量を計量し、多くの場合には水で希釈して、対象物に噴霧される。希釈濃度は、薬剤の種類により様々であるが、100〜1000倍の高希釈倍率のものもある。

ところで、一部の農薬においては水生生物に対する比較的高い毒性を有するものがある。この為、農薬の取り扱い説明書においては、“容器等の洗浄水は用水路・下水に流さないで下さい。”等の注意書きがしばしば記載されている。農薬の毒性に対する知識が十分でないホビー農家にとっては、容器等を洗浄した後の洗浄水をどのように処理するのかと頭を悩ませることとなる。即ち、小さな計量カップであっても、農薬の希釈水を調製する度に洗浄するということはなるべく避けたいと感じている。
しかしながら、上記の計量カップ付き容器では、計量カップが容器本体の上部に固定される構成であり、例えば液状農薬または液状肥料が付着した計量カップを固定した場合、容器本体のみならず口筒に装着された蓋をも汚すことになる。この為、該容器に計量カップを固定して保管するには、使用者は農薬または肥料の希釈水を調製する度に、必ず計量カップを洗浄しなければならない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況下に本発明者らは、容器本体およびその蓋体を汚すことなく、計量カップを該容器に固定する機構について鋭意検討した結果、容器の口筒に螺合する螺条を内周面に設けた螺筒と、容器の口筒の上端と接する天板を有する蓋体において、該螺筒を上方に延長させた第2円筒を設け、該第2円筒の内周面に計量カップを保持する固定手段を設けることにより、液状農薬または液状肥料が付着した計量カップを、容器および蓋体を汚すことなく、包装体に収納できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
即ち、本発明は、液状農薬または液状肥料が充填される容器(1)と、該容器(1)の口筒(14)に螺合して取付けられる蓋体(2)とを有する包装体であって、該蓋体(2)において螺条を内周面に設けた螺筒(6)を、天板(5)を越えて上方に延長させた第2円筒(7)を設け、該第2円筒(7)の内周面に計量カップを保持する固定手段を備えることを特徴とする液状農薬または液状肥料用の包装体、および、液状農薬または液状肥料用の包装体の蓋体(2)の天板(5)の上方に設けられた円筒(7)の内側に、液状農薬または液状肥料用の計量カップ(3)を開口部を下向きにして取り付ける収納方法を提供する。
本発明の包装体によれば、個々の液状農薬または液状肥料の計量カップ(3)を、使用後に洗浄することなく、個々の液状農薬または液状肥料の包装体に収納でき、保管時に計量カップを紛失したりしない。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明において、液状農薬とは活性成分として殺虫剤(例えば、アセフェート、マラソン、MEP、ペルメトリン、アセタミプリド、エトフェンプロックス、ケルセン、エトキサゾール)、殺菌剤(例えば、TPN、チオファネートエチル、マンネブ、トリホリン)、除草剤(DCPA、NAC、トリクロピル、グリホサートイソプロピルアミン塩、MCPAナトリウム塩)、植物生長調節剤(例えば、パクロブトラゾール、4−CPA)等を含有する液状の製剤であり、乳剤等の油製液体製剤、液剤、マイクロエマルジョン、サスポエマスジョン、懸濁製剤、エマルジョン製剤、マイクロカプセル懸濁等の水性農薬製剤等である。液状肥料とは肥料成分として窒素、リン酸、カリウムの三大要素、カルシウム、マグネシウム、硫黄、マンガン、亜鉛等の微量要素を含有する液状肥料であり、いわゆる液肥、懸濁型肥料等である。
本発明おける液状農薬または液状肥料が充填される容器(1)は、液状物の収納部であり、その材質は、液状農薬または液状肥料により侵されない材質であれば特に限定されず、金属、硝子、合成樹脂が挙げられる。該容器は口筒(14)部分に蓋体(2)と螺合する螺条を有する。
